- Die Betten waren total durch. Wir beide hatten Rückenschmerzen. Die Matratze hatte eine Wölbung, weil sie so durchgelegen war. - Das Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt.

Habitacion grande con cocina y neverita...piscina muy bien,de dia solo tumbona,de noche hasta las 00.00(el horario es hasta las 18.00),pero si no haces ruido,no saltas,no grites,lo pases de malavilla...cada noche cenamos en la piscina(la gente empezo a copiarnos...jajjaja).

La ubication...el resort se extiende por muchas calles....depende donde te toca...l

Nothing really works well

The apartments were spacious and very clean. The pools were full perfect for small children but no adult swim pools. The entertainment team were super friendly and engaging.

The food was poor. The dining room had no air conditioning and insufficient ceiling fans. The entertainment area was extremely hot with no air conditioning and unpleasant to sit in. When the kids disco was taking place it was unbearable and the children were all so hot and bothered. The staff on reception were ok. On arrival we were just given a small map and left to find our apartment. On the day we were leaving I was told I had to pay for a cot which I never ordered and had twice told the staff that. No one asked if we’d had a night stay or wished us a safe flight - simple, decent gesture.

1) харчування хороше, якісне, різноманітне 2) на території дуже багато басейнів 3) є багато розваг для дітей на території 4) хороша анімація (мови: англ, нім., ісп.) 5) весь персонал був завжди дуже уважним та корисним 6) номер великий, зручний 7) завжди можна знайти вільний шезлонг біля басейнів 8) жодного росіянина не зустріла

1) не було ні чаю, ні кави в номері, хоча і були електрочайник та капсульна кавоварка. Це було би не зайвим, не зважаючи на наявність мінікухні, бо не усі ж гості планують нею користуватися. 2) питна вода не поновлювалась щодня (була лише 1 пляшка в день заїзду) 3) далекувато до пляжу (близько 15 хв) 4) сніданок з 7 до 10. Було би зручніше, якби був до 10:30. 5) не було кондиціонеру для волосся, косметики для тіла, мінімального гігієнічного набору (ватні диски, палички)

El kids club, la ubicacion y la amplitud del apartamento.

Cocina muy pequeña y poco equipada. Muy pocos utensilios y no había horno. Hay que cruzar carretera con coches para ir a la piscina, recepción, etc. con los niños es un poco peligroso. Frigorífico roto, armario sin estanterías ni perchas, solo un hueco vacío. Las TV de las habitaciones no funcionaban. No hay control para entrar en el hotel desde el exterior. Cualquier persona de la calle puede acceder al hotel porque está todo abierto y no hay ningún control. No había aire acondicionado en el lounge y comedor, no se podía estar. Hay varias posicionas pero son bastante pequeñas y hay demasiada gente, muchas colchonetas…y el agua no muy limpia.

La comida repetitiva, poca calidad, horarios para extranjeros (el almuerzo hasta las 2 y la cena hasta las 9), el agua de las piscinas parecía crema, sucia y con arena en el fondo, la distancia de la habitación hasta el único comedor era muy grande....

Liked the facilities available and the location.

The sofas in the rooms are in dire need of upgrading. The pillows also need upgrading. The room we had was right next to the pool table and arcade. Do not go for this room as you won't have any rest at all. Have to pay a deposit on towels. Take your own. Bar prices if self catering are expensive.

I like how big it was and nice to have options of pools. The animation team was amazing. So fun to see their shows. The girls are so sweet and friendly. They just became our friends and they made our trip even better. Especially Nathalie she is the sweetest and is so amazing with the kids. We will miss all the girls very much! The bar tenders were also very friendly and fun to talk to.

I was not very happy about the people at the reception. They were rude from the day we came. Especially one boy named Nemo.

