Riad pequeño ( 4 habitaciones) pero muy acogedor, habitaciones grandes, no tiene aire acondicionado pero se estava muy bien. Desayuno abundante. Hubicacion inmejorable, calle amplia y sales directo a la calle de bares y tiendas.

Necesita algunos retoques, sobre todo en el baño, con unos pequeños cambios luciria todo mucho mas ya que el espacio es muy amplio y acogedor

Quartos não têm ar condicionado e apresentam cheiro a humidade, talvez por ter sido no pico do verão acabou por ser desconfortável. Os quartos no piso térreo têm pouca privacidade. No entanto, o riad e os quartos são bonitos.

Habitación espaciosa y fresca. No tiene aire acondicionado pero te dan un ventilador portátil. No pasamos calor en ningún momento. Nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje allí hasta las 17.00 y pudimos dar un paseo final. La decoración y el estilo son pintorescos, muy árabes. Esta ubicado en un callejón limpio y seguro, a dos pasos de una de las calles peatonales principales.

Entre ese estilo tan tradicional del riad se ven algunos desperfectos en suelos y paredes. Se echa de menos un frigorífico en la habitación. Esta en una calle tranquila, pero se escucha bastante cualquier ruido en el exterior. Al ser una calle peatonal, los taxis no pueden pasar.

Era tutto eccezionale. Il Riad, arredato benissimo e con camere ampie, è n una strada tranquilla a due passi da quella principale, a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia,. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e accogliente e parla un ottimo inglese. La colazione fantastica.

El personal amable

La neteja i les instal·lacions de les habitacions són molt decepcionants. Fan una forta olor a humitat que no et deixa ni dormir. El preu és caríssim per la poca higiene de: catifes, mobles (sobretot del llit), cortines, humitat...Amb el preu que costa podrien invertir en mobles, neteja i manteniment de lavabo i ventilació.

I honestly wanted to like this riad because the staff member who welcomed me was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the property itself was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty. I’m highly allergic to mold, and the room had a strong moldy smell that made it difficult for me to breathe. I had to leave to get some fresh air because my allergy was getting worse, but when I came back, I had the same reaction again. The room was also extremely dusty. There was so much dust on the bed that I could wipe it away with my hand. The bathroom was not clean either. Even the toilet was dirty, and when I cleaned part of it myself with soap and toilet paper, the paper turned black. That was very concerning. I ended up putting my suitcase in the room and leaving almost immediately to stay somewhere else because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. The location was another disappointment. Although it is inside the souk, I did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. It was very crowded, and I personally did not feel comfortable walking there alone, especially at night. I always read reviews carefully before booking, so I expected a much better experience based on what I had seen online. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different from the photos. My only positive comment is about the staff member, who was genuinely kind and respectful. However, because of the cleanliness, the mold, and the location, I cannot recommend this riad, especially to solo female travelers or to anyone with allergies or who values cleanliness.

Estaba en todo el centro de la medina, muy limpio, desayuno espectacular. Muy amable el servicio. Sales andando y vas a todo lo imprescindible que hay que visitar, y vas andando a cenar al restaurante barco en el rio!.

Petit déjeuner copieux et parfait. Bien placé dans la médina Bon accueil

Sehr große, schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück war lecker und der Host super lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ästhetik des Riads und die Lage.

Le petit déjeuner était un vrai régal : msemen tout juste sortis de la poêle, pâtisseries marocaines variées et confitures maison, servi au frais dans le patio. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût, mêlant éléments traditionnels marocains et confort moderne — on s'y sent vraiment bien. Quant à l'emplacement, c'est un atout majeur : en plein cœur de la médina de Rabat, à deux pas des souks, de la Kasbahc et des plages, on peut tout explorer à pied tout en profitant du calme et de l'authenticité des ruelles. Un séjour qui combine confort, dépaysement et accessibilité.

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner fait maison et copieux. Fruits frais excellent. Le personnel discret mais à l'écoute.

Notre chambre du rdc n'a aucune aération vers la rue contrairement aux 3 autres (occupés par d'autres membres de notre groupe). C'était difficile d'aérer en particulier la salle de bain qui donne sur le patio.... Il manque un peu de lumière dans la salle de bain.

LA ubicacion es inmejorable, es en el corazon de la Medina, es solo salir del callejon y estas en el meollo del mercado, una maravilla para pasear desde la mañana a las 22 horas sin problemas de seguridad. Es un barrio muy agradable. La riad es insolitamente silenciosa para estar en un barrio tan comercial y turistico; extremadamente silenciosa

La coordinacion del Check out, la reserva decia 12-12:30 y estaban recibiendo al siguiente pasajero a las 12. Es una confusion menor, pero que causa molestia a todos. Hice mi checkout a las 12:25. El desayuno es delicioso, pero quizas algo dulce para mi gusto, mucho pan y poca proteina. El cafe maravilloso.

