The people that worked there were very nice and very helpful with everything even on our last day they helped us with our stuff to leave them somewhere safe. I will definitely recommend it again and if I go to Mallorca again I will definitely choose this hotel!

All the furniture were the cheapest possible ones. The sofa-bed was quite uncomfortable! My boys had terrible 4 nights sleeping on it. They could improve the quality of furnitures with a little investment. Putting a dishwasher in the kitchen might be expensive but providing good quality small appliances makes life easier for the guests. And I hope they will change the sofa-bed.

Apartament był bardzo brudny. Podłoga umyta śmierdzącym mopem, bez zamiatania. Pani na recepcji bardzo niemiła. Nie było nawet płynu do mycia naczyn, gąbki, ściereczki czy choćby reczniczków papierowych - na co Pani w recepcji odpowiedziała, że „się nie należą”. Dostalismy poduszkę poplamioną krwią.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Nos encantó nuestra estancia. La ubicación es preciosa, con una playa espectacular, piscinas y unas instalaciones muy cuidadas. Todo estaba muy limpio y el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario: nevera, tostadora, hervidor etc, y todo tipo de comodidades. Es un sitio muy cómodo para familias con niños y carritos de bebé, y también está muy bien adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. Además, son muy amables con los perritos. Y muy limpios. Todo el personal fue encantador, especialmente Fabiana, que fue un amor con nosotros y nos hizo sentir como en casa. También agradecemos mucho que nos permitieran hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista. En general, ha sido una experiencia estupenda y la relación calidad-precio nos pareció inmejorable. Lo recomendamos totalmente y volveríamos sin dudarlo.
Sinceramente, no encontramos nada negativo durante nuestra estancia. Si tuviéramos que hacer una pequeña sugerencia, sería añadir un poco más de papel de cocina y alguna toalla de cocina. Por lo demás, estaba todo perfecto.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Simpatia dos funcionários e a vista dos quartos. Destaque a piscina também muito limpa e com muito espaço. Via-se sempre funcionários a arranjar e limpar coisas. Pedi para verificarem a prateleira do chuveiro que parecia algo solta e repararam no próprio dia. Sempre muito disponíveis para ajudar e melhorar a nossa estadia com 8 crianças que adoraram.

No cleaning service whatsoever, just gave us extra towels, they gave us a cleaning kit expected us to do our own cleaning and empty our own bins!! The rooms were at in seperate building to main building which we had to go up 2 tiny old lifts and walk up a steep hill, with 2 elderly people in there 80s. It was never stated anywhere when booking that it was not suitable for people with mobillity issues. We voiced our complaints to reception and they told us as we booked through booking.com it was up to them to advertise properly. The staff at reception were nice and the manager did come and speak to us and offered a discount for the future.

Struttura pulita, appartamento molto spazioso e con tutto il necessario. Zona fornita di tutto il necessario, supermercati, bar ecc…anche dopo il check out è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli. Consigliatissimo!

La piscine fermée pendant un jour + fermait à 19h40 au lieu de 20h. La porte qui ne fonctionnait pas ( clé magnétique) Pas d’eau chaude pendant une matinée Évier bouché + fuite Literie horrible Pas propre ( vaisselle) Très moyen pour un tel prix

Didn't like the settee bed it was so uncomfortable, mattress was that thin and you cud feel everything threw it, also it slanted to the side abit aswel. So we literally had a sore back the entire time. Wev stayed quite a few times but def think itl be are last because of this.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Hotel heeft een goede ligging in Santa Ponca. Kamer met uitzicht op zee (6e verdieping) was prachtig. de echte bedden zijn goed. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en vrolijk. Airco werkte goed.
De slaapbank is niet van geweldige kwaliteit. De lift is heel klein en oud, deze was bijna iedere dag defect, met 35c is dat niet prettig.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer hatte außerdem einen schönen Meerblick.
Leider waren wir mit der Unterkunft insgesamt sehr unzufrieden. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, die Ausstattung wirkte alt und teilweise ungepflegt, und der Komfort entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir nicht angemessen. Für den gezahlten Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und bessere Ausstattung erwartet.

Kitchen was a little lacking. Only one socket so had to unplug between toaster, kettle, microwave etc. Not really suitable for a full self catering experience, but ok if you just want to do small snacks. Towels and bedding were meant to be replaced every few days but it never happened. No indication that we'd missed housekeeping visits and no way of indicating do not disturb. Room was a little tired and needed a refresh. Screws missing from bathroom door, meaning you had to manipulate it to close it, drawers in wardrobes were very difficult to open as they seemed to have swollen. Shower cubicle was quite small. Large overhead showerhead had screws missing and was loose so not hanging directly above cubicle. Hot water and power of shower also sporadic making showing a lucky dip as to whether you would get scalded or ice cold water. Balcony small and pretty much unusable as AC unit on there blowing hot air directly onto balcony, which made it very uncomfortable to spend more than a couple of minutes on it in 34 degree heat.

