המיקום ממש מעולה. הייתי בשני חדרים שונים, שניהם היו מאוד נחמדים.

המזגנים לא מספיק חזקים והם מתעקשים לעצור את המזגן כשיוצאים מהחדר, אז אף פעם לא מספיק קר. הווילונות לא אטומים לאור ובשעה 5 בבוקר כבר אור מלא וזה ממש קשה לישון. גם הדלתות מזכוכית ושם יש אור המסדרון כל הלילה.

Great homestay, nice friendly owners, they helped with hiring a motorbike and transport back to Da Nang, which was cheaper than the Grab App. Room was clean, comfortable, no issues. Walking distance to the old town.

Great value for money. The hotel's location is superb, just outside the old town but in a quiet area so we couldn't hear any noise whatsoever. The bed was comfortable, and it had a mosquito net. Sleepers for the toilet were provided, and having a small fridge to store some food and drinks made a difference for us. The owner was very kind and accommodated a few requests. The towels were changed daily. The room was big enough for two people to do some yoga. Nice terrace.

The aircon remote didn't work and it made a loud noise, but the owner actually went above and beyond to have it fixed. He had a technician coming to replace it the day after. There are lots of mosquitoes but, on request, the owner provided mosquito spray. P

Great location. Can rent bicycle we didn’t as we found everything we wanted to do a nice walk away. The owners were so lovely and accommodating- we were able to check in earlier than 14:00 which was great! They have a laundry service which was great got our clothes back within 4-5 hours washed and dried. Smelt lovely Highly recommend :)

Không gian xung quanh phòng tôi là khu vườn với nhiều cây cối xung quanh giúp mình có cảm giác bình yên. Cô chú chủ nhà nhiệt tình. Phòng ốc đầy đủ tiện nghi và sạch sẽ, trang trí làm cho phòng cảm giác ấm áp.

Check out time là 11h nó hơi sớm, nhưng mình sắp xếp được.

Giá quá là okela 😘 Gần trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng tiện. Cách phố cổ có mấy trăm mét thoi 🤌 không gian cây cối mát mẻ, phòng nhiều cửa sổ sáng sủa thông thoáng.

Phòng tui ở chỉ có mỗi gương ở chỗ lavabo thoi :(((

The location is perfect. Just outside of the Old Town. An easy 10 minutes walk to the center. The air-conditioning worked well. The shower had hot water. The price of the room is very good.

The room didn't look like the picture. The room had no windows even though the picture showed it. It felt like it was the "extra" room and just had the bare minimum. The small fridge couldn't get cold. The towels (only 2 middle sized) were thin and had stains. Only 1 trash bin and that was the one next to the toilet, mainly used for the toilet. It was a solid level up of a private room at a backpacker's homestay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Free laundry service.

A special thanks to Aiden at reception—he was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He made me feel very welcome and made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

لقد نسيت نظارتي في الغرفه واتصلت عليهم لكي يرسلونها الي في دانانغ على حسابي عن طريق تاكسي وا قراب لكنهم رفضو التعاون معي طلبو ان احضر بنفسي إلى الفندق لكي استلمها واخبرتهم اني لا استطيع العودة

The room was super spacious and comfortable for its value, and the bathroom was also very large. The bed was comfortable and easily fit two people although the blanket was a little too small for the both of us. The area was right beside the Old Town and we were within walking distance of good food places, convenience stores, and tourist spots. The price was very affordable and fair and the owner was very friendly.

There wasnt much we didnt like about it. The only issue we had were there weren't enough usable outlets and the one above the bed didnt hold chargers very well. It also was not very sound proof and you could hear the other people in their rooms and in the hallways.

Anh chủ rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng có ban công, cửa sổ, phòng tắm rộng. Sạch sẽ và sáng sủa. Chỉ có điều buổi tối khi cần mượn đũa thì nhắn a chủ k trả lời, còn buổi sáng xuống mượn bàn ủi cũng k thấy ai. Nếu mà hỗ trợ nhanh chóng nữa thì quá tuyệt. Nhưng dù sao thì m vẫn cho điểm tuyệt đối vì home rất xinh và yên tĩnh, gần trung tâm.

Gần phố cổ, xung quanh nhiều cửa hàng, thuận tiện mua bán.

Bác chủ nhà dễ thương nha. Chỗ nghỉ ngay khu phố cổ nên decor cũng hơi chút cũ cũ. Nếu ai không quá quan trọng về decor thì ở đây rất tiện đi chơi phố cổ

Thiếu thốn tiện nghi. Giường không tốt, nằm đau lưng. Nệm như cục đá. Ko có bàn là, không có máy sấy, không có đèn ngủ. Phòng bí .không thoáng. Có 1 phòng view ra đường thì tạm ổn. Được một bóng đèn mờ ảo. Không có tủ đồ. Phòng xấu xuống cấp . tường nấm móc.

