La chambre n’a pas de fenêtre donc il y a bcp d’humidité et le déshumidificateur n’est pas assez puissant pour palier au problème. La salle de bain est délimitée par une simple vitre en verre dépoli et laisse donc passer tous les bruits Le petit déjeuner se passe en réalité dans le café d’à côté. Attention la réduction annoncée n’est valable uniquement sur les produits à la carte. Une caution de 100€ vous sera demandé lors du Check in.

何より、カトン地区に近いのでお土産、食事などショッピングが徒歩圏内でとても便利でした。

バスルームと部屋の仕切りが磨りガラスで、かつ便座がベッド側に位置するため、うっすらと透けてしまうこと。

観光地中心部へすぐなのでよい。 空港からもタクシーでマリーナまでいくよりは近い。 なにより、セントーサ島でのアクティビティチケットが1枚もらえる。 小さなペットボトルの水、 コーラやスプライト、少しのスナックが部屋にあり、フリーでした。 夜中到着でも受け入れてくれること。

メトロの駅からは遠い。 マリーナ市街へはバスがすぐ近くなので、そちらが便利。 あと、セントーサ島のチケットはメールで問い合わせても現地で聞いてくれとしか答えてくれない。 チェックイン時にも何も言われず、 部屋にも何も書いていなかった。 フロントへ行って聞くと、 QRコードを提示してくれてそこから入手できた。 使い方も説明してくれない。 入手したチケットをセントーサ島のビーチステーション1階のサービスカウンターで提示するとチケット交換してくれて、 それを好きなアクティビティ受付にだすと一つ無料で体験できる。 私は4Dシアターをみた。 4種類あるうちの一つだけ見れる。 向こうからいりますか？ と聞いてくれるべきでは？？ 内容を聞いても、スタッフはあまりわかっていないようだった。

スタッフの皆さんとっても親切でした。4泊しましたが、部屋の掃除はお願いせず、足りない物をフロントでリクエストしたらすぐに用意してくれました。バスタブありの部屋にアップグレードしていただき快適でした。 周りにモールやコンビニもあってとても便利です。

駅からは少し歩きます。

I specifically wanted to be away from the downtown area, and the neighbourhood was a delight for wandering and eating. Super easy access to the MRT as well.

地點好，旁邊有百貨附近有早餐，這次想吃當地早餐沒享用一樓咖啡廳。 除了房卡只有一張，家人中要單人出門比較不便，其他設備跟房間舒適，頂樓還有游泳池可放鬆。

Great location with friendly and helpful staff

Good hotel for an overnight stopover. Lovely view from our window of the old buildings in Katong. Free soft drinks and nibbles in the mini bar. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The bathroom could use some maintenance. The sink wasn’t draining properly. The shower had soapscum on the glass and some mould in the corners.

It was located in Joo Chiat.....the place we wanted to be.

We paid more for the location (in Joo Chiat area) more than for the facilities. Could have stayed at IBIS at half the price.

Friendly staff and good value for money in a prime location. The rooftop pool is delightful. Coffee machine in the lobby which is a nice place to relax.

Bed was a little hard and one day my room wasn't cleaned at all.

Le personnel était très aimable. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien aménagées. La climatisation fonctionne tres bien. La piscine sur le toit est un grand plus et les serviettes de bain sont mises à disposition. Il y a également des boissons (eau, café) et des biscuits à volonté dans le hall d’entrée. L’hôtel est bien situé, les transports en commun sont à proximité et il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans le quartier.

Les chambres et les salles de bain sont un peu petites, il manque de l’espace pour mettre les valises et les affaires.

Great location, walking distance to Joo Chiat Rd, the MRT and hawker centres. The room was a good size and price for Singapore. Love the rooftop pool at sunset!

早餐非常好，就是人有点多。落日也很美，房间看出去的景色也很漂亮。

游泳池，我不知道为什么有那么多人穿的长袍就在水里泡着。难道不应该穿泳衣吗？这是我有点难受的地方。

The hotel is quite nice and in a lovely area of Singapore that we know well.

Our room was fairly small. Difficult with several pieces of luggage. Sufficient for one night. The glass partition between room and bathroom is not very private. There’s no stopping bay in front of the hotel which makes it difficult for taxi.

We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated, and we chose to pay for a room upgrade. The room had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was incredibly quiet, making for a fantastic night's sleep. The location is excellent, with plenty of great places to eat just a short walk away.

Es una zona fuera del centro, por lo que es muy tranquila y agradable. Y en Grab, se llega al centro muy fácilmente. Justo debajo hay una cafeteria-restaurante donde puedes hacer cualquier comida.

La habitación triple es demasiado pequeña. No había sitio donde dejar el equipaje.

カトンエリアにあり近くにバス停、歩いて10分くらいでMRTマリンパレード駅があるのでマリーナベイサンズやチャイナタウンへの利便性が良くなりました。周辺にラクサ、カヤトースト、バクテーの名店があるのも良いです。

子供の団体と重なって夜10時過ぎでも声や物音がうるさかった。

The location is perfect with the MRT close by and numerous malls and nice restaurants.

1. Cleanliness is the main issue. Dusty everywhere and the corners in the bathroom were full of mold. 2. The room was really noisy with sounds coming from the street penetrating directly into the room.

Weird smell, room shower doesn’t drain properly , toilet smells stale. Carpet floor feels icky.

Great position, lovely staff, room was comfortable. Excellent coffee and beeakfast available from the restaurant downstairs.

My only major gripe was that there was way too much chlorine in the pool. Only minor gripe was that the hallways are freezing.

Beautifully refurbished set of shop houses. Lots of nods to the local culture.

The bikes for rent at the hotel looked lovely but were too small for Europeans to ride! But we returned them almost straight away for a full refund so no harm done!

Nice central location to alot of walkable places.
