De tweede keer hadden we een kamer die dicht bij de gang lag. Hierdoor halmde het erg en hoorde we de hele nacht mensen praten en een hond blaffen.

Personale cordialissimo, ho dovuto aggiungere una notte in più di pernottamento e mi hanno subito assistito. La struttura si trova a Cancún “downtown”, a pochi passi trovate la fermata bus che vi porta nella zona hotelera. Attorno all’hotel ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercati… È un quartiere molto “local” Camera spaziosa e le signore delle pulizie puliscono molto bene e fino a tardi Condizionatore efficiente Letto comodo

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Este hotel tiene habitaciones cómodas, limpias y camas muy cómodas. Como recomendacion deverian de arreglar los ventiladores de la recepción porque el tiempo de espera alli se siente infernal xq no hay clima y los ventiladores no funcionaban.
Las piscina se podían digamos usar, pero podrian tener mas cuidado con la limpieza de las mismas. Las habitaciones q dan mas cerca a la calle sobre todo a la esquina, cuando es fin de semana y hay personas pasando los perros q tienen el vecino de contra esquina no dejan dormir.

Комната воняла сыростью и затхлостью, отель старый, требует ремонта, плохой напор в душе, видать забилась лейка. Ужасная звукоизоляция. Всю ночь шум людей на рецепшене, крики, разговоры. Шум от работы какого-то насоса или вентилятора, шум воды в фонтане на рецепшене.

Where to begin? Booking photos are far from reality. Rooms are very small and very dark - most have windows leading to corridors not outside. Unfomfortable beds and pillows. Very noisy AC. Very noisy hotel overall. Unking personnel. Very basic breakfast. Rather unpleasant experience.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Nära till buss och 7/11 och andra matbutiker och restauranger. Trevlig personal. Trodde det var frukostbuffé men det är en enklare kontinental frukost men bra! Vi hade en kackerlacka på rummet men fick byta direkt och efter det inga problem. Första rummet var väldigt tyst. När vi fick byta hamnade vi mot gatan där det var en del ljud, men tystande vid 12-1 på natten. Jag skulle bo här igen.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Don't stay in this hotel if you enjoy a night cap or have alcoholic duty free as this hotel has a no alcohol policy on the premises or in your room good hotel if your with AA. I was made to sign a waiver that I wouldn't bring alcohol into the hotel I think they discriminate between Mexican and westerners I was made to wear a wristband as a 7 days I stayed at this hotel where I saw Mexicans there I didn't have any wristbands on. The girls on the front desk were ok they like to joke between each other in Mexican about the customer but the maids really nice and friendly. It's in a good location but most of the hotels have got to know alcohol policy so if you like a little nightcap before you go to bed don't stay this hotel chain. One more thing, there's a dog barking every single night from almost just after 12:00 till about 4:00 in the morning and it's sometimes constant sometimes it takes a break for half an hour and then he'll continue, The hotel doesn't think to shut the two glass doors at the front to stop the noise from coming in or speaking to the people who own the dog and telling them that we have people that are staying at the hotel and can you move your dogs to the other side of the house, so if you want to get some sleep at night this is not the best place to do it

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026En general lo recomiendo, excelente servicio, limpieza y trato del personal me encanto, solo les recomiendo que no compren el paquete con desayunos ya que todos los dias te sirven lo mismo edta rico pero si no hay para elegir, yo habia entendido que era bufet pero NO Resultó ser tipo americano.
El desayuno pense que sería bufet y resulto que todos los dias fue huevo, frijoles y chilaquiles.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Hotel was in downtown close to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. There was a nice refreshing pool, and another on the roof that was being remodeled. The rooms were large and modern with comfortable beds and a large walk in shower that was great for my mom who uses a walker. The Restaurant in lobby was delicious and convenient. Staff was very nice & helpful.
Didn't like the fact that we could NOT bring alcoholic drinks to OUR room or anywhere on the property for fear of being evicted and the Hotel could be shut down! Thought that was unusual since WE ARE IN MEXICO!!! They could also use bars in the bathroom for handicap accessibility.

Que lamentablemente el vecino de enfrente tiene dos perros que ladran casi toda la noche y por el diseño o la estructura del hotel, hace resonancia en las habitaciones y parece que los perros están ladrando dentro de las mismas, no es apto para quienes tenemos el sueño ligero.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026I liked the property is located on AV Talum a major street in Centro Cancun (downtown). The property is located about 2-3 blocks from ADO bus station. City transportation, food and shopping is accessible once you walk outside the main lobby doors. The room and hotel was clean. The front desk staff and house keeping were kind.
I stayed in room 101. I didn’t like my room despite being told the elevator was broken. I didn’t like the two hard beds. The room didn’t come with blankets on the bed. For the lights, air conditioning to work my key card had to remain in the light slot. I had to request a plunger because the toilet was backed up. The air conditioning did not have an adjustment switch, it was either on or off. The room was old, for the amount of money paid per night the price should have been discounted. The loud noise from the club was annoying. I didn’t raise the shade because I didn’t want anyone looking in on me. The room didn’t have a microwave. Last the towels were old and warm and no face- wash clothes provided. The water from the shower got all over the floor. The cold wet tile can cause a slip and fall. I will not return to this hotel in Cancun. The hotel is located right next door to an abandon building.
