Doskonała lokalizacja. Do plaży 5 min spacerkiem. Wokół bary i restauracje. Przystanek autobusowy pod hotelem. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

The location is great as you are in the middle of everything. The rooms/apartments are massive. The staff are honestly the nicest staff I've met anywhere. Maria, especially 😁 she goes above and beyond for the guests and is a genuine lovely person.

Hotel ubicado en la zona centrica de Santa Ponca, pero al mismo tiempo construido muy hacia adentro por lo que no es tan ruidoso. Departamento super completo y comodo, de dos ambientes, con terraza balcon propia con vista al mar. Muy buena ubicacion, camas comodas y silencioso. Por lejos el mejor hotel donde paramos en Mallorca!!! Volveri sin dudas a este hotel por mas noches. Lastima que llegamos muy tarde y nos ibamos muy temprano, y no pudismos hacer uso de muchos de sus servicios!!!

Al llegar habia un solo empleado en la recepcion, que se ve que tiene que hacer muchas cosas / servicios para un hotel tan grande, y puso un cartel de vuelvo en 5 minutos y hbará demorado al menos entre 20 y 30 minutos para que podamos registrarnos No es culpa suya, se ve que estaba haciendo cosas en otro lado, pero quizas falta personal de apoyo en el turno noche, es mucho para el solo.

Balcony needed a adjustable awnings for more shade. Kitchen area really tiny eventually found a kettle in a very high cupboard I would never have found or reached it. A bit cramped.

The location is good, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly.

The rooms on the first floor, especially rooms 110, 111 and 112, are practically unusable. On one side of the building, several large hotel garbage bins are located directly in front of the room entrances. On the other side, the balconies face the hotel bar and outdoor seating area at exactly the same level, only a few metres away, so people there have a direct view into the rooms. There are no regular privacy curtains, only blackout curtains. This means that during the day you either have to keep the blackout curtains closed or accept having no privacy at all. The grout between the bathroom tiles, especially inside the shower, was dirty and mouldy. I can imagine that the rooms on the higher floors may meet the standard expected from a three-star hotel, but the situation on the first floor is really poor.

La struttura molto bella, e in una buona posizione di Santa Ponsa. E' composta da camere divise su più piani , raggiungibile per mezzo degli ascensori a servizio dell'edificio. Tutte le camere affacciano verso il mare, ma non tutte permettono di ammirarlo! La camera è fornita di tutti i confort, un piccolo cucinino con frigo e stoviglie, wi-fi, un comodo terrazzino dove trascorrere un po di tempo in relax. Buono anche il servizio di pulizia, che avviene ogni 2 giorni, con il cambio degli asciugamani, e ogni 4 giorni vengono sostituite anche le lenzuola. C'è anche una piscina...che noi non abbiamo mai usato...visto lo splendido mare ci sembrava inutile! Al di sotto dell'albergo ci sono molti locali , tra cui negozietti che vendono di tutto, pub, un Burger King, c'è anche un supermarket EROSKI, comodo quando ti occorre qualcosa al volo! Che dire località con la giusta affluenza, non troppo confusionaria (almeno nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi , prima settimana d settembre). Che dire tutto molto bello , mi sento di consigliarla a chi cerca tranquillità comodità e buoni servizi

Direi nulla, forse l'unica aspetto negativo è che la struttura ha a disposizione pochi posti auto (a pagamento) per parcheggiare, quindi ogni volta si deve andare alla ricerca di un posto lungo le strade che costeggiano la struttura. Poco distante c'è un parcheggio comunale, dove bisogna avere molta fortuna per trovarne uno libero!

La propreté de l’appartement quand on est arrivé. Des odeurs pas fraîches. Pas d’eau dans la douche et pas d’eau chaude. Nous avons du chauffer des bouteilles d’eau sur la terrasse au soleil pour se doucher.

Наш номер був біля басейну і працівники зранку прибирали біля басейну і розмовляли, ми ніколи не могли довше поспати. Сковорідку вже потрібно замінити бо на ній не можливо навіть яйце підсмажити.

Posizione eccellente a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Intorno è pieno di ristoranti e luoghi per fare mangiare e bere, di tutte le qualità, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. L'alloggio era della giusta dimensione per 4 persone con terrazzino vista mare. Staff cortese e disponibile.

