The WiFi wasn't accessible in the rooms. That's the only negative.

Comfortable beds, welcoming staff. Close to town

Beautiful location with great views from the dining area. Lovely hostel with friendly staff and a good vibe. People who stayed were mostly into hiking. Self catering kitchen was well organised and run. Room was typical hostel size but clean.

Property needs a little updating, especially the ensuite bathrooms.

Really good price - £18 for a dorm bed. Clean and spacious facilities. Each bed had a power socket and light. The dorms had ensuites. The communal area was spacious with plenty of seating and the kitchen was well stocked. Btw - the evening chap who checked me in was really friendly and helpful! Many thanks! Walking distance to Conwy town and plenty of secure on-site parking.

The only thing missing were lockers in the dorms.

工作人员都特别特别友好！青旅距离康威火车站700米，坡上，青旅门口有公交车（运行大概一小时一班车，是个环线车，如果时间赶巧又拉着行李建议坐，始发站在康威火车站旁边，谷歌导航只显示步行…）住宿环境不错，房间内就有卫生间可以淋浴，楼道里也有男女混用卫生间和淋浴间，公共空间超大，厨房很大，应有尽有~有一大片花园，洗衣房有晾衣杆，退房后可以免费寄存行李。

Room was suffocating as couldnt open a window. Beds were not comfortable at all. Felt like sinking in the middle. The green dim light stays on all night. So not for people who are used to sleep in pitch dark.

Bardzo późne zameldowanie i bardzo wczesne wymeldowanie. Pokój dostaliśmy zupełnie inny niż był opłacony, oświetlenie i kontakt przy łóżku nie działały. Nie pozwolono nam wejść pół godziny wcześniej mimo że pokój był wolny.

Would have loved another couch or two, options to meet new people (e.g. a couch/corner to sit in specific for people happy to meet others). Having a bathroom in the room can be a convenient thing but not great for smell and noises (unfortunately, another traveller was quite ill in the toilet during my stay and I couldn't find an alternative showeroom).

Это большой хостел, который оснащен всем необходимым. Есть кухня с большим количеством оборудования и двумя холодильниками. В отдельной комнате было комфортно, насколько это возможно. За стеной общий туалет, где то и дело шумит сушилка, но мне это не мешало.

Расположение перекрывает все плюсы, потому что подниматься от вокзала нужно в бесконечную гору. Даже налегке после целого дня прогулок это непросто, не говоря уже о дне приезда с чемоданом и рюкзаком. Без машины категорически не рекомендую.

Price was good, Wifi in common area decent. Cafe on facility was nice. Staff was friendly.

Great location, staff were lovely, by far the nicest YHA I've ever stayed in.

Only annoying thing was the light in the ensuite bathroom being on a timer that took a really long time to turn off!

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the lounge was also nice. I liked the assortment of leaflets available to plan activities.

I didn't like the uphill walk to the hostel each time. The WiFi only worked in the kitchen and not in the dorms. I didn't like the check out time being so early. They had books available for younger and older people but not many catered towards teens/young adults.

Incredible views from the hostel of both coast and mountains. Friendly, helpful staff and everything we needed was available.

La chambre, les jeux, les espaces de détente avec des vues magnifiques à 360° sur la région, le self qui propose des petits-déjeuners et repas, la cuisine partagée très propre et très bien équipée !

Installer des volets ou stores extérieurs, notamment sur le côté sud, parce que ça va chauffer dans les années à venir

Le logement était bien équipé surtout la cuisine, il y avait tout ce qui fallait. Logement simple mais efficace!

Logement un peu vieux, pourrait être rénové. Il fait très chaud dans les chambres et pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en grand. L'auberge est un peu loin du centre donc pas super pratique sans voiture.

Widok z okna był bardzo ładny. Czysta i wygodna łazienka, dostęp do kuchni, możliwość przechowywania za darmo bagażu oraz korzystania z toalety przed zameldowaniem lub wymeldowaniu. Ławki na zewnątrz obiektu. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum.

Podłoga niedokładnie odkurzona, na dywanie było dużo włosów, meble przestarzałe, grzejnik odrapany, brak stolika czy krzesła w pokoju,łóżko piętrowe. Dolne łóżko tak nisko, że nie dało się na nim siedzieć w pozycji wyprostowanej. Czyli nie dało się siedzieć w pokoju. Byłam sama, więc dla mnie było ok, ale dla 2 osób pokój był za ciasny. Okno otwierane tylko na 10 cm. Warunki typowe dla schroniska młodzieżowego.

L’ostello si trova in posizione ottima per visitare la città ed è dotato di parcheggio gratuito. Un apprezzamento anche per l’edificio che è immerso nel verde ed è una bella architettura. Gareth che ci ha accolto è stato molto cordiale e gentile.

