The Calm Resort & Spa

Heerlijke grote, comfortabele en stille kamers. Mooi zwembad, heerlijk strand en een leuke barretje aan het strand. Verder is er op loopafstand niet veel, maar dat was bekend bij boeken en hebben wij ook niet gemist.

Het enige nadeel was dat de airco recht op het bed blaast en je hier weinig in kan veranderen. Uit doen is geen optie wegens de warmte. En bij het uitchecken misten wij wat klantvriendelijkheid met op z’n mist de vraag hoe ons verblijf was.

Amazing Swiming pool and private beach (who is amazingly clean). The room are super spacious. The buffet is really good with a large choice of food (European and SriLankan/Indian choices).

A bit on the pricier side. Only give 2 free bottle of water per day, which isn't enough

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing stay at The Calm Resort & Spa in Pasikuda! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was absolutely incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special mention to Ten and Malet, who were both fantastic and made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to the lovely gentleman who took our bags to our room when we arrived — I can’t quite remember his name but he always had a massive smile on his face every time we saw him and really made us feel welcome and at home. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless and pristine. It is the perfect place to completely switch off and relax, whether you want to enjoy the incredible food, have a relaxing massage, or simply sunbathe and enjoy the gorgeous white sandy beach. Everything about our stay was peaceful, beautiful and luxurious without feeling overwhelming. We honestly couldn’t fault it and didn’t want to leave! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️

El resort está delante mismo de la playa de Passikudah. Una playa especular de arena blanca, con un mar precioso que en el mes de agosto está como una balsa. Playa bordeada por la típica vegetación tropical, con lo que el cuadro resulta paradisíaco. Y con poquísima gente. En cuanto al Resort, si bien no es de estos súper lujosos, se puede considerar fantástico. Cómodo, habitaciones amplias y bien decoradas, la nuestra en planta baja con salida a la piscina (súper piscina) y playa. Restaurante con bufet exquisito que cambia todos los días. Masajes top. Y personal amabilísimo. Nosotros pasamos en familia tres días enteros de total relax y ensueño. Tras años de viajes, la Combinación hotel Resort+ entorno resultaron maravillosos, difícil encontrar algo de este nivel

El no habernos quedado unos días más para poder disfrutar del lugar

Wunderschöne, luxeriös ausgestattette Unterkunft an einem sehr schönen und sauberen Traumstrand. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Ayurveda-Massage im hauseigenen Spa von Kavitha durchgeführt. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform. Hier bekommt man alles- von Donuts bis zum einheimischen Curry. Geschmacklich hatten wir aber schon besseres Essen in Sri-lanka.

Lage am Strand, Garten gepflegt, tolle Beachbar mit leckeren Drinks und Essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Der Eingangsbereich ist toll gebaut mit Blick über den Pool und Garten ins Meer. Es gab immer freie Liegen, da nicht viel los war. Hier machen scheinbar überwiegend Einheimische Urlaub. Die Anlage hätte sehr viel mehr Potenzial. Denn in Teilen ist es sehr schön. Die Strandbar möchte ich nochmal besonders hervorheben (Personal, Deko, Essen/Drinks).

Die Kommunikation per Nachrichten vorab über Booking war sehr langsam (2-3 Tage), daher hatten wir Glück über jemand anderen unseren Transfer buchen zu können. Meine Nachfrage nach Schnorcheloptionen blieb vollständig unbeantwortet. Es gab sehr große Ameisen in der Dusche, die aus ihrem Nest hinter den Fliesen kamen als ich duschte und Wasser dorthin kam. Ein Hotelmitarbeiter hat starkes Gift gesprüht, was mich nicht so ganz wohl zurückließ, aber die Ameisen waren definitiv hinüber. Der Pool ist nicht so geschickt gebaut - er ist zwar sehr schön groß, aber es gibt Stufen unter Wasser, die man nicht gut sieht und spitze Kanten. Das Essen am Buffet im Restaurant hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Wir sind am 2.Tag mit pickme tuktuk woanders hin in die Nähe. Das Beistellbett für unsere Tochter war sehr unbequem und auch gefährlich mit abgebrochenen Eisenstangen an den Ecken, wo wir uns zweimal am Bein aufgeschürft haben.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, die sehr sauber sind. Die Anlage und der Strand sind sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig.

Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Hier werden europäische Preise verlangt, aber das Personal kommt einfach nicht hinterher. Es gibt nicht ausreichend Auflagen für alle Liegen, zudem mussten wir selbst schauen, dass wir welche bekommen. Unverschämt sind die Speisekarten: auf den ausgewiesenen Preis kommen mehr als 30% on top (Steuern + Service Charge). Auf diese Weise ist es im ganzen Land nicht üblich. Zum Abendessen waren wir im Restaurant 15min fußläufig, welches preislich und geschmacklich sehr lobenswert war. Das WLAN ist der instabil. Insgesamt passen der Preis und die Leistungen einfach nicht zusammen.... Sehr schade!

La localisation de cet établissement est exceptionnel : la plage est à quelques pas des chambres, la piscine est elle aussi très bien (eau un peu trouble). Les buffets du matin et du soir sont très bons, et la salle est parfaitement dimensionnée pour accueillir tout le monde. L’hôtel reste tout de même à taille humaine. Un lieu idéal pour une pause reposante pendant votre séjour, à l’écart de tout.

Le gros point négatif reste l’accès à l’eau potable : l’hôtel ne met pas de point d’eau à disposition pour remplir ses gourdes. Les clients sont obligés de commander des petites bouteilles d’eau constamment… au delà du prix, c’est surtout la consommation de plastique qui est excessive, notamment pour un hôtel qui prône la préservation de l’environnement et la lutte contre le plastique.

L'emblacement et la sublime plage. La taille de la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel, les buffets. Les massages. Notre chambre, immense avec jacuzzi et sauna!!

De airco maakt enorm veel lawaai en er lekte water uit. Gemeld aan de receptie maar de dag erna opnieuw hetzelfde probleem. Te wenig en erg versleten zetels aan het zwembad en het strand. Weinig keuze in het restaurant en zeer onvriendelijke verantwoordelijk in het restaurant.

Extra Bett quitschte Extrem und die Klima war extrem laut und konnte nicht gut eingestellt werden. Wenig Auswahl an Essen abends und morgens Das Schnorchel Angebot und Spot war nicht gut und dafür überteuert

Der Strand und der Pool sind super.

Wir hatten bei beiden Zimmern über den kompletten Balkon ein Netz gespannt. Bei Nachfrage bzgl eines Zimmertausch wäre ein Aufpreis in Höhe von 400 $ fällig geworden. Finde ich unverschämt.

En primera línea de una playa de ensueño. El buffet del desayuno y de la cena era.correcto. Gimnasio bien equipado. La clase de yoga frente a la playa muy recomendable.

Nos dieron la suite, pero venia con sorpresa, había cucarachas. Lo comentamos en recepción y ni un "lo siento". Otra cosa que tampoco nos agradó es que permitieran a algunos huéspedes reservar las hamacas a las 6 de la mañana. Un hotel de 5 estrellas y con un precio tan elevado no se puede permitir estos errores.

Aggiungerei alcuni lettini in spiaggia. Il check in era alle 14, non ci hanno dato la camera fino alle 15, visto che il prezzo è abbastanza alto rispetto allo standard dello Sri Lanka sarebbe bene avere la camera nei tempi

מלון כיפי , החדרים גדולים ומרווחים , בריכה וחוף ים נהדרים . ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה מאוד וגם המרחבים הציבוריים נהדרים כולל מסעדת החוף שהייתה נהדרת

אפשר לשים גיגית מים או צינור בכניסה לחדרי החוף כדי לשטוף רגליים , זה היה משפר את החוויה . אין מספיק מיטות ושמשיות בחוף וגם בבריכה וחבל . המרחבים במלון אדירים אין שום סיבה והצדקה שמלון חמישה כוכבים ירשה לעצמו להוסיף ובכך למנוע מלחמות על מקום עם אורחים אחרים שפשוט שמים את הדברים שלהם בכיסאות משעות הבוקר המוקדמות ועד הערב והמלון לא טורח לעשות עם זה כלום . קראתי שהביקורת הזאת ניתנה בעבר על ידי אורחים אחרים וחבל שהמלון לא מתייחס לזה ברצינות - זה פוגע בחוויה הכוללת שהייתה נהדרת

La plage La gentillesse du personnel qui fait ce qu’il peut

Très vieillot, chambres monacales sans aucun charme, matelas inconfortables, bruit : on entend les voisins dessus et à côté, manque d’équipement : pas de matelas pour nos transats, pas de serviettes de plage disponibles à notre arrivée sur la plage, salle de restaurant sinistre. Cet hôtel est répertorié comme un 5 * mais c’est plutôt un 3 *.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool & right on a very nice Beach..

