Very old and small like smoke.. the reception guy was not that friendly. Reception is very small and not comfortable. Very noisy. Not worth the price

The location was great and it was very clean

The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The TV didn’t work and they didn’t care. We said we needed a factura on all charges prior to being charged and never recieved one. The maid service walked in 3 times without knocking first. They said there was a shuttle service but in the end there was not. They said our extra charges were for the taxi and when we caught the taxi and tipped him at the airport he got angry because he said we didn’t pay when we were charged the service at the hotel. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but the location makes it worth it. We wouldn’t stay there again. Many other options in the same location.

Hotel y Suites ubicados en el centro de Roma, cerca de todos los negocios de firmas conocidas, con transporte accesible a todos los puntos de la ciudad. Desayuno muy completo. Servicio perfecto. Segunda visita y encargue la tercera. Muy recomendable.

I knew what to expect, however if I really need to mention something: breakfast could do with a bit more variety and when you are in the gym you feel like stuck in a fishtank

During our stay at your hotel in Rome, we experienced a very disappointing situation involving the reception staff, especially an employee named Marco. Upon arrival, we were placed in a room different and clearly inferior to the category we had booked and paid for, without any prior notice or explanation. When we questioned the issue, the receptionist claimed we had been informed in advance, which was not true. The interaction was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. Marco spoke to us without any education or professionalism, and his behavior gave clear indications of prejudice and discriminatory treatment toward guests from other countries. In addition, it appeared that there was an intentional attempt to financially disadvantage us by providing a lower-category room despite the amount we had paid for our reservation. After insisting that the hotel respect our original reservation, the room change was eventually completed much faster than initially stated. The lack of transparency and the way our family was treated caused significant stress and frustration during our trip. We believe guests should be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism, regardless of nationality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. We hope the hotel reviews this situation carefully to prevent similar issues from happening to future guests.

Lage der Suites ist optimal, sehr zentral, leider die Zimmer auf die Straßenseite nachts sehr laut, die ZImmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Frühstückspersonal total zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage ist optimal, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar,gute Lokal in der Nähe Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da das Badezimmer sehr kalt war durch die Lüftung, die sich nicht hat abstellen lassen, das war kein Problem und wurde am nächsten Tag erledigt.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr bemüht, aber man hätte sich doch gefreut, wenn einem die Türe aufgemacht wird, wenn man mit schweren Koffern anreist und über ein kurzes "Gute Reise" bei der Abreise hätte man sich als Gast auch gefreut.

The property was at a perfect location, closed to all the attractions as well as the best restaurants.

1.The rooms, the bathrooms, and the bedroom were perfectly cleaned, the bed linen was fresh and spotless. 2. great location in terms of distance, very central and close to all sights 3. very friendly staff at breakfast in the 5th floor.

The location is very central, but it is worth bearing in mind that it gets very, very noisy in the evenings and the windows are poorly insulated. I was also less impressed by some of the reception staff, who were not particularly friendly. For example, when we called to ask for cutlery, we were told to come and collect it ourselves. In addition, we had booked three nights including three breakfasts, but because we were leaving at 4 a.m. on the last day, we asked whether we could have that breakfast on the first day instead. This was refused.

Very good hotel. Clean and spacious room, freshly updated, good view from the window, huge bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, served at the top floor with a balcony and view over the Rome's roofs. Personnel was friendly and professional. We were lucky to reserve our stay at a well discounted price.

Visiting Rome for our 25th wedding anniversary. Hotel is great and elegant, staff friendly and helpful, and conveniently located to main amenities in Rome by short walks of 15-20 min max to: Coliseum, Spanish Stairs, Trevi's Fountain, also a few steps from the subway station. Our stay was very pleasant and the hospitality by management and staff was impeccable. They made our stay a very enjoyable experience. We strongly recommend it for your next trip to the "Eternal City" .

Lovely clean & comfortable hotel close to everything - only 5 mins to Trevi foundation and Spanish steps. Very noisy main road outside. There is a pedestrian crossing right outside so there are motorbikes revving, cars beeping, bin lorries at 3am and police cars/ambulances most of the time. TIP - We found that closing the wooden shutters on the windows helped a bit. Breakfast was ok. Something for everyone - cereal, croissants, bacon & eggs, fruit, ham & cheeses etc. Staff served pots of tea & coffee so no queuing at coffee machines. Free soft drinks & water in the mini fridge. Restocked every day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, even surprising us with lovely treats for my birthday. They also helped us with our luggage and arranged a taxi, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and fresh, delicious food. Great location. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at the Stendhal Luxury Suites. The location is fantastic and central for exploring the city of Rome. The customer service was superb, I felt genuinely welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble. The suite was clean, spacious, and elegantly designed. The breakfast was delicious and the team were very attentive. Overall this stay was everything I expected it to be, relaxing and luxurious, and I would book again.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene allo Stendhal. La camera era sorprendentemente spaziosa, molto più di quanto mi aspettassi, e il bagno era semplicemente bellissimo. L’arredamento della stanza aveva un tocco personale e particolare che l’ha resa ancora più accogliente. La posizione è ottima: a due passi dalla Fontana di Trevi e comodissima per raggiungere tantissime attrazioni di Roma. Anche l’accoglienza è stata impeccabile, con un servizio sempre attento e professionale. La colazione, inclusa nel soggiorno, era perfetta: buonissima, abbondante e con molta scelta. Direi senza dubbio che ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

The location was great! Walking distance to all major landmarks and shopping. The room was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. It is easy walking distance to many sites in central Rome ( Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Forum, Colosseum, etc.). Breakfast was very good each morning, very convenient. Room was on the small side by US standards, but quite comfortable for my wife and me. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
