You feel like a local there. You get to experience the real Istanbul, away from the overly touristy side of the city, while still being very close to all the main sights and attractions.

A very attentive and helpful host. The location was perfect,within walking distance of the main tourist sites and the Grand Bazaar and the ferries. There was lots of space for the 5 of us, the beds were comfortable.

As previous reviews have mentioned the shower doesn't drain well which wasn't a big deal for us but for some it might be.

Rose est très gentille et agréable. L’emplacement près de la mosquée bleue et sainte Sophie est parfait. La rue est magnifique. C’est très calme. Le parc avec table et banc à 10 mètres.

Замечательная хозяйка! Сразу определила меня в водохлебы и поставила в номер персональный чайник)) Несмотря на ночной дубак (начало мая), в номере тепло и уютно: на ночь включают отопление. В подвале есть полноценная кухня с чайниками, плитой, микроволновкой. Для Стамбула это просто имба! Также ежедневная уборка, в номере всего в достатке. Отличное месторасположение: тихая улица в низкоэтажном квартале. Вокруг в основном тоже гостиницы, никакой ночной активности. До Топкапы, Св. Софии и трамвайной остановки Султанахмет 10 минут ходу. Но продуктами лучше запасаться заранее: ближайший Мигрос далековато - у Лалели, в шаговой доступности только небольшие лавочки. Хозяйка свободно говорит по-русски.

Звукоизоляция так себе. Если чутко спите, лечь раньше соседей не получится.

La ubicación no es la marcada, no todos los apartamentos están en esas cosas de colores. Al principio nos asustamos, pero no hubo problema

Ήταν πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένο. Αλλα για τα χρήματα του πολύ τίμιο.

La ubicacion esta muy bien para visitar la ciudad. Estaba limpio. Laa vistas desde el salon estanm muy bien Es muy amplio

Un poco falto de mantenimiento con humedad en las paredes y en algunas puertas. Las toallas del baño estan bastante desgastadas, algunas con agujeros. No se puede oscurecer la habitacion para dormir, solo hay cortinas pero no opacas.

Прекрасное расположение отеля, очень удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Очень удобные кровати, белоснежное постельное бельё. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Отдельного внимания заслуживает администратор. Осталось приятное впечатление.

Немного смутил вид из окна, вернее, его отсутствие. Но у нас был бюджетный вариант, возможно, поэтому окно выходило во дворик.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres au Dualis et on s est retrouvé dans 2 maisons differentes à 5 min de marche! Pas terrible pour un séjour en famille! Maison vétuste très mal insonorisée, que ce soit côté route ou à l intérieur avec les autres locataires!!! Plus de lumière à la salle de bains …et pas de fenêtre… imaginez…. Et peu d espace pour se déplacer, car 4 lits dans une chambre où le grand lit suffit! C est serré! Quant au personnel, à part à la remise des clés ( où notre mécontentement d être séparés n a pas été pris au sérieux) nous n avons recroisé personne!

Good location in Sultanahmet. Basic hotel but clean. Breakfast is not provided, but there are many restaurants nearby. Quiet place.

It is an Ottoman-era house with rooms adapted for tourism. The bathroom shelf is of glass with edges too close to the toilet; you can hit it with your head if distracted when you stand up.

Рейс задержали на сутки, связь с отелем держали. Они нас ждали, бронь не слетела. Мы жили на 3 этаже. Батареи есть, кондиционер работал на обогрев, сырости не было. Приехали в сезон дождей. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Шампуни- мыло гели в номере были. Горячая вода была, прям кипяток. Так же в номере есть холодильник микроволновка и чайник фен, телевизор(не включали) вайфай. Хозяйка очень приятная, не навязчивая. Под окнами магазин открыт до поздна, туда на мотоциклах кто то приезжал, шумно. Но мы на столько уставали за день, что это нам не мешало. Но в районе Султанахмет одинаково шумные улочки и везде мотоциклы, в любом отеле будет этот шум. Кстати магазин дорогой, если выше по улице подняться есть в 2 раза дешевле.

