La struttura è bellissima, strepitosa pur avendo bisogno di manutenzione. Le camere spaziose molto belle. Soprattutto mi è piaciuto l'ambiente caratteristico, non il solito hotel internazionale anonimo ... Sapeva di Egitto in tutto ...l'ho adorato! Spiaggia molto molto bella, ma spesso mancavano i materassini dai lettini, e per trovare posto dovevi alzarti presto altrimenti non trovavi posto in spiaggia. Mare stupendo, barriera corallina super super Devo dire che anche i negozi nella zona della reception avevano ottimi prezzi, apparte le sigarette care ... Dicono 7 ristoranti...ma bha ... Non mi è parso proprio. Ho mangiato bene al Tam Tam e al fish market .. in quello asiatico malissimo non ci hanno dato niente ... Agli altri portavano i noodles a noi hanno detto che costavano 16 dollari ( invece degli italiani che ho conosciuto mi hanno detto che a loro li hanno portati) molti piatti del menù non c'erano, anzi la maggior parte ! Molto gentili i ragazzi del bar che passavano per la spiaggia a raccogliere i bicchieri, spesso ci portavano da bere senza che lo chiedessimo! Non mancavano mai di chiedere se tutto ok se avevamo bisogno!

Era un problema uscire con taxi chiamati in autonomia, non li facevano passare per arrivare all'uscita della reception ..quindi dovevo uscire tu fuori dal primo gate! Clientela prevalentemente araba che aveva un trattamento previlegiato rispetto agli stranieri! Animazione inestintente almeno per la maggior parte del mio soggiorno ... L'ultimo giorno era arrivato un gruppo di animatori che mi sembravano simpatici e bravi ... Avevano organizzato una sorta di schiuma party in piscina ...ma noi partivamo quindi non so .... Pulizia lasciava a desiderare, la notte di arrivo non avevamo le asciugamani in camera e il lavandino in bagno ... Bhe aveva bisogno di una buona spazzolata con candeggina ( era tutto in pietra e il bordo interno era nero! Sporco!) In generale le camere non sono male, i bagni hanno bisogno di qualche intervento ..ma molto comodi non mancano i piani d'appoggio Ristorante ... Bhe i primi giorni c'era il pienone soprattutto arabi/ egiziani ... E facevo fatica a mangiare .. i tavoli era unti le sedute sporchissime ...avevo conati di vomito ... Piatti e posate uscivano sporchi ... Vedevo persone riempire tavoli di cibo che non mangiavano e veniva continuamente buttato ( piatti strapieno di ogni cosa da dolci al salato! ) mi faceva orrore mangiare lì .... Capisco che la gente era tanta ma prestare più attenzione da parte del personale! Ma a loro non veniva detto mai niente.... All'esterno c'era sempre la pizza cotta a forno a legna a pranzo buonina ma ti facevi tre ore di fila per 2 striscioline di pizza piccolissime! E poi dall'altro lato o pesce alla griglia o carne ( quelle polpette arrostite) la sera ... Il cibo era anche abbondante ..ma stufevole! Gli ultimi tre giorni la situazione pulizia dei tavoli è migliorata un po', quantomeno passavano una sorta di spugna ( sempre la stessa e mai risciacquata ) Il ristorante molto lontano dalla spiaggia era un viaggio arrivarci ... Quindi a pranzo sarò andata 2 volte!

Tesisin en beğendiğim yanı denizi oldu. İnanılmaz bir denizdi bizi resmen dalış turuna katılmaktan vazgeçirdi.

Tesis baya eski ve özellikle oda giriş kartımız 1 hafta da tam 3 kere arıza verdi ve defalarca kapıda kaldık. Bir de bu kadar Türk turist ağırlayan bir ülke de tek bir çalışanın bile Türkçe bir kaç kelime bilmemesi çok saçma geldi. Yemekleri idare ederdi ama seçici bir insansanız bu otelde aç kalabilirsiniz. Pek fazla seçenek yoktu. Odalar da banyo asla temiz değildi yerler de fazlasıyla kirliydi.

Herşey çok iyi özellikle Ziad ve moustafa çok yardımcıydı

I like the beach, there are a lot of corals and different fish. The service is perfect, all the staff (waiters, cleaning staff) and most especially the receptionist Ziad, he’s very accommodating.

Kendi sahili olması , tüm gün resifleri izleyebilmek çok güzeldi , mimarisi de mısırı yansıtması çok hoştu

Bizim temizlik anlayışımıza bazı açılardan uymuyor maalesef , çarşaflar temizdi ancak eskilikler vardı böyle bir otelde daha yeni olmalı , küçük yenilenmeler yapılmalı , restoranın kapasitesi otel için yetersiz , bardaklar vs hızlı tükeniyor zor yer bulunuyor.

