We booked a room with 2 double beds for a family of 4. It was great, had room for all our 4 suitcases. The bathroom had a serperate shower cubicle as well as a bath/shower and toilet. Handy when there is 4 people in one room! The pool was great in a courtyard, we used it everyday to cool off. Only a short walk to the middle of old town, was nice to be on the edge and away from the crowds. There was heaps of restaurants and cafes, tailor around. Our room was cleaned every day, laundry in house was cheap. Hotel organised a car for us to.take us to marble mountain, wait for us then dropped us to an bang beach. Also booked our transport for us to Danang airport.

We stayed here a few nights and we had the most adorable room on top that made us feeling like we were in a fairytale storybook! The amenities were wonderful. There is an elevator! I wasn’t sure if there was but there is! And the rooftop view of the town was lovely especially at night! Its location just right off the busy street and it was still perfectly sounded to sleep at night. The pool was kept clean and the temperature was perfect. Breakfast was a mix of Vietnamese and western food. Our friends had another room and they also enjoyed their room and stay as well. I’ve been to Hoi An several times and had stayed at other places but after this visit, for sure this is where I will come back!

What really stood out to us was how informative and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. From arranging our airport transfer to helping us organize our transportation to Ba Na Hills, they made everything so much easier and more convenient for us.

Maybe the room temperature was a little too hot when we first entered, and the bathroom was also quite warm—you didn’t even need to use hot water! 😅

Breakfast is not included. There was a pool but we were not sure if we could use it as it looked like it needed to be clean.

Perfect location at the edge of the old town and a lovely swimming pool. The staff were very accommodating, letting our daughter swim after check-out.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein und zur Straße raus unheimlich laut!

Hôtel charmant, très bien placé proche du centre, personnel très sympa et serviable avec de bons conseils. Piscine agréable et fraîche après les journées chaudes et chargées.

Ne pas louer de scooters devant l'hôtel, ils sont en très sale état.

L’emplacement, la terrasse agréable au dernier étage, la piscine et la superficie de la chambre familiale au top !

Les chambres sont peu, voire pas lumineuses mais nous le savions à l’avance et le joli patio avec la piscine font vraiment la différence !

Great location.

Staff forgot our breakfast order several times. The towels for the room were also forgotten.

This hotel was probably the best choice we made in the town. It had a very central location, making it very convenient to reach and stay there. The staff was extremely helpful, truly surpassing all our expectations, and assisted us with everything we needed. Breakfast was available for an extra charge, but the coffee was free, which was a nice touch during our stay. They also helped us arrange tours relevant to our stay and provided transportation to the airport and other places we needed to get to. It’s important to mention that we stayed for an extended period, and I'm glad we did because the hotel is well-suited for a longer stay. It’s comfortable, pleasant, and you really don’t need more than that to enjoy the city.

The rooms were pleasant and comfortable, though it was a bit of a shame that they didn’t have any view—at least our room didn’t have a view outside the window.

L’emplacement est idéal, hôtel situé à quelque part du vieux Hoï An. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Des traces d’humidité sur un mur dans ma chambre. Une grosse infiltration qui n’a peut-être pas eu le temps d’être réparée…. Une proposition de visite organisée qui ne correspondait pas tout à fait à mes attentes mais le personnel a été adorable et a proposé une visite compensatoire.

Lovely hotel with a great pool in a really good location. Would definitely stay here again, if visiting Hoi An.

Ein sehr zentrales Hotel im Kolonialstiel. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Um die Ecke gibt es alles, Restaurants, Läden und Lebensmittel. Sehr flexible Rezeption bei Umbuchung.

Sehr offene Architektur. Kein richtiges Fenster am WC, nur eine Jalousie, sodas einen jeder sehen könnte. Durch den innen liegenden Pool recht laut. Frühstück kann man getrost vergessen. Es schmeckt einfach wirklich nicht. Klimaanlage schlecht regelbar. Es muss einem klar sein, dass das Hotel nur zwei Sterne hat, dann ist alles ok.

Our family room was very comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was huge, offering a shower cabin and a bath tub! The staff is very nice and helpful. Location is perfect right in the old quarter of Hoi An. Everything is at walking distance. We really appreciated it travelling with 2 children. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a short or long trip in Hoi an, amazing location and very good staff. Very nice pool. Close to Old Town and the river. Very clean and quiet.

We had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and the hotel was close to the centre. The staff helped us with booking tours and renting bikes.

I stayed here for one night. A chic, very nice hotel. Quite close to the old town. The rooms have a colonial feel with the way they are decorated and the retro ceiling fans. The room was quite large, very clean, the bed was large and comfortable. No view from the room. There is a large TV in the room but I didn't use it. You also have a kettle, two tea bags and two instant coffee bags. Plus a bottle of tap water. The air conditioning worked very well, as did the Wi-Fi. In the inner courtyard there is a not very big but beautiful swimming pool. Friendly staff. An OK accommodation, all in all.

Before leaving, waiting for the pick-up car, I wanted to buy a bottle of juice. They only had water and beer.

Voilà un hôtel situé non loin de l'ancienne ville. Beaucoup de goût et de charme, dans le bâtiment et la chambre. Atmosphère très chaleureuse et accueil très sympathique.

We absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it! The room was spacious for a family of 4, with grown children. It had a spacious bathroom, and the pool was wonderful after hot days. The breakfast was great too. Additionally, the staff were helpful reserving transportation/tours.

We would return there were no dislikes.

Salle de bain qui mériterait une petite rénovation, pas d'eau chaude le dernier jour, nous avons croisé plusieurs bêtes (rat, cafard, souris) le soir vers la piscine et terrasse au dernier étage.
