Close to bus and metro, lovely area with great restaurants nearby

Breakfast was very average, hotel just seems tired and in need of some attention, I think some of the exceptional reviews are a not misleading

Atmosphere is amazing, very good service, super helpful and kind. Amazing views especially on a sea side . Perfect for short and long stay as a single or couple.

The room was dark, you need the lights on all the time. No kettle in the room to make tea kr coffee anytime you need one. Hotel does not want food brought from outside.

Non anno in hotel una bilancia per pesare le valigie. Penso che e una cosa necessaria nel un hotel.

Персоналът е изключително любезен, чистотата в стаите е на ниво. Съотношението цена/качество ме устройва. Локацията е много, много добра - срещу морето и парка, на 3 минути има метро станция, която е много удобна.

Качеството на храната на закуската не ми допада, но за съотношението цена/качество/локация на хотела считам, че мога да направя компромис, т.к близост има много заведения за хранене. Неслучайно вече три пъти отсядам в този хотел 😊

Очень старый отель,все падает ,чуть не в голову кусок пластика ,который обрамляет дверь ,упал ,но ,мимо ,завтрак не понравился

Нямаше завивки а според нас това е задължително имаше нещо като чаршаф което не е завивка неудобни възглавници липса на сапунчета и шампоани. Хладилниците или така наречения мини бар не работише

Location is great , train station, bus station few min from the hotel. Room view was amazing 😍, many local cafes, prices bare affordable

Earthquake...( Of course it's not s hotel fault) Many guests were smoking in their rooms, it provoked fire alarm at night

I booked a standard room and they gave me sea view room. View was amazing. I will share the picture. There was no hot water in my bathroom. When I called the reception, he said he will check and nothing happened on that day. Next day again I called the receptionist, the reply was, he will check. After 15 minutes, I called again and the reply was same. When I questioned about that, his reply was to talk to the manager who will come on the next day. No polite behavior from the receptionist. Breakfast is good for nothing. They will provide a cup of water in a room per person per day. Room was neat and clean. Location was excellent. Metro station is nearby. So many shops and restaurants nearby.

Elektrikler defalarca kez kesildi, sürekli yangın alarmı çaldı, sular kesik veya hiç akmadı, odadaki lambaların bazıları çalışmıyordu ve örtüler berbat haldeydi... Buraya daha önce de birkaç kez gelmiştik ancak bu kadar kötü bir hizmet hayatım boyunca görmedim.

I have booked a room with city view and finally they give me a an internal room with no view , The hotel advise that they have parking and no need for reservation and this isn't true the parking is only n the street and 1 st day i arrived i found my car scratched and i must pay 300$ for my rental company I smell the cigarette and the smoking in all over the room and i am allergic so it was one the worst experience i had

The hotel is in convenient location but the hotel must provide toothpaste, toothbrush, better shampoo and body washes like they do in the US.

Breakfast was not good and did not look clean. Room had a weird smell upon entering. There was a man screaming and smoking outside our door until 1am after calling the front desk twice about the disturbance. Tried to charge me for ice after questioning me what i needed it for. 17 dollars for one glass of wine. They were able to get us a cab at 5am which was nice

Everything was perfect the moment we entered the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and offered us a sea view room, it was worth waking up in the morning for the sunrise. Room was clean and warm. The hotel is close to the metro station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is close to the metro station Zeytinburnu, only a couple stations from the old town. The staff was really nice. Rooms are simple but comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is sufficient. All in all I had a pleasant stay.

The coffee they serve at breakfast could be better. The building is quite old and the walls are thin so there can be noises heard from other rooms (flushing the toilet, doors banging) but after 11 pm it is quiet so it was not really a problem.

It was value for money. I had a front view room.

The staff at the restaurant it was completely amateurs. One of them was acting like he was at school. He was even sleeping on the table in front of me as I was taking my breakfast .

It's nice and just enough clean for the price. Staffs are friendly. I really recommend. They have delicious breakfast.

The stairs are very tight and unsafe with super small steps. The elevator is just for two people, if you have third peperson you should hug each other!

Very nice hotel, with great location in Zeytinburnu, clean enough large rooms and clean bathrooms. Delicious breakfast. The place is very close to Marmaray and the sea, close to Zeytinburnu shopping areas and cafes. Very polite personal.

When we arrived for check in, Irfan greeted us with respectful and was super friendly. I requested twin beds and we realized they had sea view rooms so we asked if it was possible and he made our vacation even better than what we had expected. All the staff were super friendly from reception, kitchen and ro service.

There is nothing I can say I didn’t like because from staff, location and food everything was just amazing.

The property the shower is no good and Toilet very small

We didn't want to stay in the overpriced tourist areas. This hotel is about 15min taxi drive from sultanahmet and exceeded our expectations. Clean room and washroom. AC AND WIFI worked perfectly. Will definitely stay here again.

Cleaning is very good, but they don't clean the room automatically, according to the rules of this hotel, we have to tell them that we need the room cleaned today, otherwise they don't clean the room. Another problem is that the sewer in the bathroom is seriously clogged, hope they can improve it.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot choices, the cleanliness was also amazing, best of all was the view from the room as it allowed for the best scenery at whatever time.

Otele araçla ulaşım rahat. Temiz bir otel. Kahvaltısı daha kaliteli olabilirdi. Personel ilgili ve kibar. Kaldığım oda çatı katındaydı ve epey rutubet kokuyordu. Klima iyi çalışmasaydı kalamazdım. Çatı katında asansörden indiğim anda maruz kaldığım koku ise dayanılmazdı. Sanırım çamaşırhane gibi bir bölüm var orada. Buna çözüm bulunmalı. Otelde kalacak olanların oda secimine dikkat etmesi lazım. Özellikle deniz gören odaların manzarası muazzam