Rooms need a little work - Fan extremely noisy & air conditioning unable to adjust. Fridge not working properly. A lot of the staff did not understand much English - which we found very hard to communicate with.

Im speechless , let me tell you the whole experience in one sentence “ I dont want to leave the calm resort & spa can I please extend my stay” food , view , vibes , personalities are unmatched. when u just walk in to the hotel the front office staff gives a warm traditional welcome and from that moment to the moment that you leave they totally take care of you. thank you very much kalhara , arul , heshani , thajippan , pamoda & shalitha for leaving one of the best first and last impressions.. 10/10

La ubicación, la piscina está bastante bien, la playa es maravillosa

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, el motor del aire acondicionado estaba roto, pero nos dieron una habitación mucho mejor. El hotel esta algo descuidado en algunas zonas. En otras no. En el bar de la playa tardaban a veces más de una hora en servir la comida.

Le personnel aux petits soins et souriant, l’emplacement avec une très belle plage et snorkelling à proximité à pied. La piscine est spacieuse, le spa est top. Enfin le petit déjeuner est très varié

Vu le prix exorbitant, nous nous attendions à un autre standing pour un 5 étoiles (il doit y avoir une erreur, il nous semble surcoté donc trop cher) Pas de boisson d’accueil ! Le wifi nul, impossible de télécharger ou regarder un film ! Le restaurant est une cafétéria bruyante, aucune possibilité d’intimité… malgré une bonne cuisine ! Enfin, la climatisation est extrêmement bruyante à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur car pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, impossible de dormir avec la Clim allumée donc bien sûr il fait chaud !

Mixed experience during family holiday at calm resort and spa. Will give an overview of each amenity: Rooms: nice and spacious, well air conditioned but a few of our groups washroom had a horrible sewage smell on multiple nights. Food: buffet selection was ok, mainly western food with some local options. Drinks were on the whole great, but lots of popular options were unavailable. Food at beach bar was a bit of a letdown. Activities: we had excellent time snorkelling and using jet skis- would highly recommend this to visitors, and was reasonably priced ($22 for one hour snorkelling). Other facilities: pool very spacious but very slippy on edges and a lot of tiles on the floor were rough and cut our feet. Beach was lovely and also very clean. Gym and game room a nice touch. Spa (massage) was also good and decent value for money. Staff: on the whole, super friendly and accommodating. Buffet staff were lovely and always around to help, and we enjoyed chatting to them very much. However, our main issue was with the way reception staff dealt with a problem we had (story time…). We used the laundry service which is meant to be 24hr (9am pickup and 9am drop off next day). We still had not received our washing by 3pm next day, and when calling reception they told us they had chased it up and it would be 30 mins max. Fine. However, it didn’t turn up till 5pm, which caused us an inconvenience with our plans for that day after thinking we would have it in the morning. Not a huge deal, but somewhat annoying. Fast forward to check-out: we explained we weren’t happy with the laundry service and asked for them if they could take a discount off the already slightly overpriced £35 laundry bill. After a wait they came back and said 10% (less than £4) was the best they could do. To make matters whites, on the new bill- their reason for 10% discount was that the laundry was “1 hour late”, which is a bit disingenuous considering it was almost 9 hours late. A shrug was all we got when we stated this to them. Considering our overall bill was several hundred pounds for me and my partner for the 3 nights we stayed, we felt a bit disrespected by this misrepresentation and lack of proper compensation. There were definitely good bits about our stay, but we will not be in a rush to come back. (Sorry for the long review for anyone who read it all… 😅)

Just completed a 3 night stay at the Calm Resort and had an amazing experience. The resort itself is lovely and the welcome by staff was faultless. It lives up to its name with a really calm relaxing atmosphere. It is perfectly located on a long stretch of immaculate coastline and has one of the best beaches I’ve ever visited. Our family room was perfectly placed for all amenities and was cleaned spotless every day. Food was fantastic and there was plenty of choice at the buffet with new dishes on offer each day. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. A special mention to Prasad for going out of his way to make our stay unforgettable and especially for arranging a coral reef snorkelling trip for the whole family. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all.

