職員有禮，房間乾淨

キレイで快適でした。

お値段安かったのであまり期待してませんでしたがスタッフの対応もよく清潔感もありお部屋も思ってたより広くゆっくり過ごせました。お部屋のトイレが壊れていたのですがすぐに別のお部屋を用意してくださりホテルの方の対応も良かったです。ホテルの周りに夕食食べれそうなところがなかったのですがホテルで食事もでき困る事はなくて助かりました。メニューも多く美味しかったです。朝食も半バイキング形式でしたので楽でした。駅からちょっと遠く観光地とも反対方向なのですが予約すれば駅まで無料送迎バスを出してくださるので不便は感じませんでした。嫌だった事は特になく過ごせました。

夕食場所が、近かったこと、荷物の預りにも丁寧に対応してもらえた事

シングルを2人で使ったので、少しベットが、狭かった。ツィーンの部屋をもう少し多く欲しいです。

The hotel is in a part of town where there is little infrastructure. If you arrive by train and want to ride the next day the Shimanami Kando per bike the hotel is out of the way. Also this hotel did not offer complementary coffee, unlike other hotels in Japan. We arrived at hotel at 14:40 and were asked to wait until 15:00 for check in - understood that is the policy. However, the employee who then checked us in was not capable of completing the check in and needed help from another employee. To me a double standard- I am ok to wait my turn and time. Yet in return I expect a standard vanilla check in without it being a task the staff struggles with. Overall the price you pay and what you get in return do not match.

朝食がおいしかった。スタッフの方々は皆親切で、部屋も清潔だった。私のような喫煙者には喫煙室が2ヶ所設けられているのがよかった。

JR尾道駅から少し距離があり、移動がやや不便だった。

わかっていたことだが、駅までが遠い。つまり、観光地までが遠かった。

部屋も清潔であり、アメニティも充実していた。朝食も大変美味しかった。

19日の朝食の時若い女の子が仕事はあまりしてないのに1人だけヒールの足音がうるさく耳障りでした。その子は挨拶だけしてバッシングなどの仕事はしない子 日本人 あの子いなかったら最高でした

とにかくコスパがいいです。部屋も清潔でしたし、観光地からも近く、駐車場も広く、コンビニもあり、とても便利なホテルでした。和食の朝ごはんも豪華で美味しかったです。

部屋にパックの水が置いてあったのですが、できればペットボトルの水がいいなと思いました。

駅からの送迎があってとても便利でした。

送迎バスはあるが、ロケーションが不便。

清潔な部屋と設備で過ごしやすかったです。 ホテル周辺は飲食店も多く、食事なしのプランで問題ないです。 尾道駅まではシャトルバスも出ているので便利です。 今回は車での旅行でしたので無料の契約駐車場がすぐ近くにあるのも助かりました。

尾道駅からは少し距離があるため、土産を買うなどした後に、一旦ホテルに戻って荷物を置きたいと思っても時間がかかります。

玄関が豪華だった事。 朝、駅までの送迎バスがあった事。 夕刻にチェックインした時は送迎バスがあると知らなかったので、びっくりしました。

朝ごはんがこれと言って美味しくなかった事

ベッドの寝心地は良かったです。

テーブルとセットになっている赤い椅子が 座り心地が良くないです。 身長150センチで　やや細身の私ですが、ちょこんと座る感じです。背もたれが直立しているし、背もたれのたかさが低いのでもたれかかると背中に食い込む感じになります。 部屋にはこれしか椅子がないのでくつろいでお茶を飲んだり、軽い食事をするのには適していませんでした。

This was a very comfortable, clean hotel that had all that we needed after a long bike ride. The rooms were spacious and they were able to accommodate our two rooms near each other.

The restaurant had great food but with an almost empty restaurant they would not seat 5 of us together. There were plenty of empty tables and it would have been very easy to pull up 1 chair to a table so that we could dine together.

バスと洗面が一緒で、入る時1段階段があったので、足の悪い主人には不都合でした。

Nous avions décidé de prolonger le séjour Sur booking, il y avait de la place pour le faire dans la même catégorie de chambre Le personnel qui ne parle pas un mot d’ anglais nous a obligé malgré tout après mult palabres à refaire nos bagages ce qui a impacté notre programme touristique on a raté une journée de vélo !! En plus le soir, lorsque nous sommes rentrées dans la chambre initiale celle ci n’ avait pas été nettoyée … Repalabre Comment peut on diriger un si grand hôtel sans avoir la moindre personne qui parle couramment anglais ? Service minimaliste bref … hôtel ok mais staff qui ne fait pas honneur à la serviabilité japonaise Perso j’ écris en français mais suis bilingue anglais !

The reception, nobody speaks English !!! No manager around Staff apologies but in fact don’t care No advices, no solutions Actually an automatic reception IA Powered ! would be do the same or better !

Good location, lovely ambience, great views, staff very helpful especially THAPA SANTOSH, caters well for cyclists with parking and coin op laundry, good value for money, roof level bar had good food and well priced. 11am checkout is convenient and Lawson next door. Hotel has a mini bus for transfers.

Apart from the rooms being quite small everything else was outstanding.

Super accueil et personnel très gentil. Parfaitement équipé pour les cyclistes avec un grand garage à vélos sécurisé. Chambre agréable et confortable, très propre. Un peu loin du centre-ville mais comme nous étions à vélo ce n’était pas un problème, on peut garer les vélos partout dans la ville. L’hôtel met aussi à disposition une navette gratuite pour le centre-ville.

