È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo qui, e se tornerò a Istanbul lo farò ancora! Staff gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, camera ampia e pulita, posizione super centrale! In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva a santa Sofia, moschea blu e palazzo Topkapi. Il quartiere è bellissimo e pieno di negozi e ristoranti per una passeggiata serale. La colazione abbondante servita su una bellissima terrazza vista mare! Super consigliato!

Останавливались в этом отеле на 4 дня. Отличное расположение, если нужен центр города - недалеко ключевые достопримечательности, на улочке рядом много рестиков и баров. Единственное - если будет добираться с аэропорта общественным транспортом - без пересадок и прогулок пешком не получится, лучше такси или транфер. С поздним заселением ноль проблем. Сам номер чистый и аккуратный, все есть, включая чайник и холодильник. Каждодневная уборка номера. Завтрак в отеле через дорогу на террасе формата шведский стол. но все одно и то же без изменений, но покушать утром нормально можно. Сочетание цена-качество пожалуй лучшее в этом районе.

В целом сам отель не молодой уже надо понимать, новизны от мебели и тд не ждите. Лифта в отеле нет, мы жили на 4м этаже, в целом не критично, но если вам это тяжело, имейте в виду) Также если важен вид из номера, то в нашем например не было его, но мы только спать приходили) Что важно - в самом здании было не жарко и не душно в течении дня и вечером. Общее впечатление, повторюсь, очень приятное - уютный милый и чистый отельчик.

Le personnel très aimable, la personne qui s'occupait le matin nous a même prêter sa carte de bus pour pouvoir nous déplacer. toujours reçu de bonne explication et des bonnes suggestions pour les choses a voir. Situation géographique extraordinaire. Plein de petit resto.

le seul petit bémol, pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner il fallait monter presque 50 marches, par contre une vue extraordinaire, déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this hotel. I had booked and paid for a seven-night stay for two people in one room. When I arrived, I was told that the room I had specifically booked was no longer available. The hotel had apparently given my room away, despite my confirmed reservation. Instead of providing an equivalent room, I was offered two separate rooms at another place located far away. This was obviously not what I had booked or paid for, and it was not a reasonable alternative for us who had planned their holiday around staying at this particular hotel. I was told that I could stay for one night while they tried to “look into” the situation. This meant that, rather than enjoying my holiday, I had to spend valuable time dealing with a problem that was entirely caused by the hotel and searching for alternative accommodation myself. I ultimately had no choice but to book another place and leave after only one night. What made the experience even worse was what happened afterwards. After I had left, a member of the hotel contacted me on WhatsApp privately (not official account of the hotel but from his private account) and sent me messages that I found extremely inappropriate and unpleasant. The tone of the messages was unacceptable, particularly considering that I had only left because the hotel had failed to provide the room I had reserved in the first place. I was genuinely surprised by the way I was treated after the hotel had created the problem themselves. A hotel should honour confirmed reservations and, if something goes wrong, take responsibility and provide a proper equivalent solution. Guests should certainly not be made to feel guilty or be subjected to inappropriate messages for leaving when the hotel has failed to provide the accommodation they booked.

La vista desde la terraza,y el desayuno.

La cama no tenía sabana de arriba y el acolchado estaba gastado y con agujeros. Lamentable.

Очень порадовала слаженная работа сотрудников отеля, все внимательные, быстро реагирующие на любой вопрос, трансфер организован на 5+ и заселение прошло очень быстро. У нас на брони было два номера с шикарным видом на море)) чисто, уютно с полным набором всего, что нужно. Расположение отеля просто шикарное, все достопримечательности рядом. Завтраки были на террасе соседнего отеля, вкусные и сытные. Всем огромное спасибо, обязательно еще приедем и другим рекомендуем.

единственное огорчение вайфай, иногда очень нужно было по работе, но на верхнем этаже практически не тянет...

Breakfasts have decent choice only if you come early in the morning. Don't expect much meat, mostly vegetarian dishes. Be careful with plates - many of them were poorly cleaned.

Staff appears to be friendly but always wanted to get money from you. at the check-in I was promised to receive a change from my cash payment. I only got it once I reminded about it twice! At nights it is too noisy - a lot of drunk people outside shouting until 1-2 AM.

This whole stay was excellent value - the hotel is located very close to many major sites and has a train station located only a few minutes walk away. The breakfasts were also excellent.

The hotel is quite basic but this is to be expected for the price.

Świetna lokalizacja- zupełnie w centrum przy Meczetach. Komfortowy pokój z tv i mocna klimą, Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże ostatniego dnia czekając na dalsza podróż. Do tego super taras i sniadania na tarasie.

