Atendimento no café da manhã. Só me hospedo em hotéis com academia e esse possuía uma academia razoável, contudo o equipamento de perna estava estragado.

Como se trata de um studio mais do que um quarto de hotel, está disponível máquina de lavar e secar roupas, o que seria um bônus para o hóspede, não fosse a falta de bom senso das pessoas que resolvem lavar roupa na madrugada. Porque o que mais se espera de uma estadia é uma boa noite de sono, eu não voltaria a ficar neste hotel. É u a pena, pois é uma boa opção em CT.

Unfortunately, my experience at this four-star hotel in central Cape Town was disappointing. The welcome was cold and impersonal, but the biggest issue was the complete lack of customer service. I reported the same problem twice during my stay, and no one ever bothered to resolve it. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care. It’s a real shame because the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. With better service and more attention to guests, this hotel could have been a much better experience.

Reviewed Jun 20, 20261. The staff make the hotel amazing. 2. The little landing areas on each floor are well thought out, you don't just need to sit in your room. 3. When you do get to the room it stuns, well curated hotel rooms have a feel to them, these rooms have that feel. 4. The bed...ahhh...I slept like I sleep at home. I rarely find this to be true at hotels, but The Capital know what a quality bed feels like. 5. The restaurants are great, with Utopia being a top tier breakfast and dinner experience!
1. The parking and lifts feel a bit dated. 2. Some of the other guests can become unruly. This is me nitpicking, my experience was really good.

Nothing, just be careful walking around the area at night. Best to take an Uber for even short distances once the sun is down.

O hotel conta com instalações excelentes, modernas, confortáveis e muito bem cuidadas, proporcionando uma experiência extremamente agradável. Também gostaríamos de destacar o ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, que foram sempre muito cordiais, educados e prestativos durante toda a estadia. Sem dúvidas, uma excelente opção para se hospedar na Cidade do Cabo.

Washing machine and dryer were not fixed well and require technical maintenance. No issues overall.

Pleased with all the appliances and mini kitchen (oven, washer and dryer, microwave etc.) as well as bathroom extras. As the client, I felt cared for and considered. Happy that there are two “in house” restaurants with room-service option.
There isn’t an aircon (or we couldn’t find one) and the TV has an odd placement - not directly over the bed nor couch, so you watch a movie from an odd angle. It’s not a big deal though!

Thin walls, you can hear the neighbours and also smell the smoke when they are smoking (that is prohibited anyway though). Should not happen. The sink has a cavity where you accidentally find (but not see) a lot of soaps 🧼. The fabric does not feel very high soft and comfortable. The Elevator 🛗 did not work.