Peccato per la stanza minuscola e per il letto a castello, poco confortevole e molto rumoroso ad ogni movimento. Negativo anche il bagno senza finestra, senza dispenser nella doccia e asciugamani disponibili solo a pagamento. Nel complesso, non è economico per essere un ostello e, considerando il prezzo, mi sarei aspettata qualche servizio in più

Sadly very tired - bathrooms in particular need a good clean/renovation and some air freshener.

Hostel agréable et confortable, très familial, avec grande cuisine et salle à manger ainsi que des chemins de randonnée conseillés et un bon petit déjeuner.

La chambre a chauffé toute la journée avec peu d'aération : il y faisait facilement plus de 30 degrés en rentrant à 19H... Heureusement ça a baissé et la réception a fourni un ventilateur. Chambre privée très petite avec peu d'équipements. Attention enfin à la montée abrupte de 10 minutes depuis la gare !

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, la grande tenda familiare in cui abbiamo alloggiato era assolutamente confortevole e dotata di letti molto comodi e anche di allacci per il ricarico dei cellulari. Comodo anche poter utilizzare la cucina per prepararsi i propri pasti e la ampia sala dove mangiare.. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente, molto utile.

Forse i servizi igienici potrebbero essere migliorati leggermente, un po’ caro il prezzo per il noleggio del singolo asciugamano. Per la categoria di accoglienza, cioè un ostello, il prezzo pagato pagato lo ho trovato un po’ eccessivo..

I give this hostel a score of 1, only because there is no option for 0. I booked two nights, but my train arrived after the front desk hours, so I asked the hostel how to check in at that time. They told me they could not let me check in for "security reasons" and that I would have to find somewhere else to stay for the first night. I asked for a refund for that first night, but they refused, citing the "non‑refundable" policy. This is not the first time I have arrived after reception hours, but it is the first time I have been turned away. On every previous occasion, the hotel and I were able to work out a solution. I manage a 3* hotel. Our front desk closed at 20:00, but we never – for any reason, even security – refused check‑in to any guest arriving after that time. The hospitality industry is supposed to make things convenient for guests; service awareness is essential. This hostel has none of that awareness. No rating is too low for them.

Quiet private room with ensuite bathroom - didn't eat there but dining room/catering looked good. Location is amazing with great views over the surrounding area (a steep walk uphill out of town but didn't bother us) - and is very quiet

Not their fault but we were there in a heatwave and it was impossible to get bedroom cool! For the money would have liked tea/coffee/milk provided which you do find in some hostels (though staff v friendly and they offered to let us have some)

Rooms where very dusty and needed a good vac,ideally could do with a freshen up,there where loads of sweets from previous person down back of bed etc

I really liked the property. The staff were cooperative and forthcoming. Breakfast was provided at relatively cheaper price. It was really fun to stay with kids in the tent. They found it really joyful and adventurous. Last but not the least, the property is located at the center and is close to recreational resorts.

Location was brilliant. Staff were great and very attentive to the children. They loved the games room and lounge area. We definitely had our value for money and would definitely return! The views are incredible! Watching the sunset whilst eating our evening meal was wonderful.

I wasn’t expecting much because it’s a hostel but oh my goodness it changed my perspective, it was clean, private, staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Gareth the warden was wonderful and another male warden was too. The shower was good. The beds were clean and the view was excellent. The garden was a good place to eat breakfast. The self catering kitchen was well stocked.

The place needs a refresh. The garden needs a little love perhaps a few herbs in planters. 2 of the bunk beds in room 4 had no lights or power sockets. The curtains in room 4 needed to have additional hanger loops on the ends so they could hang correctly across their lengths. The hot water boiler in the self catering kitchen needs repairing.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were perfect with everything you need including lots of inside and outside space to chill.

We stayed in the Yurt which was great, but struggled in the morning for the shared bathroom because had to wait for them to become free

Everyone was so friendly and the facilities were perfect. We have never stayed in a hostel before but we would definitely go there again.

The hill walking up to it was a little bit of a challenge so just be aware of this if you’re like me and have dodgy knees.

The views are incredible, good brekkie and friendly staff. Kitchen well equipped and the Bell Tent is very comfortable!

We stayed in the hostel with our children in private room for one night. We really enjoyed communal areas as well as outdoor space and equipment was quite good. It was also quite useful to have a restaurant option in the place as well as kitchen for own cooking. Staff were very nice and helpful and they let us store our luggage before checking in as we arrived early. The place was clean and well organised. Nice location at the top of the hill with amazing views and walking distance to town centre, only bit hard to reach with all the luggage without the car...Overaly we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!:-D

I missed footmat in the bathroom after the shower and would welcome to have at least hand towel as part of the basic equipment in the bathroom. But that was minor thing compared to the rest of our experiance which was overly positive.
