Otelin tek iyi yanı resiflerdi.Deniz kısmından oldukça memnun kaldık

Otelin büyük olması dezavantaj sağlamış,konaklanan yerler ile aktif geçirilen kısımların birbirine uzaklığı ve en ufak bi durumda ringlerle ulaşımın sağlanması çok zorlayıcıydı. Oda kartımız 3 günde 3 kere bozuldu gece geç geldiğimiz bir saatte odanın kapısı açılmadı o saatte ring ile resepsiyona gidip kart değiştirmek zorunda kaldık ring gelmedi bavul arabasıyla gitmek zorunda kaldık. Otel çalışanları çok lakayıt müşterilerle dalga geçiyorlar hepsi diyemem ama barda çalışanlar özellikle çok rahatsız ediciydi.Türkiyedeki herhangi bi otelden çok da iyi değildi. 5 yıldız olmasını anlayamadım

3 ana öğün açık büfe seçenekleri,çeşitli atıştırmalıkları,havuzların temiz ve vücudu kurutmayan yapıda olması , tesisin botanik bahçesi gibi şahane bir mimaride olması,Çeşit çeşit hayvan ve bitkilere ev sahipliği yapması harikaydı ve her çeşit beslenmeye uygun menüler barındırıyor.Kelimenin tam anlamıyla her şey mükemmeldi Çalışanlar disiplinli işinde ,gücünde ve güler yüzlü ve böyle oldukları için bahşiş bekleniyor algısı söylentisini yayıyor gelen konuklar.Ama asla öyle değil çünkü işlerini severek yapıyorlar.Son olarak fiyat performansı çok iyi bir otel şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum Sharmda tatil yapmak isteyenlere.

5 yıldızlı böylesine harika bir otelde mescit olmaması açıkçası beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı ve şaşırttı bu nedenle bu yönünü sevmedim. Yinede çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum bana namaz kılmak için kendi alanlarını verdiler.

AKşam yemekleri ve deniz ile deniz altı güzellikleri harikaydı.

Otel eski kabul fakat yatağın eski olması kapı kilitlerinin sürekli arıza vermesi ve 3 günde 4 kez oda kartı değişimi yapılması kabul edilemez.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Pick up and drop off services are also really beneficial. Nice beach but narrow space for swimming, just good for snorkelling. There are colorful fish and reefs.There are also sand beach parts but very little space due to reefs and shallow water, not suitable for swimming. Thanks to dear Ali from guest relations.

Food is avarage.There are different restaurant options, we tried several but not very outstanding. Beach has a pier and snorkelling space but it is narrow for swimming, you cant go far.

En çok dikkatimi çeken şey temizlikti. Havuzun kenarı, restaurantlar, odalar her daim tertemizdi. Ek olarak personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Restoranda her gün farklı mutfaklara ait yemekler bulduk. Diyet yapan biri için bile birçok çeşit öğün bulabiliyordunuz. Ek olarak Türk mutfağına ait yiyecekleri yiyor olmak bizim için sürpriz oldu :)

İnternet beklediğimden kötü idi. Online toplantılara girmek malesef mümkün olmadı. Ek olarak konaklamam sırasında rahatsızlanarak otelin kliniğine başvurdum. Orada çalışan görevli _doktor olmadığını tarafımıza belirtti_şikayetlerimi tam dinlemeden muayene yapmaya başladı. Kendisine sol tarafımda uyuşma olduğunu söylememe rağmen, sanki kırık çıkık muayenesi yapar gibi _ki daha önce hiç böyle bir muayene türüne maruz kalmadım_ ilerledi. Davranıştan rahatsız olduğumu belirtince de bıraktı, doktorla iletişime geçti ve özel klinik olduğu için ücretli olduğunu veya şehirdeki hastaneye gidebileceğimizi belirtti. Biz de hastaneyi tercih ettik. Oteldeki tek olumsuz deneyimim bu oldu.

Piaciuto assolutamente tutto! Camera famigliare dalle dimensioni di un appartamento con le 2 camere ben separate e ognuna con il rispettivo bagno. Staff simpaticissimo (soprattutto i camerieri) sempre sorridente e con un'efficienza incredibile. Barriera corallina fronte spiaggia con la possibilità tramite pontile di fare snorkeling. Possibilità di fare una moltitudine di attività (a pagamento) direttamente tramite lo staff interno, anche se risulta più costoso rispetto ad acquistarlo tramite altri canali. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo!!

