Swiss Inn Plaza Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent.

Honestly, I couldn’t find anything to complain about. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations

Great choice

No restaurant on site, you need to walk 3 minutes through the golf to take your breakfast at the Swiss Inn, which was a good breakfast

Omnia and Ali were excellent when it comes to staff. Amazing soundproof and swimming pool

Really nothing

Actually was transferred to Swiss Inn Pyramids and upgraded to a suite. Nice surprise! Greeted with fruit baskets and nibbles and wine. Great suite overlooking the golf course. Staff were excellent as usual, very attentive and amenable to requests. Bed was super comfortable. All round a great experience.

Clean and comfortable to go anyplace, especially it is near by giza phyramid. Retaj who is recepitonist gave me the drinks as juice.

Instalaciones, personal, limpieza

Die Zimmmer sind sehr geräumig bis enorm gross. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles in Allem passt es. Die Appartements haben grosse Küchen mit Herd, Mikrowelle und gutem Kühlschrank. Ansonsten ist es nicht von Menschen überloffen was auch super ist. Komme gerne wieder. Eine schöne Aussicht auf den Golfplatz gibt es auch. Das Personal bemüht sich auch sehr entgegenkommend zu sein ob die Security am Eingang, der Zimmerservice oder an der Rezeption mit Check in und Check out Zeiten. Hatte mir sehr geholfen, Danke!

Am Anfang habe ich ein riesiges Appartment erhalten aber leider ohne den gebuchten Balkon, nach einer kurzen Diskussion hat das aber dann auch geklappt, Merci. Die Küche ist nicht fantastisch ausgestattet, musste also noch was nachkaufen z.B Schwamm oder Schüssel. Ansonsten nette Accessoires im Bad z.B. Evlt. würde noch ein kleiner Sichtschutz auf den Pooliegen helfen, dass man sich nicht so ausgestellt fühlt beim Sonnenbaden.

الهدوء و الغرفة مريحة مع اطلالة علي ملاعب القولف. موظفين الاستقبال ودودين و ينجزون العمل بسرعة

حمام السباحة مذكور انة يقفل مع الغروب و لكن طلب منا مغادرة حمام السباحة قبل ذلك.بالنسبة للافطار لتصل الي مطعم الافطار يجب عليك المشي مسافة الي الفندق المجاور.

Booking.com reservations are sometimes problematic they don't appear at hotel system and there is some waiting time.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly (especially the receptionist Yousif) and helpful throughout my visit. The bathroom was a bit dated, but everything was clean. Overall, a good experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is super clean and everything is comfortable. Staff is friendly to help you whenever you need them. The location is good to stay in a proper hotel and to reach the Giza pyramids area.

In overall, the hotel services and its location is good for tourists, who are traveling for a short period. If hotel will put cutlery in the kitchen it will be perfect.

First Of all the reception from the car was good then reception desk finishing the check in very fast with welcome drink so i would like to thanks Ms: Zinah as she was very helpful and smile all the time. Thank you all the stuff of Swiss inn Plaza The Spa is managed by Ms: Zainab the best one you can communicate ever in hotel spa, for everyone you'll miss a lot if you didn't try the spa.

the restaurant was a little pit not organized actually i didn't test the food but i tried to order a breakfast and they take the order then said sorry we can not serve on your room you have to come to the restaurant, that's is all but i didn't went to the restaurant.

The staff was very attentive and polite! The room was spacious and I loved the fact that it was real wood, glass and tiles instead of cheap plastic "modern" furniture. I enjoyed the little gifts like the slippers and the loofah bath mitt. After I left, I went to join a group at the Hilton next door. I was really disappointed. All plastic, not clean, didn't get water every day, and it felt much more impersonal. Of course it was much more expensive than the Swiss Inn Plaza, which made me appreciate the value of the SIP even more!

Well, there wasna stove top in my room and a couple of dishes, but I didn't see any way to make it work. I don't think it was connected. Seemed like a bad joke. I didn't have time to cook anyway... One thing I didn't like at all was the staff at the buffet of the Swiss Inn Pyramids. They seemed to be everywhere, looking like they would do anything to get a tip. I gave $10 to the manager in $1 bills, saying to share it around, and he did not look happy about it. But why would I give more, as that was almost half the price of the buffet!

The room i stayed was big and clean. The staff were very kind, especially Walid helped me when i arrived first to do the early check-in, which was very nice of him. I’ll stay here again if i come to Egypt in the future.

The hotel management asked for money to let the makeup artist and hairdresser up the room, we asked for a written documented rule but they refused. They simply could charge you for anything.

Charged us to have the hairdresser and makeup artist in the room more than the rate of one night and this was only for a 3 hours. Didn’t have written or documented rules for this. Take care could charge you for anything and state it’s the hotel rules

First of all the great value of this hotel is the team. Especially the one of the front desk. Rahma is the most professional and positive person, together with Aisha. People who helps with the room maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and cute and you can use the facilities of the next door 5 starts hotel: Swiss inn Golf Resort . And if you want to make a shopping you can find Shopping Mall of Egypt. The hotel is good for coming for business and city trips.

Everything is ok. Just need a bit more renauvation around the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ the rest is good for now.

Breakfast was comparable to that of the more expensive Sofitel Gezira. Excellent service from friendly staff. Downside was that we were in the Annexe building on the other side of the Hilton Pyramids Golf., a long walk to the breakfast restaurant. The room was excellent , looked brand new , tastefully furnished and very clean,.

When I asked for transport to the breakfast area online, it was declined. But on arrival at Reservations they said it was available . It was also not easy to find the entrance to the Swiss Inn Plaza Annexe. BW the Golf course is really impressive for hot dry Cairo! lovingly cared for! Plenty of staff busy cleaning and repairing. A well-run establishment.

I suppose to be in plaza they give me room at golf resort. On check in I pay for the 1 night and on the check out they charge me extra (telling me that I didn't pay the tax) while the real price was for plaza not golf resort. Didn't give me the WiFi password. Didn't give me the golf view. There is much better hotels and resorts with friendly stuff than swiss in.
