My name is Khadija, originally Morracan and I'm living in London. The staff were dedicated to serving the guests. The hotel was more than wonderful; everything was organized and clean. What I liked most was the warmth and welcome, and the pleasure I felt while inside the hotel. The staff were welcoming, all smiling, creating a fun atmosphere and making you feel like an important guest with everyone. The treatment was excellent, the service was quick, and the hotel was well-organized. I thank everyone involved, from security and staff to receptionists, cooks, waiters, cleaners, and all those who manage this hotel. The prices are very reasonable, and the location is also close to all the tourist attractions.

The room itself was very old. The AC was making lound noise which made it hard fro me to sleep. It was a painful stay.

Che avevo il prenotato dal giorno 10 settembre al 12 settembre e il check in era alle 15 pm e sono arrivato al 01.00 am del 11 settembre c hanno portato un po di affettati che non hanno saziato i miei 3 figli e al check out lo avevamo alle 11 di mattina del 12 settembre li ho chiesto sin dal primo giorno se potevamo restare con una camera fino alle 19 che ho l'aereo alle 22 di sera mi hanno detto vieni nel giorno del check out a chiedere e mi hanno fatto restare fino alle 13 pm che non c'era la possibilità di darci una camera anche a pagamento e poi mi hanno fatto pagare 850 sterline egiziane a testa per far pranzare i miei figli e moglie e poi c hanno permesso di stare in reception fino alle 19 finché arriva il taxi per l'aeroporto il prersonale che ti portano le borse sono molto bravi e ti aiutano ma quello con occhiali alla reception mmmm e quello che ti dà le bibite al ristorante ti guarda male se li chiedi 1 o 2 volte le bibite che sono incluse nel pacchetto parlano di piu il russo che l'italiano TANTI GATTI ALLA SERA E SE ARRIVI TARDI MANGIANO CON TE AFFETTATI ...

Расположение хорошее,не далеко от Наама бей,отель на первой линии,лежаков хватало

Еда и напитки очень однообразные,но вкусная пицца,и другая свежая выпечка прямо из печи (спасибо повару).Бар на пляже только вода и кола.По системе «Все включено» только бар возле бассейна и там выбор ну очень скромный.Персонал на ресепшен не всегда и не сразу откликается на запросы и пожелания по улучшению условий в номере.Также заранее предупредили,что хотим продлить номер в день выезда,но они тянули с ответом и в последний момент сказали,что нужно заплатить 90 долларов!Таких цен не было ни в одном отделе Шарма.В итоге после долгих дискуссий заплатила 50 до 18:00.

- little variety of food -food was very bad and the same every day ,not worth the money that we paid -spoiled drinks that caused stomach pain -bad service, they prepared the room according to the nationality of the guest . everyone should be treated equally -Gafy’s beach was being used by people coming from other hotels and it was extremely crowded and uncomfortable -we paid extra for all inclusive and it was like we paid for full board, not worth the money at all -the management staff were really rude and not helpful at all

This is my second stay at the hotel, and I must say that the rooms and the entire property have undergone a noticeable renovation. The whole staff was polite, professional, and respectful throughout our stay. Special thanks go to Miss Menna at reception, Hussam, sadat and Hassan by the pool, Abdelmasih at the pool bar, and Youssef at the beach bar.

Конечно есть к чему стремиться.Думаю где то нуждаеться в реновации.Но и цена тогда увеличиться..поэтому считаю за такие деньги все отлично в отеле

The hotel’s location was very good. It was very close to the sea, and the beach was clean and completely sandy, which made it very convenient to move around with a child. The rooms were average — neither very old nor completely new. It would be nice if they were renovated a little. The food was average. Don’t expect a different selection of dishes every day, as there was quite a lot of repetition. The main issue was the attitude of the staff towards guests. We were particularly unhappy with the way the reception staff, and later the waiters in the restaurant, treated the customers.

I’ve stayed at many hotels where, if you are staying for a longer period, for example 7 or 10 days, they allow you to have lunch or use the tea and water facilities on the day of your departure, especially if your flight is late at night. However, don’t expect this kind of service at this hotel. They even came and took away the water while we were still sitting there and drinking it. We absolutely did not appreciate this attitude. Especially considering that we had stayed at another hotel for one day and had a reservation to return to Gafy Hotel for additional days, we found this behavior quite disappointing.