Otelin plajı ve resifleri harika. Fiyat/performans dengesine bakıldığında odalar ve yemekler gayet iyi. Ücretsiz havaalanı transferi olması da güzel.

Denizi, yemekleri herseyi mükemmeldi. Garsonlar bahşiş bekliyor yazanlar falan olmuş çocukların rahatsız edici hiçbir beklentisi yok, hepsi işinde gücünde.

Odalar biraz eski ama normal, yıllardır hizmet veren bi otel, bizi rahatsız etmedi.

Havuzu iyi, Denizi mükemmel, yemekleri iyi, etkinlikleri çok iyi ve hizmet kalitesi yüksek

Genel olarak memnundum sadede odamızla ilgili personel diş fırçası, şampuan sabun gibi malzemelerin yenilenmesi konusunda bizim talep etmemize sebep verdi.

Deniz harika, Resif direk otelin önünde. Yemekler çok iyi. Personel güler yüzlü ve kibar. Odalar sürekli temizleniyor. Otel yönetimi ve mutfak organizasyonu süper.

Kuruyemiş verilebilir. Su sporları ile denize girilen nokta iç içe olduğundan risk oluşturmaktadır.

The staff is very helpful, hospitable , welcoming, cooperative and decent. Room is spasious, clean and of nice location. Restaurants were having wide variety of food.

No (Shattafah) for the toilets. The prayer area in the resort is very small and not airconditioned

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo! Indico para todas as pessoas, vivemos dias maravilhosos e extraordinários que ficaram pra sempre na memória. Gostamos muito do ambiente muito bem dividido, com opções de laser para todos os gosto.a comida também estava muito boa e tinham diversas opções. Mas a melhor parte sem dúvidas foi o coral muito bem preservado que eles tem na frente do resort. Amamos nossos dias no reef blue bay.

A única coisa foi que estávamos em lua de mel e nós deram camas separadas, duas de casal pequena. Tirando isso mais nada.

Özellikle yemekleri damak zevkimize çok uygundu , çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlü otel çok geniş ve bir sürü olanağa sahip otelin içi ayrı bir dünya asla sıkılmıyorsunuz farklı farklı aktiviteler mevcut hangisi size hitap ederse ona katılabilirsiniz. Denizi çok güzel otel transfer imkanı da sunuyor oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim ve yine gelirim.

Kahvaltı daha çeşitli olabilirdi her gün aynı şeyler vardı , içkileri biraz zayıf maalesef.

فندق لطيف نظيف مع مساحات خضراء... موقع الفندق جميل جدا على مرتفع عن البحر مع وجود مصاعد للراحة.. طاقم العمل في المطعم الباي فيو ممتازين وتحياتي للويتر عبده.. خيارات الطعام والشراب كثيرة وبجودة عالية.. أماكن للجلوس في أكثر من مكان وكذلك حمامات السباحة.. لن تشعر بالملل

اثاث وغرف الفندق قديمة جداً وكذلك في جميع أنحاء الفندق... لم يعجبني طاقم العمل على الشاطئ اصوات عاليه بينهم. ويستغلون عدم فهم السائحين للغة العربية يتحدثون بطريقة غير لائقة.

The Reef, food and staff

Genel anlamda her şey çok güzeldi. Yemeklerin kalitesi iyiydi ve Türk şeflerin yemeklere dokunuşlarıyla çok lezzetli yemekler yedik. Salih ustanın lahmacun ve pideleri çok lezzetliydi. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardım etmek için can atıyorlar. Genel müdür Mehmet Bey’in iletişimi çok iyi ve harika bir insan.

Aqua parkı biraz daha büyük olabilir.

Seconda volta nel resort, ed è stata una piacevole conferma. Posizione e reef stupendi, centro diving sempre perfetto, personale estremamente gentile e molto professionale, cibo squisito, giardini perfetti, camere pulite e accoglienti

I bagni - almeno il nostro - iniziano ad avere bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Die Mitarbeiter waren bisschen überfordert. Minibar wurde erst nach mehreren Anrufen 8 Stunden später befüllt. Wir haben uns wie in Moskau gefüllt. 80% Russen, 10 % Italiener und 10% andere Nationen. Laut, respektlos und gierig.

