Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Hotellet ligger sentralt rett ved taksim, mange butikker, kafeer og restauranter i et kort avstand. Frokosten var helt ok, men kunne vært litt bedre for en fire stjerner hotel. Snill personale.
Besøkende må skaffe drikke vann til seg selv! Veldig negativt at de gir kun en halv liter flaske vann per rom uansett antall personer. Og den er ikke bra.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026I stayed at the hotel in Turkey from 3rd July to 5th July, and I was not satisfied with the service. The cleanliness was poor; there was mold on the toilet wall. On the first night, we did not have a TV in our room, and the man at the reception was very rude. They also did not provide a wheelchair for my father, even though he needed one. We had breakfast included for two days, but on the second day, because we had an early flight, they did not prepare a small breakfast pack for my elderly father before his morning medication, even though we had informed them the night before. The reception man was very rude and did not pay attention to our requests.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Odalar 4 yetiskin 1 cocuk olarak aldik odalar 5 kişi için çok küçük ve 7 ci katta kaldık, malesef merkez kilima olduğu için oda hamam gibiydi uyuyamadık gece bile resepsiyon lu aramak zorunda kaldık klima havalandırma getirsinler diye ve sonuç küçücük 1 kişiyi sogutu. Cam açık yatalım dedim odanın görüntüsü diğer binaların damı ve heryerde havalandırma klima motoru vesaire vardii. Onların seslerin yüzünden uyuyamadık. Ertesi gün hemen yardımcı oldular 2 ci kata aldılar bizi, oda daha serin ama bu seferde tam karşı bakalin yanında bar varmış son gecede öğrendik. Cam açık yattığımız için gece saat 3 4 5 lerde bir kac dkk müzik sesleri geliyordu (kapi açtıkları icin) ve sagolsunlar 4 gecelik bir otel 4 gece uykusuzluk oldu bizim için. Kahvaltı açık büfe, ama gorundugubl gibi değil omlet istediğimizde ekstra ücret dendi? Pardon ama orda baya karıştırılmış yumurta var içinde sut mu şu mu var belli değildi ama görüntü hiç güzel değildi benim ve çocuklarım için. Malesef kahvaltı da yanıldık. Tavsiye malesef aile için tavsiye etmiyorum.

هناك تعامل سئ جدا من موظف الاستقبال ****هارون***** لا يليق بفندق جيد و لا يناسب اسلوب باقي الموظفين لقد أقمت بالفندق اكثر من 10 مرات و كل الموظفين جيدين باستثناء موظف الاستقبال هارون اسلوبه سئ سئ سئ لا يليق بموظف استقبال و لا يليق بفندق محترم و لا يستحق أن يكون ضمن فريق عمل جيد

In my opinion it's a worst hotel, worst service. Bad malfunctioned elevators. Toilet lighting not enough. Malfunctioned TV. HVAC uncntrolled. Toilet Exhaust fan set on working two times a day only for a few minutes. Improvised room. No sound proofing, could here the person peeing in room next door.
