This is the second time I have stayed here and I would stay again. The rooms are clean and of a great size, comfortable. I have alway felt safe and welcome there. The staff are beyond amazing…friendly kind and always helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one. The cost as well is fantastic. I always travel with my dogs and will always stay here

The property is about what you’d expect for a motel: fairly clean and reasonably maintained, though with obvious signs of age and wear. Our room door looked like it had once been forced in, but new locks had been installed and we felt safe. The parking area on the west side of the building really needs attention — the pavement is uneven, with hazards that could easily damage tires or cause someone to trip, especially in the dark. Room: The microwave was excellent — it heated food in seconds. Lighting was a problem. The bedside lamp flickered due to loose wiring, and no other lights in the main room were working. More functional lighting and even a simple full-length mirror (an over-the-door one would do) would be a big improvement. There was no place to hang outfits for the events we were attending, which made it inconvenient. A small broom and dustpan would also have been helpful for tidying up. Breakfast: The website listed fresh fruit salad, yogurt, and hardboiled eggs, which would have been ideal for me as someone with celiac disease. Unfortunately, those options were never available. Instead, breakfast only consisted of milk, orange juice, toast, pancakes, and muffins. Very limited compared to what was advertised. Overall: It worked for our stay — clean enough and safe, but the property could benefit from some basic upgrades: improved parking, reliable in-room lighting, more storage/hanging options, and a breakfast that matches what is advertised.

The property is older, needs updating, clean with AC, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc. However upper room floors are not sound proofed so noisy on the lower floors. At 4AM it sounded like

Staff was pleasant , things were relatively clean. Lights, smoke detector, tv, didnt work. Breakfast was lousy, Door key required reprogramming daily. It was relatively cheap but I wouldn't stay there again.

The vending machine did not work, i woke up not feeling the best and had wanted a 7-up or sprite. Had yo wait until next day and went to walmart to purchase some drinks for the the room

Little dated needs to moderate the rooms,but very clean place

Property was clean but in rough condition, it has been through the paces. The staff was helpfull and kind. The room was old but clean.

Great place to lay your head for the night. Nothing Fancy, just a good night's rest. Great value. I keep coming back and will do so as long as it stays clean and affordable. Besides, the staff is great to get along with.

The bathroom was tore up a bit. But it still served its purpose! We felt like it was in the middle of renovation, so we rolled with it! Thanks for the awesome stay!

It's a little older and could use a bit of an upgrade. But we all know that's not always possible and also means higher prices for sure. But when all you need is a good night sleep, it's great the way it is.

Good stay, friendly Clean

Lobby was musty 20th century, front desk staff friendly enough, door to hotel room was already ajar(open) when I went to open it & that was very unsettling! Lights did not all work - the lights over the sink buzzed when the switch was turned on but did not light up at all and buzzing stopped when switch turned off. Suffice it to say this hotel is not safe, overpriced and to be avoided. I walked out 2 minutes after walking in and did not stay overnight.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our stay. The pictures on line when we booked showed, yes maybe a little older motel, but clean. The rooms are not well looked after to say the least and parking lot looked like no one stays there. Pictures on line is not what it looks like in real life. Will not be staying there again.

The beds were super comfortable.

Basic breakfast toast, cereal, store bought waffles and pancakes that go in the toaster. The room sure could have used better lighting and a coat of paint.

A good option when one wants a cheap stopover. The room was in terrible condition, but I admit it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room floor was cold. The water flow was poor. The bed was too soft.

there are people smoking in their rooms their cigarettes smoke come into my room. My room stunk of cigarette smoke all through the night at different times I don’t know why they let people smoke in hotels anymore motels just stunk

Property just shaggy and showing it’s age.

Room was dirty when we showed up. Beds not made with towels thrown on them, bathroom seat was dirty. Room was not enjoyable to stay even for one night

I had upgraded to kitchenette but didn't get it. The floors were dirty, bedding wasn't fresh, broken sink and counter and shower attachments in bathroom. Coffee for 1 but there were 2 beds and 2 people, no waste basket, broken holder for toilet roll,

The parasitic stench of the egg laying, birth privilege, queen. In this case it was pigeons.

This is an exterior acess, old school motel. Bird excrement everywhere outside on 3rd floor access deck. The owners don't care about spreading disease, and placing animals on reservations, like the good corporate crown Canadian subjects. Bathroom fan sucked air in from the reeking suite below so I couldn't use it without being acused of smoking in the room. Floors are straight from the emsonic RCMP enforcement manual of ping pong curry, camel low IQ imports: Never been washed. I had to use the bathroom towels to clean the floors. Couldn't get a refund due to booking online through refrigerator mommy Yankee strudel. Poutine needs to launch something fast to warm up the plastic crap. This ain't the Canckistan I grew up in.

The beds were super comfortable

Linens on both beds were soiled - one with black and crumbs, the other with blood. Battery hanging out from smoke detector - not attached Red duct tape holding the A/C together. Flashing off the eave hanging TV did not work as the cables were missing Moved rooms once for clean linens, but the second room was simply not clean. Looks like cleaning foam was sprayed in the tub but never washed. Dust everywhere and a empty popcan behind the nightstand. Should have read the reviews before we stayed - it now makes sense why the parking lot was empty.

The place is filthy,their add says daily housekeeping,false,it was cleaned once in an entire week,there was crack heads upstairs keeping me awake all night,worst place I ever stayed at

The bathroom had hair in it.. wasn't cleaned, there was an opened bar soap on the tub, also there was hair on the bed

Floor was a bit dirty around the base of the beds and not very good lighting but other than that it was great.

The receptinosts ladiea was welcoming and courteous . I reccommend the property for budget stays

Overall clean and comfortable. Lots of space in the room. Little shady from the outside, doors to rooms look like they have been broken into a time or two. One of the better cheap hotels I have stayed in for work in Lloyd though.

2nd attempt to stay at this place, arrived in -30 weather only to be told their systems were down could not confirm booking, they were full and didnt have a room for me etc etc after a long day and no room had to drive around until expedia could relocate.me. think if your gonna advertise on Expedia maybe reinvest in your hotel or its systems make sure its worth advertising.

great quiet safe stay

The front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly! There was a free breakfast, clean rooms and surprisingly big comfy beds!

It was very quiet and the staff very polite, friendly and very accommodating. We would stay here again if back in Lloyminister.

Lady at front desk was friendly. The room was clean except for some hair in the tub. Tub in room drained a little slow. Beds were comfy. Towels were clean. Parking was complicated but easy enough to figure out. Room was quiet. Front desk was locked when I checked out at around 6:10 in the morning.

The front staff lady was absolutely fabulous. I was injured and she even got me a breakfast bag of foods to go. She was friendly and kind. The bed was clean and soft.

The rooms are too dirty bedding is too disgusting , dinning room is nasty, very old bread and bagels, frozen pancakes that my dog will turn away!!

We chose for the first time on our cross country trip to book a smoking room. My husband smokes cigarettes and I vape, The room has wood floors, a deep tub and smelt clean, Our dog liked the places outside to do his business

Nice, quiet and centrally located. Clean room and beds with microwave and fridge in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

While there was a coffee percolator in the room, there was no coffee provided in the room.