Animazione internazionale con pochissime attività sia sportive che di intrattenimento. Nessuna cura di organizzazione di uscite all'esterno. ANIMAZIONE VALTOUR OTTIMA E ragazzi super disponibili, educati e simpatici. Organizzano tornei, giochi, spettacoli, uscite... Bravissimi!

The staff are excellent—very friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and provide an excellent level of service throughout the stay. The beach is absolutely amazing! As soon as you get into the water, you feel like you’re swimming in the middle of the sea. The water is clear, with beautiful colorful fish and an incredible coral reef. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay!

The rooms are quite average and, honestly, feel below a three-star standard. They definitely need some improvement and renovation. Another very disappointing issue was the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room. This was quite inconvenient for me, as I normally find these in the hotels I stay at, so it was an unexpected surprise. We requested one from the reception, but unfortunately, the housekeeping team took it away just a few hours later while cleaning the room. Another small but noticeable issue was that there was no tissue paper provided in the room itself. Tissue was available only in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient.

Solid 4 star. Clean, lots of staff. Most staff very friendly. Mustafa looked after our section and was amazing. Several pools. Good service at the pool. Lots of choice of food at the buffet. The Italian restaurant was a miss. Quite a large campus, there was a “bus” driving around the perimeter which is great as it is very hot. Dive center was great. Organized, with focus on safety. Khulud in the main dive centre office was an angel!

1. Difficulty arranging airport transfer. Took a lot of effort to connect with the right person. Communication through the booking.com app does not work. We departed at 6:30 am and had no one help us with our suitcases from our building. 2. Not all staff were that friendly 3. ATM did not work 4. Food quality was just ok I would say

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort a cinque stelle e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è molto grande, ben organizzata e gli spazi esterni sono semplicemente splendidi: tutto è nuovo, curato e mantenuto con grande attenzione. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la formula all inclusive, che è realmente all inclusive. Il funzionamento ricorda un po’ quello di una crociera: dalla colazione a buffet agli snack durante la giornata, fino alla possibilità di mangiare una pizza direttamente al bar sulla spiaggia. L’acqua è sempre disponibile e, durante tutta la giornata, si possono prendere bibite e bevande presso i vari bar, la caffetteria e il pub. Quest’ultimo, aperto 24 ore su 24, offre anche la possibilità di consumare aperitivi, bibite e birre. Per il pranzo ci sono due ristoranti a buffet, uno direttamente sulla spiaggia e l’altro vicino alla reception. La sera, oltre agli stessi ristoranti, è possibile scegliere anche tra diversi ristoranti à la carte, senza costi aggiuntivi: è sufficiente prenotare alla reception almeno la sera precedente. Il mare è un altro grande punto di forza. Come avevamo letto nelle recensioni, è davvero possibile fare snorkeling direttamente dal pontile del resort, con accesso alla barriera corallina. Sono inoltre disponibili moltissime attività, dalle immersioni alle escursioni in barca privata, fino alle attività con gommone e ad altre esperienze in mare.

L’unico aspetto che, a nostro avviso, non è ancora all’altezza delle cinque stelle riguarda gli interni delle camere. Le sistemazioni sono costituite da porzioni di fabbricati su due piani, una sorta di villette bifamiliari, molto piacevoli come soluzione. Tuttavia, gli ambienti interni, e soprattutto i bagni, avrebbero bisogno di un restyling. Nelle foto che allegheremo si può vedere chiaramente come alcune finiture risultino ormai datate e non siano pienamente coerenti con il livello della struttura esterna e con la categoria cinque stelle.

The beach , diving and snorkeling experience was amazing , the hotel management team is on top of everything, engaging the guests, making sure everyone is having fun. Food was amazing, to compare with so many different countries we’ve been I enjoyed the food with lots of turkish infusion.

I was expecting a bit of better quality in alcoholic beverages, there wasn’t a lot of options, ice was biggest challenge from what we’ve seen at the bars , there was only one type of beer that was included. I think for an all inclusive hotel the bar could use a bit of improvement.

Otelin konumu, denizi, konforu ve sunduğu diğer imkanlar çok iyiydi. Personeller çok güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca tüm konularda yardım ve çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım vardı. Oteli çok beğendik her şeyiyle.

Otelin yemekleri bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi.

