Silver Mounts Hotel

I like the rooms, the elevator and the location of the hotel. Also the cheap snacks and beer in the room is a good idea. The staff has also been great and very helpful.

Constant jackhammer noise from 7-8am everyday... Not a good idea if you like to wake up later than 8am... Also shower was flooding water. Toilet bidet was also leaking the floor. Old beat up furniture. Exterior of window very dirty and a pigeon nest.. And before check out the safe didn't unlocked with my code anymore so I had to go dowstairs in the lobby to get the safe unlocked. But staff was very helpful.

Que aparecieron cucarachas en la habitación y no estaba del todo limpio. Lo bueno es, que el personal de recepción cuando se lo comentamos, nos cambió de habitación rápidamente, aunque no mejoró mucho la situación.

Only the room was alright.

The staff was underperforming, the breakfast buffet was the most insufficient I experienced ever, with a free breakfast offered. We followed their advice to place a card on the door to clean our room and left by 10am for our day trip but when we arrived at 8pm it wasn't cleaned and we had to spend another 90mins out of our room so it would have been cleaned but when we returned the bedding wasn't changed and it smelled like somebody was smoking while so called cleaning the room. Really ridiculous. Never again.

Staff very helpful and location was wonderful. Breakfast was filling and enjoyable, room was large and super comfy.

Not much of a view from rooms, and sometimes night staff are lying sprawled out on sofas I lobby when it's quiet. It doesn't look professional.

The hotel was perfect. Great value for money, comfort and friendly staff, who were always ready and happy to help. One of the staff (can't remember his name but he is studying architecture in Norton University) who attended to me when I needed assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was great. Has everything within reach and proximity to everywhere I wanted to go.

The restaurant didn't have enough varieties of food. But it was decent, nourishing and satisfying.

The place was very dirty; the hallways smelled a bit suffocating. The carpet smell was strong, almost as if it has not been cleaned for a long time and even the elevator was dusty. The room was bearable, but the cleaning could still improve.

Bed was very comfortable, buffet breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. We had an issue with a/c and they immediately gave us a different room at 11pm

The staff at reception were always kind and helpful. There's something special about this place compared to a lot of the other hotels and guesthouses in this area. Of course the rooms are good size and immaculate. Little details like the cherry wood furniture in the rooms, step in shower as opposed to toilet-shower combo that gets your floor wet everywhere, comfy beds, spacious lobby with lived-in but communal sofas and lovely high ceilings with chandelier-like lighting. The location on low profile but nifty Street 172 (Restaurant Street), smack in the center and accessible by foot or tuktuk everywhere.

There are a few homeless people and beggars that are sometimes haunt the properties in the area. But that is to be expected.

The newly remodeled rooms are a big upgrade over my past experience in this hotel. Rooms in the back of the building are quiet.

Failed to clean my room. Had to ask to get anything including clean towels, coffee packets, and water bottles.

Отличное расположение, на улице много кафе, баров, магазинов, очень просторный номер, оборудован всем необходимым, большая ванная комната, есть фен, в номере тихо, бесшумный кондиционер, кровати большие, удобные, очень чисто. Завтраки - стандартный для ЮВА шведский стол.

At night we were checked in. That was good. The lady on the reception next day was friendly and offered assistance to call taxi. The hotel is close to the main sightseeings. If you need bars, they are around. The breakfast was quite ok but not many options. 1-2 nights maximum it’s fine

We asked the night duty to give us calm and not noisy room. He gave us nearby construction works 🙄 , so, at 7:00 am we were waked up. For sure he knew but anyway gave us that room. We saw cockroach in the room :(( and there were dirty spots on the pillows. Not feel comfortable, there are many bars around, too noisy and dirty outside.

Prima comfortabel hotel,. Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Prima locatie voor divers vertier. Centraal met het oog op markten, boulevard en sightseeing., zoals Koninklijk Paleis en Nationaal Museum.

The location was good, with lots of restaurants and a few small bars just outside.

I am a disabled person and have a large walking frame that I need to use so I can get around. I asked the hotel if they had disabled access before I booked and was assured that they had two ramps at the front of the hotel. On arrival i was not able to get into the hotel because all along the front was the hotel staff motorbikes blocking the ramps and the steps, also staff cars blocked in all the motorbikes it was a complete nightmare stay 😳 with so many things that are wrong. I will not waste my time getting into a battle with the hotel over this because I have already paid for another stay in May. If i could get a full refund for that stay i would except it in a heartbeat.

Good clean friendly hotel,great position near to royal palace. Lots of decent restaurants in same street.Good buffet breakfast. Highly recommended for family's and everyone.

I have been staying here for years. It's a great location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on the same street. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is generous for the price. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning and fridge.

Super, le personnel est très gentil et le logement est bien situé. Dans la rue il y a plusieurs restaurants et c’est assez proche des centres d’intérêts.

Emplacement parfait, on peut tout faire à pied et on est très proches des agences de bus pour changer de ville. Chambre spacieuse, propre et literie confortable. Wifi impeccable. Rue calme. Service de laundry en 24h juste en face de l’hôtel très pratique. Petit déjeuner tôt le matin à la carte rapide et bon. Plus tard il passe en buffet et c’est bien moins qualitatif à mon goût mais ça fait le job.

- L’hôtel est bien situé - Le personnel est très arrangeant. Nous avons pu faire un Check-in très tôt, dès notre arrivée en bus de nuit

L’hôtel est très vieillissant, l’odeur n’y est pas très agréable. On se croirait presque dans une maison de retraite…

Otelin girişi hariç asansörlerin içi dahil kaldığım oda korkunç şekilde kirliydi.Camlar sanki 1 yıl silinmemis, duş gideri tıkalı gelip baktılar ama sorun çözülmedi .Mobilya olarak kullanılan eşyalar son derece eskiydi. Dolap kapakları düşüyordu.Nahoş bir koku tüm otele sinmisti. Perdeler sanirim son 5 yıldır yıkanmamıştı zaten tülde yoktu. Asansör kapısı önündeki çiçek saksısı ile duvar arasında örümcek ağı vardı gidilip bakılsın hala ordadır. Yerel hanımlarla gecelemeye gelen ingilizler Otel müşterilerinin çoğunluğunu oluşturuyordu. Son dip not vasat bile diyemeyeceğim bir otel.
