Ens ha agradat molt la localització, amb unes meravelloses vistes a Spinalonga i la seva fortificació. El personal és molt atent i està pendent de cada detall. Les instal·lacions estan molt netes i ben cuidades. Un lloc tranquil i perfecte per desconnectar.

Vam escollir l’opció de mitja pensió. Pensem que la qualitat i la varietat del menjar es podrien millorar per estar plenament a l’alçada de la categoria de l’hotel.

Also the fact that one day the umbrellas at the pool needed to be completely closed because of wind and the next day it was fine,also it lacks friendly poolside service Overall,i missed the authentic greek hospitality as there were 75 pertcent of filipino people working who are not able to give the desired effect of going on a greek holiday

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang – und das war in der Hauptsaison bei der Hitze wirklich Gold wert. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal stets bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass das Team aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern kommt und trotzdem alles sehr herzlich und harmonisch wirkt. Das Essen war insgesamt gut, könnte aber an manchen Stellen noch etwas besser sein – besonders bei der Auswahl und Qualität der Früchte. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Poolanlage. Auch das Frühstück im Pool sollte man unbedingt einmal ausprobieren – wirklich etwas Besonderes. Dazu noch der traumhafte Ausblick, den wir genießen konnten. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Die Zimmer sind für den Preis leider etwas klein – wir hatten sie uns vorab etwas großzügiger vorgestellt. Deutlich störender waren jedoch die häufigen Stromausfälle am Abend, die offenbar nur das Hotel betroffen haben. Dadurch waren teilweise auch die Küche, die Unterhaltung und andere Bereiche beeinträchtigt. Gerade am Abend war das leider etwas unangenehm und hat den ansonsten schönen Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt.

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und der Pool Bereich könnte nicht schöner sein. Freundliches Personal und super Lage. Mit Auto alles super zu erreichen.

Die Halbpension war unnötig. Das Buffet ist nicht das wahre. Sehr wenig Auswahl und jeden Tag ungefähr das selbe. Vieles hart/älter und wenig Fleisch Auswahl. Mehr zimmerservice und am Pool gegessen und extra bezahlt. Halb Pension für nichts gebucht..

Lovely facilities with great views of Spinalonga lagoon. Nice location between Elounda and Plaka. If you don't have a rental car, taxis come very quickly to the hotel. There are lots of nice restaurants close to the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a nice mix of buffet plus dishes to order from the menu.

At breakfast, they could do with more than 1 person making coffee as at peak time the drinks sometimes arrived well after the food. Americanos were quite weak and close to being cold too.

Great staff and overwhelming hospitality, excellent pool area, nice rooms and balcony. Smiles all over the place and a really relaxing ambiance. Thanks to everybody from the hotel!

The beautiful views, the thoughtfully designed hotel grounds and, above all, the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful and attentive. We really felt the genuine warmth of Greek hospitality throughout our stay.

There was nothing significant that we disliked. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Photo des chambres non représentatives, j’ai été déçue de l’intimité et a réalité est bien moins belle que les photos. L’hôtel a un layout un peu bizarre et on voit que ça a été rénové à partir d’un vieux design alors ça donne une allure peu moderne avec des racoins et des éléments qui ne font pas beaucoup de sens.

We booked a sea view and you could not see the sea from the bedroom. Even when out on the balcony you couldn't see it if you were sitting down. The room was not cleaned properly, ever. The food was really poor, it was really not nice at all and really let the hotel down. We had multiple issues with running water not working properly and drains smelling.

The area is secluded enough to have a peacefully enjoyable vacation but still close enough to walk to Elounda city center. I stayed in a junior suite with a sea view and plunge pool. An excellent feature as you can cool off anytime you wish and the staff cleans and checks Ph level daily. The staff is incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra distance. The rooms are cleaned everyday and a liter of mineral water is provided daily. The surrounding view is breathtaking, especially when beginning your day with the buffet breakfast which had most everything you could want including made to order omelettes or pancakes. Also room service is provided from 10:00 to 22:00 with a selection from the app menu for a 8€ service fee.

If I had to complain about anything it would be the steepness of the main walkway, however the staff provides rides up and down this walkway. It could also be helpful if the property had a small store for commonly needed items or simple cold snacks. If the dinner option is not included, the cost is 50€ per person. There is a lot at the dinner buffet, however when I ordered a portion of beef from the menu, it appeared to be flank steak and was overcooked and bland tasting. I don’t usually order beef in a seafood area, but thought I’d try.