Petite terrasse sans ombrage, et la point vraiment négatif : climatisation qui est tombée en panne. Mais ... on a relogé pour la dernière nuit et la direction avec l'aide du réceptionniste a fait un geste financier et commercial que nous avons apprécié

Logement et environnement très bien . C’est grand et bien entretenu.Plusieurs piscines, nous avons toujours eu des transats de libre. Facile pour prendre le bus vers port Alcudia ou la ville. Bon petit déjeuner et déjeuner dans la zone D à la carte …beaucoup moins de monde

Le restaurant principale et la zone pour les spectacles. Trop de monde , repas correct sans plus..dessert zéro .

Studio room was perfect - very clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen for a few days of very light cooking, good aircon and fan, daily cleaning service, excellent pools. Property is very well kept and has 5-6 different pools and outdoor / indoor playground for kids. Good restaurants at 10-15mins walk.

The property is huge, depending which block your room is it might be a 7-8mins walk from reception. Not a big deal but worth considering especially with small kids / toddlers.

Der var mange pooler at vælge imellem og det var smukt beliggenhed. Der var god mulighed for at bestille mad og drikke.

Der var slet ikke air condition nogle steder, så det var så varmt at spise, at det var et mareridt. Vi simpelthen frygtede at skulle spise, da det var uudholdeligt. Maden var dog ok. Nogle af livredderne var også så strikse som en millitærmand, og forbød luftmadrasser i poolen selv om det ikke stod nogle steder, at det var forbudt og ingen andre var i poolen. Det var ret ødelæggende. Da air condition ikke var til stede i Loungen, kunne man ikke deltage til noget af underholdningerne, da det simpelthen var for varmt.

Schöne große Anlage mit mehreren Pools, welche über das ganze Areal verteilt sind. Der wirklich schöne Strand ist in ca. 15 Fußweg erreichbar. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die gute Lage sind außerdem viele Restaurants und Bars fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

Die Türen zum Zimmer sind nicht schalldicht. Das sind ganz einfache Terassentüren mit Schlitz unter der Türe. Daher kommen auch vereinzelt Ameisen ins Zimmer. Man hört daher auch alles von außen, vor allem wenn das Animationsprogramm losgeht. Zudem gibt es eine Tür zum Nachbarzimmer. Diese ist zwar verschlossen, aber man hört alles durch, da auch diese Tür nicht schalldicht ist. Das Buffet am Abend ist Geschmackssache. Man findet sich zwar was, aber wir waren nur einmal dort. Wir sind stattdessen lieber in sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe gegangen.

This was top class. Everything about Seaclub was brilliant from the start. The receptionist on arrival (Norwegian lady) was super helpful, friendly and kind. The waiter we got in the evening Hamza, was so welcoming.

Theres nothing to dislike about this place.

Prachtig resort, erg vriendelijk personeel, alles schoon en goed onderhouden. We hadden halfpension. Eten was echt prima en gevarieerd. Ook glutenvrij was prima geregeld. Leuke animatie en prima shows. Genoeg te doen voor jong en oud. Bij uitchecken nog hele dag gebruik kunnen maken van het park, incl douches met shampoo en handdoeken. Erg goed geregeld.

Ik reisde met 2 personen die glutenvrij moesten eten. Ze konden sochtends doorgeven wat ze savonds wilden eten maar het was niet duidelijk wat de opties waren, ook al was er wel veel mogelijk.

Bardzo udany pobyt w SeaClub Alcudia! Resort jest naprawdę rozległy i przestronny, co daje duży komfort i pozwala odpocząć bez wrażenia tłoku. Cały teren jest bardzo zadbany – piękna zieleń, czystość i dbałość o szczegóły robią świetne wrażenie. Dużym plusem jest także ilość miejsca zarówno wokół apartamentów, jak i przy strefach rekreacyjnych oraz basenach. Obsługa była mega miła, a atmosfera sprzyjała spokojnemu wypoczynkowi. To miejsce szczególnie dobrze sprawdzi się dla rodzin i osób, które cenią przestrzeń oraz dobrze utrzymany kompleks.

Jedyny minus to łóżko małżeńskie – w praktyce są to dwa pojedyncze łóżka zestawione razem, które niestety mają tendencję do rozjeżdżania się podczas snu. Poza tym pobyt bardzo na plus i chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie. Na parterze sporo mrówek.