يبغاله نظافه وعدم توفر كواية ملابس ، بطاقة الدخول بس واحدة ، الاكل ليس لذيذ أبدا لازم ناكل من برا والعصير الطازج ليس مجانا

Good points: The location is excellent. The food was okay – nothing outstanding, but what you would normally expect from a standard all-inclusive resort in Egypt. Bad points: This review is based on our experience after staying at several all-inclusive resorts in Egypt, so we know roughly what to expect. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel. 1. Dirty rooms and very noisy air conditioning The hotel looks quite clean from the outside and in the public areas, but our room was very dirty. We don’t mind that the facilities and furniture are a bit old, but old and dirty are two different things. The air conditioning was also extremely noisy, and we could not properly control the temperature. At night it was too hot without the AC, but too cold with it on, while the constant noise made sleeping difficult. 2. Disappointing reception service Our experience with the reception staff was not good. Promises were made but not kept, and we did not feel that our concerns were handled in a friendly or professional way. 3. Very loud music at night There is a disco/entertainment area near the beach with very loud music almost every evening until around midnight. If you have children or simply want to sleep earlier, this is something you should seriously consider. 4. Service seems heavily focused on Russian-speaking guests There are many Russian-speaking guests, which of course is absolutely fine. However, staff repeatedly started speaking Russian to us without even asking whether we spoke Russian. As guests who can understand Arabic, we found this quite irritating. At times, it also felt as though the service was primarily focused on Russian-speaking guests rather than all guests equally. 5. Too many restrictions at the water slides – not ideal for children The water area for very young children has quite a few facilities and small slides. However, for slightly older children, the options are surprisingly limited.

Il clima di leggerezza che si respira lì, il fatto di essere in un paradiso lontano da casa, un mare meraviglioso e l' accoglienza delle persone egiziane. Il cibo ovviamente non è come il cibo in Italia ma se devo essere sincera ora che sono tornata a Roma mi mancherà molto il riso bianco con il pollo. È l' atmosfera che si respira lì, l' aria è diversa solo per chi sa coglierne la bellezza ovviamente e non per chi va a Sharm solo per acquistare borse contraffatte. Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere persone e vedere come vivono e questa cosa mi ha veramente scaldato il cuore.

Gli unici problemi che ho avuto sono stati talvolta con il bar della spiaggia perché le bibite erano calde ma poi il direttore è intervenuto ed è andato tutto bene e poi personalmente sono stata molestata verbalmente da altri turisti, uno Algerino, uno Palestinese.....solo perché viaggio da sola ma ho chiesto subito aiuto all' addetto alla sicurezza della spiaggia e al bagnino e mi sono stati tutti molto vicini e gentili. Devo dire che mi ha sorpreso veramente molto il fatto che loro ci tengono moltissimo a farti sentire sicura. L' ho apprezzato tantissimo.

قمت بالحجز بالخطاء غرفه single بدلا من غرفه Double عن طريق الحجز من booking ووصلت الفندق الساعه التاسعه مساء وفوجئت بشخص يدعى رامى يقول لى ان أنا مش هقدر ادخل اولادى للفندق والسبب ان أنا حجزت غرفه single وان فرق الحجز. 40000 أربعون الف جنيه بالرغم من ان فرق الحجز على booking اقل من 2000 جنيه

قمت بالحجز بالخطاء غرفه single بدلا من غرفه Double عن طريق الحجز من booking ووصلت الفندق الساعه التاسعه مساء وفوجئت بشخص يدعى رامى يقول لى ان أنا مش هقدر ادخل اولادى للفندق والسبب ان أنا حجزت غرفه single وان فرق الحجز. 40000 أربعون الف جنيه بالرغم من ان فرق الحجز على booking اقل من 2000 جنيه

1+الاكل يحتاج إلى تغيير تقريبا نفس الوجبات 2- توفير باصات إلى السوق القديم و ميدان سوهو 3- الطابور لدخول المطعم وقت الوجبات

L emplacement

Les serviettes étaient propres, mais elles n’étaient pas vraiment blanches : elles avaient une couleur jaunâtre, probablement parce qu’elles étaient anciennes. La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient également jaunies et semblaient assez vieilles. Ce serait bien de les remplacer ou de les rénover.

No thing total experience was very bad

AC was broken on arrival, staff denied it for hours before fixing. Room change gave us a worse room, far from our friends. Found bed bugs in the room that night. My kids got sick from the hotel food or the gas used to kill the bed bugs and needed hospital treatment for a full day

Otelin odasını aile odası seçtik ve aile odası olarak odayı satın aldık otele gittiğimizde bize üç yataklı küçük bir oda verdiler odayı gördüğümüzde şok olduk 3 yatak vardı oda çok pisti banyo temiz değildi her şey çok eski resimlerde görüldüğü gibi değil biz bu durumu söyledik para iademizi istedik bu nedenlerden dolayı irademizi yapmadılar biz farklı bir otele geçerek tatilimizi tamamladık oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmem arkadaşlar.