Værterne var meget søde, hjalp med billig videre transport og opbevaring af bagage.

Værelset var meget fugtigt, og der lugtede lidt af noget svamp hvilket også gjorde sig gældende på badeværelset. Desværre var sengen også meget hård

Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi và đặc biệt rất gần với Phố cổ Hội An, không gian xung quanh home có rất nhiều cây xanh tạo không khí mát mẻ, có luôn một bức tường đẹp để check-in, quá ok so với mức giá đó, có cơ hội sẽ quay lại.

Trong phòng chưa có nước uống hay minibar gì cả, nước trong nhà vệ sinh lâu lâu nó bị bốc mùi rất khó chịu, ban đêm khi chúng tôi ngủ thì có tiếng động lạ ở khu vực cửa sổ.

Hoi An es una ciudad muy turística y este hotel te aleja de eso. Son locales y la verdad que nos encantó estar en esta habitación en un jardín. La ubicación muy buena!

Really lovey place to stay when visiting Hoi An. It’s in a perfect location - fully walkable to the old town. The owners are very friendly, approachable and very helpful in organizing drivers to/from the homestay. They also have bicycles available for hire. Would highly recommend.

Posizionato veramente vicino alla zona pedonale e al ponte giapponese.

Sono arrivata in struttura e mi hanno detto che avevano gli operai per cambiare la porta e che quindi dovevo trovarmi un altro posto, cosa impossibile allo stesso prezzo perché era il giorno della luna piena, uno dei giorni con più turisti ad hoi An. La procedura avrebbe dovuto essere che l’homestay cancellasse la prenotazione e a quel punto Booking avrebbe trovato un’altra struttura e la differenza di prezzo sarebbe stata a suo carico e non a carico mio. Ho insistito to dicendo che non avrei potuto trovare nulla e così mi ha detto “va bene ma il check in dopo le 5 pm. E vabbè, non avevo grandi scelte. Mi presento alle 5 pm, la stanza era pronta ma ovviamente c’era un forte odore di colla (che è durato tutta la notte). Stanza carina ma non confortevole perché vicino al letto non c’era prese per caricare il cellulare e nemmeno per accendere e spegnere la luce quindi la notte sono dovuta arrivare al letto al buio. Non è finita qui perché in bagno c’era una grossa lucertola, non il geko carino ma la lucertola. E L lucertola è rimasta in stanza ovviamente. La risposta del gestore è stata che casa sua è piena di lucertole e che da quelle parti è così (falsissimo perché sono stata in ben 3 strutture ad hoi an e la lucertola c’era solo da lui. E lo credo bene, ad un metro dalla porta di ingresso della mia stanza c’era l’erba alta un metro: un’incuria pazzesca. In tutto questo non solo mi ha fatto pagare il prezzo pieno ma mi ha anche fatto pagare la commissione bancaria per il pagamento con carta di credito.

Veľmi príjemne a čisté ubytovanie, super personál.

Location was good (signs of the street were helpful), and it was a good value. People seemed nice, but I could not communicate with them without Google Translate. I found the bed very comfortable, but you may not. It was very hard. If that's not your thing you will not be comfortable.

This wasn't a big deal for me, but it might be for you. The refrigerator is unusable for anything other than cooling drinks overnight. When you leave the room, the refrigerator shuts off and even when it is running it doesn't do anything more than slightly chill drinks. Don't plan to use it for things that require refrigeration.

Мы прожили в Лонгане 6 ночей. До этого успели пожить в нескольких хоумстеях, поэтому есть с чем сравнивать. Итак о плюсах: 1 - расположение (буквально через дорогу находится старый город! Это очень удобно). 2 - несмотря на близость дороги и вообще центра, комната была удобно расположена во дворе, где тихо и нет лишних глаз. 3 - наличие балкончика для утреннего чаепития вдвоем. 4 - ванна и в целом номер был хорошо проветриваемый, так что белье сохло и не накапливало сырость, как было в предыдущих наших местах. 5 - наличие москитной сетки над кроватью - большая благодарность. В целом все пространство такое небольшое, но очень уютное. Сюда, в этот маленький, зеленый от различных цветов, дворик, было приятно каждый вечер возвращаться. Большая благодарность доброжелательным хозяевам, процветания вам!

Те, кто смотрит фото, должны понимать, что они скорее всего сделаны не в этом году. На сегодняшний день стены "подустали", нужен косметический ремонт. Но для нас важна была чистота и она там была!

Tutto perfetto. Posizione, staff, pulizia, rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimo trasporto da e per aeroporto. Ottimo servizio lavanderia. Materassi un po' rigidi.

War alles super, freundliche Besitzer, habe auch im Homestay meinen Transfer gebucht vom Flughafen Da Mamg und zurück in die Stadt. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, großes Bad. Wärmste Empfehlung.
