Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Das Hotel liegt wirklich ruhig, weit ab von Städten und Stränden. Dank der ruhigen Umgebung konnten wir hier friedlich und tief schlafen. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass hier so viele Pilger sind, die wenig Rücksicht auf andere nehmen, wenn sie nachts ankommen oder früh am Morgen aufbrechen... Die von uns gebuchten Zweibettzimmer waren schön und geräumig, ebenso wie das angeschlossene Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist angenehm und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Die Dame im Frühstücksraum gibt sich große Mühe, sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.
Das Hotel liegt wirklich abgelegen. Deshalb braucht man hier unbedingt ein Auto. Im Hotel ist es extrem kalt – die Klimaanlage ist wirklich übertrieben eingestellt. Im Flur und im Frühstücksraum friert man buchstäblich. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte eher gelangweilt und desinteressiert. Auf den Fotos sieht das Hotel modern aus, in Wirklichkeit ist es jedoch ziemlich abgenutzt. Der Swimmingpool ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Alles in allem ist es eher ein teures Pilgerhotel als eine gute Unterkunft.

It does feel a little stripped back for just dealing with overnighting pilgrims with no bar or extra facilities. The pool had some missing tiles.

The pool area is not as nice as on the photos. I also didn’t like the tiles in the bathroom, I’m sure they were clean but once wet they looked kinda dirty. All in all I expected something nicer for the price.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La Pousada es preciosa. Las instalaciones y el entorno. El desayuno muy rico también, y las camas comodísimas (lo que se valora especialmente cuando llegas del Camino). Especial mención para el personal de recepción, Sara, y especialmente la Srta. Cuca. Solícita, atenta y muy implicada a la hora de resolver una pequeña incidencia que me surgió. Cuando te encuentras tan lejos de casa, encontrar a personas así de amables y comprensivas te hace sentir tan acogida como si estuvieras en ella. Gracias, nuevamente. Un abrazo.

Een industriële look wat het geheel een 'killig' gevoel geeft. Heel onpersoonlijke ontvangst. Aan zwembad 8-tal ligzetels en 3 parasols, veel te weinig voor dergelijk hotel. Mensen moesten in het gras liggen. in het zwembad komen overal de tegeltjes los. Hotel kan een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken. Kamers wel proper.

El baño, cuando nos duchamos había agua por el suelo y el suelo del baño es bastante feo. Las chicas de la recepción eran un poco frías durante el check-in. El hotel necesita mantenimiento.

Het is een betonblok zonder ziel. Geen terras oid om wat te drinken of eten. Hooguit n blikje uit de automaat. De badkamer is ingericht alsof ik in een verzorgingshuis zit. Heel bijzonder.

Reviewed May 25, 2026What a lovely place to spend the night after a very hard day in the Camino. There isn’t much accommodation in the town itself and it was worth the splurge. We used the pool (cold but refreshing), loved the breakfast but especially loved the bed and pillows - like sleeping on a cloud

I think this place was way overpriced… i stayed at just as nice and spacious places for less than half the price. The breakfast did not start until 8am which i felt was really late!

Reviewed May 18, 2026After walking 15 miles, the pool was welcoming to soak our feet. Great location to the Camino. The desk clerk was extremely helpful.
I thought the breakfast was going to be hot, but I was still glad to get a nice meal before starting another 15 mile day.