La stanza all'arrivo non era pulitissima, abbiamo trovato un maccherone (per la verità un fusillo!) sotto il tavolo da qualche ospite precedente. Abbiamo chiuso un occhio e nemmeno segnalato la cosa perché volevamo godere i nostri 4 giorni di vacanza senza focalizzarci troppo sui punti negativi. È stato il nostro primo soggiorno a Santa Ponca e non ci aspettavamo una tale "urbanizzazione turistica" ma l'isola è talmente bella nel suo insieme che alla fine è andata bene anche così.

La chambre est parfaite ainsi que la salle de séjour. Le balcon donne une vue parfaite sur la plage et la ville et la piscine. C'était parfait avec un personnel au top. Bravo et bravo. Ne changez une équipe qui gagne. Cela fait 4 ans que je fréquente votre établissement et je serais là encore l'été prochain. Nous sommes bien au Sun Beach et merci pour vos sourires et tous le reste.

L’emplacement est le principal point positif de cet appartement, notamment parce qu’il est situé à proximité de la plage.

En revanche, l’accès à l’appartement était assez contraignant : il fallait prendre trois ascenseurs pour arriver jusqu’au logement, ce qui rendait les déplacements assez longs, surtout lorsqu’on devait sortir plusieurs fois dans la journée.

We stayed in the sister apartment The Holiday Centre. They were very clean and comfortable, the pool and sunbeds had a nice layout,and the buffet breakfast had a great selection. I'd recommend them.

The only negative is we did not have a freezer box in the fridge .

La chambre sentait très fort le tabac froid et n'était pas très propre, le frigo avec les étagères cassées, aucune insonorisation, on entendait les gens ds les escaliers ... Bref une horreur, l'hôtel fait très hôtel formule 1 de base, a 279 euros la nuit, je trouve qu'on attend d'autres prestations ! A ce prix là, j'espérais mieux! Heureusement que nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, je n'aurais pas tenu plus. Je ne comprends pas les bonnes critiques ! En plus il est situé dans une zone ultra touristique, je n'avais pas l'impression d'être en Espagne. Pour ceux qui y vont en voiture, impossible de se garer à proximité, il faut obligatoirement payer les 15 euros par jour de parking à réserver à l'hôtel.

Soggiorno perfetto! Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario, con bagno spazioso, letti molto comodi, climatizzatore, terrazzo con una vista. La posizione è ideale: in pieno centro e a pochi passi da tutti i servizi come supermercati, ristoranti, bar, negozi di ogni genere. Spiaggia di sabbia fine, libera attrezzata, a 100 metri di distanza con mare pulito. In struttura presente una bella piscina dotata di lettini ombrelloni disponibili gratuitamente. Nonostante la zona sia molto frequentata abbiamo sempre trovato facilmente parcheggio per l'auto nella strada dietro il residence. Nota di merito allo staff, cordiale e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Nagyon jó lokáció, egyből a tengerparton , boltok éttermek is a szálloda előtt egyből ! A medencénél egy néger fiú és a recepción egy szőke hölgy nagyon kedvesek voltak, mindig mosolyogtak! Nagyon tiszta és jól felszerelt apartman, kedves szobaasszonyok. Ajánlom mindenkinek,, a legjobb ár értékű szálláshely ahol valaha jártam.

la pulizia è stata insufficiente. il pavimento soprattutto non è mai stato pulito in maniera adeguata. la cucina era troppo piccola e i servizi offerti erano veramente pochi, ad esempio una macchinetta per il caffè sarebbe stata molto apprezzata. in sostanza il rapporto qualità prezzo non raggiunge nemmeno lontanamente la sufficienza.

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona donde esta lleno de bares ingleses/irlandeses, por momento no me sentia en España fue algo dificil encontrar comida tipica Española en la zona. Camas comodas, y una vista hermosa. quiero mencionar a la recepcionita Marta que nos ayudo con una situacion en el cuarto, excelente su amabilidad y trato con los huespedes.

La caja de seguridad hay que pagarla por noche, el estacionamiento tambien. La ventana de nuestro cuarto daba a la calle de atras, nunca la abrimos porque parecia como que la habitacion quedaba en un subsuelo, porque basicamente se veian los pies de las personas camimando, tuvioms un problea que aunque no hayamos abierto la ventana entraba mucho olor a cloaca a nuestra habitacion, por suerte Marta lo suluciono cambiandonos a otra habitacion.

