Everything was just perfect.

It is in a great location and it is very comfortable with a good carpark.

I have stayed here before as my family all live in this area 🍀 The property is now looking a bit tired & in need of a glow up !! However the location is perfect for us 🥰 The price has increased drastically but then you do get your breakfast so that’s great included just a bit disappointed it wasn’t a full Irish fry 💚

Everything just seems tired we also didn’t have our room serviced on the first day so we needed clean towels & we had to wait as we were told they were still being laundered This we thought was bad !!

This property is some distance from the city centre but we chose it for free parking as we had a car. There were some stairs to negotiate to get to our room on the second floor.

On arrival of room unfortunately an awful smell of stale smoke was in obviously from the past

The room and facilities were lovely, we spent time in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Maybe more variety with breakfast but it was lovely nonetheless.

If you’re looking for a quiet stay away from Derry centre then this is great, food and cocktails were fantastic!

It was further out from Derry than we thought. Other than that, no complaints ☺️

The pressure from the shower wasn't great. It seemed that you had to choose between the temperature or the pressure. Cold with high pressure or hot with low pressure.

It's was a great offer, staff, food, location & the use of the health suite was a bonus. A really good enjoyable overnight stay. Drinks are reasonably priced.

The only thing I love is a balcony . It's a big thing when I go anywhere.

Rooms spacious and comfortable. Beautiful food, breakfast had everything you could want. Evening meal fabulous and a lovely dinning room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Went to the pool and joined an aqua aerobics class which was a nice bonus.

Was an acceptable standard, entertainment was good and bar staff Callum & Abi were lovely.

A fight broke out in the bar, my husband heard conversations about drugs in toilets, also a lot of young youths hanging around in bar and outside was abit intimidating, bar mgr offered no explanation or apology, instead the young bar staff apologised also the guys who were the entertainment also came over to us. As this is a 4 star hotel felt this was not acceptable. This needs addressing also feel really only 3 star at best.

The king-size bed was very comfortable. The room had a lovely, pleasant aroma, which made it feel welcoming.

There was no handheld shower head in the bathroom, so if you wanted to shower without washing your hair, it wasn't possible. No shower cap was provided either. The bathtub had only a tap and no proper shower option. The towels had visible stains that clearly hadn't been removed during washing, and the bathrobes had holes in them, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The biggest disappointment was the food. There were no vegetarian or vegan options on the menu at all, which I found surprising for a 4-star hotel. The meal I ordered was completely tasteless, everything was overcooked, and it was served so hot that I burned my mouth badly enough for the skin on my gums to peel. Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. Apart from the standard cooked breakfast and cereal, there was very little choice. There were no cakes or pastries, no vegan options, and no gluten-free options. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort meant that this stay did not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

The staff were all very accommodating and helpful, the room was a good size and the outdoor hot tubs were fabulous, well worth booking.

The dinner on our first night was wildly expensive for what it was £25 just for a vegetarian main course, seemed a bit mad. We stayed 3 nights, breakfast ordered to the table the first morning was great but I think the chef must have been sick the following 2 mornings because everything was unfortunately overdone. Also for the price I would expect the self-serve area to be better stocked, most mornings there was no cheese, poor pastry selection and clearly stale bread from the night before.

Very impressed with the hotel it is beautifully decorated and clean I loved the location good accessible parking and only a couple minutes from city centre, staff are very helpful.

Extremely well kept, smelled good, some hotels there is an old fusty smell but really lovely decor and colour schemes and gaily modern. Room was well finished and extremely spacious. Shower was perfect too.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, dirty and feels like a truckers hotel, the pool and leisure facilities are horrible + it’s an extra £15 to use a jacuzzi for 30 mins per person. At 10.30am on the day of check out house keeping opened the door and came into my room without knocking waking my son up from a nap. The shower door in our bathroom also nearly fell on top of my son as it was hanging off. Avoid.

One day our room was not made up. Had to go looking for towels coffee etc. One night there was a domestic which involved police. Quite upsetting and disruptive. Went on until after 4am

No lights for bathroom mirror etc had to ask for cups & toilet roll after room clean on first morning, the dirty cups had been left in our room Dinner & drinks very expensive £25 for a main is dear. kept having to send back drinks as they went dead before we even got back to the table..... leisure centre very dated and in need of upgrade. even wanted to charge for outside hot tub, never stayed anywhere before where you had to pay for hot tub or jacuzzi..... it should have been included in cost of stay as it was expensive enough to stay you'd nearly pass out in the toilets for the bar/restaurant as the radiators were on full blast. Needs to be a bit of a tidy up done in the grounds coming up to the hotel from the bottom carpark.

Kleines Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen und es sind viele kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden. Ruhig gelegen. Ca. 10km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Good location for travelling around.

Did not realise until we unpacked that room had disabled facilities including "wet room " type walk in shower. Had I realised prior to unpacking I would have requested a room without these facilities which are too low for comfort and get too wet. As far as I can remember I was not asked and did not request such facilities at time of booking. Room was on ground floor and luckily weather such that windows did not need to be opened; if required to be opened then security would be very compromised as no opening limit available so they would have probably remained shut. Mussels starter first night very disappointing. Food generally ok but nothing to write home about. Could not get away from background muzak in lobby or restaurant which could be too loud and only occassionaly recognisable to us oldies. At least did turn level down on request at breakfast. The comments above are the reason for the overall property score of Good (7)

No Wi-Fi in the room, smell of sigarette in corridor and room, one day very poor breakfast, second day better breakfast option but 40 minutes to prepare (pancakes and French toast) when only other 2 tables were occupied. Toilet seat broken in the room. On second day stay bathroom sink was not cleaned (toothpaste stains) and shampoo/ shower gel were not refilled.

The staff were great,especially the bar staff.

The room view was looking at an old run down shed,the tv had no picture,the wifi wasnt working and the toilet seat was broke.room was basic enough.

We stayed here as it was near kingsbridge hospital so it was good to be near that. The hotel itself is remote in terms of you couldn’t really just go for a walk you’d need a car to go around the area. All staff we spoke to were great, especially reception she was so nice. The food in the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast

Quite tight walking with a buggy to and from room, mainly around the bend to enter corridor then when fire doors are closed it felt like an obstacle course getting through them with the buggy and bags

Room was adequate but not luxoury. Swimming pool water appeared cloudy therefore not used. Location is difficult to reach and therefore we found hotel hard to locate on arrival in Londonderry.

Room wasn’t great, very dusty. First night we were woke at 4am to 6.20am from a woman screaming next door. Beds so uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable unfortunately you dont have any views out the window. But we had a fabulous evening meal and breakfast was delicious, fresh food and warm.

The outside of the hotel in my opinion is a let down it looks dull and the car park had broken glass which just doesnt look the part for what the inside offers.
