La relacion precio calidad esta muy bien, el personal muy amable

La ubicación está bien pero las calles estaban en obras, el taxi no pudo entrar, el chico de recepción muy amable, el anfitrión bien

Para empezar, relación calidad precio no vale la pena, me he quedado en hoteles de Europa de mejor calidad por menos de 60€ es un hotel muy viejo, se está callado a pedazos, las puertas hacen ruido y no cierran bien! La habitación muy sucia, cuando abrí la colcha había muchos cabellos negro y largo en las sabanas , mucho polvo en el suelo y por todas partes, las toallas muy viejas y rotas, mosquitos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, un miserable abanico de pena! Las camas sucias y llenas de polvo! Para una persona pasar una noche no está tan mal pero con niños no lo recomiendo, sorry.

The king-size bed was great. The air conditioner in the room worked, but was quite noisy. The staff was accommodating at any request.

No amenities (towels, toothbrush holder microwave, coffee maker, Iron, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, hair blower and no chair in the room). The Tv didn't have cable .

El personal muy amable , servicial y buenas atenciones al cliente, ese hotel se siente como en casa, muy buenas atenciones.

Deben de mejorar la instalación del área común y algo en las habitaciones, esa parte no es tan mal pero pueden mejorar.

SUPER bien ubicado, el personal muy amable, el desayuno exquisito. La limpieza A 1, y en general, muy buena experiencia. Esperamos volver pronto!!!!

Habitaciones sin mantenimiento, camas ya muy viejas y baños muy sucios se notaba que no le había hecho aseo y la división de los baños muy sucia igual que todo el baño en general.

La buena atención y colaboración en todo. Nos colaboraron cambiándonos a otra habitación muchísima mejor. Queda a una cuadra de la calle Conde que es una via peatonal muy agradable. Muy cerca cminando se puede recorrer lo más representativo de la Zona Colonial de Danto Domingo. Muchas gracias.

Une place très accueillante et un personnel très chaleureux. Excellent pour passer qq jours et visiter la Zone Coloniale. Merci beaucoup à Miguel, un espagnol très sympathique et serviable, comme le reste du personnel.

Il faudrait peut-être donner une petite maintenance à l'esthétique des salles de bain dans les chambres. C'est tout.

Nos dieron otra habitación de la que teníamos vista en la reserva ,muy mal estado de limpieza ,las tazas de café eran muy pequeñas ,más bien eran pocillos y eran impuntual con el desayuno y la cama matrimonial en vez de ser de dos plazas eran de plaza y media.

La Ubicación es genial, es calidad precio la habitación cuenta con sus comodidades esta muy bien, el sr que me atendió en la tarde es muy atento y da un buen servicio, volveria a quedarme.

El lugar está súper bien ubicado y la gente que atiende es lo más, súper amables, buenas recomendaciones,buenas charlas. Son el lugar. El lugar es muy lindo.

La habitaciones son básicas con poco mantenimiento, pero son acordes al precio que se paga.

1ère Chambre ne correspondant pas à nos souhaits (2 lits) et surtout chambre très sale, non nettoyée, draps et linge de toilette douteux, tapis de bain absolument crasseux .. poils... A peu près calme. Négociation de 1000 pesos pour l'insalubrité....14€ environ🙃 Nuit à 80 dollars !!! C'est hallucinant ! Nous avons contacté le service clients de booking... Pas de réponse. Changement de chambre pour les 2 nuits suivantes.. 2 grands lits.. chambre plus spacieuse et linge correct mais chambre située juste à côté du climatiseur ronflant toute la nuit et refus par le jeune à l'accueil d'éteindre pour la nuit le ronflement... Pas de rideaux occultants donc lumière de la rue en permanence... Aucun achat prévu pour le petit déjeuner le matin donc attente interminable.. on a préféré le prendre à l'extérieur alors que pd inclus dans le prix... Ceux pris sur place sont en quantité tout à fait moyens... Le dernier jour, l'homme à l'accueil constatant notre vif mécontentement s'est montré plus à l'écoute (un peu trop sur joué)... Il a bien voulu couper le ventilo pour la dernière nuit.. ouf un bon sommeil !! Mais bon.. un peu tard. Nous a commandé pour le départ le Uber pour un bon prix 900 pesos (12€) au lieu des 30 dollars habituels.. Dommage car nous avons vraiment apprécié tous les lieux d'hébergement pendant notre séjour de 3 semaines. Même des hébergements simples, propres et bcp moins chers !

No mucho, por procesos de pagos.