Kamer afwerking zwaar ondermaats (vitrage scheef hangend en kapot, schilderij besmeurd, spiegel geoxideerd), gehorig (lawaai van riolering en schoonmaak van andere kamers), zwembadwater veel te warm (zeker meer dan 30 graden, je koelt dan niet meer af), regelmatig geen water om te douchen (alleen koud water of helemaal niets) en indien warm dan erg wisselend van temperatuur. Liften die bloedheet zijn en soms haperen - daar wil je echt niet in vast komen te zitten. Kansloos dus qua comfort. En dat voor meer dan Eur.300 per nacht.

The location is great in terms that beach, restaurants and bars are on your doorstep but equally there are noisy sports, footie style bars/pubs right outside. Not my thing but some may love that. Hard to find anything authentically spanish. The food at pool bar and outside restaurant was very average.

Встречались волосы на постели и в душе при заселении, у нас заклинило дверь в туалет и ручка просто отвалилась в руках. Шторы были не глажены и это портило вид комнат. За такую стоимость ожидала лучшее качество. Жилой фонд слегка устаревший.

Это личное, но не понравилось, что уборка апартаментов происходила утром, пока все в номере спали. Уборщица ходила между кроватями детей и убирала. Дети были в шоке. Но убрали хорошо.

Nice airy apt - Good size and good aircon.

The sofa bed options were a bit small. There was a slight mustiness in the main bedroom. There was no broom, which meant we had constantly sandy feet and beds etc.

The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent. The pool was very nice and relaxing.

Taking two lifts and two flights of stairs to get to our room.

Liked everything! It’s close to everywhere, air con great, staff brilliant. Great sea views. Modern apartment. Clean and tidy. It’s our 4th time here and won’t be our last :) Thank you all at SunBeach.

Очень чисто, новые полотенца и постельное белье. Отдел еле спасибо персоналу, который осуществляет клининг номеров. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Мы жили дважды в этом отеле. Номера очень разные: если на 1-3 этаже, то выходят на шумную улицу. Если на 5-9 этаже то вид на море. И это очень разные впечатления. Спасибо любезным девушкам Марте и Ираиде на ресепшн, которые поменяли нам номер с шумного 2 этажа на тихий номер на высоком этаже и помогали решать любые вопросы. Весь персонал очень вежливый и любезный. До пляжа 2 минуты. Вокруг отеля много кафе и магазинов.

Номер на 2 этаже было шумно, но его очень быстро нам поменяли по нашей просьбе. Ванная не очень большая.

Just back from a 5 day stay at the sun beach,Have no complaints at all it has everything you need for a self catering holiday.We were in room 106 which was right beside the pool (suited us because we don’t bother about views ).Request a higher room and the view will be right over the beach.No problem getting sun beds ,some days we never went out to the pool until afternoon.Very central to everything 1 minute walk to the beach/bars/restaraunts .Special mention to marta on reception who checked us in .Always had a smile and chatted every time we went past reception.Would definitely stay again

Visited with my adult daughter and 7 yr old grandson 26th June - 5th July. We have had many holidays in Santa Ponsa and decided to give the Sun Beach a try due to the location. We were very impressed with the apartment- remember it is only 3 star. We booked a sea view room and were on the 5th floor with a view of the pool, the Main Street and the bay. We had to get 2 lifts but it was never an issue. Spacious lounge & bedroom. Great air conditioning, shower excellent. Nice balcony. Sofa bed in lounge not the most comfortable but ok - I put the pull out mattress on top of the sofa cushion mattress and that helped. That’s the reason I didn’t give 5 stars (& no ice box in fridge ). Basic kitchen but adequate and well maintained. We often got breakfast and lunches to take away from the Bloody Mary restaurant at the entrance to eat on our balcony. Towels changed regularly and sheets twice in 8 day stay. Maids were lovely and everywhere was clean. Pool area was good and generally got a bed when wanted to, though there should be a policy of taking towels away from unoccupied beds after a couple of hours ( there is a sign up but it’s not enforced). You can go to the kids entertainment in the sister hotel The Holiday Centre - we didn’t go this trip but handy to know. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. It is in a very central area but we weren’t bothered by noise to any degree. Yes I did hear the bottles being collected from the surrounding bars some early mornings but I think we were far enough back from the road to escape any bar noise. Part of our entertainment was sitting on the balcony having a drink after our meal out and watching the coming and goings down around the roundabout and street. I do prefer the other side of the bay as it’s slightly quieter (and there are less tacky shops selling overpriced rubbish and presenting non stop temptations to children - was like running the gauntlet every night on the way to restaurants 😫) however I would seriously consider the Sun Beach again either as a family again or solo travelling.

