Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Location was amazing. Everything we needed was extremely close/accessible. Room was on the small side but still met our needs.
The only thing which was a little frustrating was that we didn't realize you had to ask at reception, before 10am for the room to be cleaned. They had a panel in the room, but they were no longer using that system apparently.

Manager maleducato, indisponibile e soprattutto vergognoso per non dire altro. Camera senza aria condizionata e come rimedio dice di andare nei conbini oppure di fare una doccia… senza parole… la stanza nella foto è completamente diversa dalla realtà. Fate molta attenzione a valutare questo hotel!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026We stayed at Hotel Doma for 2 nights and had a great experience. Everything was wonderful — the room, the atmosphere, and the overall service. The location was very convenient for exploring the main sightseeing places in Seoul, and there were many great restaurants, cafés, and places to eat nearby. It was very easy and enjoyable to walk around the area. The hotel was comfortable, well organized, and made our stay relaxing. Thank you for the hospitality and for making our time in Seoul so pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Doma to other travelers.

立地以外は最悪でした。 部屋は窓は小さく暗い。 芳香剤のような臭さあり。 2部屋とったがどちらも蚊が飛んでいた。 ３泊したが掃除は一度もなし。 せめてタオル交換はして欲しい。 しゃわーは壁がない。 12時に到着したら12〜13は休憩でフロント不在。 食事を終えて帰るも13時にフロント不在。 LINEで連絡をとり荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えても「防犯カメラがあるからフロント前に置いといて」との対応。 夜に帰ってきてもフロント前に放置。 この選択は大失敗だった。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026모든 직원이 매우 무례했습니다. 고객 응대 능력이 전혀 없습니다. 저는 부킹닷컴 지니어스 레벨 3 회원이며, 지금까지 30개국 이상을 여행해 왔습니다. 하지만 이곳은 정말 최악입니다. 말도 안 되게 끔찍합니다. 절대로 추천하지 않습니다!!! 제가 환불해 달라고 정중하게 요청했음에도 불구하고, 그들은 거칠고 무례하게 거절했습니다. 심지어 제가 돌려받아야 할 700달러를 두 번이나 주지 않았습니다. 돈만 가로채고 이제는 제 연락을 완전히 무시하고 있습니다. 사기나 다름없습니다.
완전 최악이고 끔찍합니다. 끔찍한 최악.

Reviewed May 30, 2026値段が安かった事を考慮すれば、全てが許容範囲内で及第点のホテル。 立地は明洞駅の鄰の駅であり、東大門や聖水、狎鴎亭、ソウル駅etcソウルの主だった場所へ行くアクセスがとてつもなく良い位置に面している。値段と立地この2点において非常に評価できるホテル。
ベッドが固く寝心地悪い。午後5時時点でフロントに人がいなく、カウンターの上に部屋番号が記載されたルームキーがただ置かれていた。部屋内にセーフティーボックスが無かった。使い捨てのシャンプーは有ったが、トリートメントは置いてないとの事。バスタオルは永年使用した為か一部破けている。

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026I love the room very comfortable and a lot of space, bathroom was very nice and the area very close to the subway station.
The front desk was rude, and there wasn't very good information about the property. There is no one there before 8 am. They said they can keep our bags after check out but didn’t explain the process we needed to leave at 7am but we were afraid to just leave our bags alone at the empty front desk and no one answers the phone before 8 am.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Definitely the position, right in front of the metro station of Chunguro that gives accesso to two metro lines. It’s also a 2 minutes walk from an hanok village and less than 10 min walk from Myeongdong centre
It has no lobby, no restaurant and no employers during most hours. They clean the room every three days, we stayed 4 days so they never cleaned it.