La ubicacion espectacular, con vistas a la Bahia de Mirabello, especialmente en mi habitación, la 351, espaciosa, con una decoración muy minimalista que me encanta, con una terraza maravillosa, muy grande y una vistas maravillosa, contaba con hamaca, mesa y sillas y dos butacas/chaise lounge y un jacuzzi, que por su ubicación no quedaba a la vista de nadiie. El desayuno muy bueno con variedad, aparte del buffet podías elegir un plato a la carta. El Spa también muy bien, los masajes muy buenos y por un precio muy razonable. La piscina preciosa, especiosa, con muy buenas vistas y las hamacas, las sombrillas y las toallas en perfecto estado. Y destacar al personal, super profesional, amable y siempre atnto a tus necesidades, en especial Lauren en el restaurante, Iris y Zoe en recepción, Rindi y Virgilio que conducían los carritos para los traslados en el hotel.

Al estar todo el hotel en una ladera para llegar a gran parte de las habitaciones había una pendiente muy pronunciada y si bien a lo largo del dia podías sub ir y bajar en carrito, a partir d las 9/10 de la noche el servicio no funcionaba y era un poco incómodo después de cenar subir a la habitacion.

Un resort à taille humaine, très bien placé à Elounda. Un très belle endroit où passer 3/4 jours en toute quiétude.

Le fait d’avoir eu une chambre sur la route les 2 premières nuits. Le personnel parfois sec et pas très avenant. Attention aux massages, si vous êtes un adepte et un connaisseur demandez Rose, les deux apprentis ne sont pas vraiment des masseuses…

Θα ήταν καλό να βρεθεί κάποια λύση για τις σφήκες στον χώρο του μπουφέ, καθώς ήταν αρκετά ενοχλητικές.

Everything was perfect but I think my little private pool could have been a bit cleaner as there was hair clumps in it and little clumps of dirt that had gathered in parts on the bottom. And I wished the jets would just stay on but they seemed to just come in a couple times a day at random.

L’hôtel était incroyable, les chambres avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Chambre très confortable. La piscine était parfaite et très grande. Le buffet du matin et du soir étaient excellent très diversifiés.

Seul point négatif, certains membre du personnel n’était pas très aimable. Le service n’est pas au niveau d’un vrai 5*… mais cela ne gâche pas le plaisir du séjour.

Très bel emplacement, les chambres sont propres, le personnel de ménage très attentionné, le petit déjeuner excellent et la piscine avec différents bassins et des couloirs de nage vraiment très agréable. L’hôtel est très en pente mais il y a des voiturettes pour convoyer les clients. Attention pour les personnes âgées les chambres situées en étage nécessitent de monter des escaliers assez raides.

Le dîner buffet proposé en option à 50 euros par personne nous a semblé excessivement cher, nous avons donc dîné à l’extérieur puisqu’il y a de nombreux restaurants à Elounda. Il y a néanmoins un espace à la carte situé derrière la piscine très peu fréquenté où l’on peut dîner pour un prix plus raisonnable mais étrangement l’hôtel ne communique pas dessus.

The hotel is nice and the staff are great. The location is good (a bit of a walk to the town). Great views of Spinalonga island. Elounda and plaka towns are close by and lovely.

Despite this hotel being advertised as 5*..There are areas that felt unfinished. The fencing around the pool area for example was very cheap looking and scruffy. Our room was directly behind the restaurant and the view was half blocked by the building. The floor in our room was not mopped clean. Our feet were filthy everyday.

the hotel in itself was very beautiful, and they show you a lot of beachfront panoramic views, but the hotel doesnt have its own beach, which is really a shame, because the blue water is so beautiful, so dont get misleaded by the photos ! Moreover, the restaurant for dinner closes at 9pm, that is pretty early ! also, we booked 3 rooms and i specifically asked for the 3 rooms to be in the same block, and 2 days before departure, they changed location to one of our room, and the new room was at the opposite of the main block, not great at all !

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Um in viele der Zimmer zu gelangen, muss man einen steilen Hügel hoch. Für viele Gäste dürfte dies problematisch sein. Die Kriterien für ein 5 Sterne Hotel werden erfüllt, uns hat teilweise das Gesamtkonzept und Atmosphäre nicht ganz überzeugt.

