Mattresses are a bit uncomfortable. Softer and more bouncy that you'd expect. Otherwise found no other issues

Close to many things to see in town. Very clean. The breakfast is excellent with fruits, berries, nuts, cereals, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, assorted spreads, juice, excellent coffee. The bed was comfortable. 2 luggage racks! Facial tissue in room and bathroom. Lotion, soap, shampoo, body wash. Refrigerator in room. Vintage place, very well done.

There was only one thing we disliked: slippery, synthetic sheets, not breathable. There’s nothing like cotton sheets, or at least a cotton blend.

I like the room, attached bathroom, kitchen space (excellent coffee machine & beans), but I especially liked the staff.

View from the room wasn’t the best and the location was a bit noisy given the nearby bar with live performers in its patio area (a minor concern only, the rooms were pretty well sound proofed).

The location can’t be beat. Only two blocks in every direction to everything Charlottetown has to offer.

The breakfast although good was not available until 8:00 AM each morning. For fans of a hearty breakfast in the morning this is not what might be for you. Each morning there was 3-4 types of fresh fruit, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, etc. also was 3-4 types of bread for toasting, bagels, sliced bread etc. also yogurt cups, sliced salami, mixed nuts, cheese cubes, 3 choices of dry cereal, oatmeal packs, and thaw and serve muffins There was a coffee machine that served drip coffee, latte, espresso, flat white etc. being a coffee snob I can tell you that the coffee was excellent. In the parlor down stairs there is a Kurig machine available any time. The parking is behind the building and there are only 4 spaces available down a very tight ally Otherwise you must park on the street, change for the meters are available at the front door

Doting staff (husband and wife); very clean property; nice perks, like generous free breakfast; chocolate almonds and other complementary sweets in parlor; lastly we did not have a car with us, it it appeared that they offered a dish of coins and were to help feed the street parking meters when the on-site parking was full. Super location- downtown but residential.

No complaints. I would suggest a stash of donated books that guests could borrow or swap.

The hosts took extra steps to ensure guests had a special experience. There were treats in the lobby and in the shared areas. There is a lovely coffee maker in the area where the continental breakfast is served. The host prepared fresh fruits, meats and cheeses in addition to the usual continental breakfast options.

We were very impressed with the Host. He was very kind and helpful.

Noise from the band playing at a pub across the street went on until 2:00 am.

Great breakfast nice clean well looked after place to stay

Prince Street Suites is a Heritage hotel. Although the interior, lobby and stairs going to the second floor are a little tight (being an old structure, the rooms are well-appointed and clean. The hotel is run by a charming Chinese couple who made sure everything is in order. The breakfast, which includes fresh fruits, is a definite plus. We’ll consider staying here again should we another visit to PEI in the future.

Our very friendly hosts provided a 5 star stay in their beautifully appointed heritage hotel. This hotel is top notch, a heritage property upgraded to today’s standards; tasteful interior design, super friendly and accommodating hosts; best breakfast bar so far into our 4 week Maritime vacation; close proximity to restaurants and an easy walk to historic and shopping sites. P.S. my husband says the T.V. package was the best so far in the Maritimes!

Prince Street Suites is a lovely place to stay in Charlottetown. Our room was large, with a good size bathroom and small area with fridge, sink, and microwave. The owners were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed with comfortable bed and quality towels and linens. The continental breakfast was varied and tasty and we appreciated having the coffee machine always available. Lastly the location is great for walking the downtown area of the city.

Good breakfast - upgraded continental. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown pubs and restaurants. Quiet area. Beautiful decor, and the most comfortable bed we slept in the entire trip! The owners were lovely people and very helpful.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel and the owners and as sweet as can be. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The daily breakfast is perfect for a busy day.

The proprietors were a lovely couple. The surroundings were clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with fresh muffins. You will not regret booking rooms.

This is a gem in Charlottetown. It's in a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The owners pay obvious attention to detail, and serve a very nice continental breakfast that includes fresh fruit daily. The beds are so comfortable and have beautiful Van Gogh inspired duvets. The owners always greet you with a smile and are eager to help with anything you need. We stayed for four nights and felt completely at home. Definitely a five star property!

Very nice bed-and-breakfast and a very central location in Charlottetown. Easy to walk down to the waterfront and to all the restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit, muffins and pastries, and plenty of yogurt and orange juice in the fridge. Felt like being at home.

Owners were extremely kind, our room was great, and the location was perfect.

Clean and well maintained property / bed and breakfast. Charming, not modern. Old fashioned decor, traditional, with colour palettes on the darker side. A good variety of continental breakfast options. 2-15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The managers/hosts, David and Helen, were kind and accessible. Excellent hosts.

Kitchen was well appointed- everything we’d want for breakfast. Loved that it was available through the day/evening as well. Room was cute and comfortable. Host was fantastic and accomodating all requests.

Street noise was definitely a negative - cars/motorbikes throughout night and the pubs live music and patrons were heard through night. Nothing than the b and b can help.

Room was a bit small but beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast included fruit and meat options and very good muffins. And our host Danny even went out and bought gluten free bread and English muffins to meet my wife’s dietary requirements. Ice was an issue, you have to break your ice cubes out of ice trays in the freezer. Danny needs to invest in an ice machine. We enjoyed our stay

The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Position of the hotel is so convenience for shopping, exploring and eating.

Every detail was planned ....the room decor was very personal/tasteful, mattress was phenomenal, even the towels were cozy. The owners are so sweet. Breakfast is simple but very adequate. You have never had a custom coffee in a B&B like this one! The location is a very easy walk to downtown and the waterfront.

Parking is limited but they do a great job accommodating you if you require metered street parking. It is hard to find a negative!

The location was good and the room was clean. Breakfast was good although no hot food. Bathroom was clean and big enough.

The room was extremely small. There was not enough room to keep suitcases open. There was only free parking for 4 vehicles behind the property. Day parking was at meters on the street in front.

Bed not very comfortable (also weirdly high, I could barely get into it).

Fresh, yummy breakfast daily. Very comfy bed, slept very well. Limited parking, but they even put money in the meter for you in the morning, if you parked overnight on street (free overnight), allowing you to eat and get ready for your day at a comfortable pace, stress-free. Convenient location, and David and Helen are lovely hosts.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, and muffins that were ,sooo! fresh and tasty, it is clear the owner and his wife take great pride in the providing a great experience.

Quaint "B&B" in the heart of Charlottetown. Located at the top of Prince St. only a 10 minute walk from Peake's Quay and 1 block over from all the shops on Queen St. make this gem a perfect location from which to explore the city. The hosts, David and Helen clearly take great care to look after their guests. Each morning a lovely continental breakfast awaits to start the day.

Our room, 5, was next to the break fast area so was quite noisy from 8am. Also the property is next to 3 bars and inn the Saturday night the music went on til 1am

After hotel hopping for a couple of days, this place felt like home. Bed and room very comfortable. Would and will come back.