O apartamento em si não foi de todo ruim, porém, não foi informado que o apartamento era em outro endereço, e não no endereço anunciado. Chegamos de transfer do aeroporto, de noite e com chuva e fomos supreendidas com a informação de que o apartamento era em outro local, uns 200 metros de distância. Tivemos que andar debaixo de chuva, de noite, numa subida, com ruas de pedra e sem calçadas, arrastando nossas malas enquanto a recepcionista quase correu para nos levar oa destino. Chegando lá, descobrimos que o apartamento era no terceiro andar, sem elevador e com escadas circulares. Imaginem como foi subir 3 andares carregando malas? Estávamos em 5 mulheres, sendo que 3 delas têm em torno de 70 anos de idade. Enfim, estava faltando algumas coisas no apartamento, mas no dia seguinte providenciaram o que precisávamos.

Снимали 3-х комнатные апартаменты. Апартаменты просторные, светлые, чистые. Есть всё для комфортного проживания. Находятся на 4-м этаже, крутая винтовая лестница! Па первом этаже небольшой магазин, 3 хороших ресторана, кондитерская. Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.

Лучшее наше жилье, для нашей семьи с детьми это лучшее предложение. Комфортно, много места, раздолье для детей. Все необходимое было, шикарная терраса для вечернего времяпровождения

The location and area is superb if you are seeking some peace and quiet. A very beautiful part of Istanbul. Excellent host and good value for money.

Signage to indicate where the kitchen and communal area is. There is a little beep at the front door the sounds with regular intervals. Not sure what it is for?

Excelente alojamiento, aunque la habitación podría resultar un poco pequeña para 3 personas estaba muy bien. Todo muy limpio, accesorios, amenities, limpieza diaria y personal muy amable. A parte de tener una ubicación increíble, el barrio muy bonito y muy cerca de todos los lugares interesantes de la zona de Sultanahmet. Estuvimos muy a gusto!

Solo por poner un dato, la calefacción estaba bastante alta para nuestro gusto, tuvimos mucho calor en la habitación, igual nunca lo comunicamos, si lo hubiésemos hecho seguramente nos lo hubieran solucionado.

Limpio y espacioso. La persona que estaba a cargo muy amable.

Un apartamento muy espacioso, con terraza cerrada para comer en familia, camas cómodas y muy buena temperatura. La anfitriona ha sido excelente, muy atenta y servicial. Muy próximo a Sultanahmet.

no balcony no view no kitchenette no lounge window opened to a school backyear. the national anthem rings are 8am. several times. the pictures in the ad have nothing to do with the building i stayed in. was it even the same hotel?

Вежливая хозяйка, хорошо говорит по-русски. Тихое спокойное место, в номере чисто, каждый день меняли полотенца. Приходили просто переночевать, поэтому, всё устроило.

Неплохо было бы вешалку для верхней одежды у входа, для одежды только маленький шкаф. Телевизор не работает, но мы и приезжали не для того, чтобы его смотреть). Окна выходят на спортплощадку, иногда утром шумно)

The bed was decent

It's listed on an adress on a nice street in a nice house, in reality it is somwhere else a couple of streets away from the given adress, it-s a huge apartment but only part of it has furniture, they were removing some old matreseses as we arrived and scraped some places for us to sleep in, the apartment is old and dirty, water is hot ocasionally but never predictable, a zero in any european town but maybe a 2 in istanbul. By far our worst experience on booking so far, hopefully it will remain that.

Шум с улицы, со входной двери (можно номер был на первом этаже), между этажам и из коридора. Спать можно только если убитый или соседей нет. А так все хорошо.

Moc se nám líbilo! Apartmán je prostorný, čistý a plně vybavený — nechybí pračka ani myčka. Z oken je nádherný výhled na Bospor 🌊. Skvělá poloha přímo v historickém centru Istanbulu, odkud je všude blízko. Hned u vchodu je obchod s potravinami, což je velmi pohodlné. Bylo nás 8 a všichni jsme se cítili jako doma. Majitelka je velmi milá, krásná a ochotná paní ❤️. Děkujeme za skvělé ubytování – určitě bychom se sem rádi vrátili! 🏡🇹🇷

Очень чистые и уютные номера, очень приветливый персонал, в особенности Роза Тамерис..Всё достопримечательности Стамбулеа -море, музеи и рынки в шаговой доступности, в радиусе 600 метров!! Отличное место как для семейного отдыха так и для компании друзей!! Обязательно вернёмся снова! Рекомендую!

