Staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful! We had an amazing stay here, good location and walkable to the old town. Room was very spacious, hot powerful shower, amazing pool and comfortable beds. We were also able to pay a small fee for washing which was great help! Exactly as seen on photos on the website. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An!

We loved the location in a quiet back street but within easy access of the Old Town. Julie the receptionist/manager was exceptional in making us feel welcome and arranging activities. The pool is nice and our room was spacious and comfortable. Good value for money

La piscine beaucoup trop petite et surtout occupé par les enfants et le propriétaire. Petit déjeuner compris à choisir la veille 4 propositions nouilles légumes, omelette nature servi avec petit pain. 1 tasse de café ou de thé. 1 mini croissant industriel. Pas de beurre ni confiture ni eau ni jus.

Logement, conforme et lumineux. Accès à la ville 15 minutes à pied.

Julie was a great host, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything organised for our stay. We had the room right at the top, which was a bit difficult with luggage without a lift but a great sized room nonetheless.

The top room can get very hot, without being able to keep air con on while we were out it was like a sauna! There wasn’t many poolside beds, think there was only 2!

Too few staff that we can ask when we need help

Perfect quite location to be close to local restaurants and gyms and experience how locals live, yet a decent walking distance to old town and sightseeing. I highly recommend. Julie and her family are very accommodating.

We booked this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. Before going to bed on the first night, we noticed that the bed sheets had stains on them. We also found a long black hair in the bed, which definitely could not belong to either of us since we are both blond. In addition, there was a dead fly in the bed. After we informed the staff, the bedding was replaced, but the new bed sheets also did not look properly clean. Because of this, we decided not to stay for the second night. There was also another unpleasant situation during check-in. We were visiting Hoi An temporarily while our main accommodation was in Da Nang, so we did not have our original passports with us. We showed the receptionist photos of the main passport pages, which was apparently acceptable, but then we were asked to provide photos of the visa pages as well. Unfortunately, we did not have photos of those pages saved. We contacted our hotel in Da Nang to ask whether they had copies of the visa pages, but they did not. We then offered to send the photos later after returning to Da Nang. However, instead of trying to resolve the situation calmly, the receptionist communicated through a translator that the police would be called. In the end, we had to drive all the way back to Da Nang to collect our passports and then return to Hoi An again just to check in. We understand that it was our own mistake not to bring the original passports with us. However, given that the absence of passports was not an issue and the photos provided were perfectly acceptable, threatening to call the police is not an appropriate way to communicate with guests. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Quiet location plenty of local restaurants about.. it’s a short walk to the old town. Everything in Room was very spacious. Pool was very refreshing plenty of beds and towels to use too. I would stay here again

La struttura è ottima, la posizione è vicina al centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi, dotata di piscina e le camere sono spaziose, è pure possibile affittare bici o scooter per girare la città e i dintorni. Un grazie particolare va alla ragazza in reception, molto gentile e super disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza! Super consigliato!

Super locatie, dicht bij het centrum maar rustig genoeg. Julie (receptioniste) is echt een topper! Van leuke restaurantjes tot waar we onze kleren konden laten maken (Ms Blue tam tam), ze dacht graag met ons mee. Mooie ruime kamer ook.

We had a lovely big room on the top floor with a huge balcony. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Great location close to really good restaurants, shops, and the old town. We had a big terrace in our room, which we loved!

The property could use some touch-ups. Towels, curtains, and bed sheets had quite large holes. We’re not very picky and have stayed in much more basic places before, but it was still surprising to see sheets with such noticeable holes being provided to guests.

De locatie was centraal, maar niet in de drukte wat fijn was.De receptioniste Julie was super behulpzaam en lief! De kamer was comfortabel en zoals beschreven! Er waren veel faciliteiten en mogelijkheden.

Es war sooo toll! Julie, die Besitzerin, ist sehr herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind morgens um 7 Uhr angekommen nach einer langen Busfahrt und durften schon deutlich früher einchecken, damit wir uns ausruhen können. Außerdem hat sie uns geholfen ein Taxi nach Danang zu bestellen, was preiswerter ist als Grab. Und eine tolle Schneiderei hat sie uns auch empfohlen. Das Zimmer war schön groß mit Balkon. Ich kann Pham Gia nur empfehlen!!