Punto mare ottimo per fare snorkeling, buona posizione del resort, personale gentile

la struttura e' vecchia i bagni sono da rifare,la nostra camera per l'intera settimana ha avuto un odore sgradevole di fognatura, la porta della camera non funzionava bene poiché le due tessere ogni gg si smagnetizzavano, la pulizia dei tavoli della sala da pranzo e delle tovagliatte è stata la cosa peggiore, viene fatta sempre con la stessa spugna senza mai essere risciacquata, e in più lo spreco alimentare da parte dei turisti egiziani è stata veramente una cosa imbarazzante, tavoli pieni di piatti colmi di cibo dove solo forse metà veniva consumata…invito la struttura a prendere provvedimenti a tal proposito…è la quarta volta che vengo a Sharm ma l'esperienza in questo resors è stata pessima.

Sokféle pékáru, meleg étel. Nagyon kedves, segítőkész a személyzet, főleg az étteremben.

Az étterem zsúfolt, a személyzet nem tudja folyamatosan pótolni a kifogyott ételt. A tisztaság, igényesség nem volt megfelelő. Nincs ingyenes wifi, csak a recepciónál, az meg nagyon gyenge. Kevés és nem színvonalas programok.

The main advantage of the hotel is the exceptional team and outstanding service throughout my stay. From the reception team, Mohamed Salah and Mostafa were extremely welcoming, professional, kind, and cooperative, always ready to assist with a positive attitude.in the restaurant, Ghada and Chef Fayez provided excellent hospitality. Their kindness, attention to guests, and the high quality of the food made by chef Fayez .also thank for Tag Eldin at the beach Bar for his professionalism, friendliness. Overall, the team demonstrated a high level of customer service and hospitality, making the experience truly memorable. Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to excellence

Resort completo, accogliente, pulito, staff molto professionale e attento e molto presente .....il ragazzo delle camere housekepper camera 1141 è pulito, veloce molto attento....la reception è da oltre 5 stelle sono cosi cordiali e qualsiasi nostra richiesta fanno si che venga presa in carico....lo staff ristorante ....lo staff spa....Alex barber shop number 1....il bazar dei profumi il top ci ha aiutato per una scottatura da sole....i taxi del resort affidabili .. ci siamo divertiti tanto....siamo ritornati per la seconda volta e ritorneremo ancora grazie mille a tutto lo staff.... e la posizione è il top 10 minuti da naamabay....CONSIGLIATISSIMO...IL MEITRE DA FRANCO persona super

Niente, è stati tutto perfetto.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and helpful; they immediately fulfilled any request we made. Mr. Abdelbaset, in particular, was incredibly helpful—he really went out of his way to assist us with whatever we needed. The staff at the seafood restaurant were excellent and prepared delicious food, as were the team at the Mexican restaurant. The young women working in the restaurant—Ghada, Shawq, and the rest—were all kind and helpful. The staff at the reception bar were also great, assisting us promptly with every request; Omar, for instance, ensured everything we asked for was provided right away. I would like to thank Sharm Plaza for the warm welcome and excellent service. This certainly won't be our last visit; we will definitely be coming back many, many times.

Overall, it was a good stay. Of course, nothing is perfect, but the outstanding and professional service from the respectful team completely made up for any minor shortcomings. Special thanks to the reception team, and particularly to Mr. Mohamed Salah, for his continuous support, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out.

Konum itibariyle iyi bir konumda, denize sıfır olması , denizin güzel olmasını sevdik.

otel belirtiğinden cok daha kötü. Bunun sebebi ; odalar , lobi ,koridorlar ve tüm otel hijyen olarak kötü durumda. 4 yıldızlı bir otele yakısmayacak sekilde. Odalar daki carsaflar ve yatak hem cok eski hemde cokde cok pis. Su zamana kadar konakladıgımız en pis otel diyebiliriz. Ayrıca fotograflara uygun sekilde değil yani cok vasat durumda. Odadaki yastık , yorgan ve carsafın pis olması cok kötü bir durum. Banyada havlu v.s hiçbirsey yok. odada bircok malzeme eksik. Baska bir odayla değiştirdiğimizde durum yine aynı. Odada resmen temizlik yaptık. Maalesef temizliğinden ve eksiklerinden dolayı hiç memnun kalmadık. Para iadesi yapmadıkları icin mecbur kalmak zorunda bırakıldık. Tatilimiz konaklama olarak cok kötü gecti. Ayrıca hiçbir sekilde bunun telafisine yönelik bir adım atılmadı. Umarım otel yönetimi bu yorumları dikkate alır.