Mutfak yemekler efsaneydi. Ne ararsanız hangi mutfak isterseniz var aç kalmazsınız. Denizi güzel, kıyısında rengarenk balıkları görebiliyorsunuz. Otel huzurlu çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Daha ne olsun🤩 En kısa zamanda bu kez ailemle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum 🤗

Nothing much I like

The behavior and attitude, poor problem solving, the management need a lot of training, on how to deal with issues, we did ask for the GM , they said he is busy with other things, I did check out and cut my holiday , been working at hospitality over 23 years never saw such behavior. The save box not working, mini bar too, AC too hot and noisy, bathroom too bad, no lock in the main door.

The reef is spectacular. It's why we chose this resort this year. We've stayed at many different resorts in Sharm but this is the best reef we've seen. The staff are also amazing. Mr. Ashruf, the assistant general manager, Mr. Mohamed Elfaw, the food and beverages manager, Mr. Ibrahim, the customer services manager and the chef at Al Dente, Mr Mohamed are gems. They ensured we had the best experience possible. The wait staff in all the restaurants, the entertainment team, life guards and auxiliary staff were all super friendly and helpful. The fact that such a big resort has an adults only pool and accommodation area within the resort is probably my favorite part. The pool is aptly named Relax Pool and it provides an oasis within the resort. The entertainment was the best I've seen in 12 years of staying in Sharm and resulted in us not feeling the need to leave the resort during our 7 day stay. The Italian restaurant, Al Dente is the best resort restaurant I've ever eaten at with perfectly cooked Italian cuisine and brilliant staff including Mr. Samara who looked after us like we were family. We were also happy to meet Mr. Mehmet Aydin, the general manager and chat about our experience and future visits. We didn't want to leave and will be booking our next Sharm adventure there but for a longer period so we get the most out of what the resort has to offer.

It's a huge resort with over 700 rooms and because it's such a great place to stay it's always busy. So be prepared for lots of people. The staff of over 800 do an incredible job of keeping everything moving so it's never a problem but it is something to be aware of.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il personale è stato fantastico e sempre accogliente: educazione, gentilezza e attenzione al cliente sono state impeccabili per tutta la permanenza. La spiaggia privata del resort è bellissima, ben curata e dotata di un comodo bar all inclusive. Anche la barriera corallina, pur trovandosi all’interno del resort, è piacevole e permette di fare un bello snorkeling. Un altro grande punto di forza è il pub aperto 24 ore su 24, perfetto per rilassarsi in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Consiglio assolutamente questo resort!

Almost everyone is very friendly, service is good

Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, one supervisor in a white shirt at the restaurant was very rude. He asked me to leave after I had already entered the restaurant, and I felt embarrassed and offended. I also saw other guests dressed differently being allowed to stay. Very disappointing.

Otelde alakart restoranlar dışında 3 farklı restoranın ve çeşitli havuzların olması gayet iyiydi. Havuzların hemen yanı başında içecek temin edebileceğiniz barlar mevcuttu. Aynı şekilde sürekli olarak havuz ve deniz için temiz havlu temin edebildik. Yemekler konusunda Türk mutfağından ürünlerin olması da gayet iyi olmuş. Otel müdürü Mehmet Bey otele giriş yapar yapmaz bizi karşıladı. Piaono kafeye Türk kahvesi makinesi de almışlar her akşam yemeği sonrası kahvemizi yudumlamak çok iyi hissettirdi. Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü insanlardı. Bu konuda herhangi bir olumsuzluk hiç yaşamadık. Otel havaalanına yakın olduğu gibi ücretsiz havaalanı servisi olması bizi rahatlattı. Otelden ne zaman çıkış yapsak ve taksiye binsek güvenlik mutlaka bizim oda numaramızı ve taksi plakasını not alıyordu. Bizim güvenliğimiz açısından alınan bu önlem gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Otelin sahile yakınlığı ideal seviyede. İskeleden denize girip resifleri ve rengarenk balıkları hemen izleyebiliyorsunuz. Bardaki canlı müzik ortamı kesinlikle hoşumuza gitti. Özellikle Sunset Restoran ve B1. Kattaki ismini hatırlamadığım restoran kesinlikle en iyisiydi. Bize İtalyan alakart restoranında bir akşam yemeği hediye edildi, bundan da gayet memnun kaldık. Otelin bahçesi ve peyzaj çalışması harikaydı. Çok iyi bir manzarası vardı. Balayında olduğumuz için oda süslemesi jesti de güzel oldu. Büyük amfide dünya kupası finali için bile organizasyon kuruldu, gayet güzeldi.