Room was nice. Staff were friendly but didn't speak English, so difficult to communicate. One girl spoke English, but wasn't there all the time. Location was good as we booked somewhere above the flood line, but a bit of a walk to the old town.

I thought breakfast was mean. You had to choose the night before what you wanted, but we're only allowed one choice. Fried vegetables and rice or noodles, or bread and jam. No fruit juice. Noodles were only instant from a packet, and although my husband ordered vegetables and pork, was told at breakfast he couldn't have it. For me, it spoilt the trip, as everywhere else had a great choice, and bread was readily available in addition to other choices. The woman doing breakfast could not understand the I have a severe egg allergy.(even with Google translate).

Lovely large clean room and bathroom in a quiet location, the staff were all friendly and allowed us to check in early when the room was available. The breakfast was nice and cooked fresh. Cannot comment on pool as it rained during our stay.

Muy buena ubicación, puedes ir andando a prácticamente toda la ciudad. Nos facilitaron dos bicicletas para poder desplazarnos hasta la playa. La habitación espaciosa con un baño bastante grande. El personal muy agradable.

Nous avons pu faire notre enregistrement dès notre arrivée à 7h du matin pour 100000VND sans avoir à attendre 14h. La chambre était fidèle à la description et aux photos. Grand balcon. Bon petit déjeuner et bon service de blanchisserie. Piscine à disposition (même si nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter). À 10-15min de la vieille ville à pied.

Nous n’avons pas pu louer de vélos car ils étaient victimes de leur succès. Néanmoins, l’hôtel nous a réorienté vers un super loueur ! Donc rien à redire.

Un personal excelente, atento, que sabe indicar cómo llegar a los sitios. La habitación limpia, agradable y lo mejor, la piscina, cómoda y muy limpia. Quise alargar más mi estancia y no pude porque estaba lleno, pero volvería a elegirlo.

Quizá la distancia al centro histórico de Hue, pero también puede convertirse en un paseo muy agradable.

Room was clean and basic. Breakfast was a limited choice (maybe 5 to choose from), mainly Vietnamese food which I find a bot too much for breakfast and then bread and jam. Fresh fruit would have been nice. There didn't seem to be many people staying at the hotel so it lacked some atmosphere. Good location about 5-10 mins walk from the old town

Fruit at breakfast would have been nice We saw someone at the desk when we checked in and just about when we checked out, but no other time, so if you had a question, there was no-one to ask

Ruime kamers en fijn, mooi zwembad. Heel aardige host die een aantal tours voor ons geregeld heeft. Ook is er een was service, superfijn. Voor het ontbijt mag je iedere ochtend kiezen uit noodles, een broodje met een omelet of een broodje jam. Lekker en vers bereid!

Ondanks dat het hotel aan de rand van het oude centrum ligt, vonden wij het toch nog best een stukje lopen iedere keer, zo'n 10-15 min. Dat lag vnl aan de kinderen die het ver vonden...

Comfiest bed in Vietnam! Our room was big, clean and had great AC. The breakfast cooked fresh each morning was delicious and the staff were very nice.

Large comfortable room with separate sitting area plus outdoor patio. Lovely swimming pool to cool down with. Easy walking to a lot of places. Breakfast was very good. Nice to be able to hand over a bag of laundry in the morning and get it back in the evening for a very reasonable price. Lovely staff.

It would have been good to have had a rack to dry wet swimming togs and towels.

Staff gentile ed educato. Camera buona, con ottimo wifi. Piscina buona e pulita. Posizione decentrata ma comoda, a 1 km dalla città vecchia.

Pulizia della stanza scarsa. Dopo le 14 il bagno aveva il pavimento ancora bagnato, molto capelli in giro. Lenzuola non proprio pulite e divanetto pieno di briciole. Colazione proprio basica.

It is a nice hotel with great rooms.

We were near the pool and we think the owner had family over or children live there because they will make noise at 6.30am or during the afternoon playing so we could not rest 100% or relax at the pool because of this.

Hemos pasado unos excelentes dias en Pham Gia!! Instalaciones, piscina, habitaciones y ubicación, sin duda una excelente opción para una estancia en Hoi An!!

Honestly a really comfortable stay, the room was big, everything worked, the personell was super friendly. the location is quite good too. city center is easy to reach and it has a good amount of stores and restaurants around the hotel itself

the pool was just a tiny bit too small and most bicycles has some kind of problem