I recently stayed at SunBeach Santa Ponsa, and overall it was a mixed experience that leans more towards a party‑style holiday than a relaxing one. The location is excellent — right in the centre of Santa Ponsa with everything within walking distance. There’s a bus stop directly outside, which made getting around really easy. The reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was one of the stronger positives. The rest of the stay wasn’t as smooth. The pool area is small and slightly run down, although on the plus side we never had any issues getting sunbeds, even at busy times. The rooms were not very clean, and we actually found underpants stuffed under the sink that weren’t ours, which was pretty shocking. Our room was right above the restaurant, so it constantly smelled of food, especially during meal times. Noise was a big factor too. The hotel is very loud at night, though we did expect this given it was a last‑minute booking in a lively area. All in all, this hotel suits party‑goers and groups looking for a lively base, but it’s definitely not ideal for anyone wanting a quiet or relaxing holiday.

Budget friendly accommodation I’m no snob but not for me, first 3 nights we were there we were woken with what sounded like our door being kicked at 6am we didn’t feel safe told the grumpy guy at reception and wasn’t interested. We were on the sixth floor had to take 3 lifts to get to our room which didn’t always work resulting in a long walk up several flights of stairs or had to queue to use them as you could only fit 3 people in at a time, rooms very basic and shabby wouldn’t recommend. Best part of our stay was the woman at reception was very friendly and welcoming which made it a little nicer

Wir haben Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, leider kann man das Meer nur sehen wenn man aufsteht, für Mama 77 J war das unbequem.

L’appartement est situé à une centaine de mètres de la plage Proche des restaurants, bars et permet de tout faire à pied. Appartement propre et spacieux même pour 4 personnes La piscine et la climatisation sont de bons atouts. Personnel d’accueil très sympathique Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel.

La piscine ferme à 19h, un des maître nageur commence à remettre les protections autour de la piscine à partir de 18h et demande à ce que tout le monde sorte à 18h50. L’autre maître nageur commence à 18h50 et laisse le temps aux gens de sortir. Ce n’est pas très grave mais un peu surprenant la première fois. Il manque un tapis à l’entrée pour éviter de faire rentrer du sable dans l’appartement.

Localização foi uma surpresa muito agradavel, sabia que era mesmo em frente à praia mas nao esperava que fosse mesmo no meio de lojas, restaurantes, supermercados, nao faltava nada. Incrivel. Funcionarios muito simpaticos. Tudo confortavel. Vista linda.

A única coisa que podia melhorar era a limpeza do chao. Nao posso dizer que estava bem limpo. Tinha ainda muita sujidade de não poder andar descalço.

This was our 2nd visit to Sunbeach and we cannot really fault it. Reception staff are great, great location for beach (across the rd) restaurants, bars, snacks, Eroski supermarket 2mins away for your waters/ juices for room fridge, also Arthur’s off licence 2mins away for Bacardi breezers/beers etc, best prices, my only comments for improvement would be the table tennis and snooker/pool table should be under cover somewhere so they can utilised more, maybe over near the bar with a canopy over them. I also heard a woman sitting at the pool saying she struggled to get in and out the pool with the metal steps so it would be good idea to think of adding a step to walk into the pool? I thought of bringing my mum on holiday here too and this is only thing that would stop me as she would struggle too, it’s probably an easy thing to address? Never any problem getting sunbeds here, poolside is spotless and always being cleaned, bar staff at pool- one young girl who always played Oasis was very nice and nothing was any trouble, the other staff member not happy if you want drinks close to bar closing time, a lot of sighing( it was only a couple of strawberry daiquiris from the machine?) then as soon as drinks put down the shutters were thrown down. Overall this is a great place to stay, so central, clean.

We had a room with a sea view on the 6th floor. In order to get in our room we had to take 3! different elevators, one of them was almost all the time out of service. Since we were with a small child in the pushcar it was not very convenient for us