Emplacement parfait pour faire le Shimanami Kaido. Nous avons pu laisser notre voiture 2 jours dans le parking de l’hôtel pour faire notre périple.

Tout était ok pour un établissement au standard du Japon.

La proximité du port pour louer les vélos pour le Shimanami Kaidô et la possibilité de laisser sa voiture en stationnement à l’hôtel pendant notre périple sur les îles.

The free transfer bus to the railway station is great. You can book it and get a trip to the centre of town to access trains, buses, ferries to the islands and the ropeway.

We were unprepared for the step-up to enter the small bathroom, but managed it ok. It might be hard to access for older folk.

This is a business-style hotel and very comfortable. The staff were amazing at this hotel and helped us with the baggage transfer for our next hotel as we had not used the service yet. They helped us prepare for the shimanami kaido and helped make our journey a success :) Huge thanks to the staff at this property!

ホテルまでの道が狭く、わかりにくかったです。1回行けば周囲の状況も分かり大丈夫だと思いました。

Good size room with a fridge and kettle, and pyjamas provided. A little bit removed from the main sights of Onomichi but still within easy walking distance of the train station (JR rather than Shin-Onomichi).

Quite a tall step to access the ensuite bathroom, something to be careful of after a shower or when needing the toilet at night.

1) terrible location: 20 mins walk from the local Onomichi station (not shin-Onomichi station) to the hotel, going through a row of warehouse, completely deserted at night. The last public bus is around 8pm. The last hotel provided shuttle (which only runs once per hour after 7pm) ends at 9pm 2) speaking of the hotel provided shuttle, they did not inform me that it's only by online reservations and with a weird schedule: it runs in the morning until 10:00 a.m. twice per hour, stops running between 10am and 3pm (so don't count on it if your train arrives to town at that time), then runs twice per hour from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. then only once per hour from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 3) when I first checked into my room, before unpacking, I noticed that the mini fridge in the room makes a whining noise. I reported it to the front desk, they advised me to unplug the fridge. I ended up sleeping with earplugs! 4) not related to the hotel, but know that Onomichi restaurants close by 9pm so there's nothing to do. Also, aside from being a gateway to the inter islands cycling route shimanami kaido, it is not as scenic/beautiful as nearby historic Kurashiki, mainly because of the numerous port cranes that ruin every Onomichi scene looking out to the sea!

The location was central, close to Onomichi Station, walking distance to stores, and a Lawson next to the hotel. The staff were very good. A front desk person spent a lot of time helping us get prepared for the Kaido bike ride and assisted my wife understanding the route to the bridge. The person went out and took pictures of key turns that my wife would take to drive the car to the bridge to Mukaishima. This was beyond expectations but much appreciated.

The only thing was that the hotel felt a bit dated.

お風呂の換気扇が壊れてたのか、全く効きませんでした。

部屋は綺麗でスタッフの方も親切で良かったです。ホテルから尾道駅までシャトルバスの送迎がとても助かりました。

枕元にコンセントがない点と、エアコンが故障しているのか付けてしばらく経つとカタカタと音が鳴って夜眠れなかったので修理した方がいいと思います。

室内は落ち着いたｺｰﾃﾞｨﾈｲﾄで、ｺｰﾋｰｶｯﾌﾟはノリタケだったり、上質な(ﾈﾋﾟｱ）ﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰが置かれていたりと 備品は気を使っていたと思われます。

駅から遠いことが申し込み時点で分からなかった。

Very nice staff. Good amenities. Tv station in English (Australia ABC channel). Lovely service and good view from 8F cocktail bar. Have a happy hour. Very close to convenience stores and a lovely Japanese okonomiyaki restaurant (right on corner from hotel).

Everything is via your phone - booking shuttle bus, reading hotel info. Check in also self operated. Not always easy for those older or unfamiliar (although staff available). I knew the property was 20 Mins walk from train station which probably relates to the competitive pricing.

房間設備簡陋，床單有一粒一粒的黑東西，令人覺得不舒服，浴室清潔不乾淨，吹風機還是壞的，發出的聲音很大，早餐更是令人不滿意，味道不美味！

帰り際、女性スタッフがにこやかに話しかけてきてくれて　案内マップをくれたこと。

お茶などは　ロビーからもっていかないと部屋にないことを　教えてほしかった。 部屋でほっとして、お茶を飲みたくてお湯をわかしたあとになにもないことに気がついた。

ぽっぽのお風呂の入浴券をホテルで買ったらお得感がありました。駅とホテル、ぽっぽへの送迎車が良かった。

歯ブラシが硬すぎるて使え無かった。大きなお風呂があったら良かったと思った。 駅からホテルの送迎車を予約する時、電話で直接依頼出来ずネットで予約するしかなく、出来なかった。たまたま駅にバスが来たので乗れた。 朝食のバイキングの時、ご飯やパンがある場所が奥まった場所にあり解りづらかった。外国人の方はもっと解らず、ご飯もパンもサラダも食べてない人がいた。一言声かけて上げるか、外国人向けのメモチラシがあったら良かったと思った。

The step into the bathroom was ridiculously high, the AC in the room was not very good, there was some noise from neighbouring rooms and no coffee in the room/lobby.
