- Having parking close by - Had everything you needed

- Had to ask for another towel as we had 3 people staying the night - No tea towel (although it was supplied when asked)

The location was great, beds were comfortable, very warm.

There was a little mould stain on shower wall that could be removed, the light above the mirror was very dusty, window skirting and frame very dirty.

The receptionist walked out with a child in her arms never greeted me just handed me a key to a room and said it was upstairs turned her back and went to another room and closed the door, there was a sign at reception put your room key in the drawer when checking out, there were other signs saying, No Pool as it was closed, No Laundry No Sky TV even though that is advertised, and on the bottom of the sign it said book directly with us and save 10% off Booking.com The room was clean but very old fashioned and very dated a big crack in the electric panel heater, there was only a couple of TV channels working, got little or no sleep due to road noise loud vehicles and sirens all night. It is definitely is over priced and not good value for money

When we checked in we were told our room was upstairs. But as we use walking sticks we asked if they had a room downstairs and the manager kindly put us in a downstairs room at no extra charge.

We have stayed here many times. It is old but kept very clean. The beds are very comfortable. We will stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the city centre either by walking or by transport. Check in was super easy and the staff were really friendly. The rooms looked exactly like what is in the pictures and for someone who was just staying one night it ticked all our boxes. The beds are comfy, not too soft, not too firm and the bathroom and kitchenette area was clean and tidy.

Very clean, had a great kitchenette with a stove, absolutely what a needed. Great location, was visiting family in hospital which was a 5min walk. Maunu shopping centre has a four square, Takeaways, chemist and a lovely cafe/bakery. Very convenient to bus stop to town, or a 15 minute walk. Laundromat is 10 minute walk. Even tho motel is on the busy main route, hardly hear traffic.

We got there late after 10pm and was greeted by a person - yaay. Room was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom/toilet was doable. For what we paid for and what we needed it was great. Will be a place stored away in the "back of mind" for another "just in case stay'.

We weren't there long enough to find out what we didn't like.

Needed last minute unexpected accommodation close to hospital. Perfect place to stay, everything I needed.

The location was suitable for our needs, the room was spacious enough and the staff were very accommodating

Wanted to change room to downstairs as I didnt realize we had a room up stairs so was told to check out of our upstairs room and wait 3 hours until a dwonstairs room was availiable. We booked and paid for 4 nights but ended up checking out a day earlier as circumstances changed for us.

The location bear the hospital but could be difficult to get in if you come from the north and it is peak hour traffic around 3-5

a little hard to turn right out of motel during rush hour, and nose almost on road to be able to see oncoming cars, but nothing too bad

The place is clean and very spacious for an affordable price. Location is good, near the town.

It was a bit hot on the summer, we had one electric fan.

Clean and comfortable, remember this is a budget price motel so don't expect 5 star accommodation and you won't be disappointed. Didn't have much interaction with staff but they were all pleasant and polite.

Close to what we needed

The beds were super comfy. Had the best sleep 😴 close to the hospital well, where I needed to be. Provided the best room for my mother with dementia & decided to stay another night👌 Also topped up our tea, coffee etc & fresh towels & sheets given. Everything needed was available. Definitely would go here again to be close to the hospital 🙏 Very nice young couple👍

We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 young children. This motel catered to our needs completely. It can be quite hard for us to find one room for all of us. We got a 3 bedroom, 5 bed “house” for an exceptional price. We will definitely be booking here in the future knowing our needs will be met. The property is fenced and private, our children were able to play in the yard freely, the space inside was very spacious.

No aircon, thankfully it wasn’t too hot of a day. The fans in every room were definitely comfortable during our stay though.

The bed was comfortable and good location and reasonably priced

There was no ventilation in the bathroom so the sealing was peeling and stayed damp which cause the shower to not be very clean specially for a toddler. The oven smoked and the microwave dirty. No chopping boards no spatula. No fire alarms in any of the rooms and a painting hanging up over graffiti. The beds were comfortable definitely a great place to stay for a night or two but we stayed for a week total and with a baby I need somewhere I can cook and not smoke out the room. Would have got a much higher rating if they had fire alarms and clean appliances
