Good beds

The staff was horrible. We were travelling with a certified service dog and they put an illegal amount of rules on it. They were extremely rude when we tried to talk to them about it. In the end they reversed “pet charges” and “cleaning fees” when our lawyer contacted them.

Location and price was good.

The price matched the facility. I would not pay more. They definitely need to deep clean the entire facility the baseboards and sink , overalthe detail cleaning makes the whole thing seem unclean. They also need to upgrade their pillows and linens. The pillows are bad. The out door landscaping was weeds with no esthetic care to welcome you. No smoking trays or bench to sit on for a smoke. The breakfast was sub par. Staff were not overly welcoming.

The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all that was when we checked in the fellow at check out was good

The rooms and hotel in general are very clean. Beds are most comfortable with comfy pillows. Breakfast was ample with variety.

Two drawers would not close and were a tripping hazard but we rejigged them paper. I gave a note to the front desk on departure. There was one glitch. I asked for a receipt for the return of damage deposit. And was told it was not possible until a room check was completed. Fair enough so I asked for an emailed receipt. And they promised to do that. To date not received :(

The breakfast was okay. I had the scrambled eggs, and it was too greasy for me.

The stones and dirt at the entrance to my room. The hallway was full of dried mud, dirt, and stones and was not vacuumed by the cleaning staff. My room was clean and satisfactory . Just wished that when I stepped into my room and out of my room, I did not have to navigate all the dried mud, stones, and dirt in the hallway. Not sure if the vacuum cleaner was not working.

When I was booking the rate was 138. Or 139. But by the time I was done the booking it was 148. Plus taxes??? Also wish the curtains would block out the light. People were getting up early to go to work so that woke me up but I couldn't get back to sleep because room was so light.

The size of the room and cleanliness. Bars on the tub and convenient location of the hotel. Staff were super friendly.

Breakfast only until 9am. Not enough chairs to sit in room when there was adequate space.

There was a quarter size hole in the wall, some minor wear and tear and a dresser drawer that wouldn’t close. Lol. We just called it a ghost.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. The beds are most comfortable. A very clean hotel rooms and common areas too. A nice breakfast - hot and cold.

Stayed one night king room on 3rd floor. Had a compact kitchenette which was unexpected and useful with a few cooking utensils/pots and even a cooktop Bed was comfy, window opened easily

Water pressure was pretty low but it was adequate although you needed to use something to block the tub stopper as it didn't seal It would have been nicer to have an extra blanket or even a comforter Fine for June though

We didn't check out until after 9 am and the front door was not shovelled out for guests coming and going. My husband actually shovelled it out so we could load our vehicle.

The linen sheets had not been changed after the last person left the room.

Staff were polite, kind and tried their best. Price per night was reasonable Fairly clean, beds comfortable & clean. Rugs on third floor need to be replaced, strong odors noted. Temperature of room was either too cold or way too hot. Neither of us had a great sleep, neither did our family members. Minimal decoration, made less welcoming Staff was kind , line up for checking took long because their was only 1 front desk staff for such a busy weekend, another staff member would of been beneficial to make checking in smoother. Staff tried their best. Breakfast very poor, we ended up going to Deny's Not enought towels in bathroom, enough towels to sponge bath & wash hair.

Standard breakfast like most places. Powdered eggs and commercial sausage. Packaged waffles. Couple of different types of bread for toast with a basic pastry and chocolate muffins. Juice and coffee available. Three of the four days I stayed had no change in menue. The first day was bacon instead of sausage. You can take your meal to your room if you wish.

The room I stayed in was very noisy from the tenant above me. Stomping around day and night. I had to get ear plugs in order to sleep. If you stay here don't get room 204.

The checkout clerk was super friendly, no bad smells

The checkin clerk was not friendly at 9pm, did not communicate clearly what was being charged to my card and when. Would have preferend directions to the elevator since we needed it to get to the room. Bed was uncomfortable, room was extremely hot, we had to turn on the ac and then because the bed was right beside it, had a breeze on us all night it was uncomfortable. Does the bed have to be directly beside the ac unit? The TV wouldn't show the full screen and we couldn't fix it through the TV settings. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay! The price was very reasonable, and the hotel itself was a newer building that was spotless. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was very nice and exceptionally clean. It was also very quiet, with virtually no noise at all. Overall, it was 100% worth the price, and I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we liked was that it was a 2 room suite

Front staff refused to take a deposit on our debit card. Site says $100, but they asked for $300 cash. Your cash machine in the lobby did not work so we had to leave to find a cash machine and come back. Then we had staff come to our room at 8:20 pm and ask us to shut our crying baby up. We had just spent 3 hours in a vehicle so he was cranky. In the morning we went down to the continental breakfast with our kids at 8:45 am and staff was already cleaning up and putting food away so we had to go out for breakfast. This is definitely a hotel we will not stay at again.
