Andy's Blue House

Beautiful home, spacious room, good shower, very comfortable bed, good location, not far from the boardwalk around the coastline as well as to the lovely park. Breakfast was good, and Andy was an excellent host, making you feel very welcomed. He even went out of his way to take us back to the bus station for our trip back to Halifax, which was so kind. We loved Charlottetown very much - beautiful centre, good food and lovely people!

It was a beautiful Victorian house. Beautiful landscaping.

We had a suite w bathroom and two bedrooms perfect for my parents and I! Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. It was an older property with history really nice. The owners went above and beyond!

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. He asked about dietary restrictions and made a concerted effort to ensure the breakfast options were accommodating to our needs. We especially appreciated the dumplings. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The house was about 15-20 minutes' walk from downtown Charlotte, so that was very convenient. Check-in and check-out was simple and efficient.

Clean, comfortable, great location.

Mr Andy était très gentil avec la clientèle présente. Le déjeuner était bien, un peu de tout selon les goûts des clients. La demeure est belle et bien entretenue.

The house is bigger than the impression from the picture. It is in a quiet location not far from the water and the town centre, so very easy to walk. The room I stayed in was charming with enough storage area and a bath. Andy himself was very hospitable and helpful.

L’emplacement est bien. La chambre est spacieuse.

La maison a besoin de beaucoup d’amour et de quelques travaux. C’est une vielle maison, en dormant dans les chambres du bas vous entendez ceux qui rentrent et sortent. La salle de bain mériterait un peu plus d’équipement (porte serviette, étagères solides) et un entretien des joints silicone.

Location was in a quiet neighborhood, and they were very responsive in their communication. We had to leave earlier to catch a ferry and they offered to accomodate us with breakfast which was kind. However, it was really unappetizing and minimal so we just left and went elsewhere.

Bathroom so outdated and kind of gross...I knew it wasn't going to be a super nice place but you could hear everything from other rooms. The best description was it is an odd old house...

The owner Andy was extremely friendly and asked us our food preferences . This is a lovely bed and breakfast, centrally located and walkable to downtown. I would highly recommend!!

Andy had issues with Booking.com as I have had in the past but he got me a room at another of his locations which was fine. Breakfast was nice. My room was large, had a nice view and parking was easy.

朝食が ベジタリアン、ビーガン対応にはなっていなかったと思います。 マーケットはすぐそばにはないので車利用でない場合はバスもしくは 徒歩20分ぐらいかかると思います。

The host, Mr Andy, is super friendly and helpful 👍 He prepared breakfast by heart, and treated every guest as friends.

We enjoyed everything, but if one thing they could improve, we would suggest fixing the doors of the rooms, and some old facilities.

Andy is a great host. So kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The house is a lovely old house and in a beautiful neighborhood. We took many great walks at night. It was also easy to walk to the Harbour and Victoria Park. I would absolutely go back again.

Staff were very kind, check in was pretty easy. Helpful when we had a question about the temperature in one of the rooms. Good value for money. Offered us a booster chair for our toddler which was helpful. Very accommodating and moved seats around so that my family could sit together. Good value for money & good location (walkable to downtown).

The rooms seemed very basic / dated / bland / not cozy. It needs some fresh touches / upgrades to the rooms and an effort to decorate a bit more. Bathroom was outdated, mattress was not very comfortable. (shower water pressure was low). Breakfast on day 1 was pretty limited, eggs, dumplings, coffee/tea/sausages, bread (no juice, yogurt). On day 2, orange juice & yogurt were provided. Asian music playing in the breakfast area (not too loud) both days. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke near our room so had to keep doors closed.

Andy is the most gracious B&B host we have ever met through many years of travel. His lovely historic home is quite comfortable, and the location is convenient for walking to the waterfront park and downtown places of interest and restaurants.

As seniors, we felt there were too many stairs for us, our error in choosing, no fault of the host.

Andy met us at the door as soon as we arrived and gave us many helpful suggestions. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. Breakfast varied from continental to a full cooked breakfast. Restaurants in town were many and various. Andy was always available checking on his guests

Old home

It was a great place to stay. Very Clean and comfortable. It was an older house that was fixed nicely. The owners were very friendly. You had to drive to get anywhere but everything was close, about 5 minute car ride away. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was exquisite. Andy was a delightful man, making sure that all his guests were comfortable at all times. He even texted us when breakfast time was ending to see if we wanted something to eat as he hadn't seen us eating about an hour earlier. This type of care makes all the difference. Andy's Blue House has just the right amount of modern amenities, while still keeping it's old world charm. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit PEI.

Confortable bed, quiet and Andy is very nice

It’s very near town, and breakfast included, but we didn’t get to eat breakfast due to our very early ferry ride.

It was a bit cold in the unit, though the 2nd bedroom had a heater which was very useful.