Poprawiłabym śniadania- wybór był bardzo duży ale jakość przeciętna.

Previse stepenika koji su veoma uski i ugao je previsok tako da je veoma naporno popeti se do terase i najvisih soba u smestaju, nema lifta. U potkrovlju u sobama je izuzetna vrucina jer je krov veoma tanak i toplota jako prodire unutar sobe. Doručak je monoton, vrte se iste namirnice svaki dan, zele da ustede sto vise na hrani pa je izbor siromasan.

We stayed for three days,we booked one room,spent there a night,then we were asked to move to two-bedroom.The rooms are really tiny,air-conditioners delipicated,bed and sheets clean.Breakfast was ok.no lift ,the stairs is rather steep.

La localisation à 5minutes de Sainte-Sophie, tout en restant dans une ruelle calme. La petit déjeuner copieux et varié, la vue de la salle du petit déjeuner est splendide. L’amabilité du personnel, la réponse rapide aux messages envoyés à l’hôtel avant notre séjour. La chambre est conforme aux exigences pour ce rapport qualité prix.

À savoir : le petit déjeuner se prend en face dans l’hôtel péninsula.

В отеле останавливаюсь не первый раз, нравится расположение, тепло относилась раньше к персоналу, сейчас из бывших сотрудников видела только Халима, его отношение к гостям не изменилось-внимательное и тёплое. Удивило, что теперь ресепшен в отеле напротив, что не очень удобно, так же как и завтрак.

Уборка раньше была более тщательной, в номере пыльной. Ужасныцмдуг, тем, кто собирается, остановиться, надо помнить о шапочке, душ стационарный, что крайне неудобно, и в нашем номере при переключении на кран постоянно текла вода сверху. Нам не предоставили номер с одинаковыми кроватями, хотя я заранее спрашивала и мне подтвердили это. Завтрак скучный, однообразный, все кислое и уксусное, скудный, поесть можно, но не очень вкусно, разнообразие то есть, но все не то, раньше было лучше, видимо сменились на кухне сотрудники и хозяин отеля. А слышимость в отеое просто 100 %,многие гости с детьми, не умершими себя, вести, ор был круглосуточно. Все слышно. К большому моему сожалению больше не остановлюсь. Сам отель уставший, ремонт давно пора делать, хотя нам сказали, что у нас один из лучших номеров, страшно подумать, что сейчас там, где останавливалась ранее. Кроме приятного персонала( не всего) и расположения, плюсов не назову

Всё было замечательно! Завтрак был очень хороший, всего достаточно и даже более того! Вкусно, разнообразно, на любой вид питания можно подобрать. Голодным никто не остался.

Нам хотелось бы больше дней для отдыха, но это зависит только от нас. К отелю это не имеет никакого отношения.

Stayed here recently and overall had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful — when I asked to change from a double bed to twin beds for me and my brother, they upgraded us to a better room without any issues, which I really appreciated.

Tout est parfait, dans le centre à proximité des principaux monuments , tout peut se faire à pied . La chambre au calme , on entendait aucun bruit , la literie confortable Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec belle vue de la terrasse sur le Bosphore , la sympathie de l’accueil. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.

Nice property and good value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The restaurant on the roof next door faces the windows of the family room so there was no way to leave the curtains or windows open - as people would have seen our whole room (and it could get noisy at night). Not a huge deal for the main room as there was AC but for the smaller room, it was hot if we didn’t open the window.

The hotel Location was the best.

Расположение у отеля очень хорошее. Близко к выходу к Собору Св.Софии и голубой мечети. Рядом дорога к набережной. Рестораны и магазины рядом, даже столовая в пешей доступности есть. В целом хорошо для нескольких дней проживания. Своя столовая с завтраками. Персонал в отеле вежливый, добродушный. Есть русскоговорящие. Всегда помогали, на интересующие вопросы отвечали.

Очень маленькая столовая даже для такого маленького отеля. В холодную погоду внутри (крытая часть) негде присесть. Скудное однообразное меню (одни и те же блюда каждое утро). Нет каши или омлета. В целом терпимо для нескольких дней. Номер был с окнами во двор. Двор это громко сказано. Дворик-колодец. Буквально через 1.5-2 метра стена соседнего дома. Солнечного света практически не видно. Когда на улице прохладно, то в номере холодно и сыро. В жару, наверно, там хорошо. Но мы были в конце апреля-начале мая 2026 года. Было не жарко. А в какой-то момент на улице было по-весеннему прохладно и в номере было, мягко говоря, неприятно. Но потом включили отопление и стало хорошо. За что отдельная благодарность.