The hotel is decent, but the staff are what make it special. Special thanks to Chef Mustafa, Chef Saeed and the whole kitchen team, the excellent reception team, Youssef and Omar at the bar, and Mahmoud from housekeeping. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like old friends. My experience was excellent because of these wonderful people.

The staff are friendly. Mustafa and Saeed at the breakfast egg counter. Menna at the reception Umar at the Beach bar everyone cared for us and made the holidays memorable. The location of this resort is the main attraction.

Sometimes the food is disappointing.

كانت اقامه رائعه، نشكر منه وأحمد من الاستقبال لجعلهم الأمور أيسر وأسهل. الفندق مناسب أن كان معك اطفال وتحتاج أن تتحرك في حيز مناسب، الاكوابارك والمطعم والشاطئ قريب حيث لن تكون مضطرا للحركة كثيرا. الشاطئ رملي مناسب للاطفال أيضا. لم اتوقع الكثير من تنوع الطعام إذ أنه كان مناسب على قدر ميزانية الفندق. الانيميشن تيم بذل كل الجهد لإسعاد الاطفال طوال الوقت. خدمه الغرف وstaff المطعم أيضا كانوا في غايه اللطف.

فرد أو اثنين فقط من aqua bar الكبير كانا طوال الوقت متجهمين ويغلب عليهما بغض ما يفعلوه. لكن هذا لم يعكر صفو اجازتنا، فقط نكتب هذا ليحسنوا من أداءهم فقد يجد آخرون هذا منقصة بالفندق نفسه.

Very recommended specifically for families with young kids. Location is super, great facilities (aqua park, kids area & kids aqua park), very good beach. Many thanks for Reception (Mrs. Menna she is a great person) kind & helping stuff. In conclusion.. 9 out of 10 Why not 10 No inclusive drinks bar in reception or after 10 in all hotel

Su çok sıkıntı. Şişe su yok. Sadece odalara veriliyor. Yemekte ve havuz barlarında bardakla veriyorlar. Resepsiyonda içecek ve atıştırmalık ikramları bulunmuyor. Yemek çeşidi çok az. Türk misafirlere göre fazla yemek çıkmıyor. Sadece yemek saatlerinde yiyecek ve içecek bulabilirsiniz. Türkiye’deki otellerle karşılaştırılması imkansız. Havuz kuralları çok fazla. Kimse istediği gibi havuzları kullanamıyor. Bu nedenle günün tamamında havuzlar boş. Havuz ve deniz barları yetersiz kalıyor. Bazı şeyler her şey dahil konaklamaya rağmen ücretli. Yemek sırasında ortada gezinen bazı sorumlu personel gereğinden fazla ilgili. Eşime ve çocuğuma içecek almaya gittiğimde “Neden bu kadar içecek alıyorsun?” sorusuyla bile karşılaştım. 😂

The resort was nice. Reception Staff were terrible. Very unhelpful. Extremely rude. Food was terrible.

We made a booking and we put our kids ages in which is 12 and 14. When we got there they said we had to pay extra for both kids becuase 12 is considered an adult. They wanted to charge extra per child more than our full cost for the 2 days booked. We then had to book an extra room on booking.com which was cheaper. We then had 3 rooms which was so silly Booking. Com has to rectify this error. When the kids ages are 12 it has to immediately add it as an adult. Becuase we were left with unexpected cost becuase of this issue. Reception staff were extremely rude very unhelpful. Not accomadating in anyway. Did not want to assist us what so ever. They are money hungry greedy people. We really felt extremely disappointed and didn't want to stay for 1 night becuase of the staff. And to make matters worse the all inclusive is very deceiving. Food was horrible not may options. Very stinty on the Cooldrinks and portions. Overall would not recommend.

لم يعجبني نظافة الفندق سيئه ولم يعجبني ايضا محدودية الأكل وملوش طعم وسؤ المواد المستخدمه في حمامات السباحه مما تسبب في حروق لطفلين من الاطفال وعدم استمتاعهم بيومين كاملين بسبب حروق الوجه بعد نزول حمام السباحه

اكثر شي عجبني الشاطئ الرملي مذهل جدا والغرفه حلوه كأني في مبنى بروحي ورامي الرسيبشن تعامله حلو واحمد اول ماوصل باليل طلب مني اروح ألحق على بوفيه العشا على مايجهزون الغرفه وحبيت معاملتهم الصراحه ولم ارى منهم اي قصور شكرا لهم