Odalardaki mobilya ve perde gibi eşyalar otele yakışmayacak derecede eskiydi ancak otel odasında vakit geçirmeyeceğimiz için çok önemsemedik. Tavuk şişelerde kıkırdıklar çıktı sürekli ve sosislerin dış yüzeyi son derece kalındı sebebini anlamadık.

Havaalanından otele transfer için karşılama var, Mini bar giriş günü alkolsüz soft içecekler ile dolduruluyor.,Türk aşçı şefi olduğu için yemek konusunda sıkıntı çekmedik, odamız relaks havuza bakıyordu, havuzları sonsuzluk havuzu ve relaks havuzu çok iyiydi, havuz başı ve oda temizliği görevlileri işlerini severek yapıyorlar, tüm çalışanlar saygılı, otelin genel müdürü Türk (tanışamadık) Mehmet bey gerçekten iyi iş çıkarmış, yorumlara bakarak denemek için bu otelde 3 gün kaldık, şimdi daha pahalı geçen sene kaldığımız otele geldik, çok eksiklik ve aksilik yaşadık, seneye kesinlikle Reef Oasis Blue Bay otelini tercih ederim.

Deniz için sadece şnorkel ile girilir, tatlı büfesi geliştirilmesi lazım, Mısır alkolleri iyi değil, kokteyl olursa içilebilir.

Her şey ve tüm çalışanlar mükemmeldi. Bir sonraki Sharm tatilimizi yine Reef Oasis'te geçireceğiz.

Fantasztikus 13. Napot töltöttünk ebben a szállodában. Nagyon jol éreztük magunkat nagyon tiszta volt minden a szoba az etteremek es nagyon nagyon kedves a személyzet. Sajnos sok az orosz vendég,habár azt olvastuk korabban h a vendégek 60 % olasz ez nem igy van. Az oroszokkal csak annyi a baj h bunkók,es lekezelo a viselkedesuk a személyzettel. Magyarokkal a 13 nap alatt 2 alkalommal találkoztunk annyira nem elterjedt a magyar vendégek körében. Great hotel, the general manager Mr. Mehmet Aydin makes the hotel run smoothly with regular on-site audits and checks. Adult pool is silent and amazing.

Too many Russians, feels like Moscow. We almost had a fight with one group who was rude and loud. Food quality is not always consistent. The reef swimming area is very limited. Pool cleanliness can be improved. Staff doesn’t serve drinks regularly on pools/beach.

What a great experience. From the the minute we have arrived. we have had a great experience and the most warm welcoming from mr (walid) at the reception he was very helpful and has made our experience great. Big thank you to Mohamed at the room service. Also mohamed at the sunset restaurant was very friendly and wonderful. Got to say everyone was friendly and kind that made our stay special. 房间离海离餐厅太远，累死了，二楼还没电梯，退房的时候服务员还装打电话不帮忙拿行李，别家酒店行李是很自觉的拿

We had an unforgettable time at Reef Oasis Blue Bay in Sharm El Sheikh. Airport pick-up and drop-off is such a practical perk. Every team member here was polite and offered great support. The buffet food is varied and flavorful. The private reef is unbeatable for snorkeling: you can see corals straight on the shore, and massive coral reefs from the pier. Our whole family, including grandparents and kids, enjoyed the sea so much. The accommodation stays clean. Only a small reminder: prepare a universal adapter since only Egyptian plugs are available in rooms. We will book this hotel again for our next trip to Sharm!

No power adapters, only Egyptian sockets. Could you prepare universal adapters for guests later as other hotels do? Thanks!

Не везде персонал приветлив, к сожалению. Видела несколько раз довольно презрительное отношение к неговорящим по-английски гостям, как к итальянцам, так и к русским. Приходилось вмешиваться и помогать.

