I asked on the first night for the room AC to be checked as it was very noisy. The maintenance guy said, " sorry nothing he can do about it. All the rooms are the same". Last time that I stay here.

The best thing was the staff, especially in the kitchen/eating area. They were very attentive. The rooms were very comfortable. An excellent accommodation.

Location is quite good. 20 Mins from the airport and a 10 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. The hotel in itself is conventional in structure, I loved the bricks which are warm and secure. The room was good. I loved the fact that it was being cleaned everyday. The breakfast was awesome and the options were great.

Nothing, the hotel was super amazing.

The staff were terrific, especially those working in the restaurant/bar area. They remembered my tea order on the first day and brought me tea at every breakfast. Also, I liked the laundry service and the gym.

The location is convenient but you just don't wander alone at night.

The convenience of the location with consistently good service means it remains one of my go to places.

The door in the room that connect to the room next door is not safe at all cause people from next door did tried to open it late at night.. We had to get up and unlock it and tell them to stop trying to open the door or we’ll call security.. We didn’t feel safe right after that at all during the night.. My suggestion is that the door has to be condemned for safety reason in order to avoid any incident in the future..

not the complaint but just a concern,my sister was not well and she slept after breakfast when we requested for a room to be cleaned the staff was gone home my suggestion if for future there can be a standby or if we are told that for certain time the house keeping will not be available besi de that our stay was awesome and on our way we we're complemented by nNonkosi,Gabby and the receptionist Shaun was the best

The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are clean and the location great.

The are no microwaves in the rooms. And when you ask for help to warm up your food they refuse. There were not enough glasses, side- plates just to able to eat without making a mess. There were not enough chairs in the room even though they knew I was sharing with another person.

Fabulous. We especially would love to thank Mr Anthony for his outstanding service. He met al.our requirements and made us feel more than welcome. We will be forever grateful. A very humble gentelman. Thank you Anthony. You deserve everything wonderful that comes your way.

Struttura ben tenuta, personale cortesissimo, buona e varia la colazione, ci hanno fatto cenare anche alle 21.55 quando la cucina chiudeva alle 22. Molto comodo come posizione, anche se non si può andare in giro a piedi

C'e la moquette a terra, mio marito è molto allergico ma devo dire che era davvero ben pulita la struttura perché non ha avuto neanche un piccolo starnuto. Quindi benissimo. Bagno un po' datato.

Staff response takes a while. They had to apologise by offering a token of sympathy after they failed to provide me with iron and ironing board for about 15 minutes.

Ein prima Hotel fußläufig zur Waterfront mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Betten sowie die Ausstattung im Zimmer und im Bad waren gut.

Die Bar in der Lobby schließt leider schon um 23.00 Uhr.

Hotel ideally located a short distance from the Waterfront. Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel room was clean and big powerful shower was brilliant to relax in after a hard day doing touristy things!

Having breakfast on the first monring, staff landed down with a bill for breakfast. I had to go to reception and show them that breakfast was included in my booking. Somehow it wasn't showing up on my booking. Found the situation embarrassing that a Bill was landed to me in front of the group I was with. Even more embarrassing was I had to dig out the receipt to show I had breakfast included. Not a major inconvenience, just an embarrassment that my booking didn't follow through to hotel record.

The reception staff were so good and the security were so vigilantes and always willing to assist. The food was so tasty and lots of variety for breakfast.

Some of the restaurants staff attitude was not good 2/ 6 staff the rest were so good.

I've stayed at this hotel quite often. I've stayed here about 10 times in the last year. Great location, good breakfast. But the last time, there was an incident – ​​money was stolen from my room. I understand it's my own fault for not putting it in the safe. But I was leaving for a marathon at 3 a.m. and wasn't paying attention, leaving my bag on the table. Overall, I trusted this hotel. The thieves didn't take all the money, just half. They probably hoped I wouldn't notice. The hotel conducted an investigation and identified the cleaning staff who had entered the room. They administered a polygraph test, and the test found no fault on the part of the staff. I still haven't received my money back. Be careful. Don't be like me.

We had a fifth floor loft room .Very spacious with a large bed on the mezzanine floor and bathroom. Downstairs kitchen/dining area and 2nd toilet. All the staff were kind and receptive. Standard international style plentiful buffet breakfast. Evening dining room served quality fresh cooked food off a limited al'acarte menu (or AYCE buffet if preferred) at reasonable cost . We ate there most evenings. Small pool outside the rear of the hotel. 15/20 minute walk to the V&A dock area or City area in the other direction.

The area in the daytime seemed reasonably safe to walk if you kept to the main streets, but parts of the Central bowl seemed intimidating. The staff advised us not to walk out at night . So we didn't. Take an Uber if you must. The hotel is on a busy road so expect muted traffic noise, although less in the early hours. Our room had two issues. We were on the top floor and although our Aircon was switched off ,there was a continuous low drone from hidden service/ ventilation ducting somewhere in the roof area ?? Not good if you are a light sleeper. And for a big room the lighting was inadequate. An extra stand lamp wouldn't go amiss. Some of the bulbs in the main light were fused , and we asked about getting them replaced. A staff member came to look, but nothing was done for the remainder of our stay? A near perfect stay but for these issues.

The bathroom is too small, and the shower drain was blocked. My baby was bitten by something in the camcot, but nothing was found after the team investigated. I did get feedback. The rate of the new room was exorbitant. I had asked to move rooms because the room I booked had a loft and it was not too safe for my 2 year old. We were moved to another room for the night, at a huge cost. I am still awaiting my refund on the initial booking. Please assist with this

Não gostei do cheiro de cigarro no corredor do pavimento de onde ficamos hospedados. Tinha uma placa que era proibido fumar, mas todos os dias havia cheiro de cigarro/tabaco.

The staff were very kind and polite and accommodating. There was a guarded parking and the neighbourhood felt saver than other neighbourhoods of CapeTown. Towels were clean. The room also looked clean. The breakfast was nice.

There was mold in the shower corners. You could hear every sound coming from outside. You could hear every door that opened and closed. Also traffic outside was hear-able. The airco unit made a lot of noise. The croissants weren’t freshly made.

We zochten een hotel dichtbij (op loopafstand) Waterfront voor onze laatste (halve) nacht in Kaapstad. Dit hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen, het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was voldoende voor 1 nacht en schoon. Omdat we midden in de nacht moesten vertrekken ivm een vroege vlucht misten we het ontbijt maar kregen zonder te vragen de mogelijkheid om een ontbijt voor onderweg te bestellen.

De airco werkte niet naar behoren. Omdat we slechts een paar uren konden slapen en het niet echt warm was hebben we dit niet gemeld.

The door to our bathroom couldn't close properly, but overall we're happy with our stay.

Good size room, lovely balcony with great view of table mountain. Reception and security very friendly.

Pool was out of service for maintenance. Not informed about this prior to our arrival so disappointing. It would have been nice to be informed before our arrival so we were either able to book a different hotel or potentially have a small discount for the inconvenience.