Al querer pagar con tarjeta me querian cobrar un 18% extra, cosa que es totalmente ilegal. Para no pasar mal rato iba a pagar comprobante fiscal y me dicen que no tienen comprobante fiscal asi que no entendí porque querian cobrarme el 18% si no pagan impuestos, luego al rato me dan un boucher del pago en efectivo y me dicen que si tienen RNC mas sin embargo ese RNC ESTÁ SUSPENDIDO PORQUE NO ESTÁN PAGANDO IMPUESTOS. En cuanto a pago siento sue es un fraude y estafa a quien quiere pagar y reportar sus impuestos.

El personal es muy amable, respetuoso y considerado Sobre todo la Cocinera,hace unos desayunos riquísimos. Me hicieron sentir apreciada.

[LUEGO EN ESPAÑOL] Vochtplekken waardoor verf en stucwerk losliet. Vocht- en roestplekken op de badkamer. Loszittende wastafel en toiletzitting (hier ontbrak een schroef). Koelkast van binnen zeer smerig. Het leek hier meer op een goedkoop hostel dan een 3-sterren hotel! Ontbijt zeer karig. 4 van de 5 ochtenden hetzelfde. Ondanks dat we de enige gasten waren moesten we 20 tot 30 minuten wachten op ons ontbijt. Koffie in minuscule kopjes en gemopper van de medewerkster dat we eigenlijk geen 2e mochten komen halen. 2 ochtenden helemaal geen thee. De laatste ochtend bleek de thee net op en was mevrouw niet van plan nieuwe te zetten. Als een hotel-inspecteur anoniem hier zou verblijven en actuele, eerlijke foto's zou maken, binnen en buiten, zou dit zéker geen 3 sterren meer opleveren. De foto's op de website geven een verkeerd beeld. --- Paredes mojados y sucios en el cuarto y el baño. El asiento del toilet es roto y moviendo. El refrigador se ve y huele súper sucio de adentro. El lugar se sentío más como un hostal barato que un 'hotel de tres estrellas'. El desayuno es decepcionante. Al lado del hecho que nos servieron el mismo 4 de los 5 noches, necesitaban 30+ minutos para prepararlo cada dia. También cuando era nadie más en la sala. La compañera de la cocina estaba enojada por todo. Cuando queriamos más café (porque las tazas estan súper pequeñas) nos dijo como castigando que no es permitido tomar más y "ya nos ha dicho". Luego el dueño nos confirmó que eso es mentira. Cuando preguntamos por té también hizo problemas. La última mañana el té se acabó antes del fin del desayuno y la señora era nada motivada para hacer más Si un inspector de hoteles les hubiera visitar y tomar fotos honestos y actuales, nunca jámas podrian quedar con tres estrellas. Los fotos en Booking estan súper engañosos Mi recomendación? Sigue buscando y quedate en otro lugar.

En Hotel Casa Aluge tuve un accidente en el lobby del hotel porque había un ventilador encendido sin rejilla de protección, algo totalmente inaceptable en un espacio común por donde pasan huéspedes todo el día, las aspas del ventilador me cortaron el brazo y pudo haber terminado con una lesión mucho más grave, esto no es un simple descuido, sino una falla grave de seguridad, no puedo imaginar lo que podría pasarle a un niño en esta situación. Un hotel que recibe personas de todo el mundo no puede permitir equipos peligrosos expuestos de esta manera es evidente que falta control y mantenimiento en las áreas comunes. Comparto esto para que otros huéspedes estén advertidos y para que la administración tome acciones, la seguridad debe ser una prioridad para todos.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca del centro histórico (se puede llegar caminando del hotel a la catedral). El hotel es aseado, confortable para descansar. El personal es muy atento y servicial. Todo es bueno. Si quieres conocer el centro histórico y el malecón, y tener un buen lugar solo para descansar

the location is great, near to everything. the stuff was amazing so helpful and nice even they agreed with early check in. the room is so basic and without a window. Breakfast is so simple but nice.

Elle est Salle ( au sol, douche, aux tout du wc) lit inconfortable, même cassé. 3) Le petit déjeuner inclus Lors que nous sommes arrivés à la salle dédié ont a attendus 15 minutes et là je suis allé demandé ( ont nous avait oublier, la personne faisait autre chose) La note de 8 est fort exagérée. Bad ac not clean

It was near everthing, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Its a small hotel good for few nights. Good breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located from all the famous locations (cathedral, plaza espana, etc.) and has a variety of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket all in short walking distance. The staff was really friendly and supportive whenever needed. Some speak really decent English as well. It's a great deal for the price.

