浴槽でシャワーを使用していると洗面だのほうまで水が出て大変でした。 排水は普通に良かったんですが、カーテン越しに出ている感じでもなかった。 外が濡れるのが嫌で注意して使用してましたが半端なく水浸しになりました。

年に何回も上海の出張に使っているホテルですが今回は酷かった！ ①2タイプの部屋を予約(広い部屋と普通の部屋）予約時もフロントでも伝えたのにフロントがカードキーを渡し間違えて上司が狭い部屋に割り当てられた。 ②部屋のｴｱｺﾝがとにかく効かなかった、8月の上海でエアコン効かないのは命に係わる。一晩中寝れず、フロントに確認しても翌日に修理係が行きますって今寝れない。

・1608室に泊まったが､ロケーションは窓が半分しか無い。宿泊客はぼぼ居ないのに、いつも利用している全面窓では無く､なぜロケーションが悪い1608号室に宿泊させたのか､お客様目線で無い。 ・テレビが古く､時々「砂の嵐」が放映され､NHK 放送が途切れる。 ・シャワーのお湯が出てこない。 ・靴べらが無い。

Reviewed Dec 28, 2023It is terrible experience to stay in this hotel. The temperature of room aircon can not be changed. Feel like my whole body is in the BBQ oven. The weather outside is extremely cold. Inside room is extremely hot. It is so uncomfortable. I ended up being sick. The reception doesn’t seem care what you concerns.
Not at all. The room on booking .com is not suitable for staying. I find out the side my room is for cleaning room storage.