Everything! We’ve been to Elounda before so we were familiar with the area that its on a hill and can get a bit windy, but is It was absolutely the perfect vacation. The room and location- so peaceful and relaxing. The hotel staff are amazing- from the receptionists, to the golf cart drivers, the cleaning staff and the restaurant team- such amazing people!!! Made our stay even better. Always truly happy to help with whatever questions or request we had. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the pool is amazing and so fun to spend the day in there. I wish we could stay longer as it was so good. Can’t wait to book this hotel again! We had breakfast and dinner, every morning you can choose from a wide variety of foods and also from a menu, the coffee is amazing! And the dinner as well, there’s so much to choose from that everyone will find something.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est sympa, l’équipe du petit-déjeuner au restaurant est agréable, l’accueil à notre arrivée le 2 août vers 16h était sympathique, et les piscines (celle de l’hôtel et celle de la chambre) sont un vrai plus.

Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hôtel : ça ne vaut pas 300 € la nuitée. La communication entre les équipes ne passe pas, les chambres sont fades pour un 5 étoiles et certains équipements (la douche par exemple) ne sont pas en bon état. 1er point : le room service est le pire. Petit-déjeuner commandé en chambre à 10h15 (heure où les menus sont censés être disponibles). Relance à 11h, puis à 11h30 on m’annonce que la cuisine n’a plus de stocks. J’annule. On me rappelle pour « s’excuser » en me proposant une commande gratuite : 2 burgers vegan, arrivés à 12h30 après une nouvelle relance téléphonique. Au total, 2 heures de galère et de multiples relances pour 2 burgers. 2e point : je demande à faire débarrasser les assiettes vers 13h30. À 16h30, personne — je relance. À 19h30, toujours personne : j’ai déposé moi-même les assiettes à la réception. Les réceptionnistes sur place étaient gentilles et à l’écoute. 3e point : au check-out, 30 € facturés en plus, correspondant aux 2 burgers censés être gratuits — libellés « pool service » en date du 3 août, alors que nous n’avons fréquenté la piscine que le 5. La réception a refusé de nous entendre et a indirectement fait passer mon mari pour un menteur. Après une longue discussion, le manager a validé le remboursement. Aucun détail de facture n’a pu nous être fourni, et aucune excuse n’a été formulée. Personne ne nous a demandé si le séjour s’était bien passé. Nous ne sommes pas des personnes compliquées et nous voyageons régulièrement : c’est la première fois qu’on voit un tel traitement. Pour 300 € la nuit, on ne s’est pas du tout senti écouté. (Chambre 130, du 2 au 6 août.)

Everything was incredible

The staff were incredible, so helpful and friendly. Communicating with them was made even faster through the app. Our room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, the view was stunning, and the pool was a great size with plenty of beds free throughout the day. The outside gym was minimal but had everything we needed for a work out and the direct sea breeze helped! The location was ideal for a 25 minute walk into Elounda or a 10 minute cab journey to Plaka but we recommend hiring a car if you'd like to go further afield. Also loved seeing the two friendly cats that sometimes emerged in the evening being so well treated by staff and guests alike.

Although breakfast and the coffees were delicious, because each coffee was made by a barista there was often a long wait to receive your order and it felt like the staff were overwhelmed at times. A coffee machine with the buffet would ensure a more seamless breakfast experience for those who need coffee first thing in the morning.

The food is average at best, especially with food allergies I would avoid this hotel as there are barely any signs to show what the food is or what it’s made of. Unfortunately our room wasn’t very clean,

La localisation est très bien. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et les chambres sont bien équipées. Le personnel est adorable. Près des piscines, j'ai commandé un plateau de fruits et un cocktail et en voulant bougé le parasol très lourd, j'ai tout renversé. La serveuse a été adorable et m'a refait ma commande gracieusement.

Belle chambre avec super jacuzzi sur le balcon, magnifique espace piscine / bar, une vue imprenable sur la baie. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Pas de plage privée pour l’hôtel, ce qui aurait été sympa à ce prix. Nourriture average, on ne se sent pas vraiment en Crète avec qu’ils proposent, c’est dommage. Des repas simples, locaux et bons auraient fait une grande différence.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Hotel und super zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren ohne Ausnahme super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super lecker und vielfältig. Die Städte Elounda und Plaka sind wunderbare Ausflugsziele und in knapp 1-2 km zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Lage ist für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Kreta leider nicht die Beste, da man sehr weit fahren müsste um viel sehen zu können. Das Abendbuffet hat leider nicht ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen.