Customer service is nice

I liked that I had a good interactive relationship with the staff and that they were more than willing to consider my requests. I think, the initial room that I was assigned to perhaps was not ideal in general including the decor, lighting and facilities such as a non working refrigerator. Half way through my stay, the staff assigned a much better and superior room.

There was mosquito in the room. Most terrible was running the television at 2-3 am at the reception in high volume by hotel staff that disturbed sleeping. I went out put off the television but then, sound coming continuously from the mobile of the same staff on duty at the reception

Cleanliness of the room and most of all, the friendliness of the staff. They are wiling to help and solve your problems with a smile. I say this because i had an internet problem and the young and beautiful receptionist was able to solve it asap. Love it

Ficamos nesse hotel no início da nossa viagem por 3 dias e na volta por mais 1 noite. Na primeira parte da viagem ficamos em um quarto minúsculo, quente, banheiro duvidoso. Na descrição do quarto dizia ser cama queen, não existe. Tb diz ter piscina, não existe e qdo fui inocentemente perguntar, a moça se irritou. O senhor q ficava a noite na primeira parte da viagem estava trabalhando alcoolizado, não conseguia ficar parado em pé ao nos atender. Na volta pedimos se podiam deixar a gente dormir melhor e nos colocaram no quarto razoavelmente melhor, com tv com app de streaming. O café da manhã era demorado, mas bom. A internet não funciona muito bem não.

The rooms need a little update. My room had a phone number written on the wall in magic marker. The water faucet in the shower didn't close properly. Even though the offer breakfast and the hour is from 8 am to 10 am. When you get there it's not done on time because the lady that prepares them has to go first to the supermarket to get the things.

It was disappointing based on other hotels in the area. The floor of the shower stall was severely cracked but it was partially coveted with a mat. One flimsy towel, no bathmat, or glass in the room.

This is a typical Dominican place. The description provided by the site needs to be updated, amenities are not as listed. Maybe they existed at one time but not now. The staff were friendly and courteous, but the hotel needs many repairs. It’s a place to sleep, that’s what you get along with some coffee and a preplanned everyday breakfast. I would not recommend it to North American travellers with expectations.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My stay was a complete disaster, and I regretted it every single day. None of the services promised on Expedia were provided. To start, they don't even have a swimming pool. I specifically chose this hotel because their listing showed a pool in both the photos and description. When I brought this up with the staff, they admitted they were aware of the misleading information but had no plans to fix it. Several other guests I spoke to were just as frustrated, having booked for the same reason. Despite their promise to remove the misleading pictures, nothing changed during my 5-day stay, and it was clear they had no intention of doing so. On top of that, the WiFi was atrocious. They had three different networks, and none worked properly unless I stood in a specific corner of my room or near the door. Any movement in the room, and the signal would drop completely. The management did nothing to resolve it, offering a range of flimsy excuses like "it's an outside issue" or they "hadn’t noticed it was unplugged." Their indifference made it impossible for me to work or study, costing me even more. Despite paying the full price, I left feeling completely cheated, and they showed zero interest in addressing any of these issues. Thirdly, the towels are dirty, the rooms are filthy and stinky, the bathroom is covered with plaque, and there is no hot/warm water. Terrible hotel, do not stay there!

Service was friendly and attentive. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The ceiling fan wasn't working but AC kept things cool. Location is excellent, a block from El Conde. Excellent value.

La limpieza.un le hace falta una pinturita al fondo de la entrada unas matita bien bonita botar lo que está ocupando espacio.. o pintarlo..cocina mala condiciones desde arriba hasta abajo. La alfombra de la bañera..y por dónde se va el agua no se ve delicado..vale la pena que lo arreglen para recomendarlo

The location is great.

Everything. Since I arrived it was a bad experience. I made a reservation and I informed them of my late arrival, they said it was fine. When I get there to check in, they didn’t have a room for me, they gave it to someone else. The person at the front desk decided to give my room to someone even though they knew I was coming in later than 4pm because my flight was delayed. I paid for that night and I was still there without a room. The guy would not recognize the mistake and wanted me to wait three hours for a room. Finally after exchanging couple words and make him look he was in the wrong, they offered me a “temporary room” but I had to move out of there in two hours. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the shower tile, that is basic cleaning. They didn’t not care to check if it was clean. At the end, I would never stay here again nor I would recommend. Avoid the headache and I bet there are cleaner places with better staff.