Отель достаточно удобно расположен, в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей (минут 20-25 пешком до Топкапы). Для нас это близко. Рядом скверы, сама улочка приятная. Хозяйка очень понравилась, говорит по-русски. Номер на троих, с полноценной кроватью для взрослого ребёнка. Номер маленький, но чистый, всё необходимое есть. Окна во двор, ночью тихо. В целом мы очень довольны. Для туристической поездки, когда в номер приходишь поспать - вообще всё прекрасно.

"Уставший" номер, хорошо бы косметический ремонт небольшой сделать. Но для того, чтобы пару раз переночевать это не критично.

Lokacija je izvanredna. Sve nam je bilo blizu. Sam ambijent je autentično turski,što smo i želeli. Jako nam je značio parking u blizini,kao i mogućnost korišćenja zajedničke kuhinje. Domaćica je jako prijatna.

Prijalo bi nam da je soba bila malo prostranija.

The windows of our room overlooked a small football field, so it was very noisy and noisy, with constant shouting and noise.We were on vacation with a group and there was one outlet for the entire room, and one outlet in the bathroom, the other outlets did not work.

Location was far removed from tourist sites, no food or coffee available, the “hotel” was more of a hostel, interior was more like someone’s old house with dirty carpets, supplies throughout the common areas, fridges were used for the staff that lived on site, not a hotel style at all.

Greta location and amenities in the apartment!

This charming little hotel in Istanbul was a fantastic find. It's conveniently close to the center but offers a peaceful and private atmosphere. The cleanliness was consistently excellent, and the owner was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist when needed. Highly recommended for a quiet and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

I was upgraded to the apartment which was lovely and very well appointed.

Our room had an electricity problem and they changed our room with a family one. The apartment was big. Close to blue mosque.

We stayed in one of the larger apartments behind the hotel itself. Our stay was wonderful, we are four people with two teens and our unit was incredibly spacious with views of the Bosphorus. The kitchen is well laid out and has everything we needed. When filling this out, I was asked to rate it for eco friendliness. I indicated two stars because there is no recycling but I think that’s irrelevant because I haven’t seen any recycling at all in Istanbul anywhere. As a side note, my husband rolled his ankle late Saturday evening and we couldn’t find a pharmacy that was open late and all of them are closed Sunday. We were in a mild panic to get his foot wrapped in time for a flight Monday and when I messaged our proprietor, she went out of her way to buy us a compression brace and tensor bandage and delivered it to our unit. She also helped arrange an airport transfer. She really went well above and beyond what was expected and we are really grateful for her kindness. I’ll also mention the neighbourhood has lots of great restaurants and hotel is 15 min walk to Aya Sofya/ Blue Mosque/Topkapi Palace/ Basilica Cistern. A really fantastic stay with plenty of space. The unit is on the top floor and there is no elevator- while not an issue for us, may be for some. Absolutely would recommend!

The hotel is very cozy and nice. The staff is great, you have everything that you need. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We will surely come back again!

"Room with balcony" actually the room on the ground floor below the street level, and balcony - just back exit, fully blocked by the wall. No view at all. One bedroom without windows.

Hotel is a big house with different rooms. Sheets look clean, it has a very good location, near the Blue Mosque. There's a mini fridge and a safe box in the room and a good hairdryer.

It's a bit old and worn, smells in the corridor, but still it is a good choice for the money.

Lovely, cozy apartment with good facilities in a nice area. The host was extremely helpful - she contacted us because we had accidently left some clothes in a drawer. She kept hold of the clothes so that we could collect them on our return to Istanbul - this was greatly appreciated, thank you.
