It was very comfortable stay Host allowed us to do early check in without any extra cost and also helped in arranging two wheeler for us The place is exactly in the centre so it’s like you can find all the famous places near by Lovely stay also the cost was very reasonable

Our stay at Kochi Bella Villa was such a lovely experience. The location is very convenient, right at a central junction but away from the busy tourist streets, so it felt like a nice balance between being accessible and having a comfortable space to come back to. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we especially enjoyed having the common areas to sit, relax and cook. But what stood out the most for me was the warmth of the people. Shan bhai and Shahid made us feel so welcome from the beginning. Since it was our first time in Kochi, it was really reassuring to have someone around who was so approachable and happy to help. Shan bhai was incredibly thoughtful and went out of his way for us on multiple occasions. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants everyone staying there to have a good experience. His warmth and willingness to accommodate everyone’s requests really made the stay feel personal rather than just like a hotel stay. We left with a really positive feeling about Kochi, and a big part of that was because of the people we met here. Would happily stay at Kochi Bella Villa again!

La colazione tipica era squisita, il proprietario troppo simpatico faceva sempre due chiacchiere con noi la sera e ci ha anche lasciato un lassi in frigo prima di partire. Poi la posizione è perfetta per scoprire Fort Cochi e le sue bellezze. Abbiamo amato!

La chambre et la sdb étaient propre mais c’était pas très bien entretenu. Il y avait de la poussière sur le ventilateur et la lumière. Les murs auraient besoin d’un coup de nettoyage. Mais peut être que c’était seulement notre chambre qui avait ça ! Il y a un rooftop mais malheureusement il est inutilisable ( il y avait juste un banc et des déchets ), c’est peut être dû à la basse saison

L'intérieur de l'armoire de la chambre devrait être dépoussiéré. La serrure de la chambre est défectueuse. La table du petit déjeuner devrait être poncée et revernie. Dommage que le deuxième étage sous le toit ne soit pas nettoyée c'est une très belle place.

Great location, good size room, clean, hot water available. There is a rooftop and yoga mats available for use. Shan and his family were really kind and helpful throughout our stay, I highly recommend their place and will definitely stay here again if we come back to kochi!

Kochi Bella Villa is an excellent guesthouse. We were a group of 5. Shan the owner was brilliant, advising us of things to do and see on Kochi and helping to plan our onward journey around Kerala. The guesthouse was great value and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The owner is very friendly and serviceminded. He genuinely wants to give you the bread experience. I also loved the cute kittens, the breakfast and the rooftop for own yoga practice. The location is perfect and it is close to everything.

I went to Kochi for an event , alone, stayed at Kochi Bella Villa for 3 days, it felt like home, very comfortable stay. Room was very clean, Shan is a great, very helpful and kind person. It felt safe to stay there. 🌻

Le KOCHI BELLA VILLA est un établissement très agréable et très bien tenu dans lequel nous avons passé notre séjour à Fort Kochi. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner proposé est chaque jour différent, copieux et typiquement keralais. On peut facilement s’y sentir comme chez soi au milieu des voyageurs très cosmopolites et cela arrive grâce à la présence bienveillante du manager qui veille à ce que chacun se sente à l’aise et trouve ce qu’il lui convient. En tant qu’ancien guide, il a pu nous mettre en connexion avec les personnes (taxis, guides, rikchaw, marchands, compatriotes, restaurateurs, etc.) que nous souhaitions rencontrer. Nous avons voyager avec notre fille de 10 ans et nous sommes sentis très accueillis dans cette pension bien placée. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Great location, plenty of street food and some nice places to eat nearby. Just a 10/15 minute walk to the fishing nets and the beautiful sunset over Vasca da Gama beach. Clean rooms with good air con. Shan is a fantastic host, ready to help with anything and full of interesting stories. A yummy traditional breakfast served daily and the dinner I had was delicious. The two cats are adorable. I will definitely be back, 10/10.

