We were abruptly woken up at night by a woman screaming! It seemed like something WRONG happened in the building almost every day. Out of the three receptionists, two were extremely rude.

The property was cosy and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The fridge was not working and kitchen essentials could be improved.

Location, Staff were very helpful. Having Breakfast in the top watching Black sea was amazing.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had while staying in my life. The apartments were dirty, as you can see from the pictures(that was where we were sleeping). What really shocked us is what happened the last morning: at 5:30 am we were woken up by the tremendous screaming of a woman. We went to knock on the apartment door from which the screaming came from and clearly an episode of domestic abuse had just happened. The man who opened the door(clearly drunk), we found out later, was non other than the owner of the building. We tried to convince the woman to come with us to ensure her safety, but we couldn’t. We reached the hotel nearby to ask for help and to call the police and when we went toward the apartments while calling them, we saw the host(who works for the owner) and he started to talk to the guys from the hotel telling them to stop the police from coming because, as he kept telling us, “everything is fine”.

Sofa bed is not good for sleeping; bathroom has a problem with water, it is always wet; clime in the apartment has a problem, water is leaking; there are not enough kitchen cuttlery

Nice little apartment in Sultanahmet. Close to nearly everything.in the tourist list of Istanbul. Friendly staff who help you get settled and then leave you to do your thing, but are always approachable and nearby if you need help

I wish the kitchen had been a little better stocked with basics like salt, dishwashing soap etc. everything else was perfect

Close to the tourist attractions,friendly stuff,good breakfast,good service,value of money for budget hotel.

Our room is quite dusty and never been vacuumed, I think it was never been cleaned when we arrived. I can still smell the perfume from the pillow from previous customers.😔 No elevator not recommended for disabled,pregnant woman,small children,and old people. No fire exit.

Really dodgy building. Doesn’t feel safe at all. Apartment was not clean and was very very old.

The location is really excellent, at walking distance from the main attractions of Old Istanbul and also from tramway and bus stations to go everywhere. Just beside the door there are small restaurants and a minimarket at the corner with high-quality cheese, fruits, bread, eggs, milk, etc.. The fashion shop at the door is nice and the lady is very kind. All the area is plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment was comfortable and in good conditions. The staff person who welcomed us was extremely kind and available. He booked also a taxi for us, which was perfectly in time and very kind, too. However, the warm welcome cannot compensate the deficiencies. Although the kitchenette is large and has a couple of (never-cleaned) electric plates, the cooking facilities are not really available: apart from few crockery (no soup bowls), kettles and a little saucepan with old crusts inside, there are no pots/pans.The only tools are a cooking knife and a spatula, unuseful without cutting board/pans. Basic tools like a colander or a bottle/can opener are missing. The cutlery consists of two knifes and three coffee spoons. The washing machine works well, the fridge takes a long time to reach an acceptable temperature. A small table with a lamp at the bed head would be greatly appreciated. Towels and sheets were changed once (good), but the general cleanliness should be improved (i.e. the floor). The shower is large and very confortable, even if the door does not close well.

Location was excellent, the cost reasonable, the staff was very supportive.

The heating in some of the rooms were not working fully. One toilet needed minor repair.

Nice and clean, very friendly staff, free parking for the car. Most important it's just a few minuts from Hagia Sophia an all the order sights

The flat is spacious enough even for a family with a child, there is also a small bed for an infant. It was clean, Wi-Fi worked properly, so I enjooyed staying there. There are lots of restaurants around and a market where you can take some drinks for home use.

we liked this flat. everything was clean. We could find everything what we need (mainly kitchen-spoon, bowl, win and ex) and flat is located heart of mosque area I think. you can go Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi museum and exct.

We got to this hotel and paid for a room through Expedia. However at arrival the reception transferred us over to a kitchen/storage area to stay in. He said it will only be for one night. We were understanding and said ok. We ended up staying in there closet//storage/kitchen for 3 night. The owner did not want to give us a room. The worst experience of my life. You pay for a room and end up sleeping in there storage area. Horrible and horrific experience. Not worth a dollar a night in this place.

The location is good and the apartment is decent if your looking for something temp as it’s got everything you need. Friendly Neighbourhood

The location was great, but the bed and pillow are not comfortable, the TV was out of order for a whole day of my stay. Housekeeping lady is very nice, the receptionist his friend in the restaurant are polite.

Отдыхали в Sultan Apartments на рождество 2018! Остались самые хорошие воспоминания о Стамбуле, о Sultan Apartments! Район где находятся апартаменты не гламурный вообще! Старинный и колоритный...и мне показался абсолютно безопасным. До моря метров 200 пешком, до Айя Софии 800. Апартаменты простые, но очень чистые, ухоженные. На кухне полный набор посуды, хотя мы им так не воспользовались. В ванной мыло и гели для душа на троих! Убирали каждый день. Ни с водой, ни с интернетом, ни с прочими удобствами проблем не было. Хотя читал что даже в дорогих отелях Стамбула горячая вода по расписанию! Продуктовый магазинчик в этом же доме. Ресторанчик-кафе через дорогу прямо напротив. Вообщем есть все для полноценного проживания! Правда мы приходили домой только спать!)))

J'ai aimé la proximité de la mosquée bleue et CEST TOUT!! Trop de poussière pas assez nettoyé pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain du tout avec une petite fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas elle sert d'évacuation. de la moisissure sur les plafonds et les joins de la salle de bain la chambre donne sur cours de récréation et fenêtres pas du tout isolée et même pas simple vitrage. Première mauvaise expérience à Istanbul moi qui y va souvent!

시설이 오래되서인지 청결함이나 좋은 관리상태는 아니지만 넓은 공간과 좋은 view가 있어 좋았다

Vi havde 3 super dage i vores lejlighed. Værten tog i mod os da vi kom og hjalp os op med vores bagage. Han hjalp os også med at udpege de ting vi absolut skulle se under vores ophold. Lejlighederne var fine ift. Tyrkiske forhold. Lejlighederne lå cirka fem minutters gang fra Sultan Ahmed (blå) moske samt Hagia Sofia og Basilika Cisterne og kun 10-15 minutters gang fra den store bazar. Da det var tid til at rejse videre sørgede vores vært for en billig transport til lufthavnen og hjalp os igen ned med kufferterne ☺

La situation de l'hôtel-appart était vraiment top! Le fait d'avoir une petite cuisine d'appointe était très agréable car nous avons voyagé avec un bébé et c'était exactement ce qu'il fallait pour pouvoir nettoyer les biberons, garder de l'eau au frais, etc. Globalement très très bien. La seule chose qui nous a moins plu c'était le fait que notre chambre était au niveau -1. On précisera la prochaine fois que nous souhaiterions être en étage.
