Fue grato estar hospedados en Parador San Agustín, en Oaxaca, tuvimos muy buena atención, el personal de aseo tuvo siempre la habitación limpia, el personal administrativo mostro siempre mucho interés en nuestros requerimientos, y en el área de restaurant de la misma manera nos atendieron muy bien, los alimentos estaban muy ricos. Definitivamente volveríamos a ir a Oaxaca y nos volveríamos alojar en Parador San Agustín.

Hay mucho ruido alrededor los fines de semana, por la cercanía, hay antros y el ruido es muy fuerte, además que termino el ruido después de las dos de la mañana, por lo consiguiente casi no se puede dormir.

Ubicación insuperable La ubicación es sin duda lo mejor: a pocos pasos del Zócalo y del Mercado 20 de Noviembre, rodeados de bares y restaurantes. Realmente es un punto privilegiado para explorar el centro caminando, sin necesitar taxi ni transporte para casi nada. Habitación cómoda La cama es matrimonial (ojo: no es ni queen ni king), pero muy cómoda para descansar bien después de un día completo de caminar por el centro. Pocas habitaciones = tranquilidad Al ser un hotel con pocas habitaciones, entrar y salir durante el día es muy práctico y ágil, sin las esperas ni el ajetreo de hoteles más grandes. Limpieza y ambiente La limpieza fue constante y diaria, como se espera de un buen hotel. En todo momento nos sentimos seguros, y el ambiente general del lugar fue muy agradable.

Parqueo complicado El parqueo está a 350 m del hotel, así que hay que parquear en media calle, dejar las maletas y luego ir a dejar el carro hasta el estacionamiento. Además, al ser externo al hotel, el horario es de 8 am a 8 pm, lo cual limita bastante las actividades o si necesitas salir de madrugada hacia el aeropuerto. Desayuno no incluido / poco atractivo No tomamos el desayuno porque el menú no nos pareció atractivo. De todas formas, hay muchísimos lugares mejores para comer muy cerca del hotel. Cama Full, no Queen o King La habitación tiene cama Full o matrimonial, no Queen ni King, algo que hace mucha diferencia si viajas con niños. Además, los colchones no son de los más confortables. Sin A/C La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventilador de techo. Si te gusta dormir con A/C, es algo a tener en cuenta.

Llegamos de noche muy cansado de viaje y el Sr. David que nos atendio nos ayudo con una gentileza sin igual, de hacer un check-in rapido, guardar el coche y sentirnos de inmediato como en casa.

Un poco difícil el acenso y desenso de huespedes al hotel

Esta justo a unas dos o tres cuadras del centro, muy céntrico y cómodo para visitar lugares y museos. Es una construcción del siglo 17 por tanto no es nueva pero esta muy bien cuidada.

No hay aire acondicionado pero hay ventiladores. Se resuelve el calor de temporada.

This is a great hotel. The staff are very welcoming and it is very well maintained and clean. Located just a block from the main square and easy to access most of the city on foot. Lots of food options. We enjoyed visiting the street stands at the end of the road for waffle pancakes and sweetcorn in the evenings. They offer great breakfast options at reasonable prices. There are Mexican, American and European options. Our kids loved the hot cakes (American style pancakes). We stayed here as a family of 5 (kids aged 5, 12 and 15 years) for 6 nights, in 2 rooms. The rooms are no frills, with massive showers and good water pressure. They are sparse, but clean and have a desk, wardrobe and a Television. One was internal with no aircon and the other street facing with aircon and a balcony. The second room was much nicer, because of the aircon, as it was actually very hot in August and it was also great to have a view. The hotel is in a prime location, but the downside to that is it is noisy at night. We were on the 1st floor and traffic and nightclub noise was a problem at times. Not any fault of the hotel. It is very typical of Mexican cities to be loud throughout the night and if you are prepared and have earplugs you should be fine.

la posizione é ottimale per visitare il centro città a piedi, senza necessità dei mezzi; camere ampie e pulite. Bellissima la struttura e l’arredamento, che la rendono unica!