Tout ! Vraiment, le personnel était très gentil et attentionné. C'est un très bon hôtel adapté pour les enfants avec beaucoup de choses pensées pour eux.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Sea Club Alcudia! Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter – man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird. Auch das Buffet war fantastisch: abwechslungsreich, lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Wir können manche negativen Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Für uns war es rundum ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Apartments sind wirklich modern, sauber und sehr schön gestaltet. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre allerdings mehr Stauraum in den Zimmern. Für mehrere Personen gibt es etwas zu wenig Schränke bzw. Ablageflächen. Auch im Badezimmer wäre ein kleiner Schrank unter dem Waschbecken oder zusätzliche Ablagen sehr praktisch, damit man persönliche Sachen besser verstauen kann. Mit ein wenig mehr Stauraum wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt.

The complex was clean and well maintained. The room was spotless, TV had many options to use apps or cast from your phone to watch TV if needed. Kitchenette had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable. The pool was right outside our door and down the stairs bar staff in Seabreeze area were so nice The cleaners were really nice and done a great job The pool at the seabreeze complex was fantastic

Upon arrival, the hotel entrance looked fabulous, we were given a map with our keys to go to our room, what we were failed to be told was that we needed to go off the main complex, cross main roads to go to our area named Seabreeze. We were told to find "D" and our room number would be easy to find, unfortunately it was not as there was multiple areas for rooms with "D", crossing multiple roads and asking staff that could not help us as they did not know where our room was. When I booked the hotel, I thought I booked a spacious studio apartment but when we got there, it was a small room in-between two larger family rooms. There was no proper door. There was a sliding shutter that anyone could open. Once opened, there was a glass door, so privacy was a slight issue. You did have a curtain internally but if one person was in bed and one wanted to leave, you couldn't close the curtain and door to protect their privacy as the shutter could be opened by anyone. It was noisy, you could hear your neighbours and was not easy to sleep and relax due to constant noise. Along with this there was road works been done so we could not open our small balcony door due to the noise and the intense smell of tarmac. At night even with door closed, there was constant noise from outside. Sleep was lacked throughout the stay due to a lot of noise. Where the bed was positioned, here s black box for your key card (although you do not need to put you keys into) there was a blue light which was so bright at night and very hard to cover over to block out. You can't get a lot of things in the Seabreeze complex, for example a taxi or certain beverages you have to go to the main complex which is about a 10 min walk.

Der Checkin hat sehr lange gedauert, weil kurz vor uns eine große Gruppe angereist ist. Das Gelände ist sehr groß und weitläufig. Bis zum Frühstück hat es schon gedauert. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet. Es gab ein Fitnessstudio, welches wir genutzt haben. Parken mit dem Mietauto ist in allen Straßen am Hotel sehr gut möglich. Viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder.

Die Betten sind wie eine Art Ausziehcouch, auf Rollen. Die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. In der Mitte halt eine Kuhle. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist und bei der Ankunft war alles vorbereitet. Es gab Näpfe und auch eine Decke. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Personal war immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Mauvaises odeurs qui remontent dans la SDB quand il pleut. Les lits pourraient etre plus confortables.

Areál je členěn do několika bloků. V každém je nějaké vyžití. Hotel nabízí skvělou stravu, jak snídaně, tak i večeře byly velmi chutné. Denní úklid pokojů. Příjemný a ochotný personál.

Rozhodně se nám ale nelíbilo, že byl náš apartmán vlhký a zatuchlý tak, že i papíry položení na stole byly do hodiny provlhlé. Povlečení na postelích také navlhlé. Nevíme důvod, ale tohle byla velká kaňka.

Logement dans un quartier calme avec facilité pour stationner à proximité (du moins en avril !). Les petites maisonnettes sont appréciables par rapport aux grands immeubles qu'on voit partout. La plage d'Alcudia n' est pas loin à pied (10 min). Très bonne literie et équipements suffisants.