The Calm Resort certainly deserves its name. The whole atmosphere was incredibly quiet and relaxed the whole time. We had a very nice room with a lovely view of the hotel, pool and beach. Bed was comfortable and the room a good size, although the air conditioning was noisier than I would like. The beach is exceptional with beautiful sand and a good number of sun beds. The pool is good although would benefit from a few more sun beds being available. We used a gym a few times which is ok but a little tired. Food was good with a better range than in our previous hotel. (This was our third stop on our Sri Lankan trip). Be aware that eggs at breakfast can be a bit slow if you go at the busiest times. The beach bar is also excellent with a nice selection of food in the unlikely event you are hungry in the middle of the day.

Sandaruwan was extremely professional and made the experience great. I feel very relaxed and would highly recommend this service.

The resort is marketed as 5 star but the service is shockingly bad run by trainees who are not very helpful. To book water activities, I was told I needed to go to the hotel next door whose reception staff were more helpful and booked it for me. Beach bar staff unhelpful and don’t do many of the drinks expected or bring them to the beach. Everything offered by the resort is overpriced for the quality. Hardly the experience of a 5 star resort. Wouldn’t say it’s good value for money at all at this price.

We spent 2 nights in this amazing resort. The ambience is really nice. All the staff are really kind and helpful. Special thanks to Dhanuska from the spa and all the lovely staff from Bello bar was amazing.

The staff are kind, sincere, and welcoming, making our stay very enjoyable. Their approach is more relaxed, which suits the overall atmosphere of the resort. One area that could be improved is the beach bar service. It would be appreciated if staff checked on guests relaxing on the beach loungers more regularly to see if they would like another drink, rather than guests having to walk back to the bar each time to order. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was consistently flavourful, fresh, and delicious. A few small improvements could make the dining experience even better, such as ensuring tables are regularly topped up with chilled drinking water. The coffee could also be improved to better match the high standard of the food. Finally, if French toast is on the menu, serving it with a sweet syrup such as maple syrup or honey would make the dish feel more complete. Overall, The Calm Resort is a wonderful place to stay for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing beach getaway. The beautiful setting, stunning rooms, and genuinely warm hospitality make it a place we would happily return to. With just a few small refinements, it could provide an even more exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful stay at The Calm Resort in Passikudah. As the name suggests, it's a lovely, peaceful hotel that's perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were luxurious and views were incredible. I took the opportunity to do a scuba dive and the instructor really looked after me as it was my first dive. What an experience. We will definitely come back!!

Super location and hotel. The beach and water is one of the finest I’ve enjoyed. Buffets were a tad repetitive and nice but variety not as extensive as some of the other hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the dining areas. Would highly recommend this hotel but perhaps consider not half board and dine out locally.

If you’re looking for an authentic Ayurvedic massage from someone who is skilled, compassionate, and passionate about what she does, I highly recommend Sujatha. I left feeling both physically and mentally renewed, and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Our deluxe rooms were amazing with views over the beach and sea. Very comfortable and set in a fantastic location.

Both the service and food quality was disappointing given the quality of rooms. Many menu items were unavailable. There was also a shortage of beds by the pool and on the beach at a time when the hotel was relatively quiet.

