الضجة وأصوات التكسير والبناء داخل المبنى دائما، رائحة غير لطيفة دائما في المطعم ، الحراسة في المدخل دائما يعرقلون دخولك بشكل مزعج وغير لطيفين ، إعادة المبلغ الذي في الأمانات بالجنيه وليس كما وضعته بالدولار وذلك مخالف للقانون لان هذه امانه ، وليس قبض من صندوق الفندق .

The hotel are were exceptionally nice and friendly. The food was wonderful too.

The hotel is listed as 5 star. Unfortunately it did not match that. There was mould on the bathroom and shower tiles. Also some areas need a coat of paint. I would rate this hotel as 4 stars.

Great hotel for a comfortable stay! We were absolutely satisfied with everything. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. We will definitely come back again!

The staff are the hotel's greatest asset from Housekeeping to F&B and Front Desk/Concierge. Special thanks to Zina Hazem in GR and Ahmed the bar manager for their attentive amazing service

Everything is convient and effective. Compared to resorts in Europe and other places in the world, it exceeds effectiveness. Perhaps update some of the facade as the outside structures may look a little outdated but extremely well preserved nevertheless.

They hassle you upon check-out, every few minutes after 12:00pm they keep calling.. literally for 22 minutes of lateness they called 5 times.

I love the neatness of the facility. The green area, golf course and the swimming pool created a natural ambience that calmed my nerves after work hours. It was an incredible experience and would like to come back in future.

I would have enjoyed the facility better if I had had my room upstairs.

Muitas festas de casamento ocorrem no resort, por esse motivo tem sempre barulho até as 23h. Viemos a negócios, pra quem precisa descansar, esse é um ponto negativo. Faltam opções de café e refeições mais internacionais, pois nem todo mundo se adapta ao tempero árabe

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Inn. The suite with the golf and pool view was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, spacious, and perfectly designed for relaxation. What really stood out was the flexibility of the staff; they were incredibly accommodating and made everything feel effortless. The complimentary dessert was a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. Everything was simply perfect, and I would definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel very quiet close to pyramids

This is a super hotel. The bedroom was huge, the bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. The air con was quiet and very efficient. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with an extensive choice and the buffet was replenished regularly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because it's located next to a golf course (Dreamland Golf). The course was in good condition considering the climate and exceeded our expectations. Be aware if you are staying during Ramadan that the meal times are different to those stated on the information sheet, so check with the restaurant manager. We were caught out at dinner on our first night, although the hotel management went out of their way to make amends for this error. Also, there's nowhere nice to walk from the hotel but we realised this at the time of booking. It's very convenient for a visit to the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can't say enough about this place! I host Women Empowerment Retreats and this is my 5th year in a row coming here with new ladies every year and they equally love it just as much as I do! Everything from the staff, to the clean rooms. And how they treat us like family. Every time we come is unmatched! You'll definitely feel safe and anything you need they will be happy to get it for you. I want to say a special thank you to my housekeeper Saleh who made sure my stay had everything I needed! I highly recommend this place and I already have my stay booked for 2027!

The Swiss Inn Pyramids hotel was super. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the room was huge and very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nice bed linen. There was a fabulous selection of food at breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious and well prepared and presented. There was something for all tastes. All the staff were friendly. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to one of the golf courses (The Dreamland Golf course) and the condition of the course exceeded our expectations. Hotel guests get a discount on green fees too. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel and would happily stay there again.

There was nowhere pleasant to walk from the hotel after dinner or during the day due to its location, but we did realise this at the time of booking. Also be aware that if you are staying during Ramadan, the times of dinner alter so make sure you check mealtimes with the restaurant manager as we were given incorrect information by the reception staff at check in and got caught out on our first night at dinner. However, the hotel management went out of their way to make amends for this error and this certainly wouldn't alter my recommendation for this hotel, it's just something that needs to be pointed out to future guests.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Swiss Inn. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is really friendly. The buffet offers many choices and the quality os good. The location is pretty good. Everything worth seeing is within a 30- 40 minuten drive. Would certainly recommend.

A wonderful stay- I was celebrating my birthday while i was here and the hotel went above and beyond to make my day special. The hotel is lovely- clean, spacious - good choice at the buffet. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Perfect location for the pyramids and the grand museum. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks so the hotel for taking great care of us!

Excellent Location and Outstanding Service The location is excellent. The breakfast and dinner are outstanding, with fresh and high-quality food served every day. Hi Swiss Inn team, it is always a nice welcome and comfortable stay here from last 04 years as visit8ng month on month. It has become a second home for me and my colleagues. Staff is very kind, supportive and smiling on my every visit. ChefbTaha is superb for Indian food and bring you mouthwatering dishes at your table. Kudos Swis Inn Team.

The experience was below expectations. From the check-in process, the luggage attendant attempted to request a tip, which was unprofessional and inappropriate. The laundry service was acceptable, with reasonable pricing. However, the cooperation and professionalism of the front desk staff were not satisfactory, including Donia and another staff member at the adjacent desk. At check-in, Ali and his colleague clearly informed us that the stay included breakfast. The following morning, we were asked to pay at the restaurant, despite this confirmation. I had booked four suites, and the issue is not about the amount, but rather the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled, which caused unnecessary embarrassment in front of my guests. Such matters should be addressed discreetly and with greater respect for the guest experience.

A very lovely hotel with excellent and attentive staff. Lovely to have a choice of restaurants and well equipped bar. Our room was very comfortable a good size and exceptionally clean. Could do with softer towels and better quality shower gels etc but only a small biggie. Would definitely recommend. Be aware a long way from Cairo airport although we since found out you can fly into Spinx Airport and it’s only 30 minutes. 😊
