Friendly staff at especially when I first checked in. The gentleman was great but I forgot his name Charic or something like that. Loved that there was coffee in the lobby along with a place to purchase food.

More control over the air condition…sometimes it would get too hot or too cold. Maybe fluffier pillows would be nice. Having a table to sit at and be able to eat would be good.

Stay was comfortable, room was clean, wifi worked properly and the hotel location is great. The Breakfast at the hotel cafe was very good and Donna went out of her way to make us comfortable. We really appreciate her service.

There is no way to contact house keeping services directly by calling them from the room. The only number that could be called is front desk and it did not work so I had to go down to front desk multiple times for any requests.

Quiet location and close to Disneyland. The staff is always friendly. This is our go-to place whenever we want to spend the night.

I got charged without staying I went to the hotel and they said I never had a reservation But I had to pay anyways. I called in same thing. I did all my research to why I could book or stay no options I did everything. Shame on you!! $200 a night I had to sleep in my car. Now that’s crazy Unprofessional 100%

I chose this hotel because I was taking my Physical Therapist licensure board exam the following morning and wanted a quiet, comfortable place to get a good night’s sleep before one of the most important exams of my career. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Throughout the night, the fire alarms repeatedly went off—approximately every three hours, around 48 minutes past the hour. As you can imagine, this made it nearly impossible to get any meaningful sleep. I arrived at my licensing exam exhausted and frustrated after paying for a room specifically to avoid that situation. I understand that guest safety is always the top priority, and I appreciate that fire alarms should never be ignored. However, there was little communication about what was happening, and the repeated disruptions throughout the night made for an extremely disappointing stay. When guests choose a hotel before an important event—whether it’s a licensing exam, a job interview, or a medical procedure—they are trusting that they will have a restful environment. Unfortunately, this stay failed to provide that. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve communication and guest accommodations when situations like this occur. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here if you need a reliable night’s sleep before an important event. I considered staying another night but was told it could be an issue again.

The property was clean and the staff was great! We also had a great view of the Disneyland fireworks works and we loved that!!

I didn’t get a room that had an open shower from what I had seen in the photos. Food at the Bistro was okay.

Hidden parking fees! We literally stayed there. Should be included in price. Also, we were asleep and staff came to the room banging to give us towels we didnt ask for. They knocked 4 times. Very disappointed in how loud the halls were. Very frustrated with the cost.

The barista at the coffee shop was noticeably unfriendly and tough with the kids, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, we purchased a hotel bundle advertised as “breakfast included,” but in practice it only reduced the bill by $40. This felt misleading and unprofessional in terms of how the package was promoted.

We loved the proximity to the Toy Story Parking shuttle to Disney. Kids loved the pool, which was warm. The hot tub wonderfully hot. There was even a third, small shallow baby pool. The pool towels were the biggest pool towels I have ever seen. We had a late dinner at the Bistro, with an excellent cobb salad. Jeff the main bar/dinner guy was kind and quickly got our starving kids food. All staff was helpful, professional and friendly. Walking in to the lobby late afternoon from Disney, hot and tired after walking back from the shuttle, we were greeted with complimentary ice cold water and juice. At check-in, the kids received a bag with juice, crayons and a coloring page. Those were nice touches welcoming us. I like the big walk in shower, and thick towels. There was a microwave in the ice room, which was handy for a late dinner warm-up. The Bistro served Starbucks coffee, plus there was the Kurig with generic coffee in room. The pillow top mattresses and fluffy pillows were comfy. I would recommend this for families.

The staff were wonderful and very attentive.

Our room had a vibration which they said was from the elevator motor, but it was consistent and kind of unnerving. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

I really do not have anything I didn't like. There was not one poor experience and/or interaction during my stay. However, Parking is a bit challenging.

I stayed here for one night and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience. The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but there were several issues during our stay. When we first checked in, they told us they couldn’t find our reservation and suggested we might be at the wrong hotel, mentioning that people often confuse them with another hotel down the street. We drove around trying to find the other location with no luck, only to later double-check our reservation and realize we were at the correct hotel all along. When we returned, they were able to find our booking—it turns out the system had entered my last name as my first name and vice versa. After finally getting to our room late (around 10:30pm), we toon showers and got ready for bed. While using the hair dryer that’s provided from the hotel, the power in the entire room went out around 11:30pm. When I called the front desk, we were told we had to pack up all of our belongings and switch rooms because the electrician had already gone home. Having to fully move rooms that late at night was extremely inconvenient. Overall, while the staff was kind, the experience was stressful and poorly handled. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

First thing was the staff was so excellent the customer service was phenomenal. It was really appreciated after a long ride. Very clean and modern room.

I will not stay at a Courtyard again. I think the “cafe” is such a horrible money grab serve a breakfast a don the pay for breakfast but then get a credit for extremely overpriced crap at the cafe is horrible.

I recently stayed at this Courtyard location with my family and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. We were assigned a room extremely far from the only working elevator. The room was located next to a non-working elevator, which meant a very long walk from the main entrance and the functional elevator. Traveling that distance multiple times with family made the situation even more inconvenient. I asked the front desk if it would be possible to switch rooms due to the distance and the non-working elevator. The solution offered was a room only three doors down, which didn’t address the actual issue at all. It felt like there was little understanding of the problem or real effort to resolve it. The location of the hotel is good, but the staff response was underwhelming and not particularly helpful. A bit more attentiveness and willingness to accommodate reasonable requests would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