Ti può organizzare dei tour della città col tuktuk, noi l'abbiamo fatto con Seniish👏🤙top. Oltrettutto ti può noleggiare la moto e ti può noleggiare la moto organizzando un tour con lui come guida.

Shan was really easy going. Allowed early check in. Very helpful with recommendations. Slept really well on the 2nd floor. Apprec the lounge space to host visitors waiting to head to airport.

A few things that could be taken care of: - The fan regulator needs fixing, it only runs in max mode now - The room had multiple brights lights which were all white. It would be good to add a dimmer, warm lights, suited to a bedroom

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Kochi Bella Villa sehr genossen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an zuhause gefühlt. Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir netten Kontakt. Das Personal ist super nett und herzlich und Shan hat uns wirklich tolle Tipps gegeben. Sei es um Essen zu gehen, lokale Plätze abseits des Touristenstroms zu besuchen oder die Organisation von Taxi für die Weiterfahrt. Auch nach der Reise ist Shan immer noch erreichbar für uns, und das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Das Frühstück war super lecker und reichhaltig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Super Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.

Сильно продавленный матрас, со впивающимися пружинами. Его давно пора менять. Правда, возможно, это не во всех номерах. Это портит впечатления от номера. Кондиционер тоже старый, и более шумный, чем хотелось бы. Вороны сильно кричат по утрам, но, вероятно, этот фактор нестабилен, и возможен везде в этом районе. PS Хозяин связывается по вотсаппу, и просит исправить оценку. За это снизил еще на 2 балла.

Extrem gute Lage, fußläufig von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in ganz Kochi. Das Zimmer ist simpel, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten einmal das Indische und einmal ein Europäisches Frühstück, beides war gut.

Nice homestay with a super friendly and helpful host with welcoming attitude! Lovely neighborhood, great location in Fort Kochi near the main attractions. Great breakfast - we really enjoyed the local Keralan food :-).

A closet or a shelf for storing clothing in the room would be a good idea :-). Sometimes we had to wait much longer for breakfast than the time we requested it. But the breakfast was nice!

We had a very memorable stay at Bella Villa. The atmosphere was very warm and family-like, and nice to get in touch with other guests. The owner Shan and his employee were very helpful, took time for us and gave many good recommendations. The cherry on the cake was the everyday morning breakfast, which was prepared freshly for us. Thank you for everything! :)

Location of the property is good. Hot water was continuous. No complaints about staff.

Very small room. AC not much cooling. Small cupboard (if one can call it). No hangers. Limited choice of breakfast (bought from a restaurant nearby)

It’s decent value for money and all the staff are lovely. Moreover, It’s in an excellent location and our host gave us a tour around Kochi for a small fee. It’s nothing special but absolutely fine for a couple of days. It’s definitely worth staying here for an affordable place within a good proximity to the main attractions (and a great tourist shop).

This property was in a great location and the rooms were nice and big and very clean. It was also great to have a communal area and access to a kitchen. All of the breakfasts we tried were absolutely delicious. Shan was the most amazing and thoughtful host and couldn’t have done more for us.

The breakfast each morning was very good - we found Shan’s recommendations for be helpful and we booked a driver through him to visit Munar. The location couldn't be better and is super quite. There is also a rooftop, which is perfekt for yoga.

The property was in an excellent location. A short walk from the Chinese Fishing nets. The staff were always on hand and even did some laundry for us in their washing machine. They booked us a tuk tuk tour of historic Cochin and also booked us tickets to the excellent Kathakali show which you shouldn’t miss.

The host is amazing, extremely hospitable, and helpful. Thanks to him we visited the best places even though we only had one day. He picked us up even though we arrived super late after midnight and even offered us some juice! The location in Fort Kochi is ideal!

The overall experience was great due to the amazing hospitality of the people, so it's hard to find something negative. If we could point out something, it is that due to the accommodation being a homestay, the breakfast is very limited. Due to the humid weather and heat of Kochi, the rooms are a bit small and hot, with some moisture on the ceilings, but there are fans and AC!