Everything was perfect I really enjoyed my stay and it definitely won't be my last time here. A special thanks to the reception team they were amazing. Whatever I requested was delivered immediately and all the staff members were incredibly friendly and always smiling

My only comment is regarding the animation team. It was almost non existent. I really hope the management pays more attention to this point and provides more entertainment programs in the future

I had an amazing stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. My room was spacious, spotless, and was even ready ahead of check-in time. The room service was excellent throughout my stay, and the service manager checked in with me every day to make sure everything met my expectations. I also really appreciated being taken to my room in a golf buggy instead of having to carry my luggage across the resort. The resort itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and offers plenty of facilities. There are multiple pools, including a peaceful adults-only pool and a stunning infinity pool with breathtaking views, especially in the afternoon. The real highlight of the resort is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mohammed and Ahmed, who checked in with me daily and always made sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality really stood out. The food was another highlight. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with a huge variety of options to suit every taste. The restaurant staff were fantastic—they were always recommending dishes to try, bringing drinks and desserts, and making every meal feel special. The beach is large, with plenty of sunbeds available, so it never felt overcrowded. The house reef directly in front of the hotel is beautiful, full of colourful fish, and perfect for snorkelling. If you swim a little further from the pontoon, you'll find even quieter areas where you can really enjoy the reef. Having a jacuzzi on the beach was also a lovely bonus. I also treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was excellent and one of the best parts of my stay. The hotel also made it very easy to arrange taxis and tour pickups, and even the security staff at the entrance were always friendly and welcoming.

This was our 6th visit! Room was great, really good value for money! Food was amazing as was the service! Love how they now have more selection of drinks round the pool bar for example, serve wine at the adults pool not just the restaurants! Any of the staff have been there for many years which shows they must also like the hotel, think it’s really nice that they don’t have a high turnover of staff. Entertainment was good and it was good to see late night entertainment every night, it was lacking this in previous visits

Mare spettacolare, spiaggia con varie attività, bar non male ma quello delle piscina aveva personale decisamente più competente e disponibile. Piscine comode, varie e belle da vivere, personale della piscina meraviglioso e disponibile

I prezzi delle escursioni avevano un costo doppio rispetto all'esterno ( e con la stessa garanzia e professionalità). Il personale dei ristoranti non accomodanti, abbiamo litigato fin dal primo giorno e solo per aver richiesto 17 mini hamburger per 12 persone ed essere andati più volte e prendere da bere. Ad eccezione della birra il resto delle bibite erano calde e sempre servite con ghiaccio, specialmente il vino.

Yemekler genel olarak hep belirli bir seviyenin üzerindeydi. Özellikle Al Dante restoranının her şeyi mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve epey yardımcı oldular.

Il villaggio è grande, ma molto curato. La posizione è strategica: 5 minuti da Naama Bay e Soho Square. Grandi piscine con tanti lettini e ombrelloni sempre disponibili. La spiaggia è molto ampia con tanto spazio. I bar distribuiscono cibi e bevande di ogni genere tutto il giorno con la formula all inclusive.

Il personale dei ristoranti parla poco italiano nonostante le aree riservate a Valtur. Animazione italiana migliorabile a differenza di quella per gli ospiti di altre nazionalità. I ristoranti self service sono molto ricchi, ma la qualità è piuttosto scadente. I ristoranti alla carta, idem.

Alcune cose da migliorare: 1) aria condizionata difficile da regolare, il termostato non è molto efficacie, o fa molto freddo o fa molto caldo. 2) Cucina buona ma un pochino ripetitiva … forse ci vorrebbe più varietà

Çok sayıda havuzu mevcuttu ve havuzları geniş, temiz ve güzeldi. Havalimanına transfer imkanı olması çok güzeldi.

Plaj için iskele yapmaları çok yerinde olur. Tek bir iskele mevcut denize girmek için. Doğrudan güneşlenmek için şezlong alanlarının iskele olması daha iyi olur. Türkler için yemek seçeneği geniş değil. Tatlılar hiç güzel değildi. Et seçeneği ortalamaydı. Fırıncılık ürünleri de ortalama gibiydi. Yemekleri geliştirmeliler.

The stuff are rude when I started asking questions, they are talking in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable It’s kind of a spam (we reserved our rooms and they canceled us when we reached the hotel) they offer the free cancellation but I lost some money in that process (The guy on the guest relation with green eyes he simply don’t care about anything )

Beautiful resort, the reef was incredible and the entire reason I booked this place. I spent hours every day snorkelling. It was excellent. Staff are lovely and friendly and remember you, rooms are huge. Food was very decent for an all inclusive. Having a room to shower and change it when I checked out was much appreciated.

Very disappointing experience. After arriving at the hotel, we were informed that only families and couples are allowed, but this was not clearly stated before booking. We asked to speak with the manager, but he refused to meet us. We were then asked to cancel the reservation ourselves and pay a cancellation fee. A 5-star hotel should clearly display such an important policy before guests make a booking. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time.
