Harbourside Lodge

Lovely room. Belinda was awesome through the changes I had to make during a really stressful time that I was going through. The Lodge is handy to the beach, airport and shopping by car. Local Thai restaurant is very yummy. Plus free breakfast is great.

Nothing.

The view, the location. Quiet and peaceful.

Nothing

Lovely location. Clean, comfortable and tidy. Very friendly staff.

Didn't have any facilities apart from bathroom to wash dishes, and no teatowel. But that wasn't really a biggy.

Great parking, pre check in communication was great. Good breakfast and comfortable bed, plenty of pressure in the shower.

Nice room, well appointed, friendly staff

Very welcoming, friendly reception.

Only a small issue but the cold water pressure, in the hand basin was too high. When the tap was first turned on the water splashed over the floor!

Clean warm and comfortable The view from the room out to the Marina was beautiful The shower was hot The bed was very comfortable The breakfast was good

It includes a great breakfast.

Lovely looking out across the marina. A super breakfast and wonderful, helpful staff.

Comfortable. Lovely lady at breakfast. Nice view on the harbour

Place was a bit run down and old. Breakfast wasva bit basic

This is a fantastic accommodation! The location was walking distance to everything, right in the marina, and absolutely wonderful staff!! We will be back!

Nice outlook over the harbour

All was great, we didn't stay for breakfast

nothing

Lovely and clean friendly staff and good breakfast in a cosy room

Area is a little industrial

We had an amazing stay here - the rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. Beds and pillows so comfy and the continental breakfast was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodation we would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing - it was a great stay

Great hospitality and great location close to work

Staff were friendly. Room very clean. Had a nice view from our baloney over the harbour

Very convenient. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. I appreciated the personal phone calls. Impressed with the way the renovations were being carried out with little disruption to customers. Enjoyed the breakfast kitchen upstairs. Gave us an opportunity to chat to others staying.

Staff so helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond. Big comfy bed and very clean

The bed was extremely comfortable, best night sleep of our whole trip. Loved the deep hot bath. Location was quiet, with a nice bar/restaurant next door. Continental breakfast was very handy and all we needed to start the day.

Was a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed, but a nice comfortable place to stay.

Didn't realise Harbourside was actually in the port area. While harbour view was great in the morning heard plenty of trucks in the early hours

Basic room with what was needed for an overnight stay. Restaurant close by & easy walk to supermarket for provisions. Breakfast provided was sufficient - cereal & toast.

Was in the harbour area in-between all the businesses & marine industries.

Staff member at Reception was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She was pleasant and friendly. An asset to the motel. She did everything that day to cleaning rooms, Reception and even helped with my heavy bags. Thank you so much. Great shower pressure, heating and view of mariner. Value for money too.

The customer service was excellent. Couldn't be more helpful.

.

Nice location. Quaint and quiet when we stayed.

Nothing!

Great location and comfy bed.

Needs a bit of an update especially around the court yard. A lot of chipped paint around the windows. Very expensive for what you get

Excellent room, good size, comfortable bed and a an easy walk into Nelson

Nothing

Very clean and comfortable, good views of the Marina.

The room was lovely, and the bed was really comfortable. It was great to have breakfast included in the price and had plenty of gluten free options.

There was a cycle tour group having breakfast and they were a bit rude about asking why we were having breakfast as well and they we shouldnt be there when it was included. The room also lacked a microwave which would have been nice.

perfect place to stay with awesome views and a very freindly bar 50 steps away with perfect views

nothing very comfortble bed and big room

The location suited us perfectly

I would have like the option of a cooked breakfast

Ausreichendes Continental Breakfast inklusive. Klare Empfehlung!,

Perfect location, great staff , great value. Great breakfast.

The free laundry facilities and complementary breakfast.

The bed was two singles joined which had a ridge running down the middle which was uncomforatble.

Front of house woman was great.

Noise but heavy glass was effective when inside

What it lacked in charm, it made up for with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also decent: coffee, juices, yogurt, cereal and breads.

Facility is well located (near marina) but is not particularly attractive and many views are of parking or industrial surroundings.

Great service, friendly staff and good breakfast spread

Lage, Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious

Helpful, friendly staff

A bit shabby

Well appointed suite. Lovely views looking out over the boat harbour. Easy flat walk into town. The 'breakfast room' upstairs was always clean and the food supplied was adequate.

Everything except no outdoor seating area

No outdoor seating area

Comfortable, friendly staff.

Nil

Large room

Bathroom could do with deep clean

Breakfast offered good choices and a comfortable dining area. Friendly service was very helpful and very welcome. Perfect location harbourside activity.

The manager was exceptionally understanding and accommodating.

Receptionist was very lovely and helpful

Proximity to marina

The toilet cistern flush buttons kept getting jammed.

Quiet location overlooking the marina. Large comfortable clean room. Great restaurant & bar less than 100 mtrs away. Good on site parking. 20 minutes walk to the town. Would recommend.

Nothing

Nice Harbour view

Lighting above bed (room 8) not fully functional.

We only stayed one night, but the staff were really helpfull and friendly. enjoyed the view of the boats and its close to town.

The laundry facilities were great and the room balcony too. It is a peaceful location, quiet at night.

Location.Beautiful view over harbour and close to fascilities.

Plug in bathroom sink didnt work. Laundry dearest I have ever come across

Great view of the marina. Close to town.

Breakfast, and the view