La recepción es 24hr, todo está limpio, ambiente familiar, la ubicación vas caminando a todos los puntos importantes del centro, volveré!

EL HOTEL BRINDA ESTACIONAMIENTO GRATUITO, NO OBSTANTE SE ENCUENTRA A 3 CUADRAS LARGAS CAMINANDO DE DISTANCIA DEL HOTEL PARA QUE LO CONSIDEREN. HACE FALTA PONER MIRIÑAQUE EN LA HABITACIÓN QUE ME TOCO, POR LO ANTERIOR LOS MOSCOS SE INTRODUCEN CON FACILIDAD AL CUARTO POR LO QUE NOS PICARON EN LA NOCHE.

Charming, clean in ideal location

街中の便利な立地にあり、パラドールが美しい。2階の通路側の部屋だったので、部屋からオアハカの美しくカラフルな通りが見えた。パラドール中庭のテラスもかわいらしく、市場で買ってきたチーズとビールを楽しむことができた。 水とお湯も廊下のサーバーから汲めるので便利。部屋もかわいい。

Great little restaurant

Not a fault of the hotel but the tents all in the centro because of the strike were an unfortunate experience that took away from the beauty of the city.

The proper is very close to the city center. All the employees were friendly and attentive.

Not that it mattered much, but we could not get the television to work even after someone came to help us.

Staff were extremely helpful, early check-in, help with booking taxi and a tour to hierve el agua, which was super cool. Rustic room with AC!!!! And great location

Las instalaciones estaban un poco deterioradas por lo viejito , Y no tiene aire acondicionado.

We loved our stay here. The room was nice and big. The building had nice character. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were so lovely, my car wouldn’t start and it was a public holiday, the man from reception helped me get someone to jump start it for me, saving me so much stress.

Beautiful location, simple but elegant, clean, staff allowed an early morning check in after landing on red eye. Free secured parking a few blocks aways. Excellent included breakfast, even with room location close to the street/central courtyard the room was quiet.

The mattress was extra firm, but more a personal preference. That would not prevent me from booking again, everything else was excellent.

The location was perfect for a first visit to Oaxaca. The hotel was in an old building with bags of character, a wide stone leading up to the first floor rooms, overlooking the courtyard. Our room was big with high ceiling and two double beds. A small balcony opened up to the hustle and bustle of Calle López. Fan and A/C kept the temperature down. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing, letting you get on with things. The café attached served a good local breakfast. Very happy for 5 nights.

Very little. If you are a light sleeper, don’t get a room overlooking the street - there are plenty of rooms around the sides but you give up the balcony and morning sun!

Absolute worst wifi internet ever. no hot water after 1 hour in the morning literally nothing in the room - no coffee, no fridge or AC and this is supposed to be 4 star!

En las habitaciones se escucha el ruido del pasillo

Location Location ….… el Zócalo y su hermosa Plaza de la Consitución, La Catedral y Plaza Santo Domingo, los mercados Benito Juarez y 20 Noviembre … el hermoso Templo y Exconvento de Santo Domingo, los antiguos lavaderos del convento del siglo XVI ….... estàs en el mismisimo Andador Turustíco en la zona peatonal con excelentes opción de Restaurantes y el Jardin Etnobotánico …. Seguramente te encontrarás por las calles alguna “Calenda” las fiestas de tradición religiosa con musica muy coloridas y populares anunciando a una quinceañera, bodas, bautizos y fiestas patronales ! Todo Todo te lo encuentras cerca del Parador San Agustín….. proxima visita regresamos !

La amabilidad, limpieza y sobre todo la ubicación es perfecta ya que Santo Domingo, mercados e iglesias quedan caminando.

Lo único que no me gusto fueron las camas y almohadas, son bastante austeras, a un pasito de incómodas

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was superb and the hotel very clean. There was a no frills feel to it in that there was very little color or ornamentation, but we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the price, and have no complaints.