The hotel is located meters from the coastal street, bus stop, the center of the old town, close to the market, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The location is great, the staff is polite, smiling and helpful.Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with everything you need in the rooms for a comfortable stay, everything is at your fingertips, no need for a car, the breakfast was great, delicious and plentiful. I give it 10 points

Excellent location, roof deck and reception

The room was freshly renovated, clean and comfortable. No problems with shower, air conditioner or anything else. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite standard for a 3-star-hotel, but enjoying it at the terrace with a seaview was amazing. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from many tourist attractions, and about a million cafes and souvenir shops around. Definitely recommend!

My room happened to be behind the reception area/store/toilet so it was a little noisy on occasions. But not at night. I'm sure the other rooms wouldn't have this issue and it wouldn't put me off using it again.

Идеальное расположение. Рядом все достопримечательности буквально 3-5 минут неспешным шагом.. Номера чистые и уютные, есть все необходимое. Завтраки хорошие, всегда можно найти еду на свой вкус. Вид на Босфор и Мраморное море на террасе заслуживает особого Вау. Мы остались очень довольны своим выбором. Надеемся приехать еще.

First of all this hotel has a home like flavor ..it has excellent location next to topkapi and sultanahmet ..it has wonderful staff starting with reception to cleaners to helping with carrying bags up stairs that I did nit feel the lack of elevators.. The breakfast in the rooftop facing bisphorous with the freshly prepared selections right infront of you Iim the open clean kitchen and the fresh dripping american cofee was the highlight of the trip Great choice would love to always stay there when in istanbul... Great value for money ..coulld not have been better thankyou

Penthouse2に宿泊しました。窓からの景色はすばらしかったです。5階の部屋までは階段しかありませんが同じフロアには2部屋だけなのが良いです。外に出られる小さなテラスもありベンチに座って最高の景色を見ながらアイスクリームを食べました。

2日目の夜は全くお湯が出ずシャワーが使えなかった。

The room could do with better curtains, as there is lot of light outside and the curtains had to be tucked using drawers and table to prevent too much light.

El dueño es un encanto, muy facilitador y acogedor. Nos cambió a una habitación mejor y nos hizo recomendaciones de restaurantes. La habitación tenía vista al mar y la terraza es genial. Lo único es que si tienes movilidad reducida cuenta con que no tienen ascensor y por planta son 2 habitaciones. El desayuno es en la terraza del hotel de enfrente que tampoco tiene ascensor. La ubicación es perfecta!Muchas gracias Hanedan! Repetiremos

Расположение неплохое, но выхода на берег в том районе нет. В районе гостиницы постоянные пробки. Цены на еду дороже чем в Галата порт. Комната была на 3 этаже, было тяжело подниматься с чемоданами по узкой лестнице. Было шумно из соседей, ближайших мечетей и стройки. Беруши в помощь.

Hotel in posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Goreme. Camera al secondo piano ampia come pure il bagno. Terrazzo con bel panorama al terzo piano. Colazione ottima con ampia possibilità di scelta.

Purtroppo manca uno spazio comune da condividere con amici. Il terrazzo al terzo piano non è coperto e in caso di pioggia è inutilizzabile.

The property was well located for all the main sites I wished to see ,these were all a short walk from the hotel. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars so eating out is not a problem but an adventure. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Taken all together this hotel was an excellent choice for a holiday and I would recommend it .

Entraba mucha luz a la habitación, solo eso. Hay que tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor pero la vista vale la.pena.

Отличное расположение, отличный дружелюбный персонал. Неплохой вид с террасы самого отеля и также хороший вид с террасы соседнего отеля, где подают завтрак. Завтрак обычный, но все вкусное и свежее.

Perfect localication with a (short!) walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, but in a quiet part of the dead-end street. Simple brekafast served in the top-roof terrace of the opposite building (which was completely not a problem :-) with a stunning view of a Bosphor. Beds were clean and acceptable. Steepy staircase could be tireing when carrying a huge suitcase on the upper floors. The cheerful staff was always ready to help. In the neighbourhood there is a "restaurant street" serving mainly local food with a reasonable prices. Absolute hit as of price-performance index. If I ever be in Stambul back, I'll pick this place once again!

The Air-Condition device was a bit noisy and didn't work as it we supposed it should (the room was always a bit too hot), but this is rather an indication what can be improved than a complaint ;-)
