That its contains a lot of different types of food on breakfast.

The a.c wasn't easy to handle as well as not able to fix the temperature.

De locatie was perfect, heel dichtbij de Moskee van de Profeet, winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

De hygiëne en de staat van het hotel. De badkamer is zeer smerig en het hotel is oud. Misschien tijd voor renovatie.

Room size is a big issue. It makes you feel uncomfortable.

Location

It’s an old property, small old room, long wait time for the lift.

Excellent location and value for money. Rooms are just a bit tiny, but that didn't really bother us much.

Fo a 15-story building having 210 rooms lifts plus one additional safety lift is not sufficient. Rooms are relatively small.

الغرفة صغيرة

The room was clean, bathroom was good, staff was polite and helpful

Very tiny room, extremely small with a disgusting smell of an airfreshner coming through A.C, I left windows open in thaat extreme heat to get rid of that stench. Breakfast was rubbish, very limited options, not suitable for international guests. Upon arrival the reception staff told me that I haven't paid in advance, which I thought I did, but I paid again. And then they asked me to see the room and if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. Which is so bizarre, I mean after a 7 hours lo g journey, they expected me to find a new hotel if I didn't like the room. Not pleased, I won't recommend and I ll never stay their again

خدمة الغرف سيئه اي خدمة تبغاها تكرر طلبك عدة مرات للأسف

The hotel is within walking distance to Alharam. It is very convenient for those who can't walk long distances or use wheelchairs. What's most important is the great assistance of Mr. Mearaj, the manager, who was very helpful in checking us in on time despite the busy hours!

It takes time to reach the hotel due to road construction in the central area!

The location very close to the masjed elnabawy Staff is helpful specially Tarek at reception And Jahid bepari Restaurant supervisor is helpful

The room was small and elevators is Crowded

Satisfied

Location

Small rooms and furniture

Very close to the Masjid

The rooms are a little small

Location, breakfast and professional staff at all levels

The location is superb, staff were very friendly especially at the restaurant. I would like to thank them all and in particular Mr.Jahid from the restaurant crew for their help and hospitality.

Nothing serious, all trivial things that are not worth mentioning.
