立地が良かったです。 下にコンビニ、徒歩圏内に日本料理、インドネシア料理とたくさんあります。

シャワーヘッドの汚れ（カビ）が気になりました。 エレベーターがそんなに人が乗ってなくてもFULLになってしまっていたり、エレベーターの扉が閉まらなくなってしまったりしていました。

Had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

A convenient hotel with good price for staycation in Bogor. Staffs are very kind, courteous and friendly. Location is good advantage and nearby with Kebun Raya Bogor.

Parking space is an issue but security guards were very helpful and courteous.

Alles was goed verzorgd. Het personeel was geweldig. Super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Heel goed ontbijt. Schone kamers.

In het weekend heel veel kinderen die samen met hun ouders een weekendje in het zwembad doorbrengen.

- Lokasi strategis, dekat kampus IPB sebagai tujuan utama. - Harga terjangkau. - Staf ramah termasuk petugas parkirnya.

- Lahan parkir sedikit, perlu titip kunci mobil terus-terusan utk mindahin mobil. - Kunci kamar (door card) beberapa kali tdk berfungsi sehingga perlu call staf. - Kunci manual pintu tdk berfungsi, tp it is okay krn pintu tetap tdk bisa dibuka dari luar tanpa access card.

It’s noisey location. Room was not comfy . Can’t sleep all night due to noise.

Expensive but not comfy. Breakfast was unhygienic. You need to learn from luminor hotel management.

Die Aussicht aus dem Panoramafenster ist wirklich super. Man kann zu zwei Seiten die Berge sehen. Das Zimmer war sonst auch prima. Leider lag das Hotel aber an einer sehr befahrenen Straße.

The hotel has a good location but the rooms facing the avenue are quite noisy at night because the traffic as you hear it.

If you got a room near the street., it’s not comfortable because so noise from the vehicle even in the middle of the night You can not sleep well Not enough space for parking lot., you have to get all your stuff in the first time you came in else you will wait staff bring your car to you

Breakfast bar was really nice with selections of local cuisine. Staff were really friendly.

Connecting door is not lockable. Air conditioning was old and noisy.

My Gratitute goes to the ladies in the Ala Carte Restaurant Aqilla and Aliya. They have always been helpful and friendly to converse inspite of language barrier. The Reception lobby was Nice and Restaurant view too and the pool, lounge... Will Be Back Soon

The rooms were very small but very organized. The SPA service was not good at all, not worthy it. Spa Massage room was opposite to what the Hotel looks like. Horrible... the billings after Ala carte restaurant they didn't want to put on my room bill. Its like you have trust issues with your customers.

Location is good. Limited parking but there give free valet service. Room view at 7th floor is nice. Hot water works properly.

Stayed 2 nights, 1st night AC was not working. Broken shower room door lock. Room smells weird and under maintenance. Towel is damp and old. Slow and hot lift. Overall experience should have been better at this rate.

Almost everything was very delicious for breakfast, very tasty. The people working were very nice, very friendly, yes. And for Ms. Maulia, thank you, she knows I am from Switzerland and speak German. thank you for always greeting me in German and saying "Danke sehr" when I checked out. Thank you.

Located in a strategic locations, near to several good places to eat

Water pressure on the shower is too weak

The staff were nice.

Poor value compared to other similarly priced hotels. The standard twin room is very small, and there is almost nowhere to put your things. Luckily I had the second bed to put my things on. Water splashes out through the gap around the shower door. The exhaust fan in the shower did not work. The room safe was not working when I arrived and someone had to come and fix it. The next day the safe would not open and had to be fixed again.

Hotel didn't check the pipe of the wash basin in the bathroom (leaking) we had to change to another room, the bed side lamp (only one worked)

Kamarnya bersih dan lumayan spacious tidak terlalu sempit. Lokasi di tengah kota bogor, dekat kemana-mana. Will definitely come back again if I visit bogor in the future. Nice location, clean room, spacious room, affordable price! Love it.

Check was fast. Room was clean. Some is a bit old and needs some renovation but I dont complain. Mostly Indonesian breakfast.

Generally I like staying at Whizz, but please keep the soap dispenser in the shower glued properly. I was afraid it might fall off if we push bit harder. Put the trash bin right under the soap dispenser (in the other closet room) to avoid slippery floor and easier throw away dirty tissue. Need 1 rug for each shower and closet room.

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. The lobby smells very good. It seems like you enter the cinema. I book for one night with breakfast a few days ago. Unfortunately, I got a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. very disappointed me but they help me to get more air freshener. I just don't get the bathroom layout concept. That makes our room look dirty after a bath. and the manual door lock is broken so there is no safety lock.

Visit there on the end of February. Arrived at night, the hotel is quite comfortable and easy access to bogor city. The lighting in the room is too dim for me. And the lobby is quite small, maybe because it is a business hotel? However all the staff is very friendly and helpful with our needs.

Comfortable stay. Fast check-in, decent breakfast. Friendly staff. No issues. The only slight issue was that the air-conditioner in the room was leaking.

I did not like that the restaurant said they had no ice for iced tea for dinner. You should have an ice machine so you never run out of ice.

Hotel rooms were filthy. Stains on the wall in the bathrooms, rooms smelled, sheets had stains on them. The AC was broken in my room the first night.

Bath room and toilet are separated room. Toilet lock spoilt. The 2 doors faces each other and is not convenient.

The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The non-smoking room is clean with individual air-con and beds are comfortable . Lightning might be insufficient if we wish to read or work as there are only a table lamp, 2 light at each bed (3 are yellow light). Restaurant in M level is good & satisfactory, it would be better is there is more choice of dishes instead of Indonesia cuisine. The lift service is slightly unsatisfactory as 1 lift is under maintenance and another 1 is moving slow, the lift capacity is small where it cannot afford too many people although there are still some space. Overall still a great and comfortable stay in these 4 days here~

The main problem of this hotel is the poor sound insulation of the rooms.

I was there to take photo of botanical gardens. The staff was very protective of the hotel because I booked online. I had to wait for the confirmation to come through for them which I made 6 hours ahead. The male bespectacled receptionist was alone and made us wait while he check the two rooms I have booked for validity. My crew and I were made to wait like illegal immigrants. We have been working and driving all day from Bandung and was tired. later after we were checked in, the receptionist call us and say he issued our breakfast coupons by mistake and want us to return the coupons.