-Très bon emplacement - personnel sympa - à l'étage, vers l'arrière, il y a une belle terrasse fleurie

- Le bruit ! Il y a deux ans nous étions dans le même parador mais nous occupions deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée. Les nuits étaient très calmes vu que les fenêtres donnent sur une cour intérieure. Cette fois-ci, nous avons choisi une chambre à l'étage, avec balcon, qui donne sur la rue. Malheureusement, la porte-fenêtre qui donne sur le balcon ferme plutôt mal (beaucoup de jeux au niveau des portes) et par conséquent on entend tout le bruit de la rue (la dernière nuit, fin de semaine, je n'ai pas pu dormir).

Excellent location

The staff are really wonderful, friendly and helpful. The central location makes it easy to enjoy lots of activities and restaurants. Breakfast offers many choices and always served with a smile! The architecture of the building is beautiful and with 14 rooms it’s quiet with a personal touch.

De douche straal was niet erg fijn. Goed als de douchekop wordt vervangen. Verder ook wat muf omdat wij aan het binnenplein zaten en daardoor het kleine raampje (ivm geluid) liever niet open zetten. Ook heb je dan geen zicht naar buiten.

No tiene buen servicio de Internet. Se corta cada rato, haciendo que la TV se pause muy seguido

Loved the location and the architecture of the building. Staffs are always friendly and helpful.

Heel goede locatie, erg vriendelijk personeel, parking vlakbij. Mooie kamers en een mooi gebouw! Grote badkamer en comfortabel bed.

Enkel de lampjes aan het bed waren gezellig geel van kleur, de andere verlichting was super wit, wat ik minder vond. Voor de rest niks eigenlijk! Wij hadden wel de superior kamer meer aan de achterzijde van het gebouw, dus van geluidsoverlast hadden wij geen last.

Central location, lovely traditional structure, modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfasts.

Can't think of anything. We had a big room with no windows (but small slots in the ceiling); this was a bit claustrophobic at first but on the other hand, it isolated us from the noise of the road.

Gracious and spacious room, more like an apartment, looking out onto a courtyard with plants and a visiting hummingbird. Tea and coffee making facility and direct access to a cafe downstairs. Hotel is beautiful, was converted from an old mansion and retains a lot of character.

Nightclub down the road made a lot of noise, muffled but audible, on a couple of nights. Didn’t stop us from sleeping.

A localização, a recepção e o tamanho do quarto eram ótimos. O café da manhã cobrado a parte é muito bom e os funcionários simpáticos. O hotel é muito lindinho e as camas confortáveis.

Às vezes se ouve barulho pela disposição dos quartos, mas não à noite. Falta um pouco de iluminação no quarto.

The big bed was awesome, the room had several fans, and you could regulate so it never went cold. The way the staff accommodated the need for an iron. They brought one and let us have it a whole afternoon, we needed it to get ready

Friendly staff, great location, clean & comfortable.

Open concept on 2nd floor with an open gallery looking down into the dining area. Very nice feature except for all the noise from the dining room (conversation & laughter, etc), which was loud and sounded like it was right outside your door, and often carried on late. This cannot be easily corrected as it is a design feature of the building. Having said thus, I’d still stay there again.

Great location, next to Zocalo. They offer free of charge parking 2 blocks away from the hotel (5min walk). Staff was very polite and helpful.

A/C did not work, but the hotel itself kept temperature at proper level (due to colonial architecture characteristic. We stayed there in Nov)

Il bagno non era fornito né di aspiratore d'aria né di finestra, ma solo di una piccola apertura nel tetto. Le pulizie dovrebbero essere giornaliere (come nella descrizione) ma poi viene esplicitamente richiesta la mancia per la signora delle pulizie. Gli asciugamani sono stati sostituiti solo dopo averne sollecitato il cambio.

Lo mejor que tiene el parador es su ubicación. La cual es inmejorable.

Esta en la planta baja de un patio, por lo que a veces, se escucha mucha a otros clientes.