La struttura non è nuova ma comunque bellissima in stile egiziano con una vista meravigliosa sul mare. Accesso dal pontile e ci sono piccole spiaggette per ammirare la barriera corallina tra le più belle viste qui a sharm. Camminando all'interno della struttura sembra di essere nella fiaba di Aladino. Mangiare buono e vario soprattutto i loro dolci. Il personale alla reception disponibile e cordiale come alcuni camerieri del ristorante

Ha bisogno di manutenzione soprattutto le camere che pur essendo belle come stile e molto spaziose non vengono pulite adeguatamente compreso il bagno....il personale che effettua le pulizie non è il massimo nelle accortezze

Mohamed salah is very friendly and here aren’t everything for us even the tours. I would recommend this HotelLe definitely and better to take with all-inclusive. Mostly families are here which is amazing and beautiful coral. Thanks Again to the best Mohamed salah ❤️

Çok fazla kalabalık, dağınık, yemekhanede köşe kapmaca oynuyorsun resmen çalışanlar servise yetişemiyor içecekler kötü

Deniz güzeldi. otelin mimarisi güzel. oda genel olarak büyüktü. odanın denize konumu iyiydi. odanın restorana konumu fena değildi. animasyonlar fena değildi.

Denize yönelik sahil ve denize girme olanakları iyi düzenlenmemiş. odalarda musluklar iyi çalışmıyordu. klima ayarları iyi değildi. plaja yakın su içme olanağı yok.

Una struttura molto bella ampia e soprattuto in una posizione ottima sia per il mare che per arrivare a visitare i posti Lo staff eccellente e soprattuto molto molto educata e attenta al cliente

Non c’è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto Magari consiglio un po più di attenzione nelle pulizie delle stanze Variare un po il menu del ristorante E fare qualcosa di più sul punto dell’intrattenimento

Very dirty place and housekeeping are very bad the way to the beach is to long and the bathrooms are out of date and no hot water in summer in rooms

Nem olyan szobát kaptunk amit a booking-on foglaltunk. Nem volt wifi és erkély sem. Szállodán belül sikerült cserélnünk szobát,ami már jó volt.

⭐ 1 yıldız bile fazla — 18 gün resmen sabır testi! Eşimle birlikte bu otelde 18 gün konakladık ve rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim ki Şarm El Şeyh’te görüp görebileceğiniz en kötü otellerden biri. Tatil yapmaya geldik, resmen oda oda gezerek otel turu yaptık. 🤣 İlk verdikleri odada duşu açtığınızda akan su neredeyse gözyaşı kadar. Uzun saçlıysanız geçmiş olsun; duş almak için kendinize 2–2,5 saat ayırmanız gerekiyor. Banyodaki fön zaten çalışmıyor. Her gün defalarca söyleyip şikâyet ettikten sonra sonunda odamızı değiştirdiler. “Tamam, sonunda rahat edeceğiz” dedik… Nerede! 🤣 Yeni odada su biraz daha iyi ama bu sefer KLİMA ÇALIŞMIYOR! Şarm sıcağında odanın içinde terlemekten uyuyamadık. Yani seçenek sunuyorlar gibi: Ya duş alamıyorsunuz ya da sıcaktan uyuyamıyorsunuz. İkisini aynı anda istemek sanırım fazla lüks. 😂 Defalarca söylememize rağmen sorun çözülmeyince artık sesimizi yükseltmek zorunda kaldık ve bir kez daha oda değiştirdiler. 18 günlük tatilde valiz aç-kapa, oda değiştir, resepsiyona git, sorun anlat… Biz buraya dinlenmeye mi geldik, otel odalarını test etmeye mi geldik hâlâ anlamadık. Yemekler ise ayrı bir felaket. Çoğu gün yiyecek düzgün bir şey bulamadığımız için salatayla günü geçirdik. 18 günlük tatilden sonra insanın otel yemeklarını özlemesi gerekirken biz normal bir tabak yemek görmenin hayalini kurar hale geldik. Plaja indiğinizde de dinlenmek yok çünkü bu sefer şezlong kapmaca başlıyor. Tatilde alarm kurup şezlong kovalamak istiyorsanız doğru adrestesiniz. 😂 Alkollü içeceklerin kalitesi de inanılmaz kötüydü. İçtikten sonra keyif almak yerine iki gün kendinize gelmeye çalışıyorsunuz. Bir noktadan sonra içmeye cesaret edemedik. 18 günün sonunda vardığımız sonuç şu: Pansiyonda kalın, apartta kalın, başka bir otel bulun ama burayı son seçenek olarak bile düşünün. En azından paranızı verdiğiniz yerde duş alabilmek, klima açabilmek, yemek yiyebilmek ve plajda oturabilmek gibi çok temel şeyleri beklersiniz.

La chambre était spacieuse, avec une vue panoramique sur la mer.

1. L’emplacement était loin des principaux centres d’intérêt. 2. Il n’y avait pas de Wi-Fi dans la chambre et le service était payant. 3. L’accès à la plage était assez difficile et plusieurs escaliers pour y accéder étaient fatigants.