Det som ødelegger hele oppholdet var sengene. Aldri vært på et hotell med så dårlige senger. Hotell skal være komfortabelt og avslappende. Her ligger man på en tynn madrass med en slags stålramme. Hele reisefølget på 2 voksene og 2 barn har vondt i ryggen etter oppholdet.

Non ho usufruito della piscina perciò non posso dire nulla. Appartamento bello, luminoso, spazioso. Angolo cucina ben attrezzato. Molto gradito anche il kit regalo per la pulizia. Receptionist molto gentili e sorridenti. Consiglio

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Great location. Beach, shops & restaurants nearby. Really good value for the money. Kitchen needs renovation but didnt bother us very much. Hotel was full of young people. Some of them did party quite loudly but didnt affect my sleep so it didnt bother us also very much :) My 17 year old daughter said that she would like to come back with friends :)

Les éponges et le liquide vaisselle ainsi qu’un torchon devrait être fournis car quand on voyage pas longtemps on achète des gros flacons pour au final y gaspiller.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Después de una entrada accidentada con un aire acondicionado que no funcionaba, gracias a la persona de mantenimiento y a Fabiana en recepción, consiguieron solucionar la situación. Los apartamentos tienen una situación inmejorable en la zona, están limpios y el personal es muy agradable, desde los de limpieza, recepción, piscina y bar. Me asuste al ver mucha gente joven, pero no tengo una sola queja, nadie molesto ni en piscina ni por la noche. Fue una sorpresa lo resolutivos que fueron al solucionar mi queja, es de agradecer la eficacia.
las camas deberían mejorar, no son incomodas pero si de baja calidad.

Não voltaria a este alojamento, pois quando chegamos ao quarto parecia que não tinha sido feita uma limpeza. As casas de banho tinham marcas de uso, o ar condicionado nos primeiros dois dias não funcionava, apanhamos muito calor dentro do apartamento. 100% não recomendo. torradeira não funcionava, frigorífico não funcionava, tiveram que muda-lo, o que fez com que estragasse o que tinha lá dentro. Encontramos baratas no meio do corredor.

Kas antrą dieną davė naujus rankšluosčius, kambariai nebuvo tvarkomi, bet buvo paprasta šluota, grindų šluota, kibiras.Buvo stalo teniso stalas, raketes ir kamuoliuką reikia savo turėti. Aplinkui daug kavinių ir nedidelių maisto parduotuvių, autobusų stotelė už 7 minučių kelio. Gražus vaizdas pro langą.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026I really liked the property because of its excellent location. It was very clean, and the receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!
One thing I didn’t like was the attitude of one of the cleaners. I asked her for some clean towels and bed sheets, and she seemed annoyed by my request. After she gave them to me, I thanked her, but she didn’t acknowledge me or respond. She simply walked away. That was the only negative experience I had during my stay.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Rezerwacja 2 apartamentów. W jednym nie mogliśmy włączyć klimatyzacji, problem został rozwiązany natychmiast! Super obsługa. Apartamenty czyste. Czyste ręczniki codziennie. Basen super. Leżaki i parasole na miejscu. Do plaży kilkaset metrów, tak jak i do parkingu bezpłatnego. Na miejscu sklepy i restauracje. Super lokalizacja. Aneks kuchenny z podstawą przyborów.
Godziny basenu mogłyby być otwarte dłużej przy tak gorących dniach :D otwarte 10-20h ;) Słyszeliśmy hałasy wieczorem z apartamentów z góry. Noce jednak bardzo spokojne i ciche

Paslaugus personalas, už nedidelį mokęstį galima buvo pratęsti check out, kas buvo labai patogu, nes turėjome vėlyvą skrydį. Taip pat, atskirai Bookingo suteiktas bonusas, nemokamas pervežimas iš oro uosto į viešbutį.
Triukšmingi kaimynai, nepatogi lova.

Il parcheggio all'interno della struttura è limitato a 5 posti auto, sempre occupati, la strada per raggiungere l'appartamento è tutta in salita. L'appartamento dispone di un solo bagno per 6 persone.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Location was super accessible with bus stops 5 minutes away which was perfect for us because we didn’t rent a car. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly making us feel extra comfortable. Restraunts and supermarkets were also really close by and the best part was probably the beach which is right opposite. Was a bit worried at first because the price was pretty good for what it offers compared to other hotels but was pleasantly surprised!!
As a group of 4 girls i think we would have preferred another mirror to use in the room because the only one available was the one in the bathroom but to be fair its not that big of a problem

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026In centro a Santa Ponca, difronte alla spiaggia. Bella piscina con piccolo spazio bimbi, apprezzato. Appartamento confortevole, cucina piuttosto datata, ma pulita e adatta alla preparazione di pasti veloci.
L'ingresso alle piscine, tramite ascensore, decisamente con arredamento da rivedere!