La propreté : la couette sans housse ! Taie d’oreiller moyenne. Le battant du wc cassé. Notre hôte a été gentil mais laxiste, peu présent.

Tudo! Maravilhoso o quarto e todas as instalações, amamos o café da manhã e o rapaz do Riad foi de longe, o que mais foi honesto durante a nossa viagem a respeito de como pegar táxis durante a viagem.

Geleneksel tarzda bir yapı olması iyiydi. Ortasındaki avlu yapıya ferah bir hava katıyor. Kahvaltısını deneme imkanımız olmadı ama iyi gözüküyordu. Old Medina kısmında olması kullanışlı. Eğer ki Fas'ın insanı geleneksel olarak nasıl bir konaklama deneyimliyorsa siz de aynısını yaşayabiliyorsunuz. Otel sahibi ilgili ve gerekli tadilatları ve bakımları yaptırıyor.

Girişini bulmak biraz dertti. Bunun haricinde Old Medina kısmında olması sebebiyle yoğun bir caddeye yakın. Yataklar biraz daha rahat olabilirdi.

Her şeyiyle harika idi. Tesis sahibi oldukça güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı da lezzetli idi.

Ma fille et moi avons apprécié cet établissement dans une ruelle calme en plein coeur de la Medina, l'accueil sympathique et le bon et copieux petit déjeuner.

Le mobilier est très ancien à mon gout...L'établissement pourrait garder son charme historique tout en modernisant certains aspects : les portes et fenêtres des chambres notamment.

Das Riad ist optisch sehr schön gestaltet, sowohl der Gemeinschaftsbereich, als auch die Zimmer. Leider waren wir wegen unserer späten Ankunft nur etwa 10 Stunden vor Ort.... gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Auf unserer Tour durch Marokko hatte diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall das beste Frühstück. Danke dafür und die Möglichkeit so spät noch einzuchecken.

War vielleicht ein bisschen lauter durch die Nachbarskinder und den Hahn am Morgen. Für uns aber nicht wirklich störend.

Отличное расположен. Хороший завтрак.

Отель запущенный. Кровать на деренных подмостях с острыми углами. Проход между стеной и кроватью очень маленький и постоянно ударяешься об угол. Несмтря на то что проживающие уже писали об этом ничего не изменилось . Ужасное серое белье.

Toll orientalisch eingerichtetes Zimmer und schöner Innenhof in dem Frühstück serviert wurde.

Parkplatz mit extra Gebühr 50 MAD für Auto und ist etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Riad entfernt. Riad liegt in der Altstadtmedina und ist komplette parkplatzfreie Zone.

La ubicación perfecta,medina al lado y un zoco antiguo,todo tradicional.desayuno muy bueno.

Las instalaciones le falta algo de reforma las puerta de las habitaciones y como llegar al riad algo liado con el Google Maps.

Очень уютный и красивый риад, нам понравился наш номер по дизайну, атмосфере и удобству. Большая кровать, шкаф для хранения вещей, диван, столик, мягкий тёплый ковёр на полу, чайник, фен и обогреватель в ванной. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, который готов был помочь в любом вопросе. Великолепный завтрак и отличное расположение, рекомендую!

На двоих человек может не хватить горячей воды в душе, придется подождать. Ещё бы вид на крыше добавить и место было бы идеальным, но и без вида нам очень понравилось.

L'accueil de Yasin, ses recommandations et son dévouement pour nous aider. Un riad très bien situé, un bel emplacement, un succulent déjeuner et le réveil au chand des oiseaux, le bonheur. Nous recommandons sans hésitations.

La qualité du Wi-Fi est variable.

La struttura è in pieno stile tradizionale. La colazione molto buona e ricca di prodotti tipici locali. La stanza molto spaziosa e con caratteri decisi marocchini. Ma la cosa migliore è stata Yassine. Sempre disponibile e premuroso. Attento e cortese.

Struttura in stile locale molto accogliente. Posizione centralissima per visitare a piedi la Medina e in generale tutta la città. Apprezzabile anche anche la vicinanza a numerosi posti per mangiare a pranzo e cena. Colazione veramente eccellente.

Das Personal, insbesondere Zaid war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war sehr gut, so dass man alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kürze erreichen konnte. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und sehr lecker .

Das Badezimmer hat uns bis auf dem Wasserhahn gut gefallen. Der Wasserhahn war leider verrostet. Aber dies ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, was für uns völlig in Ordnung .

