Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Идеальное расположение, рядом вокзал, отличный супермаркет, в номерах тихо, но при этом выходя попадаешь в гущу событий. До пляжа 7-10 минут. Пляжные полотенца не выдают, мы брали свои (в некоторых отелях лазурного побережья есть эта опция, поэтому указала). Отель очень симпатичный, в нем приятно находиться, хорошие завтраки с красивым видом, есть яйца, ветчина и сыр, а также выпечка, если больше по душе сладкий завтрак. Удобный матрас, для нас очень важно. Мы останавливались на три ночи, и нам было мало, было желание продлить, но свободных номеров не было. Хорошие соотношение цена и качество.
В номере тесно, два чемодана не разместить, но об этом знали заранее. Громко было один день когда на площади был местный праздник, но мы были после ночного перелета, уснули сразу. В ванной нет розетки...т.е. сушка феном у кровати, т.к. у зеркала в зоне входа ее тоже не было.

The hostesses are very friendly and helpful and we cannot thank Marie enough for allowing us to check out one hour later due to our very late arrival!!! Absolutely beautiful!

La chambre était jolie, mais très très petite, presque invivable. Il était quasiment impossible d'y ouvrir deux valises. La salle de bain était elle aussi très petite.

Location couldn't be better, a literal 2 minute walk from the train station with beautiful restaurants on your doorstep. I woke up to a fantastic market on Saturday morning. Staff were really lovely, the luggage lift is great! You still get steps in without having to carry bags along with you :). Would highly recommend and wills stay again if I am visiting BLSM again.

Il vaut bien 2 étoiles en plus. Tout était parfait. À ce prix là et avec ces condition on reviendra. C’est TOP 👌

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nous avons été reçu comme jamais avant. Joëlle a été adorable avec nous. Elle nous a donné plein de conseils pour visiter Eze, Cap Ferat, Menton... et Beaulieu. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le petit déj très sympa. Nous avons passe un très bon séjour. Merci !
Pour nous tout était très bien. Rien à redire.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Accueil tres chaleureux de l'établissement envers la clientèle, très vite sous le charme de cet hotel a la fois romantique, glamour, familial, dans toute sa modernitè, et son adaptation sympathique. Très propre, avec pas mal de commoditès. Chambre au top , propreté, literie, salle bain petite mais bien moderne. TV ecran plat, climatisation, petit frigo, chauffe eau pour cafè soluble d'accompagnement, bureau et fauteuils pour se reposer. Petit dejeuner complet et riche. L'encadrement et le personnel très sympathique. Nous avons passez une nuit très agréable et sans bruit. Parking de la placette face à l'hotel pour garer le vèhicule. Nous recommandons vivement cet ètablissement. Promis nous reviendrons sans hèsiter. Merciiiiii pour ce moment et l'attention à notre ègard. 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍 Karim et son èpouse.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Geweldige locatie: aan de Zuid-Franse kust, op wandelafstand van alles van Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Kamer was proper, ruim genoeg, en comfortabel. Zeer lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Betalende parking kon in omliggende straten gevonden worden maar dit kan wel eens een uitdaging zijn. We verbleven er 2 nachten en dat hadden er meer mogen zijn. Meer waard dan 2 sterren. Niet hotel-gerelateerd maar op het Plage Petite Afrique stonden heel wat overhangende bomen waardoor je zelfs in de hitte in de schaduw kon zitten.

The rooms were compact but thoughtfully designed, very clean and surprisingly comfortable, with excellent sound insulation for a great night’s sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Buffet breakfast wasn’t worth the money but other than that they had a free water refilling station which was super handy!

Il bagno un po' piccolo. In particolare in Francia hanno la tendenza a mettere dei mini lavandini che risultano davvero scomodi.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Close to restaurants, mini supermarket, public transport. Beaulieu Sur Mer is a short bus/ train ride from nearby towns and the nice beaches of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Comfortable bed. Nicely styled room for this price bracket- the accommodation definitely seemed to be better value than others on offer. Small bathroom. Lovely door-sized windows open to views & sounds of the street & town square. Fruit/veg morning market set up in the town square each morning we were there.
The air conditioner dripped in two placed at the front door steadily throughout our stay and required two buckets. Staff brought one container and extra towels for the floor, but the cleaner removed the next day, so we re-purposed the bin. Not ideal. Staff said someone would come to fix the next day. This didn't happen, then we left the following day.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Excelente localização - hotel muito perto de destinos como St Jean Cap-Ferrat, Ezè, Monaco e Villefranche-Sur-Mer. Quarto com condições razoáveis para 2 pessoas, tendo em conta o preço mais abaixo do normal para aquela zona.
Havia gel de banho mas não estava com produto lá dentro - faltou o seu refill previamente à nossa chegada. Sem elevador, tornou-se mais difícil a saída do quarto com as bagagens no último dia, uma vez que o dispositivo de porta-bagagens estava avariado.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026This is a two star hotel that punches well above it’s weight. Fantastic location in Beaulieu surrounded by cafes bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms lovely staff. As a two star the Three Amigos award five out of five. We chose to have breakfast at a nearby cafe so can’t comment on the food offered. Public parking available nearby but I imagine it could be difficult in high season.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect! Lady at the front desk was super nice! Breakfast had variety of baked goods.
Our room overlooked the square and not the mountain as it was in the pictures when I booked, so that's the only thing that disappointed us a little bit.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The property is incredibly close to the train station, which made it both an easy and safe stay for me. The receptionist was generous with her food, beach and walk recommendations so I felt welcomed. The room was tidy and the breakfast was decent. I eat GF so I bought my own bread, but was able to enjoy most of the food. The rooms are only accessible by stairs, but even those that may be able to walk up them slowly could request a room on the 1st floor. I would 100% stay here again.

Liegt an einem hübschen Platz - am Samstag mit Markt - mit spektakulärem Baum vor der Türe und ebenso spektakulärem Blick auf steile Berge. Hafen und Meer ca 5 Min zu Fuß, Frühstück bestens und dafür wirklich nicht teuer, Klimaanlage funktionierte wunderbar, Bad alles prima. Ich habe viele Hotels gesehen, weltweit, schreibe sonst selten Bewertungen - und kann dieses hübsche Örtchen nur empfehlen.

Нет такого. Единственное, что может нарушить ваш сон ранним утром, это шум с улицы и из кафешки, на которое выходят окна.
