Única cosa que está bien,es donde está ubicado.no está mal.

Mentira totalmente sobre las vistas. Hay una foto que hay vistas en el mar,pero realidad es otra. Al lado hay una carretera de 8 carriles y muuuy lejos esta el mar.muchisimo ruido. Las Ventanas son horribles, no se puede dormir.la persiana no baja hasta el final y por la mañana despiertas porque el sol te da a la cara.el desayuno es horrible. Bueno......lo ciento,no nos ha gustado absolutamente nada. Gracias a un señor que nos dio el desayuno(algo para desayunar) ,porque cuando venimos a desayunar nos dijeron que ya no hay nada,que es tarde......🤦‍♀️

I stayed there from the 21st to the 29th, and honestly, my experience was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the service was great. Most importantly, the hotel is conveniently located close to the market and shops. The atmosphere inside the room was wonderful, and the location near the Marina made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. In my opinion, anyone looking for a hotel in the Marina area of Istanbul should definitely consider Portwort. I highly recommend it!

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ze waren behulpzaam. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar goed. De grootte van de badkamer.

Niet echt een tegenvaller, maar een of twee stoelen op de kamer zou wel makkelijk zijn. Nu stond er een soort krukje dat bijna uit elkaar viel Het water van het zwembad was koud.

Персонал очень хороший, вежливый. У меня был поздний заезд и поздний выезд; мне разрешили остаться ещё на один час.

Мне дали комнату на первом этаже, с закрытых окон доносился шум, как будто кто-то сидит на улице и разговаривает, и так до 12 ночи. Диван грязный и весь в прожжённых дырах от сигарет. В душе есть запах сырости, в туалете не было туалетной бумаги. Завтрак у них начинается с 8 утра, что неудобно, если тебе нужно куда-то ехать рано утром и ты не успеваешь.

Служителите за отзивчиви и усмихнати. Бързо се отзовават и помагат.

Habían unas medias en el clóset sucias o no sucias eso no lo sé, pero duda uno mucho del aseo de la habitación; mi cama olía a sudor, como si no la hubieran cambiado de tendidos, uno se ducha y el agua se sale y se moja todo, falta una silla para ponerla en el escritorio, muy incómodo

الاستقبال جيد ، سرعة الاجراءات ممتازه في الدخول والخروج ، يوجد مكان للمدخين في البهو ، خدمة الغرف ضعيفه

Très bruyant du fait de la circulation intense sur la 6 voies au pied de l'hôtel. Odeur de tabac froid...

Jättebra läge, hållplatsen för flygbussarna var mindre än 50m bort. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsamma. Väldigt nära shopping och restauranger. Jag kommer definitivt att boka samma hotel nästa gång jag åker till Istanbul.

Bin 1 bis 2 mal im jahr in diesem Hotel. Einkaufs strasse liegt genau neben dem Hotel und das beste man kommt uberall hin Metro in der nâhe bus verbindung in alle richtungen von istanbul. Selbst als Frau braucht man sich keine sorgen machen, das hotel kann ich ruhigen gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Not spotless, staff are friendly but no managment availableunless after people sleep, I was charged without my consent by the hotel, i was asked to pay for 1 night then was charged for 6 night's

Heavy cigarette smell in the room, poor equipment, unexpected stops of water supply.

The room is spacious, the shower is very good, the bed is comfortable. The location is ideal (the closest hotel to the concert venue).

The area is easy, with lots of restaurants and walking. The wifi of the hotels is very weak and often doesn't work, especially outside the lobby.

Room smelled of tobacco smoke, left me with a sore throat. TV channels were almost all in Turkish. Having Netflix or Youtube would help a lot. Breakfast wasn’t great and the gentleman who was in the eating area had food trays already prepared with loads of breads/starch and one egg. The gentleman did not understand English at all so the help was limited. The swimming pool is not heated

The staff are not cooperative and do not speak English so understanding with them is difficult The breakfast is very simple and not enough

Air conditioning wasn’t working, nothing in English on tv, uncomfortable beds and pillows

Perfect location if you want to catch the Istanbul Airport bus. Great view to the marina. The kindly staff upgraded us and helped with the luggage. Like usual, great service in Turkey in general.

It is a little far from the city center, but no problem... it is easy to access the subway 🚇

Da dieses hotel zental ist und an der Hauptstraße liegt ist es etwas laut, Ich komme ein bis zwei mal hierher. Und immer nur Rios Edition .

1st nite it smelled in the lifts but management has sorted it out straight away

Dörrkorten var alltid trasiga. När vi gick upp till rummet var vi tvungna att gå tillbaka till receptionen och få det omladdat. Det fanns hår på frukosttallriken. Kylskåpet var trasigt. Värst av allt, vårt rum var på sidan av en livlig gata på kustvägen och fönstret var trasigt. Det var mycket buller som kom från utanför rummet. De kom för att reparera det och på kvällen gick glaset sönder igen och vi var tvungna att stanna med glaset öppet under semestern. Det fanns olika personer i receptionen varje dag och de kunde inte förstå att vi var hotellkunder och varge gång var vi tvungna att bevisa att vi var hotellkunder igen. Det var en mycket dålig upplevelse. Jag har aldrig bott på ett så dåligt hotell tidigare i mitt liv.

So noisy, the traffic was very loud and could hear the doors slamming from other guests in the morning. Not sound profit at all, slept bad

Mon séjour s’est bien passé mais les vitres de la chambre n’étaient pas très épaisse donc nous entendons les bruits de la route toute la nuit. Si je reviens je ne prendrai plus une chambre donnant sur la route.

There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel at all. The cleanliness is not 100%. The windows are dirty from the outside. The view looks dirty and unpleasant.