Die Anlage liegt sehr schön an einem großen Sandstrand. Der Pool ist toll und es gab immer Poolhandtücher, die man einfach holen konnte. Die Zimmer hatten eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit außen Richtung Pool. Allerdings waren die Nachbarterrassen gleich nebenan ohne Abtrennung. Die Strandbar an der man auch abends etwas zu Essen bekommen konnte war idyllisch und gut. Die Zimmer an sich waren klasse und der Duschbereich war sehr großzügig. Die separate Toilette war auch sehr angenehm. Das Essen (Buffet) hatte eine große Auswahl Frühstückstechnisch und auch abends. Alles war sehr lecker und meine Schwägerin mit Allergieproblemen wurde super umsorgt. Sie hat sogar extra glutenfreies selbstgebackenes Brot bekommen. Die Ayurveda Massage ist auch zu empfehlen, hat sehr gut getan.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum und es ist fußläufig außenrum schlecht etwas zu erreichen. Aber dafür ist der Strand absolut spitze. Mit einem Tuk Tuk kann man allerdings gut ins Zentrum fahren.

Great relaxing experience. Sujatha excellent

This was one of 7 hotels we’ve stayed in during our trip to SL… we left this resort feeling uneasy about the treatment of younger staff - many of whom had a ‘trainee’ badge, rather than a name badge. They were welcoming and obviously working hard, but they did not seem happy in their work - on a few occasions we saw older managerial staff reprimanding them. On one occasion I saw one of these managers then specifically ask a client to give him a positive review after serving them some avocado… he plonked a QR code in front of them! it all just felt a bit strange and uncomfortable. The food wasn’t great at all and felt poor quality for the price we paid. due to the issues with service, it just didn’t have a happy vibe with the staff. We were told off for entering the dinner buffet a few minutes early as it was super hot waiting outside. Nothing like being made to feel you were part of a machine! Rooms average. They wouldn’t give us extra water unless we bought expensive glass bottles and were clearly cost saving in their serving of drinks. Exception is the lovely beach team who organised games for the kids and got to know my kids names.

C’était notre quatrième séjour au Calm. Nous sommes toujours heureux de revenir. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour ce superbe séjour et plus particulièrement à MR Sathu qui est très professionnel et prévenant lorsque nous sommes la journée à la plage ( et c’est la plus belle plage du Sri Lanka) puis à la piscine. Nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine

Das The Calm Resort & Spa war der perfekte Ort, um einige entspannte Tage am Meer zu verbringen. Die wunderschöne Anlage, der gepflegte Strand und der große Pool haben uns sofort begeistert. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive, das jeden Morgen ausgezeichnet war und eine große Auswahl bot. Am Abend sind wir meist außerhalb essen gegangen. Nur etwa fünf Gehminuten vom Resort entfernt gibt es ein hervorragendes Fischrestaurant, in dem wir sogar zweimal hintereinander gegessen haben. Die frisch zubereiteten Fischgerichte waren einfach hervorragend. Ein besonderes Highlight war die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Meri ja ranta oli ihana! Siisti, ei merilevää eikä muoviroskia. Resortin koko oli kompakti ja siellä on hyvää yritystä olla laadukas paikka. Piha-alueet oli hyvin hoidettu ja yleisilme kohtalaisen siisti. Kun oli huomauttamista, niihin reagoitiin nopeasti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huomiovaa.

Meillä oli puolihoito varattuna ja sitä pystyi käyttämään vaan illallisbuffeessa. Mitkään juomat ei kuuluneet pakettiin. Lisäksi muu alacarte tarjonta oli todella suppeaa. Tarjoiluastiat usein likaisia. Rantatuolit ja muutenkin yleisilme vaatisi päivittämistä.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Essen ist gut. Der Zugang zum Strand und das Meer sind wunderschön. Wir konnten direkt beim Hotel tauchen gehen. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter aber sauber und gut.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber es wurde hin und wieder erwas vergessen. Wenn man aber nachgefragt hat, hat man alles bekommen.

Un des meilleurs hôtels qu’on ait fait au Sri Lanka! Tout le monde est très aimable et serviable. Les buffets pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont très bons, ainsi que la carte pour le déjeuner. Les installations sont parfaites pour un séjour au calme!

On a adoré la localisation, on est dans une baie hyper calme, l’hôtel donne direct sur une plage privée c’est vraiment un rêve. Le staff était aussi hyper disponible et gentil

C’est un hôtel un peu vieillot même si très propre : la Clim faisait un bruit de réacteur, les matelas des transats sont tous un peu tachés

Хороший отель для спокойного пляжного отдыха. Главное достоинство — отличный пляж с хорошим заходом в море. Территория ухоженная, везде чисто, видно, что персонал внимательно следит за порядком и комфортом гостей. Очень понравился бассейн — чистый, просторный и хорошо подходит как для взрослых, так и для детей. Завтраки и ужины вкусные и достаточно разнообразные, каждый день можно найти что-то новое для себя.