We received a very warm welcome from Mohammed. Our room was exactly as described in the photo. We had a little private terrace which was lovely. The Riad is just off the main thoroughfare in the old medina, so it is a perfect location within the medina walls to browse the stalls and sample some lovely food and desserts. The breakfast was delicious with a boiled egg, home made pancake and messemen, fresh fruit, orange juice, mint tea, and cheese triangles. There was honey, jam, and marmalade to spread onto the bread. We only were able to stay in Rabat for one night, but enjoyed the genuine hospitality in Riad El Bir.

Overall everything was excellent, but if I had to find a small thing, the toilet rocked a little bit and could be made more stable, and as typical in Morocco there was very weak water pressure from the shower, but it is definitely usable.

Loved the friendly host, he was very helpful and good suggestions for dinners recommendations and sights to see. Also liked the location.

Noisy from the outside laneway and the plumbing was a bit smelly. Could have used some incense in the room.

The breakfast was good with plenty of fresh fruit and choice. Location good. Host very pleasant. Location convenient and easy access to transport.

The room had a terrible order. Bed had no sheet with only the mattress cover. No cover for the quilt either. Shower holder broken. Felt that the room could do with a good clean. Kettle provided but had to have it on the floor. Price too high for the standard of the room.

The Riad is an excellent location in the heart of the medina convenient for walking to the square, trams, Kasbah and old medina etc. Our host Yaseen made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely with fruit juice, selection of different fruits, avocado, pancakes, pastries, cheese and eggs all nicely presented. We made our own tea and coffee. The room was cleaned every day, beds made up and changed, plenty of towels changed twice during our 4 night stay. The water was lovely and hot for showers. We had a late flight home and were able to leave our cases there all day after check out. We were there during Ramadan and were invited to join the family for a meal but unfortunately we had already made plans.

The property is looking a bit tired and could do with a bit of tlc. The bathroom needs attention particularly the sink tap and the shower. The rugs could do with replacing and the curtains need fixing as the hooks are broken and hanging off the poles. We were on the ground floor and the room was a bit chilly in the evening and morning so we did use the radiator provided. This wouldn’t be an issue later in the year.

Everything was great. Breakfast was massive! It might not be what you were expecting but it is brilliant. A load of fresh fruit for starters, with fresh orange juice. The fruit contained a banana, apple, strawberries, kiwi, other fruits I didn't know and an avocado. Coffee and tea available. A couple of boiled eggs and a plethora of bread and pastry-like things that I couldn't name. A pancake thing with two different jam-like toppings, a kind of croissant thing with delicious fillings, a strange flat bread thing with tasty herbs and spices, the list goes on. I loved it. The location cant be beat. It is within walking distance of all major sites and within walking distance of trams and buses if you want to go further abroad. The place itself is so authentic and right in the midst of all the local action that you feel you are living with locals. Mohamed was a brilliant host. Full of information and hospitality. He even included me in a gathering during Ramadan which was totally unexpected and highly thoughtful as I was traveling solo. My room was cleaned every day even though I didn't need it to be. I can't say enough good things about the Riad, the area, Rabat, and it's people. An amazing trip and I'll definitely return.

There is nothing that I didn't like. For some people, it ,might be chilly in the winter so dress accordingly. I didn't see A/C so it might be hot in the summer. Neither applied to me so, as I said, there was nothing I didn't like.

séjour en mars, température extérieure entre 5 et 10 la nuit, juste un radiateur d'appoint insuffisant pour réchauffer la chambre nous n'avons pu profiter de la terrasse car non aménagée sur cette période

Un riad molto bello, colazione ottima sempre con prodotti freschi, servita nel cortile interno. Posizione dentro alla Medina ma estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale, sempre presente e a disposizione. Stufe elettriche presenti in camere per i periodi più freddi. Camera e bagno molto grande.

Acqua calda non sempre disponibile, materasso estremamente rigido. Bagno con accessori da sistemare, esempio manca il supporto per la doccia, wc instabile, stufetta parzialmente funzionante ecc... la stanza ha un prezzo non basso e alcuni particolari potrebbero essere sistemati davvero con poco.

Riad in zona centrale all'interno de La Medina. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Pulizia da migliorare. Siamo arrivati ed il bagno purtroppo non era stato pulito bene (capelli e peli dappertutto).

Buona colazione, ottima posizione.

La stanza era fredda, il bagno maleodorante. Poca attenzione al comfort della stanza. Da migliorare.

La posizione è perfetta, vicino alla stazione di Rabat Ville e perfettamente dentro la medina. Pa camera era decisamente spaziosa, pulita e con tutto quello che occorre. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile
