Staff. Despite some technical issues first night, I left this hotel with the best feeling in my heart. Because staff really knows what good customer service means . And nowadays it is one of the main pillars in hospitality service. Hotel staff did everything in order to please us and make us happy. Thank you !! Facilities are also nice, cozy bungalows, great breakfast, good swimming pools.

There was no elevator . We had to climb stairs to our room. But we were allowed to leave our stroller in staff room downstairs. Soundproof is not the best, but if you are without the baby (as we were) then maybe is less significant.

breakfast was just okay. It was clean but there were ants in the kitchen. The location is on the main road with lot of pubs at 100 meters. Great when you are with friends and you have the drinking till you die culture. The staff were very very friendly and helpful in all what we needed and very relax even we came late to breakfast.

Very british people staying there. Therefor the pool was always full all day and noisy (first beer opened by ghests at pool at 10am). People would be drunk at night walking around the pool in the hotel. Although the drunks try to be respectful because its a cultural thing and they have experience with it, they still make some noise speaking and falling (very fun to see) :-D

Personál byl ochotný a milý, pokoje byly čisté, každý druhý den uklizené. Večerní i dopolední program pro děti byl fajn, animátoři moc milí. Ručníky taktéž měnili, prádelna za malý poplatek také k dispozici. Snídaně dobré, byl i bezlepkový koutek.

Hotel by potřeboval trochu poupravit, zařízení a vybavení starší a opotřebované, Bazén také trochu už starší, ve vodě občas nějaké nečistoty. Lehátka také v horším stavu. Parkoviště zpoplatněno, ale lze zaparkovat kousek dál na velkém bezplatném parkovišti.

Beds especially for kids were too small. The second mattress for kids were too soft and wasn't easy to sleep on it at all.

Der var beskidt mange steder rundt på trapper osv, og folk (englændere) smed bare bleer, og affald rundt omkring poolen uden at tage det til skraldespanden, ingen personale omkring poolen, så det blev ikke opdaget… Deres kids Club er også udtjent… Poolen bliver lukket ned kl 18.00 så ingen aftenbadning…

Muchas distracciones para los niños, piscinas, bonitos apartamentos y cómodos. No funcionaba la vitro, y en ese momento no había ningún técnico y nos invitaron a cenar en el restaurante. Y todo estaba muy rico y hicieron show para entretener a los niños. Me gustó mucho.

La limpieza. Mi nevera tenia pelos y restos de comida. Y la campana estaba que se caía a trozos.

Les infrastructures sont très bien: 3 piscines avec jeux pour enfants, la literie confortable et même un lit d'appoint avec le canapé dans le salon, petit balcon tres agréable avec étendoir. Le personnel de la réception parle aussi un peu le français et la réception ouverte 24h/24

Tout était tres bien. Peut être un peu plus d'animation le soir aurait été un plus.

Not much, to be honest!

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing accommodation of our European trip. I don't understand the high ratings for families. I emailed several times about early check-in and was told it would be possible, yet when we arrived around the official 3pm check-in time, we were still told to wait another 20 minutes by the pool. The restaurant closes at 3:30pm, so there wasn't even anywhere to get food. There is no help with luggage despite lots of stairs, and we regularly saw families struggling with suitcases and strollers. The restaurant and poolside staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in guests. We never saw staff taking orders or clearing glasses and dishes around the pool. They would honestly sell considerably more food and drinks if the staff actually took the time to interact with guests. The pool is extremely busy and noisy, and people reserve sun loungers with towels early in the morning. It also closes at 6:30pm, while the children's activities don't start until 8pm, which makes little sense for families with young children. I never saw anyone in the kids club or the playground. Don't be fooled by descriptions of a “quick walk to the beach” either. With a stroller, you have to navigate a long ramp and it's a considerably longer walk than we expected. The hotel is in a really bad location and I would've preferred to be across from the beach near the main streets of Santa Ponsa. This felt so out of the way. Worst of all were the beds – easily the hardest and most uncomfortable of our entire trip, with very thin bedding and pillows. Our son's extra bed was rock hard so we had to request extra blankets to make it comfortable. There were no bowls in the kitchen for cereal in the morning. We wanted to leave after the first night but everywhere nearby was booked. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to families with young children.

A kinyithato agy egy földön lévő deszka volt gyakorlatilag ,1 ember bírt rajta aludni maximum így a két gyerekkel a francia ágyon kellett egyszerre aludnunk ami folyamatosan szetcsuszott és nagyon puha volt. A szoba tele volt hangyákkal. Olyan zajos volt mintha nem is lett volna ajtó. A két medence közül 1 folyamatosan zárva volt és akkor se nyitottak ki a másikat amikor egy gyerek belekakilt. Így már egyikbe sem lehetett fürdeni.

Все понравилось: хорошее месторасположение-до прекрасного моря с огромным песочным пляжем- 5 минут.Большой номер, есть возможность приготовить самому, есть вся посуда, большой супермаркет -в 10 минутах ходьбы, ежедневные развлечения для детей, бассейн.

Hotel al centro del paese, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Camera spaziosa, pulita, dotata di angolo cottura con stoviglie e pentole per cucinare, frigo, forno a microonde e bollitore. In comune si potevano usare la lavatrice e il ferro da stiro, molto utili. Le piscine sono bellissime e al bar/ristorante abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Lo staff è molto gentile e ci hanno aiutato a goderci l'ultima mattinata in piscina con un late check-out. Grazie!

No nos gustó nada la ubicación. La limpieza no nos la hicieron en 2 días que tocaba tuvimos que reclamar. No nos gustó el sofá cama la parte superior (azul) durísimo eso no es ni para dormir. Y la zona de piscina muy sucio…. No volveremos

The staff were friendly and helpful. We simply did not use many of the hotel’s facilities, such as the pools, play areas, kids’ disco and karaoke, so we cannot fairly comment on them.

Problems with the air conditioning The air conditioning in our room was basically not working properly. At first, it was leaking water, and even after a technician came, the bedroom was still barely cooled. The fan provided by the reception partially helped to solve the problem. In addition, the AC was very noisy and switched off during the night. It was extremely hot on the top floor, so we woke up several times during the night. Overall, this significantly affected our stay. Breakfast The breakfast was acceptable, but not particularly varied. The drinks, especially the coffee and juices, were of very poor quality.

Het zwembadwater was erg warm en de zwembaden en ligbedden waren al snel heel vol. De kamer was wat verouderd en de stroom viel meerdere keren uit waardoor de airco bv s nachts ook uit ging.

Не далеко до моря, але це і не перша лінія, треба пройти, досить спокійно не дивлячись що готель все ж для сімейного відпочинку. Персонал на респешині привітний. Команда кухарів позитивні, було приємно!

В описі вказані косметично-туплетні засоби, але з косметично-туплетних засобів вас чекає мило багаторазового використання, туалетний папір і пакети для сміття, і все. Тому будьте готові, що шампунь, бальзам і зубні щітки вам прийдеться купувати в місцевих магазинчиках. І інший момент з основного базового набору для кухні, він теж відсутній тому, щоб один раз приготувати спагетті треба йти до магазину купувати сіль, перець і олію. Потім все це залишається в номері! Нас було четверо, і з полотенцями теж виникла недостача. Готуйтесь до того що прийдеться ходити додатково і добирати полотенця. В цілому оцінка 8 з 10!

Pros: perfectly clean, spacious, excellent AC, small fridge available, friendly staff, very nice pools with good policy on not keeping the sunbeds occupied unnecessarily, small restaurant on site with fair prices and (late) breakfast options. Also, the walk to the beach, while not super short, is somewhat shady and with good sidewalk (doable even with pushchair). All in all a good stay.

Contras: internet was very poor, hardly any coverage in one of the rooms; very noisy (garbage truck every morning at 6.30 AM, often noisy neighbours, beds squeeking); very tiny sink in the bathroom splashing everywhere; toilet poorly installed so that the door smashes your toes (a 90 degree turn would be a great improvement), occasionally leaking and with no option to save water (ironic given the saving water advice regarding towels placed just above the poorly maintained toilet)

Nothing much - but you should include scrambled eggs in the menu. Also the internet connectivity can be improved a lot.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Das Appartement befand sich in der 4. Etage mit Balkon und Blick auf das Meer. Hervorstechend waren die ausnahmelos freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Mit viel Geduld beantworteten sie alle unsere Fragen und halfen uns, soweit es Ihnen möglich war. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Touristenhotspot und trotzdem noch strandnah (geschätzt ca. 400m auf dem kürzesten Weg), was wir persönlich als sehr angenehm empfanden, da wir ruhigere Gegenden bevorzugen.

Wir verstehen immer noch nicht, warum Gäste bereits früh um 8 Uhr die Liegen am Pool mit Handtüchern belegen und dann verschwinden. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts...

Accueil en journée excellent, réception de la chambre avant l heure. Emplacement parfait proche plage, centre animé et restaurants. Il manquait seulement quelques couverts et vaisselle pour déjeuner et ou dîner. La ville de santa ponça excellente.

Acho mal as pessoas marcarem ja as cadeiras na piscina sem la estarem. Sei que é difícil mas poderia haver mais controlo nisso.

La posizione strategica con 2 bambine, per il mare e per girare tutta l'isola. Struttura pulita, accogliente, attenta ai particolari. Staff cordiale e sempre sorridente. Soggiorno perfetto.

Lots of adults in the baby pool with inflatables, not the properties fault but they did put the small kids off getting into the pool specially there for them

Het zwembad beviel ons erg goed vanwege het zoute water, weinig chloor. Een schoon appartement met een prima balkon. De airco was prettig. Er waren activiteiten voor de kinderen en massage stoelen bij de receptie voorzien.

Het eten zoals de salade beneden bij het zwembad vonden wij niet bijzonder. Afgestemd op toeristen en weinig Spaanse gerechten.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien assez calme. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied et il y’a pleins de commerces et restaurants dans la rue. Il y’a aussi des parkings gratuits dans une rue un peu plus loin

Toujours les mêmes animations pour les enfants le soir et cela manque un peu d’ambiance C’est bien pour les familles qui recherchent du calme

La colazione era buona, varia e abbondante. Lo staff gentile e il paesino di santa ponsa carino.

Sicuramente l' appartamento potrebbe essere più pulito. E non mi è piaciuto che il condizionatore fosse in cucina e non in camera da letto, quindi per rinfrescare la camera da letto devi tenere acceso sempre quello in cucina ma chi dorme nel divano letto in cucina se lo trova sparato addosso. Inoltre il divano letto non era molto comodo.

Bonjour Cet établissement présente de nombreux points positifs: C’est très propre, c’est kids friendly, le personnel de l’hôtel est super gentil. Les piscines sont tops, il y a même des bouées et des ballons et autres jeux qui sont prêtés aux enfants! C’est très pratique! On a pas eu de difficulté à trouver un transat même dans la journée et la piscine est sécurisée le soir ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du spectacle! On a aussi aimé la proximité avec la plage! Bref on a passé un super séjour:)

Les salle de bain et le toilette très exiguë, le lit d’appoint d enfant, nous avons compris le dernier jour seulement que ce dernier se montait (un petit mot explicatif nous aurait permis qu’il dorme un peu mieux!) et aussi il manque un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle !

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille à Majorque pour la première fois, dans cet établissement. Il s’agit d’un complexe hôtelier de très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé pour profiter de la plage à pied (8 min) et des supermarchés alentours. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé, la clim est un vrai plus et le balcon très apprécié. Les piscines sont très agréables, le personnel est chaleureux et très investi (merci Pablo !) pour animer les soirées auprès des enfants, sans être intrusifs. Le resto propose une cuisine très correcte. L’ambiance est festive, familiale et agréable. Bravo !

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche de la plage, cependant loin de toute authenticité espagnole : la rue aux alentours est constituée par une enfilade peu esthétique de bars irlandais et de fast food britanniques. Pour se reposer l’hôtel est très bien, mais pour visiter des coins mignons autour, il faut prendre un taxi. L'autre petit point noir est concernant les transats, que de nombreux vacanciers réservent dès 8h du matin autour de la piscine. Si vous ne suivez pas le mouvement : impossible de disposer d’un transat spontanément dès 10h le matin, ce sera complet ! C'est pourtant interdit mais le résultat est là... Sinon, l’hôtel détient des prestations impeccables.

El horario de limpieza de apartamentos que entraban casi a las 15, hora que estábamos comiendo. Entiendo que cada uno tiene su ritmo y horarios pero para los que estamos de vacaciones no son horas.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza del personale della reception, l’animazione e che c’era tutto l’occorrente per preparare un pasto veloce. L’appartamento era molto pulito e vicino al mare . Ci è capitato di provare in più occasioni il ristorante della piscina e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Unica nota negativa l’arroganza del cuoco di nome Beko o simile . Guardava male i clienti…si arrabbiava davanti a tutti con i suoi colleghi…brutto personaggio. Se non le piace il suo lavoro in cucina poteva andare a fare altro. Ogni volta che andavamo a fare colazione ci guardava male , mai un buongiorno. Pessimo…da licenziare. Fortunatamente siamo rimasti comunque contenti per la grande professionalità di tutti gli altri lavoratori….bravissimi

Lo staff, la posizione e i servizi.

Dobra lokalizacja. Sporo miejsca. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków na basenie. Ciepła woda. Restauracja oraz wieczorne animacje bardzo ok. Sprzątanie co dwa dni, częstotliwość ok ale powinno być dokładniejsze.

Basen powinien być częściej sprzątany, zarówno sam basen oraz wokół nich. Moje dziecko w ostatnim dniu zraniło się odłamkiem szkła. Dokładniej powinny też być sprzątane pokoje.

Зручна локація: 5хв до пляжу, близько супермаркет і зупинка автобусів.

Додаткове ліжко для дитини було незручне.

Personal muy amable, intenta ayudarte en todo lo posible. Pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones después de la hora de salida. No está masificado , es tranquilo y hay tumbonas de sobra. Las camas muy cómodas.

Everything was just perfect

O café da manhã é muito bom, embora houvesse uma demora na reposição dos itens que terminavam. A localização também é muito boa. A equipe é muito eficiente, atenciosa e gentil. A limpeza também estava boa.

Havia fuga de água da cabine de duche para o piso da casa de banho, e portanto ficava tudo molhado até a entrada do quarto. A piscina tem o acesso encerrado às 19h, em pleno o verão com o sol forte a se por às 21h. Não há estacionamento no Hotel para hóspedes, o que os obriga a uma caminhada de cerca de 10 minutos até o estacionamento público gratuito mais próximo. O ar condicionado fica na parede da porta de entrada do apartamento, e serve tanto à sala quanto ao quarto, de forma que no verão quente não é suficiente para esfriar o quarto a contento.

Теріторія готелю маленька, бассейни зачиняються о 18:00. Анімація тільки для дітей. Для дорослих нічого немає.

Hotel semplice ma con tutti i confort che cercavamo. Pulizia ogni 2 giorni e piscina disponibile anche dopo il check out.
