La struttura è letteralmente a 4 passi da piazza taksim, il personale è semplicemente super gentile e disponibile (noi abbiamo fatto check out al mattino e lasciato le valigie fino alla sera alle 21 senza problemi, inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo ancora sistemato gli ultimi acquisti del bazar in valigia e utilizzato il bagno… eccezionali) solo lasciare i bagagli fuori costava 20 euro. La colazione è abbondante e varia. Stanza spaziosa per 4 persone e anche il bagno aveva misure adeguate. Ascensore per portare le valigie

unico neo esiste un piccolo angolo cucina ma manca punto cottura e attrezzatura per cucinare compresi piatti e bicchieri. Avendo lo spazio aggiungere un piccolo piano cottura e qualche utensile base da cucina, ma essendo stati solo una notte non è stato un problema

Otel çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, özellikle bayram bey çok yardımcı oldu, arkadaşımın dişçi konusundaki sorununu hemen çözdü ve yönlendirdi bizi. Ayrıca Kahvaltının da fiyata dahil olması gayet güzeldi.

Расположение отеля отличное, несмотря на близость к площади Таксим, отель находится в тихом месте, ночью хорошо отдыхаешь. Кондиционер не включали, потому что была комфортная температура. Мы были с маленьким ребенком, коляска везде проходила без проблем. В номере есть все необходимое, люди в отеле говорят на русском тоже. Был организован трансфер, для нас это было очень конформно. Благодарю за всё!!!

The room was over cramped with an additional bed. Couldn't get out of the bed without stubbing toes into the wall that was less than 30cm from these sides . Wardrobes accessible unless you climb onto the bed. The shower head was broken and didn't spray well or hung in place on the riser bar.

Great value for money. Great location, close to all the sights, metro and tonnel station, yet on a quiet street. Lots of local cafes and shops nearby. Very good mattresses, blankets, and pillows. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, shower gel and shampoo, and slippers. The rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast is modest but more than adequate.

Hot water doesn't flow well to the top floor, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. You have to turn on the shower and wait 3-5 minutes for hot water to appear. In one room, the shower head didn't work properly, and the toilet/sink was low to the floor. For us, this wasn't a big deal for the price, but taller people should keep this in mind. The elevator is small, so it's best to ride alone at a time, otherwise you might get stuck if you're tall or overweight.

Very nice experience at Unique Suite Taksim in Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to everything. Many thanks to Bayram for his warm welcome, his availability, and his help throughout the stay. I will gladly come back! 🫶

On était logé au sous sol la chambre était très étroite on avait réservé une chambre avec des vrai lit mais malheureusement ma fille c’est retrouvé sur un lit pliant pas très confortable

Am primit alt apartament multmai mic fata de cel din rezervare. Apartamentul primit se afla intr-o alta locație, la 200 de metri de adresa hotelului nu la adresa hotelului, intr-o zona foarte foarte dubioasa, gen ghetto.

Персонал просто прекрасный. Старается решить все возникающие вопросы, по возможности идут на встречу. Приличные завтраки.

Уборка в душевой и на кухне не на высоте. Убрано, но недостаточно. Ну и сама душевая кабина немного "устала".

отличнейший персонал. помогали всегда с любым вопросом. заселили заранее ( мы были очень рано, потому что рано приехали в Стамбул). Кроме того оставить чемоданы после выселения тоже не составляет никаких проблем.

The location was excellent. It was near the Taksim Square, near a metro station. No steep alley. The staff were very kind and helpful. They speak English very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent for this hotel. The room was ok. The air conditioner should be better. The only problem was the cleaning; they could work on that a little (like grooming ...).

Petit hôtel très sympathique, propre et confortable. Très bien situé, d'où vous pourrez rejoindre la place Tksim et l'avenue Istklal en 3 minutes en marchant. L'hôtel se situe dans une rue et un quartier dans lequel vous trouverez des commerces de proximité et de la restauration. Et pour finir, le personnel, très sympa arrangeant et disponible.

Staff are very friendly and helpful,especially Mohammed from Syria. Hotel is close to Taksim square and there are a lot of grocery shops and restaurants around.

Furniture is bit old and worn out. Bedsheets and towels were clean but the floor was not vacumed as saw few female hairs and there was one ear cotton swab found on the parquet. Wash basin is tiny and the water closet in general was narrow. Breakfast is basic more or less continental but not bad.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at a good value rate. The property felt more like a home stay than a hotel. The location is good and the local street is fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood made us feel welcome. Also, an excellent Turkish breakfast.

The breakfast area is a bit small, but that gives guests a chance to meet and talk. Not really a negative thing.

We rented the apartment for 4 in unique hotel. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room in which there are two separate beds, as well as a table at which you can eat a small meal, a basic kitchenette with a gas stove, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In short, if you are looking for accommodation at a reasonable price, this is definitely recommended as it is very good value for money. The charming hotel owner is present almost 24/7 and always willing to help you with any questions. Finally, don't forget the breakfast which is always tiptop.

From the appartment, you should not expect stunning views.

A nice little hotel in the heart of Istanbul, great location, service as well, and the owner Bayram is a really wonderful and kind person. The hotel will soon be renovated which will make it a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul.

It is located close to Taxim but you don't hear any noise at the same time. The rooms are huge to compare with other hotels of the same price range. And what is very important if you travel not in summer - the rooms are well heated. The hotel management is very helpful and friendly. I saw the comments about the towels but I didn't see any problems, ours' were totally fine. Internet was working good as well

Location was great. Apartment had everything like in photos. Stuff was very helpful.

The whole place is a Bed Bug infested. Stayed with family and kids, reached late due to a flight delay and all were super tired. Within an hour of sleeping we felt bed bud bites everywhere. We could see them crawling everywhere mattress, walls and floor. Had to check out asap and move to different place. Now have to sanitise all our luggages.

Staff specially Hasan, Bayram and Benyamin that every time are friendly and helpfull. Location that is near to taksim and public transportation. Size and light of the room.

It is better to fold the towels in the plastic cover. Buffet breakfast is better than serving cheese, butter, honey, sausages, french fries and egg to everyone. Improvement of the quality of the slipers and toilet papers is recommended.

We were two in the room , we couldn’t move or use it properly even the flush or the water pressure from shower isn’t enough to take a shower Staff is friendly and flexible

Impolit chef in kitchen who is very crazy shouting on people always prepare the tastless food that you can take only one plate. They don't have open buffet.The receptionist is impolite. The local is horrible you feel that you are with criminal people and very dangerous not safe. I advise you not visit this place

The hotel is so terrible that there aren't enough words to describe it! The location is in a horrible, not very safe, neighbourhood. The staff are rude and not friendly at all. The breakfast is limited to a plate with no variety and the lady chef is impolite. As for the room it's good for little kids! It's small and the bathroom is so damn tiny. To avoid at all cost!!!

This is the best hotel. The service was amazing and MR. Hasan was very friendly and helped me a lot. The location was vey good (5 min from center by walking). The room was very clean and had enough space which is very rare in Istanbul. I had to change 2 hotels in 1 week because the rooms were to small. This was perfect. The last day i made the check out early because of the flight. I missed the flight and had to get back for another day and it was very nice by Mr. Hasan to let me stay for free (since the room was empty) even though i made the check out. 10/10.

They took our id’s and took photocopy even it is not legal due to turkish law on the protection of personal data. As we did not feel comfortable, we left the hotel and they did not refund the money yet. I am trying to access to hotels.com stuff even they are not helpful. I paid for the nights that i did not stay. I totally do not recommend. Staff in the reception desk is also get mad when we asked why he is taking photocopy of our id’s. Totally disgrace.

The room was very narrow and not well organized, the staff refused a request for early check in despite there was an available room in the ground floor, breakfast was very poor with selected item previously prepared and placed in the kitchen (not an open buffet), Wifi was slow.

The location was excellent, the shuttle bus which cost only 3.25$ will take you from the airport to a 5 minute walk distance from the hotel and vice versa, then you can walk from the hotel to the famous Taksim square in 5 minutes as well, and you can walk on the Istiklal cd. which is the main attracted street in Istanbul and from the end of istiklal cd you can reach Eminonu by walking just15 minutes. The manager was very helpful, I took by his advice for two tours and didn't regret, the last tour in the last day was the best in our trip which he advised me to do, of course you will find some Shortfalls, but still I will recommend this hotel.

Выбрали этот отель , потому что находится ближе к центру - рядом гранд базар, мечеть, собор Айя София , фонтан. Комната наша была идеальной для проживания вдвоём. В комнате у нас было очень чисто, мебель в хорошем состоянии, кровать отличная, ванная комната тоже была в свежем виде. Также нас порадовали вкусные завтраки «шведский стол». Хозяины очень гостеприимные , обслуживание 👍. Единственный небольшой минус- холодильник очень плохо работает, не холодный.

Without doubt, one of the favorite hotel I stayed during my time in Istanbul! Excellent service from arrival to departure. The rooms are clean with modern furniture and all amenities you may need. Staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. All respect to the general manager (Hasan Çetin abi) who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! It was a pleasure to stay here. I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.

Very good hotel, close to Taksim square, metro and bus station. The room was clean and warm, the cleaning lady cleaned the room every day. The staff were friendly and the manager Hassan was very kind, helpful and generous. I felt like home. I recommend it.

The hotel is very close to Taksim square and Istiklal street (5 to 8 min walk). The staff is very welcoming, friendly and most important the staff is very helpful.

we enjoyed our trip. the hotel's staff was so friendly and helpful. mr mohamed gave us instructions to use Istanbul metro. the hotel place is 2 min from taksim saqure and just in front of the hotel there's a market opened 24h in which we found every thing we need. the room was good and the cleaning was everyday. we didnt found a breakfast on the tunisian style but it was a nice opportunity to discover turkish breakfast. very big thanks to mr hasan and again to mr mohamed for their efforts

The manner of reception was so bad. The way of room was so dark without any lamp! And the room was so small. Just the location is good and near to İstiklal street and taksim sq. I prefer to reserve faros hotel taksim. (Near of this hotel). Totally faros hotel taksim was better.

It is an INN not a hotel !! The very humid rooms and dirty bed, very dirty quilts without cover. There were lots of smudge of blood, coffee and lipstick on quilts and pillows. It was very noisy inside and outside the INN. Some people was laughing loudly in the corridors, some was shouting in the lobby at 2 or 3 a.m. The freezer was very dirty and full of Ice. we turned it off and let the ices melt, then washed inside it by ourselves because no one paid attention to our claims. we also washed the floor ourselves !! The breakfast was very basic with unfavorable old dishes !! I never recommend it to anyone. please delete fake pictures from your website, people will decide by what they see. The only positive point was the place which was near to Taksim sq. and easy public transportation.

I had the worst experience in this place. It can't be called hotel or anything like that. It is a prostitution place. I got there with a family of 7 people including 2 kids at 5 am. They did not have even one room ready for us although we put a note that we were gonna check in early and we had already paid in full for two rooms. I had to find another place at 5am and when we came back to get the rooms at the regular check in time, we were shocked. The rooms were nothing like the pictures on travelocity. I asked the owner for a refund but he refused and was very rude. During the two hours negotiating and when we were waiting at 5 am we saw many girls going in and out of the place with men almost drunk.

Overall a fairly good experience, rooms are clean are large with fresh breakfast served daily, rooms as shown in photos