部屋の照明が暗め。 お風呂がオープン。シャワールームが別にあるのでそこまで気にはならない。 思ったより明洞への歩いて行くには遠かった。

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Excellent location, it was very close to the Chungmuro metro station and also close to shops, convenience stores and lots of restaurants. The famous Myeongdong area is walking distance or one station away by metro. Other tourist attractions are close too and easily accessible by metro from the Chungmuro station. The room was nice, large, clean, with a huge bathroom (only shower, no bathtub), and floor heating which made it very warm and comfortable especially in the cold winter. The hotel had a good atmosphere overall and it was easy to communicate with the staff. There were only two downsides: amenities and the lighting in the room. Amenities were limited with only one small pack of shampoo and one small pack of body wash per person, per day. It was definitely not enough for someone who likes taking showers both in the evening and morning, and who has long hair (needed more shampoo). Of course, we can ask for extra amenities at the front desk but it is inconvenient to do it. I felt like the hotel was a bit stingy in this sense. As for the lighting in the room - it was quite dim and created a nice, cozy atmosphere, however if you spend longer time in the room or when you want to pack your luggage, you may feel like there is not enough brightness and your eyes may get tired. Overall, it was a nice hotel, good value for the money, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Seoul.

청결도가 좀 많이 떨어지는 것 같습니다. 제가 머물렀던 객실의 의자를 앉으려고 보니 매우 더러웠어요. 먼지같은게 아니라, 약간 액체가 흘려져있는데 그게 닦지않아서 굳어버린..? 그래서 머무는 동안 의자에는 안 앉고 침대에만 앉아있었어요 그리고 어쩔수없는 문제이지만 화장실, 샤워실과 객실 사이에 중간문이 없어서 약간 프라이버시문제나 환기문제가 신경쓰였어요 특히 샤워실 환풍기를 켜두려면 욕조쪽 등을 켜둬야했었는데, 그렇게하니 잠잘 때 불 때문에 신경쓰이더라고요;;

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025从忠武路站1号口（没记错的话）出来直接就能看到酒店，楼下是汉堡王，对面是KFC和便利店，旁边有Olive Young，非常方便。去明洞可以坐一站地铁也可以直接走过去（大概8-900m）。
房间有点小，不过在预期范围内。可以放得下打开的26寸行李箱。

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025お願いすればフロントの方はすぐに対応してくれます。水、タオル交換、アメニティ、ゴミ捨てなど全て申告制です。部屋も静かで他の部屋の水回りの音なども全く気になりませんでした。水圧が弱いという事でトイレットペーパーは流せませんがウォシュレットは完備です。忠武路駅1番出口からすぐなのでどこに行くにも便利な立地。また利用したいと思います。
バスルームに扉が無く、バスタブの外でシャワーを浴びるのは難しく、バスタブの中で利用しましたが、バスタブの周りを大理石調の石で囲ってあるため跨ぐのに幅があり使用しづらかった。（お湯や水圧は問題ありません）部屋の広さも問題無いのですが、テーブルが無いので、部屋での飲食は、不便です。

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025地下鉄の1番出口を出てすぐの立地で、周辺にはコンビニやカフェ、ファストフード店がありとても便利でした。明洞までも2駅ほどでロケーションはばっちりです。 フロントのスタッフさんは英語で対応してくれました。 チェックイン前もチェックアウト後もどちらも荷物預かりをしてくれました。 シャンプーとボディソープ、歯磨き粉と歯ブラシがありました。（どれも使い切りタイプです） スリッパ（使い捨て）とバスローブもありよかったです。 ドライヤーとヘアアイロンがあったのも助かりました。
電子レンジがなかった。 スタッフがフロントにいない時間があった。 多くの人が言及していますが、シャワーカーテンがないのでシャワールームとトイレが水浸しになります。

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Très bonne expérience pour nous dans cet hôtel ou nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Chambre propre et assez grande, bien isolée. Personnel agréable. Emplacement génial situé juste à la sortie de métro. Je recommande!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025El hotel cumple con todas las expectativas. La habitación era de muy buen tamaño y contaba con mini fridge y Pava eléctrica. El baño grande y cómodo. La persona que estuvo en recepción durante toda nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos. La ubicación es perfecta.