Très mauvaise insonorisation entre logements. Salle de bain trop petite pour 4 personnes. Qualité des repas très moyenne, mais l'eau est gratuite, ce qui ne semble pas être le cas partout.

Staff were exceptional - so friendly and appeared happy in their jobs. Pool facilities and amount of beds was brilliant Felt very safe at all times and children loved it Apartments were cleaned so well too.

Weather and how closed up the area was - well it was Easter. Didn't rate the standard of food in restaurants in the area compared to their prices - mediocre and overpriced. Nothing to do with Seaclub itself. Aircon/heating was needed and some issues with maintenance but it was start of season. Children weren't happy with the food but we were!

Eine der Klimaanlagen in unserem Apartment funktionierte nicht und in einem der Bäder roch es permanent aus einem Abfluss.

Občasno so nas obiskale mravlje, po tleh ni bilo tako čisto. Kuhinja je zelo skromno opremljena.

Une équipe d’animation performante, de grands espaces pour les enfants et une propreté du site. Excellemment placé pour une grande plage à pieds à 500m ou sur les axes pour partir visiter.

7 à 8 piscines et aucune chauffées.

La seule chose non appréciée était le bruit de la ventilation des cuisines a l'arrière de notre logement. Si on y retourne on demandera a en etre plus loin. Sinon le reste : parfait

Les logements sont grands, la literie est très confortable, le buffet est varié et de qualité, les serveurs sont adorables.

Die Anlage ist top für Familien mit Kindern und bietet alles was das Herz braucht. Dennoch top Anlage iB mit Kids- alles sauber, super nettes Personal & schöne Animation für Kinder mit lieben Menschen. Lage für uns etwas zu "Touristisch" aber Lage in Mallorcas Norden an sich top und wir sind viel mit örtlichen Bus und Co gereist und die Verbindungen waren spitze....in der Hauptsaison aber womöglich sehr überfüllt und nicht so entspannt zu nutzen wie in der Nebensaison... Strand keine 4Minuten und schöner Block auf die dahinter liegenden Berge.

Für uns iB wenn man im EG wohnt etwas dünne Wände denn man hört quasi alles vom Übermieter Nachbarn was zu recht frühen Morgenstunden geführt hat. Sicher nicht vermeidbar wenn man in so einer Anlage wohnt aber war schon "Geräuchempfindlicher! als andere Hotels.

L’insonorisation du logement. L’accessibilité avec un bébé, nous étions à l’étage donc pas évident avec une poussette ! Pas de place de parking réservée, en basse saison facilité pour se garer malgré !

Das Personal war so herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Resort war immer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die kleine Ferienwohnung war voll ausgestattet und wurde jeden Tag von unserer Reinigungsfee Monica gereinigt und das gründlich. Für Kinder gibt es ein tollen Angebot von Pool, Indoorspielplatz und Bastelraum aber auch etwas Animation wurde in der Nachsaison angeboten. Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit und der überzeugte durch eine traumhafte Kulisse und flaches Wasser. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen und auch Freunden mit Kindern empfehlen.

Das Geländer an der Treppe zum Apartment war sehr locker. Der gläserne Fensterfront der Rezeption ist recht unübersichtlich für Kinder und diese laufen schnell dagegen. Leider auch unserem Sohn passiert.

Tolle gepflegte Anlage, super freundliches Personal, gutes Essen - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Anlage ist weitläufig und schön. Die Pools waren sauber. Die Animation war unaufdringlich und sehr nett. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Das Essen an sich war gut.

Die Essenssituation ist - gerade beim Frühstück - sehr beengt und wuselig. Abends war es besser, da weniger Leute beim Abendessen waren.

Todo en general! Las instalaciones son gigantes y super bien cuidadas y limpias. Las habitaciones super amplias y tipo apartamento todas ellas con terraza o jardín. Tienen un montón de servicios y actividades . La comida es de muy muy buena calidad y por encima de todo, la amabilidad de todos los empleados. Por supuesto que repetiremos
