The image portrayed on booking.com raised expectations; but the room was disappointing: a window to the interior stairwell, no exterior window, no air conditioning, very simple furnishings, beds not particularly comfortable, but the room was reasonably clean and staff helpful and professional.

We were never told up front it was cash only. The front desk told us we had to pay I full for 3 nights , all cash. When my wife asked he replied oh our credit machine is down. Well, he never said that up front. Very dishonest. Also the 2 guys at the front desk realized we knew they were dishonest, not once they see say hello or goodbye. Will not return and will not recommend.

It is located near Xuân Hương Lake and Dalat market.

The hotel standards were down significantly both exterior and inside the room. With the standards like that of a back packer and with no window, it was a really bad experience for my wife and I. The security of the hotel is not good, as when we arrived after canceling Khánh Uyên 3 Hotel we found both receptionist and security staff were sleeping. Worst of all, during the day, we had to withstand constant noises from next door hotel which is under renovations.

Location was excellent . stone throw away from central Dalat especially the convenient access to taxis , local and international food outlets , the famous central market and lake. Wifi signal was exceptionally strong . Helpful front desk

Room lighting rather dim and study table was infected with ants .

The staff are always available and willing to help out. Clear communication and polite.

Unfortunately the bathroom ceiling is molding from clear leakage and there were about 5 cockcroaches of different sizes in the bathroom.

This hotel deserves a one-star hotel because of unfriendly and rude staffs.

The receptionist (His name is Bao) is unfriendly and rude. When I asked him whether I could check out before 12:30 pm, instead of 12:00 pm. He rolled his eyes and said you must check out before 12:00 pm. The key didn’t work right after our conversation, but the time was 11:37 am. This was really horrible. For hotel itself, it is not clean and is old. They even forgot to put toilet papers in the room even though I already tipped the cleaners. The towels and toilet papers are dirty and the toilet papers were wet when I checked in. Don’t book this hotel if you don’t want to have this horrible experience like me. They treated you badly.

位置很好，走5分鐘到市場和夜市，不過由於隔音不好，所以上下層小孩的哭鬧聲和走廊的聲音，都很吵!注重睡眠品質的人，不推薦

I BOOKED A ROOM FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN, THEY ROOM WE GOT HAD 2 SINGLE BEDS. THE FURNITURE WAS OLD AND OUTDATED.

ホテルのチェックインはスムーズに出来た。 部屋に蟻がたくさんいた。清潔感という点では、少し問題がある。 部屋にティッシュペーパーが無かった。 立地が良く、価格が安かったので、総合的には満足している。

It"s a good location hotel to approach the local market and lake nearby

A reasonable choice in center of the city. The room was spacious and clean for price. It's location is easy to access to the market and drinking district.

Near night Market, convenient

청소도 잘 안 되어있고 비품들이 낙후되어 있슴. 삼박사일 숙박했는데 침대 시트를 한번도 안 갈아줌.무엇보다 개미가 많아서 너무 싫었슴.

They only provided 1 key, we asked for 2nd key and the staff gave attitude. They didn't have maps either for tourist. Towels and bed looked dirty. The floor corner was also dirty. On 2nd day, We asked for hair conditioner and they didn't have it.

Able to check in early, easy to find. The location is central, near to the lake and market. Room is clean and provide in house parking. The hotel provide 2 free computers in lobby for guest use.

Good can walk to the market

I had a very unfortunate bout of bad luck while in Dalat, including an unplanned 2am arrival and a trip to the hospital. The hotel staff were the absolute best and most helpful I have ever encountered in all of Vietnam. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, purely for their fantastic customer service. Location and room was great. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and genuinely cared and were happy to help book busses to other cities, and Easy Rider tours which were also great. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Dalat.

Pleasant enough hotel in the hill town of Da Lat. Centrally situated, OK for restaurants & walks up to local tourist sights, half of which are closed for one reason or other. Good wifi, rooms are very pleasant, neat, tidy & comfortable. No window. TV - quite good. A few western channels. Reception - pleasant, amiable, functional. They don't do breakfast. Da Lat it self - waste of time. Don't bother coming here. Nothing to see, less to do. If you do the mistake of coming here, don't waste more than a day. Move on.

Royal hotel well located on the heart of town area. Room are clean and comfortable and easy excess to cafe.and shops.

The rooms have no aircon. Take note for those who need aircon. The hotel website had mentioned rooms are aircon but it's untrue. Fans are provided on request. I booked the suite with lake view. Stayed on level 5. The lake view isn't really an impressive lake view as the lake us about 1 to 2 km away and it's a partial view. The location of the hotel is very near the night market. For those arriving by air and planning to take taxi to your hotel, I strongly advise buying the prepaid taxi voucher at vnd 180 000 which is much cheaper than by meter.
