Niyati - Boutique Stay

The location is prime and super convenient for exploring Fort Kochi! The property has a charming antique, heritage feel like a restored traditional home filled with character. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and an huge, well-maintained bathroom. Truly a unique and pleasant place to stay.

Nothing to complain about everything was smooth and enjoyable.

Location is great . Room is basic with mimimal amenities.

Lighting could be better inside the toom . It was too dark when u needed the extra light. The mattress springs could be felt whennsitting or.sleeping especially if u are on the jeavier side The AC had water dripping on kne night. Needs better maintenance

De lokatie was ideaal, pal in het gezelligste gedeelte van Fort Kochi. De kamer was heel mooi, en stijlvol ingericht. De kamer was niet duur en toch 1 van de mooiste die we in onze reis gehad hebben.

De matrassen waren redelijk hard naar Westerse normen, maar dit zagen we overal in India. We worden dat stilaan gewoon. We zijn niet gaan eten in hun restaurant, omdat de muziek voor ons daar veel te luid stond. Wij houden van rust :)

The location is so perfect! The staff is just beyond lovely and generous. Especially, Bablu dada, Vipin and Nivas. Bablu dada and Vipin would remind us to carry our umbrellas when we step out, recommend delicious meals nearby and fill us in on the neighbourhood lore. I almost felt like I was visiting family. Their care, generosity and thoughtfulness was beyond what was necessary and certainly left an imprint on my friend and I. I hope to return soon and keep visiting often. Cannot recommend this place more! And it certainly is so because of the people who work here. Thank you!!

Un Heritage hotel pequeño pero muy amable decorado con muchísimo detalle y la ubicación en el centro de fort cochi en una calle tranquila no podía ser mejor.

Location was good. Near to Francis pub. Could walkin to Pub easily.

I generally stay on the top floor. This time I stayed downstairs and was bit uncomfortable.

スタッフの人たちは親切で会うと声をかけてくれました。部屋はきちんと掃除されていて、エアコンもきいていて熱いお湯も問題なく出ました。観光にはとても便利です。

レセプションに近い部屋だったので人の声が気になり、上の階に移れるかききましたが、空いていないと言われました。部屋は湿気がこもりやすいらしく、洗濯物がなかなか乾きませんでした。

The place was nice, it felt it had a nice vintage look to it.

Very good Location and room was best for family, very clean. Best part id it is next to very famous restaurant.

We were given a room first where the walls were damp, and the floor of the room and bedsheet and blankets were also damp and looked unclean cause of this. There was no crispness or freshness for sheets. We also got a cold cause of the dampness. The lighting is too dull. There were also patches of fungus and moisture on the walls. However, when we asked to shift the next day as we were unwell, they gave a better room, which was better. The location is great and the staff is friendly.

Its a beautiful old historic boutique hotel. The room was spacious and large and Had basic amenities of water and kettle tea and coffee. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked great. Staff were helpful. Great location .

There is no complimentary breakfast. Amenites were limited. The bathroom and room light was dim and would be nice when dressing up to have a nice mirror and light .

the room smelled damp and the curtains were moist to touch. The wall behind the bed was damp from water leaks which the owner insisted wasn't possible because it wasn't in the monsoons?! also the wall in the bathroom was all kinds of weird, and there was definitely mould. instead of being helpful and responsive, his response was "what do you want from me". pro tip, if you're looking for the owner and he isn't to be found, he's probably at Francis, the bar next door :/

Beautiful heritage property in heart of Fort Cochin

The hotel called 60 mins before checkin to inform us that ac in the room is not working and that we should look for a new room. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude by the hotel

Our stay at Niyati Boutique Stay was both unique and very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring Fort Cochin, making it an ideal base to wander the area with ease. The rooms are lovely — thoughtfully designed and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay while discovering the neighbourhood.

The front side rooms including the suit is too noisy, dark and filled with mosquitoes. Need bigger mugs for tea/ coffee please.

The location of Niyati is excellent and within walking distances of everything you want to see and do in Kochi

The televisions no longer work and noise filters through from an adjoining night spot so if you aren't a late night sleeper, you could be up till around midnight with the music

Die Lage ist super. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anfahrt vom Flughafen dauert aber etwas länger. Das sollte man mit einplanen.

Leider gibt es kein Frühstück mehr. Das war früher sehr gut. Es gibt aber fussläufig ein paar gute frühstückslokale. Am Anreisetag gab es außerdem weder Strom noch Wasser. Dafür haben wir aber einen Discount erhalten.

Location, ambience, staff and cleanliness

The air conditioning wasn't working properly. However, because of the season, it was not a major issue. But, I am sure in summer it can be! Mosquitoes are also a real problem. Then again it is Kochi! Could have given some decent toiletries. All they provided was a tiny cheap soap!

The reception desk was non-existent. Was bit of a circus, no communication, could speak english and had no idea what was going on. One of the rooms had a dreadful smell! too bad, we couldn’t sleep there. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms.

Stayed in the Deluxe Luxury room. Large, spacious room with tastefully done decor, including beautiful furnitures. The ambience of the whole place is fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic too.

To nit-pick, the TV didn't work and the toiletries only had 1 soap and a toilet roll. A handwash would have been good. However it didn't impact the overall experience

Locality and the staff behaviour

While booking it said TV was available. However, there was TV without connection, when asked, they said that TV is not part of the booking and has not been past 5 years but they forgot to update the same in the booking app.

Location is perfect , lovely old decor , the street is lively and every nice place is within 10 mins. Walk if distance

A loose main switch due to which the current was tripping in our room - during night and while getting ready in the morning . They were unable to repair it in the 3 days we were there

L’emplacement.

Cet hôtel a un potentiel non exploité. Il est bien situé et est établi dans un ancien bâtiment colonnial. Pour autant il y a de gros problème d’humidité… ma chambre située au rdc avait des remontées d’humidité sur les murs au point que els affiches dans les tableaux se decollaient. Elle sentair l’himidite en permanence malgre ventilation et clim, tout etait moite. Lorsque vous prenez une douche, ou il n y a pas de tapis de sol, vos traces de pas mouillés ne s evaporent pas tant il fait humide… Et il y a un manque d’entretien general, je ne parle pas de proprete mais de remise en peinture, de reverbir la porte de la sdb attaquee par l’humidite, …

Beautiful dark wood furnishings, I had a comfortable stay at Niyati and loved the bar next door too. Place is centrally located in Fort Kochi, close to many shops n chinese fishing nets.

The room could do with abit more lighting

Good value for money. Large rooms sympathetically decorated and great use of the courtyard. Excellent location for the historic district. Things to improve. Staff to be quieter during night hours as the rooms are close to reception. And better insulation for the room doors.

We booked the suite and one more room - one of the fans in the suite made too much noise and didn’t work. Hot water didn’t come properly in the bathroom. The bed linen and towels were not clean enough.