Из минусов отмечу только два момента. Кондиционер в номере работал довольно шумно, из-за чего ночью было не всегда комфортно спать. Также в душевой неправильно организован слив: сливное отверстие находится выше уровня пола в некоторых местах, поэтому вода плохо уходит и после душа остаётся стоять на полу.

Massive room the size of a house. Well kept gardens. Great pool and ambiance. Calm beach with shallow water - very safe for swimming.

As with most resorts in Sri Lankan resorts I have visited they use trainees left on their own. So have to show some patience. Also the meals I had left much to be desired.

Welcoming and friendly staff at The Calm Resort. Big shout out to Mr Bandara, Mr Dammika & Mr Tennakeen who looked after us at every meal. Also if you get a chance book in for a massage, one of the most relaxing massages I have had. Thank you!

Wow what a wonderful week we have had staying at The Calm Resort and Spa. The hotel room was spacious, clean, had amazing views and had everything we needed. The pool was refreshing with nice spots to sit in the pool and plenty of room to swim some lengths too. The view from the pool is the beach and it’s stunning. The grounds are immaculate and so well-kept and clean that it completes the view. The staff are friendly and no request was too much. Would recommend booking directly for the best deal. A big shout out to Dammika the restaurant manager- he was so hospitable, welcoming and really friendly. He really made our stay special! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at The Calm Resort & Spa. All the staff were very friendly, particularly Punchibandara, Dammika and Tennakoon who couldn't do enough for us at the restaurant. There were plenty of delicious food choices. We also made a new friend at the beach, Sathu. He made sure we were well looked after with a sunbed and clean beach towel ready for us each morning. He took the time to chat to us each day and told us he loved his job here at the Calm Resort. We would highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

Schönes Zimmer (Garden Collection Room). Cool, dass man direkt Pool & Strand vor der Tür hat. Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, aber sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen.

Der Service (Restaurant, Room-Service, Strand-Service) war schlecht. All-Inclusive Gäste werden bevorzugt. Sprachbarriere war auch häufig ein Problem. Das Essen war zwar viel Auswahl, aber keine Qualität. Viel zu teuer, für das bisschen was man bekommt. Sieht zwar fancy aus, aber ist nicht gut. Da ist man deutlich besser bei den lokalen Restaurants außerhalb der Resorts aufgehoben - dort gibt authentisches Sri-Lankisches Essen zu fairen Preisen.

Fantastic full body massage, with care and expertise.

We stayed for a day in the Hotel with my family. The experience was more than expected and the time spent there was really amazing. The hotel has a beautiful beach access, resting places with better views and the food was amazing. Specially I want to highlight Mr. Prasad who gave us a great welcome and a great hospitality which we highly appreciate his support and kind words. If anyone looking to go for Pasikuda I highly recommend the place.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Calm Resort in Pasikuda. The hotel location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and a beautiful beach right in front of the resort. The breakfast every morning was superb with plenty of choice, and one of the highlights of our trip was the spectacular dinner arranged for us on the beach. It was such a special experience. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. Every single person was so warm and friendly. A special thank you to Vinithraj, the Restaurant Captain, who really looked after us throughout our stay, and to Dammika for being so kind and welcoming as well.also to Janaka . Had a wonderful stay at Calm Resort & Spa Pasikuda. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach view was beautiful, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again

We spent two very pleasant nights with our staff at the beautiful "The Calm" hotel in Pasikuda. There were 17 of us, and the rooms were very spacious and well-maintained. The large gardens and the lovely swimming pool are very well-kept. The two of us enjoyed a 1.5-hour massage, expertly performed by Sudatha and Dhanushka. We recommend everyone take the time to get a massage and enjoy this relaxing experience surrounded by soothing music. The restaurant overlooks the gardens, the buffets are well-prepared, and the restaurant staff are friendly. The prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend spending a few days at "The Calm."