This resort is truly magnificent in every sense. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spectacular, breathtaking views that surround the property—photos simply do not do it justice. The rooms are beautifully designed with exquisite decoration, striking the perfect balance between luxury and absolute comfort. Breakfast and lunch was another highlight of our stay; the food across the resort was consistently outstanding, fresh, and full of flavor. What elevated our experience from great to unforgettable was the flawless service from every member of the team. A special mention must go to Laurence and Andreas at the pool area for their attentive, friendly energy that made our relaxing afternoons so memorable, as well as Rindi the bellboy, whose warm welcome and exceptional hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était magnifique, très propre et confortable, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La piscine privée était un vrai plus, tout comme les piscines de l'hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant et l'établissement est calme, idéal pour se détendre, avec une bonne ambiance.

Nous avons malheureusement rencontré quelques erreurs durant notre séjour. À notre arrivée, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée n'était pas celle que nous avions réservée, et une erreur a également été commise lors d'une commande en room service. Enfin, nous avons été très déçus par le buffet du soir, que nous n'avons pas trouvé à la hauteur de son prix ni du standing attendu pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. La piscine privée aurait également pu être plus chaude.

Het avondeten was divers, maar veel was wat te lang gekookt / gebakken (groente/vlees)

We had a truly perfect experience! The entire staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful. Everything was spotless—both the hotel itself and our room were extremely clean. We would love to come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

This place is a dream, super clean and beautiful, rooms and services are top level! Recommend

There should be more entertainment in the evening, maybe doing dance nights instead of piano bar.

Wij hadden een schitterend verblijf van 3 dagen in kamer met jacuzzi en groot terras. Prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Elounda. Super vriendelijk personeel! Heerlijk vertoeven in dit hotel De zwembaden zijn echt fantastisch met fenomenaal uitzicht. Op een 20 tal minuutjes wandel je langs de kust naar Elounda. Goed a la carte ontbijt. Lunch aan pool bar was ook lekker met goede cocktails! Met golfkarretjes brengen ze je naar boven (steile klim)

Ik zou airco voorzien in ontbijt/diner ruimte. Was er soms wat warm

מיקום מדהים מול הים! מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות מהעיר. לקחנו חדר עם בריכה שהיה גדול ומרווח, נקי ועם מחשבה על כל הפרטים הכי קטנים. פשוט חופשה מפנקת ברמה גבוהה. תמורה מדהימה למחיר. הצוות היה מאוד אדיב. דאגו לכל בקשה. יש לי תחושה שנחזור... :)

המרחק מהעיר הוא 20 דקות הליכה. לעיתים לקחנו מונית חזרה. הוצאה שלא כל כך תוכננה אבל לא נורא.

Cisza, spokój, piękne widoki… Bardzo ładne baseny, przyjemnie urządzony pokój, wygodne duże łóżko. Jacuzzi na tarasie

Nie do końca czysta podłoga w pokoju, chyba nie była myta…

* uprzejmy personel * smaczne i świeże śniadania * czystość w pokojach i w pobliżu basenów

* brak zamówionej dekoracji pokoju z okazji rocznicy ślubu, którą zamówiłam 2 dni wcześniej. Po zwróceniu uwagi, padła propozycja przystrojenia pokoju na następny dzień, jednak rocznicę mieliśmy w dzień przyjazdu - odmówiłam * pokój usytuowany naprzeciwko recepcji. Efektem tego była ciągła rotacja gości pod balkonem i średnia kameralność. Spokój zakłócało też piszczenie cofających wozkow golfowych oraz notoryczne parkowanie ich tuż przed naszym balkonem. Jednego dnia przez wiele godzin, cały widok zasłaniała cysterna, ktora zaparkowala pod naszym balkonem z powodu jakiejś awarii * przerwy w dostawie prądu * sprzątanie pokoju gdy spędzaliśmy czas na balkonie. Dziwnie bylo zobaczyc kogos w pokoju jak wróciliśmy do środka, nie zostaliśmy uprzedzeni, ze ktoś wchodzi
