Rooms are described as clean and well maintained, but private pools had issues (not sufficiently filled, pump noise, bugs) that were later resolved on request.

Location highly praised for its scenic views and proximity to local attractions.

Fantastic panorama and beachfront location with beautiful surroundings, but property is on a hill/mountain (shuttle required) and is relatively far from the airport.

Consistently praised staff — described as exceptionally friendly, helpful and uniformly efficient; staff assisted with reservations, parking and transport.

Mixed reviews on food quality, with some buffets seen as repetitive.

Food generally highly praised (excellent buffets, Meze, high-standard dinners), though some a la carte venues (Asian restaurant) disappointed and restaurants often require advance reservations/are fully booked.

Well-equipped amenities are noted, although some limitations exist, like unheated pool.

Good range of amenities (cool living area, multiple restaurants and bars, grab-and-go fridges, shuttles), but pool area felt quiet, no outside pool bar, restaurant booking constraints and laundry was complicated/expensive.

Concerns about pricing on some services slightly impact overall perception.

Multiple guests commented on strong value for money and a high-quality all-inclusive offering.
